Easy to work with, this is our 3rd vehicle to purchase from here. We feel the treat us fair and are willing to do what we need to get the right vehicle. We have ordered one from the factory, one had to be a dealer transfer, and one was a used truck. Paper work is done when I arrive and not a hassle. We have done several upgrades to our vehicles and service is good as well.

The buying process was painful. We did our due diligence in reviewing all terms and rebates but our salesman was a team player and took every concern to the finance office. After several days he continued to try to get us close to the amount we wanted to purchase car for with patience. We recommend never buy car without understanding the amount you want to purchase car first. In the few months following the purchase of our used car from Patriot, I have seen evidence that the sales department and the service department don't communicate well. First, the sale department said that I could get an extra key for a discount, and quoted me a price. When the sales department called me to say they had the key, the price was higher than quoted. I asked for the quoted price, the sales guy said he would need to talk to sales and get back with me. That's been weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Next, when I purchased the car I got a card that had a first service appointment date and time listed. I showed up to have that service done on the day and time listed, there was no record of it there in the service department. I would recommend this dealer to a friend, with caveats. If anything requires cooperation between the sales and the service department, double-check with the service department to be sure they are on the same page.

No one ever "enjoys" car buying... but Patriot made it "not painful"! They did not pressure us at all and were very upfront about the process. I never felt like I was being rushed - in fact, the recommended I think thing through. All in all - a good experience.
