Love my new Grand Cherokee, Lou V made buying a new car truly a pleasurable experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering, and made the whole transaction seamless. The team I met with to finalize the sale were friendly and informative. I definitely felt the small town, family dealership vibe and truly enjoyed the experience. I have always purchased my trucks from Paul Bailey's Dodge & Jeep. Tom Di Rocco always gives me a fabulous deal that saves me money and time. There's no back and forth hassle and money games that you always get from other dealers. I like signing a sales contract that gives you the bottom line. When it comes to your trade-in, Tom gives me the most money to lesson the cost of the new truck. Cory and Deven both were extremely helpful when I picked up my new 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie. The truck has every option under the sun! I needed a lot of help with all the hi-tech options. This truck does everything but drive itself. My parents came to Paul Bailey's in December of 2008 when their 2004 Concorde had internal engine failure. The 2004 Concorde was not purchased at Paul Bailey's, but Paul Bailey's completed the repair and were VERY accommodating! Fast forward to March 2016. The 2004 Concorde has continuously been serviced by Paul Bailey's and is running beautifully! Excellent service! Reliable! We have never experienced unnecessary costs and we highly recommend this company for honest, top notch results!

I found a vehicle I was interested in online and several dealerships had them on the lot. I started at Paul Bailey's and Im glad I did! I worked with Jesse to secure a price and he was very understanding when I told him I would be shopping around at other dealerships to be sure I got the best deal possible. It would be an understatement to say that the other dealerships I contacted were difficult to work with, so I returned to Paul Bailey's to make the purchase. Jesse was super flexible and communicated with me via phone and text, and even on his day off, because I wasnt able to get to the dealership to talk face to face. He patiently answered my questions, reviewed financing options, and walked me through the features of the vehicle so I understood everything. It was clear that Jesse enjoyed his job and it made the buying experience pleasant! I will definitely return to Paul Bailey's for service and future purchases, and I have already mentioned to a friend who is car shopping that they should head on over and ask for Jesse.

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Paul Bailey's in October and they truly could not have made the process easier, smoother, or more enjoyable. My father and I test drove multiple cars, including other Jeeps at a different location, but Paul Bailey's was upfront about their bottom line price right away with all incentives and discounts applied. Their sales manager, Kim McGuinness was forthright, sincere, and did not waste a moment of our time. She responded to our inquiries right away, and her professionalism was the reason we came to Paul Bailey's in the first place. Upon arriving, Kim introduced us to Peter Easdon, Fleet and Lease Manager, and I truly could not have asked for a better person to work with. Peter was extremely informative, respectful, and not once did I feel he was being pushy or trying to sell me a car that he didn't truly believe would be safe and suitable for my lifestyle. He was patient, honest, and did everything he could to get me the absolute best trade-in value. Peter went above and beyond to make sure that I was confident in my decision to purchase the brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and he had it cleaned and detailed to perfection upon arriving to pick it up. He also took care of all of the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, and not once did I ever feel like we were waiting around or wasting time. Frank in finance was also very helpful and did not place any pressure on me to buy any add-ons, and was ultimately very clear and concise while going over financial matters for my new purchase. I also met the Sales Manager John D'Alphonso, Service Manager David Woodward, Body Shop Manager David Ianucci, and the Dealership Manger Tom Dirroco. All of these gentlemen were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make this the best possible experience for me and my father. When I noticed a couple of very minor issues with my Jeep after driving it off the lot, Peter set up an appointment for me to come back in right away, and Body Shop Manager David Ianucci set me up with a rental car and had my car in perfect condition within a few days. Even though I had already signed the paperwork and the car was "mine" when I noticed these minor issues, these gentleman fixed these issues at no charge, and did not charge me for the rental car. I truly could not be more appreciative of their commitment to excellent customer service, and know that they always have their customers' best interest in mind. Even though I live very close to the Jeep dealership in Newport, I will definitely be driving further to get my car serviced at Paul Bailey's, as I know that their service is excellent and always exceeds expectations. I absolutely love my new Jeep, and definitely plan on being a loyal customer to Paul Bailey's for years to come. Paul Bailey's treats their customers like family, and I could not recommend them more highly.

Purchased a new '15 Dodge Challenger in late December. I found the entire team at Paul Bailey's very easy to work with and extremely helpful. I was looking to trade in an older classic car as part of the deal, and a number of the Bailey employees went out of their way to assist in this. Although ultimately I wound up selling the car privately, I was impressed with the scrambling and assistance that Bailey's performed in attempting to help me with this. Also found the entire buying process at PB's to be very low pressure. The salesman I worked with (Jesse Rezendes) was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful with explanations of the various options and operations of the car set-up systems (ie; UConnect, pairing up with my phone, etc.). Overall, very happy with Bailey's and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Dodge/Jeep vehicle. I had driven by their dealership numerous times over the years, and the first time I ever stopped in was when I saw this vehicle that I wound up buying. Glad I did.....

Responsive Upon the first call, very flexible scheduling a time for a test drive to evaluate the issue with my transmission and quick to make the repair. I recently had my first oil change done and I realized that I hadn't left a review for the awesome buying experience. In February when my husband and I walked in to look at cars we had just left a discouraging visit to a local Subaru dealer. The GM Tom greeted us as we came in and asked all the right questions and within minutes he had a Jeep Compass heating up outside for us to test drive. While driving this car I fell in love and knew that coming here was a good decision. Once we got back the conversation went well and I agreed to come back to to show my trade in and figure out a final deal. Jesse helped us through all the paper work and was a pleasure to work with. I even called him a week after the purchase because I had left a cd in my trade in and he saved it from being lost forever. I still forgot to pick it up from him but I know its in good hands. So fast forward to this week, I called to make an appointment to have an oil change and was in and out in under and hour, Jesse even noticed me waiting and stopped and said hello. Everyone is super friendly. I know that they will be my first stop for all service needs and car shopping!

We brought our 1994 Chrysler in for repair. Repair was completed in less time w\than expected and we were more than pleased. We will return when this vehicle needs replacement. Leanne and staff were fantastic!

I have just purchased my THIRD car (the deal couldn't be beat) from Peter Eason and Tom DiRocco at Paul Bailey's and I'm glad to have the opportunity to provide feedback. I can't say enough about the enthusiasm, and knowledge of everyone at Paul Bailey's. Everyone seems happy at their job, and that comes across - even in the follow-up phone calls they make. Never spoke to anyone who wasn't friendly, upbeat and concerned with your experience - whether it's sales or service. I think that alone says a lot these days.. I've been a customer for many years now, and I'd never go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention my car is even washed before I get it back after service? What's better than that????

I came into Paul Bailey's on a Saturday to simply look at a couple of vehicles, and had no intention of buying. I was greeted on the lot warmly by Adam, who was kind and very understanding of my needs. We test drove a Patriot, and despite it being freezing outside, Adam made sure I understood everything about the car, as well as explaining its history. Once inside, we negotiated a price I was more than happy with for my very battered trade. Adam handled all the paperwork while we went to lunch, and when we came back we were ready to drive off in my new car! I have never had such an easier transaction, and the whole sales staff ( including managers, which is rare in the auto business,) made me love Bailey's. Adam has followed up with my regularly, and I will be sending everyone looking for a car right to him! Thank you Bailey's!!!!!

I just purchased a 2006 Jeep unlimited from Paul Bailey's Jeep Chrysler and it was the easiest and quickest experience purchasing a vehicle I ever had. The young man, Adam Doaz, was so helpful and very knowlegable of the procedure it was a breeze. I definitly would return for my next purchase. Kudos to the staff at Paul Bailey's Jeep.

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee form your dealership and dealt with John and Adam. John was fair and friendly. It was actually fun to deal with him as his demeanor made me feel comfortable. Adam was great during the test drives and did not need to use any pressure during our interactions. While we waited for my vehicle to be prepared Adam also made me feel comfortable and was down to earth. Thank you both!

Buying a car is a major purchase for me, and my sales rep, Adam Boaz, Jr, made the entire process hassle-free, and even enjoyable. I recently purchased a new ram 2500 from Paul baileys. unlike other dealers that I had inquired about trucks with I did not get your typical (what you see is what we have) I told them what I was looking for and they went out of there way to look for me and we found just what I was looking for and with not allot of spare time i was able to handle the process via email.and internet sales is great to deal with!!! upon arrival adam was great and had been on top of his game through out my visit with Paul baileys.I would recommend them to anyone

I would like to say that my time arranging for the lease of my new Ram 1500 was a pleasant one. The thing that impressed me the most was that I was treated like a valued customer. At so many dealerships the customer is treated like a number. The salesman Adam Boaz went out of his way to treat me well. I just recently baugt a 2015 Jeep Compass from here and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I went tk a couple of otger local dealers and they couldn't help me. I was told to check out Paul Bailey's. Jesse and Tommy of went out if their way to help find a vehicle that was right for me, and then found a way to make it affordable to me. I'm happy with what they were able to pull together, and I'll be back when I look for another. I'll reccomend this place to everyone I know.

On 10-1-14 I made an appointment to have my flat tire repaired on my Dodge Ram 1500. Along with the tire repair I asked for an estimate on what was available for new tires for my pickup. I want new for this coming winter. I gave them my keys and went out on the showroom floor looking for a small vehicle as a secondary vehicle good on gas. Loved the Dodge Dart. I went into the waiting room until my truck was ready. The clerk in the service department told me the tire was not repairable. She told me I rode on the tire when it was flat making the tire unrepairable and went on to explain how the serviceman came to the conclusion and that my tires were worn. I did not do any driving on my flat tire. I told her I picked something up on the highway during the bridge construction on my way to work, parked my truck in the parking lot at work. When my shift was over in the morning the drivers front tire was flat. I called AAA the service man put my spare on...no driving. The clerk told me my solution was to buy 4 new tires then and there because you can't buy just one and handed me a work order for 4 new tires (the same kind that is on my truck now) totaling over a $1000.00. I asked if that was my only option, she said yes. I told her to put the spare back on. She said let me see if the service man will fix the flat (mind you that's what I asked for in the first place). My tire was repaired and put back on when I refused to buy new tires. My old tire is fine, worn but fine until I find where I'm going to purchase four new tires and it won't be at Paul Bailey's.

i was so afraid to attempt to buy a car, but we needed one badly! Peter came right out to welcome me and showed me the car that I saw on their web page. It turned out that my credit wasn't bad, that all that stuff i see on TV is just a bunch of hype. I got financed and drove the car away the same day!!!!! Peter I found has been their for over 28 years and it shows! He was attentive and easy going! He knew the car from front to back and everything in between. I am sooooo happy, I actually got got choked up because I was able to buy a car without any embarrassment!

Have been doing business with Bailey's for years. Started with MiniVans. Now that the kids no longer need hauling around we have moved onto Jeeps. My wife, daughter and today myself purchased Grand Cherokees.Would go nowhere else.The price is fair and haggle free.Service is outstanding.
