My family and I came in looking for a second car. We were greeted by a welcome and a smile. Maddie Faith helped us through the whole process, going above and beyond. All while putting up with my wonderfully wild children. We want to thank all who were involved in helping us.

I sold a car to them on 8/23/21. They sold it to a new customer 2 days later. They were pretty quick to pay off my loan balance, but took forever to pay me the remaining $6K. After several un-returned calls and an additional visit in person I finally reached out to the general manager, who called me back and assured me that I would get the check soon. I got it yesterday. Exactly 30 days after I sold my car to them. They claimed that they were waiting on lien release from my bank. I called my bank and they said that they had no problem providing it to them by email same day. Instead the dealer waited for the release to show up in the regular mail. Then they waited additional 10 days to finally pay me.

Update- Travis Whitaker delivered on a great deal and a great truck. Several months ago, What a great experience, my wife and I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon. We went to Patriot to start the looking stage of our future purchase and could not have been more impressed with the low pressure, top notch customer experience we received. Even though we were not ready to buy at the time Travis Whitaker treated us like family. I would definitely recommend the experience of Patriot Hyundai GMC Buick in Bartlesville. Awesome experience buying a new to me truck after my other one was totaled. Jake was an awesome sales person. I would highly recommend them.
