The follow up service was excellent. My earlier comment "the declining Mini" prompted immediate response from Patrick Mini. They took great care to address my earlier concerns, which were pretty minor to begin with. They went way out of their way to deliver a loaner for me and gave my Mini a bumper to bumper scrub down. The fan they fixed is working fine. They called to keep me informed, discuss what they had found and to make sure I was satisfied. All in all, top-rate.

After much consulting - sage advice from experienced mechanics - I settled on a mere $900 worth of essential service for my beloved 05 Mini. Patrick gave me a great loaner and returned calls promptly. I was content with the service. When I arrived to check out, I was disappointed that no one offered to review my bill and explain how everything went. I was also a little surprised that they didn't catch or deal with the little annoyances of an older Mini while it was in for care. I would have loved to have had my sun roof lubricated. And the other Mini dealer always washes my car before returning it - a welcome touch. Patrick did not.

Patrick Mini service and complete Dealer facility is a pleasure to deal and work with. I purchased and have my car serviced there with NEVER having any kind of issue or problems. they are courteous from the time you drive your car in. The facility is clean and everyone is always more then willing to help you or just greet you with a smile and hello. I'm sold on this product and dealer and will buy from them for a long time.

We traveled 5 1/2 hours on Labor Day weekend to look at this car. It was what we wanted but had some damage not reported during our correspondence. Since it was a holiday, no way to fix it that day. But they were very accommodating and arranged for us to have it fixed at our dealer back home. Before leaving home, we were a little skeptical because there was some pressure to commit to the full price before we even saw the car (because of payment issues due to the holiday). That salesman was off for the holiday and we worked with Maria once we got there. She was the perfect salesperson! No frills, honest answers that were not always in her favor. I think we bought the car because of her! The buying process was very smooth. I wish we lived close enough to service the car with them.

We called and asked a few questions since wee out of state. The salesperson didn bother to call back. This shoulde been the end, but we called again and reached a different salesperson. We stressed the importance of the car conditionxact words being ell us about any scratches and dents and wel decide whether theye important.The salesperson said the car was in excellent shape, no scratches or dents, nothing to worry about. We drove six hours to the dealership with check in hand, only to find significant scratches & a dent on the bumper, a dent in the door, paint damage on the side mirror, broken gas cap, a white substance splattered on one of the speakers that wouldn come clean, and the clutch lickingwhen depressed. None of this appeared in any of the photos or description. While incredibly condescending, the general manager said they would fix some of the problems, but we have to drive back again the next week to pick it up. We no longer trust them to meet the quality standards they promise. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership seemed to be careless; from the sales staff to the porters who put minimum effort into cleaning the car. Waste of an entire day, over $100 in gas, and $60 in tolls. Could have been prevented if someone had actually looked at the car before trying to sell it.

I brought my mini to Patrick Mini and I was given the royal treatment. I was given a loaner even though I forgot to request one. They were very accommodating. They found out the solution to the problem with my Mini, fixed it and it runs great. As always I get a free car wash when I get it serviced. Totally satisfied!!!

Patrick Mini is the dealership where I bought my MINI Cooper and where I get it serviced. My visits so far are under warranty and are routine. Service has been friendly, done in a short enough time for me to wait in the pleasant waiting area with amenities including coffee, vending, machine, TV, and magazines, as well as comfortable seating. I could also browse through the showroom to see new models and also an historic Cooper from the 1960s that had appeared in a film.

I was having issues with the airbag light in my 2003 MCS. I read Mini extended the warranty on this specific problem. I took it to Bill Jacobs at Naperville and they lied about it and tried to charge me ~$1000 for it, after letting me sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. I went to Patrick Mini at Schaumburg, and sure enough, I was right. It's covered by the warranty. They fixed it on the spot in 30 minutes, free of charge. They have been fantastic.

Outstanding service - staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to schedule annual maintenance on a short notice ( one day in adavence) and also had some minor problem checked and fixed. I was updated on the status of the work several times and got the car back in perfect condition. And also I had really great experience buying the car as well. Would definitely recommend Patrick Mini.

Each time we've been to Patrick Mini we have had a great experience. I've also been able to work in their waiting area as they also have internet available so that means the world to me not having to take a day from work to bring my car in for service.We bought this car used and they have been fantastic about letting us know about the different features of the car.

I recently went through the most unpleasant auto buying experience of my entire life. When I told this to Andrew he told me it was the same for him. My buying experience goes back to my original Mini Convertable which was said to be an S model and turned out not to be so. The exchange vehicle this time an S model was delivered damaged by transport. Adrew explained to me that "some little person in some little room somewhere entered the wrong informaion and should not first vehicle was not an S and not sold at an S price. He also explained that any other dealer would have just "refused to correct the mistake and just have me keep the Cooper as is". I think Andrew's attitude was arragant and condecending at best. All of the paper work, contract and online information recorded the first Cooper as and "S". But I wasn't charged for an S but had to pay an additional $1,000.00 dollars for the second S model? In additon the first vehicle included a programable garage door opener whereas the second vehicle does not. Andrew would not include this option for me and I offered to pay for it if necessary. At first it seemed that this might take place however I was then told that it could not be retro-fit into my Mini. I was also told I could call Mini direct to confirm this inforamation. Well the vehicle was repaired and does not have a progrmable garage door opener! I will never be satisfied with this vehicle and am bitter about the entire experience with Patrick BMW and Andrew Zolpher and will probably never get over it. It just boggles my mind as to how much of a hassle it was for me to purchase this vehicle. The vehicle was overpriced, the contract was not correct. the attitude of Andrew is unacceptable, the way the garage door opener was handled was a farce. Very unhappy to say the least.

Service is amazing. Recently I had some mechanical issues with my Mini which turned out to be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Throughout the process Bill and his team (Grant and Blake) were honest with their feedback, excellent communication, and knowledgeable about Mini Cooper. They definitely know their brand and various models. They made the experience as seamless as possible. I appreciate their knowledge and solutions.

Patrick has been my favorite MIINI dealership since 2002. That's when i got my first MINI (on my third Mini Cooper now). Patrick's service has always been great. Customer service is exceptional. They always go an extra mile. Highly recommend!

I've never had a bad experience at Patrick Mini. From the moment I first walked in for a test drive 6 years ago, the staff have continued to be honest, extremely friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend them enough both as a new car dealership and as a place to have your car serviced. I wouldn't think of having my car serviced anywhere else, and five years after purchasing my car from them I continue to make the hour-long trek from my home for even simple maintenance issues like oil changes and snow tires. Choosing Patrick Mini over other area Mini dealers was the best decision I ever made.

Everyone's always so friendly and helpful at Patrick Mini! When I purchased the mini two years ago, I absolutely loved my salesman. I haven't had any problems with my car, I've just taken it in for oil change and car washes. I never have to wait, and the work is always excellent!

I had great service and my repair was fixed quickly. The dealership is very comfortable and offered coffee and free Wi-Fi. They have comfortable chairs with tables. I was able to effectively work remotely and I did not have to record any time off of work!

Easy to obtain an appointment, friendly and courteous staff, nice waiting area and wonderfully clean car upon completion! I've been in the dealership a few times for service and have been well taken care of every time. I've also purchased a few parts and that experience was equally pleasant.

I've only had fantastic experiences with this dealership...all the people are young, enthused,,,and great at hosting you, taking care of your car,,,and making the time pass quickly...there was fresh coffee and a loaner car if i needed it...but more importantly, I was quickly taken care of and had my car two hours after coming in for a servicing...great work,sweet experience.

I have worked with Maria and Patrick Mini since they opened. Maria Makris is very accommodating and bend over backwards to make you happy. They are efficient and don't waste your time when you pick up a new car. They are thorough and professional. Maria responds to any inquiries right away and gets answers to any questions I ask. Their service department operates the same way. They want you to be happy and make things simple. Mini cars are very well made and fun to drive.

I have to say out of all the dealerships I have ever gone to for parts,sales or service Patrick Mini has been by far the best. The staff there where friendly and more amazing new the car from the prior owner. He new what was done car and talked about the prior owner as if he was just in 2 mins before I walked in. I have owned this car for about 8 months. The job was done in a very timely manor and thru out the process, I was kept up to date on what needed to be done and my options. I couldnt have asked for any better service. There is a quote "no one cares how much you know until the know how much you care." I have recently purchased my second mini cooper from Patrick mini in Schaumburg. I worked with Justin as my sales representative this time. I just wanted to extend my thanks to him and the company. Justin has been more than helpful and has gone above and beyond any sales person Ive ever had, I really appreciate the level of quality service that he has given me. The way that Justin has helped me throughout my purchase process has really made me feel like an important customer not just a number like the other places that I have been. Justin has been quick with follow ups when I called him, and the questions that I had have, to me this is very important. He has also been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful not only during the entire process but after as well. When I came to him for help or with a question he goes out of his way to give exceptional service. In the past six years I have purchased eight different cars now and a motorcycle and have never received close to the service that Justin has given to me. Out of all of my cars I absolutely love my Mini Cooper and will defiantly keep this car for a while. And my next car will be purchased through a Patrick, jus because of Justins exceptional service and the way he has represented the company, I have been telling everyone that I come in contact with about how awesome your dealership is and when it is time for anyone I know to purchase a car I will defiantly refer them to Patrick and they should deal exclusively with Justin. I look forward to every trip into Patrick Min I even if its just for a car wash because I know that I am a valued customer and not just a sale to the employees. I went to Patrick Mini as I was upset with my previous dealer Bill Jacobs. From the time I pulled in Maria Makris was very helpful, friendly and accomidating. I had an excellent experience test driving, purchasing, and going through my vehicle and the options it has on it. I have been driving it for 2 months and enjoy the longer drives due to contruction all over so much more.

We wanted a car for our son for college. We looked at the Mini as a great option for gas mileage and comfort for a 6'3" college bound basketball player. I went in and spoke with Maria and came out with a very competitively priced lease on a new Clubman. I would seriously consider purchasing a Mini from Maria and Patrick Mini when I am in the market for another vehicle. I am looking forward to Mini's version of their SUV. My son loves the car and the experience with Maria and the finance people and Patrick Mini was outstanding.

I emailed Christina Annes at Patrick MINI. She was knowledgeable about the car and patient to my indecisiveness. She has a knack for knowing the customer and how much technical detail s/he wants. Her genuine enthusiasm for MINIs is contagious.We found the exact car with the features I wanted that fit my budget and it arrived within a week. At one point there was a very similar but pricier car on the lot, and I have a lot of respect for Christina for not trying to upsell me into something I didn't absolutely love. Financing was also pretty straightforward -- I got a good rate and the terms I wanted, no pressure. Jori, the finance manager is nice, but a fast talker. Maybe a little too quick since we made a mistake on my VIN number that resulted in resigning the paperwork and switching out the plates a few days later. Luckily Jori and Christina made this easy to correct.

Christina was extremely helpful in pointing out the various "gizmos" on the car. I am not one for reading manuals and her information kept me from driving a car and not using the fabulous "tools" available to the driver. She did not pressure me in the buying process and the car was ready to go literally minutes after the paperwork was completed. Mini's may be the"little brother" of the BMW, but the service and quality makes you feel like you are playing with the big boys. I would highly recommend both the car and the dealership, with Christina thrown in as icing on the cake.

We went in knowing the exact car we wanted. She offered us a test drive, gave a walk-though, answered all our questions, was honest and up front. Paperwork and financing went quickly and there was no pressure to purchase the additional coverages (extended maintenance, etc.) - we were out with car in less than an hour.

I approached 3 dealerships in the search for my new Mini...Maria was very quick on responses via email (I am out of state). I traveled about 1.25hr from my home to purchase from Maria; the Milwaukee dealership was only 25min from my house. Maria is A++ when it comes to customer service. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Patrick Mini. I shopped around for about six months, both live and online, and narrowed it down to two Minis. One used and the other brand spanking new. We walked into Patrick Mini, in Schaumburg, and were greeted by a beautiful woman named Christina Annes. She was very professional. Even as we test drove, it was a hot day, the three of us were very comfortable, as if we knew each other. Thanks Christina. Lovein' the Mini!

The Mini Cooper Clubman has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. The mpg and it's performance are incomparable. The entire experience has been like no other. As of a week ago, we are the proud owners of a Mini Cooper S Clubman. We just wanted to let you know what a great car buying experience we had thanks to Maria Makris. Maria was knowledge about the vehicles, honest, friendly, patient and very attentive. Her goal was not just selling a car but making us happy with the purchase. We knew we were interested in a Mini Cooper and had looked at them several times at the Chicago Auto Show. But, even though your dealership is right around the corner from where we live, we could never get motivated to come and test drive one of the cars. The thought of the typical car buying experience kept us away. However, when we walked in your dealership we were very pleasantly surprised. Maria greeted us and helped us without making us feeling pressured. We asked to test drive a Clubman and a Clubman S and she got us in the cars quickly. And, she left the decision of which we preferred up to us. (Needless to say the S won out.) When we wanted to see what was available on your lot she pulled up the choices that matched our preferences. She took time to show us the vehicles and compare the options. When we wanted to walk away and come back at another time, she allowed us leave without any hassles. We trusted her and she trusted us. When we emailed her with questions, she responded immediately. We never felt foolish for asking even the simplest of questions. Our first visit was on Saturday and we came back Monday to make the purchase. And when we did finalize the purchase Maria walked us through all of the bells and whistles on the car so we could drive off the lot feeling comfortable in our new purchase. I dont know if we would have purchased the car if we hadnt met Maria. This is the way car buying should be, but rarely is. We just wanted to let you know what a great experience it was for us and how much we appreciated working with Maria.
