Choosing Paul Moak Honda was the best choice i could have made in purchasing a vehicle. The experience, the customer service was nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of having Megan, Chris, and Ms. Kathleen to assist me! They where very informative, showed interest in all of my questions and very nice. Ms. Kathleen supplied me with options towards my purchase to assure I would be comfortable with the payments. Every question I had she answered them without hesitation. It wasn't like some other dealerships I've dealt with that pushed me to purchase a car, I was more comfortable and at ease at Paul Moak Honda. I left with the car I wanted and the biggest smile on my face! Paul Moak is the place to go for your next vehicle!!!

My experience with Paul Moak Honda was awesome. We broke down in the midst of a long trip. Had my car towed to the dealership. We were provided with a loaner vehicle to get around while my car was being repaired. The entire staff was friendly and most helpful. We ended up buying a new car from Paul Moak Honda. The best service and most friendly personnel I have ever encountered. Thanks to Samantha and Alex for all you did to help make our trip a very pleasant adventure.

I highly recommend getting a car from Paul Moak. They have very nice and understanding sales representatives and managers. They get the things done right and on time. If using the one off I-55 ask for Mary and she will get the job done. She is very nice and patient and she listens to your very need.

The service department is phenomenal. They stayed late trying to fix my car. Unable to get the passenger side window back up they gave me a loaner. I truly appreciate their effort. They are an excellent company committed to customer service and satisfaction.
