I had a very friendly experience with the people here. So far my car has been running smooth! I did ask to have them replace the breaks and they did so with no issues. They have great customer service.

I wouldn't give it a star if I could. I bought a 2015 ford fusion June 15th 2021. All cash. Over $10,000. July 29th 2021 it broke down on a high way with me and my 12 year old in it. Not on the side of the highway on the driving lane. Just stopped and wouldn't move. Scary as hell. Called pars import, they said call GWC warranty. They told me what to do and I did it. My car wound up in a shop where I live in reidsville. They called GWC and the warranty does not cover the part which was the fly wheel that broke Now I'm stuck paying over $1500 for the tow, diagnosis and repairs. I didn't have the. Ar not even 2 months and pars import did not care or even offer to fix it for a discount. Never again. Stay away from this dealer. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. That is on me. If you are trading this scroll down for more bad reviews and stay away please!! Money doesn't grow on trees!

I had cash ready and almost bought a car here that I really wanted, but I had to trust my gut and leave after the folks in here were so rude and unprofessional. I kept thinking, "If this car turns out to be a lemon the next day, will these people laugh in my face and hang up on me?" The answer was "yes," so I bought a car elsewhere. Trust your gut and go to a more legitimate operation where they seem to care more about their reputation. Your peace of mind will be worth it.

If I could give a lower score I would. I am a diesel mechanic with over seven years of experience. I took my brother to this car dealership and we looked at a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and I brought back the car after a road test. I told the dealer that the brakes need to be looked at because in order to stop the vehicle I had a to depress the brake pedal all the way to the floor. He then proceeded to yell at me insult my intelligence and degrade me saying I had no idea what I was talking about and claimed that the vehicle was inspected by his own mechanic and passed. Do not go to this dealer as he is doing so well he is able to be rude to potential buyers

Bought a 2009 Audi from Pars! The best thing I liked about them is they were honest. You buy a used car and that is what you get, they don't promise anything to you except the fact they only buy cars that have been well kept and in excellent condition!

Good experience here. Friendly and fast. Bought my daughter a car here and once I decided to buy the car, I was out of there in 20 minutes. I explained what I was willing to pay and he explained what he would take for the car. One round of negotiations, the way I like it. The car was fairly priced, not a steal, but not a bargain either. I understand the dealer has to make money as well. Most of the cars I looked at on the lot were fairly priced. The owner was a genuinely nice person and my 17 year old daughter thought the same. He also gave me some pointers on how to sell the car that I did not trade in. Again, good experience.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna today from Pars. What a smooth transaction! Tony was helpful and friendly. Answered questions and provided information. Very comfortable experience. Pars posts each cars' Carfax so I could find out everything beforehand about the car I was interested in. Took the van for a test drive and to my mechanic to get it checked out. It did!! Got a good used van for a very good price. So happy my search is over! I will definitely go back when we need a new vehicle.

I live in Parker Colorado and felt comfortable enough with Tony and Jamal to travel to North Carolina to purchase a vehicle . They pride themselves on being very honest, and let me tell you, it is no joke. The Toyota Corolla was everything they had advertised and more. They made sure the care was safe and sound and ready to drive to Colorado . Aside from being very honest, they are also very hospitable, picking me up from the airport, and making sure I knew how to get around town. Tony and Jamal are definitely the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I would buy again from them, as well as recommend them to my friends.

i got my B.m.w 525i 2006 April of this year i would recommend anyone to pars imports the Owners tony & Jamal are the best they helped me out with everything they made me feel like family & they don't care about the money they care about making the customer happy which they did .... thank you guys for the wonderful experience i would definitely buy my next car with u guys.

Liked the car but salesman had no people skills asked if there was any negotiation he said no we said ok and he told us he is not worried he will sell it to someone else. Did'nt offer alternate vehicle or explain why just made comment and walked away I guess they don't need sales .I work in retail and would get fired for such poor customer service.

I recently bought a 2005 jeep grand cherokee from there and had a wonderful experience. This was my first time buying a car and the owners were really helpful and made me feel comfortable. They made the buying process easy and the car was kept in great condition. I strongly reccomended pars imports to anyone looking to buy a car.

My wife and I purchased a 2006 Honda Civic hybrid from Pars almost a year ago. They were great to deal with and we couldn't be happier with the car. We've put almost 25,000 miles on it since purchasing it and so far all we have had to do is put gas in it, change the oil, and recently change the tires. It was a quality purchase at a very reasonable price. They were also very helpful in guiding us through the process of straightening out the title paperwork for the vehicle we were trading in. We would buy from them again.

Not going to put a long review like I know they deserve. But I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Tony is a honest, man of his word. You don't find to many small dealerships that go the extra mile for their customers. If you are looking for a nice car from a honest, hardworking, "family" dealer I strongly advise you check out the guys at Pars. They are really good people.

I purchased a used VW Passat from Pars, and it was a wonderful experience. I hate buying cars, but not this time. They answered all my questions without being pushy. I would definately buy from Pars again!

My daughter, a first time car-buyer, recently purchased a car from Tony at Pars Imports. I accompanied her, as this process was new to her. We spent 3 days driving and considering 4 different cars. Tony was unfailingly patient, he allowed us to take the cars to our mechanic, he was knowledgeable about the car, and the price of the car was reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had the pleasure of buying a Mitsubishi Eclipse from Tony and his staff a few months ago. I have waited a few months to write a review because I wanted to make sure the car was as good as I had hope it would be for me. First, dealing with Pars Imports was great. They treat you honestly. They don't artificially inflate their car prices. And they work with you to come up with a reasonable deal for you. They also don't hassle you about buying from them. Second, the car is still running like a champion. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Bottom line: Pars Imports was one of the only HONEST dealers that I found on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. Actually, I accidently stumbled upon them as I was driving from yet another dishonest used car dealer on Capital Blvd. So, I was lucky to find them and I wanted to tell others about them as well. Good luck to everyone in their used car search. If they have a car on their lot that suits your eye, I would recommend buying from them!

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse from the gentlemen at Pars Imports a few months ago. I never really post a review on a business, car, etc. until I have really had a chance to check it out. First, I have to say that working with Tony and his staff was a pleasure. They are straight up and honest dealers. They don't artificially inflate the price on their cars and don't try to rip you off like many of the dealers on Capital Blvd. Since having my car I have not had even one problem with it. Bottom line: The guys at Pars Imports treat you honestly and will get you into a nice used car. Also their prices are in line with blue book and not inflated. Lastly, they don't pressure you into buying anything. They know the quality of their cars and know that they are offering great cars at great prices.
