I walked into this place 3 years ago and came away very impressed. Now, when I saw a car in my price range on the internet, I went back. Paul, Jeff and Phil were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The detailing work on all the cars was first class. Mechanical condition superb. The selection was mesmerizing - I could have bought half the cars there, but of course for the money. But not everything was high end. I wound up buying an older BMW sedan at a very reasonable price and getting a fair trade on my car, and getting a tutorial from Phil on the new electronics - navigation, radio, service, etc. in the mix. This is a superb dealership run by honest and capable people, and I would not hesitate to buy again!

Savag Motors was a blessing in disguise. I had been looking for a Convertible 650 BMW for over a year. countless cars on countless websites. In October 2015 the perfect car showed up at Savag Motors and from our initial interaction, they were willing to work with me to make my dream car a reality. My wife and I drove 8 hrs to come buy a car sight unseen in person. All of our misgivings were quickly erased when we arrived at the dealership and the type of customer service we received was unparalleled. They were able to make my wife feel very comfortable and she allowed the sale to go through which I didn't mention to the family. She even told them we would look at their website 1st before we looked in our hometown of Cincinnati. Awesome experience all the way around and would do it again without a second thought.

I do not typically write reviews like this. I was blown away with the service and courtesy of everyone at the dealership. I had been looking for an older Audi TT on and off for over a year. Last month the ideal car was advertised by Paul Sevag Motors. I live in upstate NY and about 300 miles from the dealership. I had a few qualms about an online purchase of a vehicle I had only been able to review and look at on-line. My concerns were allayed by Jeff who was very helpful through the whole process. I arrived at their dealership to find a car that was in even better condition than I expected. I've now had the vehicle nearly a month and still pinch myself that I now own such a great 13 year old TT.

It's easy to write a positive review just after buying a car when the excitement is fresh and one hasn't owned the car for long enough to know if it really is as represented. I am writing this review a year after purchasing a car from The Sevag family and I can tell you that I am as thrilled and pleased with the car today as on the day I purchased it. The Sevags are clearly true car lovers and my impression is that they purchase and condition the cars they sell as if they were for their own consumption. They clearly seek out the best cars and take pride in making them the best they can be. If you are looking for the lowest price in town then maybe Sevag Motors is not for you. If you are looking for the finest and most honest cars at very fair prices and looking to buy from a reputable family owned business, from people who will make the experience easy, stress free and with no pressure, then you would be foolish not to check Sevag Motors out.

I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism I experienced when I traveled to Paul Sevag Motors. It was well worth the 2 + hours it took to get there. I never once felt pressured to buy. Everything was thoroughly explained before we signed the sales agreement. It's obvious the team has a strong famiky work ethic and moral underpinning. I would recommend using this dealer to all my friends and family.

I have purchased a 1987 Defender 110 from Paul of Paul Sevag Motors and the experience from the very first time I inquired about the vehicle to delivery has been nothing short of exceptional.We heard all the horror stories about buying imports. But the moment Paul showed the paper works, I was sold. EPA, DOT declarations and CBP documents all in place. Oh did mention that the whole transaction was completed over the phone? Paul made sure I was informed via email, text messages and phone calls. I requested for additional images and video clips showing the vehicle in running condition, they were in my mail inbox the next day. Paul even emailed the images as the vehicle was being loaded in the truck. Now thats exceeding customer expectation. Still looking forward to meet the man in person so I can shake his hand personally thank him for making the purchase process pain free. Thanks to you Paul, your son Jeff and whole staff for this wonderful experience. You received raving reviews from your customers, now I know why.

This family run business believes in true customer service- they make purchasing a vehicle an easy, actually enjoyable experience. They want their customers to be satisfied. This was my son's first experience buying his own car, and I was extremely happy with the entire process with Paul Sevag Motors! His honesty and knowledge was refreshing. I appreciated not being strong armed into an on-the-spot decision, and there were no annoying follow up calls. He even steered me away from a less-than-perfect choice. The car I finally chose was the perfect car for me. It was impeccable in every manner. I loved it the moment I got behind the wheel. As a particular car buyer, I drove over 140 miles to look at a vehicle at Paul Sevag Motors. I didn't know what to expect as my experience with small independent dealerships has been varied. Phil greeted me at the door, brought me over to see the car while giving me a tour of the whole business. Jeff soon after showed up and helped navigate me around town for a test drive. The car was in fantastic condition for its age. It was clear from first sight that Paul Sevag and his sons take exceptional care of the cars they buy and sell, even the one I purchased which was tens of thousands cheaper than most of the other cars in the bay. They gave my trade-in the same treatment, asking everything I knew about the car; their evaluation and assessment was far more thorough than any other place I've been to. They were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Jeff was upfront about what he had to give on his car and how he arrived at the value of my trade-in and we very quickly reached an agreeable price for both. In a very short period of time I was back on the road in my new car and completely satisfied. The experience of doing business with Paul Sevag Motors was very unique, in a positive way. It was far more intimate and personable than what you find at "big box" dealerships. Here, you get a sense of honesty and friendliness that is uncommon in this business. I highly recommend Paul Sevag Motors to anyone else who is looking to for a fair deal and a quality vehicle!

Although I love cars, the process of buying them can really be problematic. This was not the case with this dealership, who exerted no pressure whatsoever and made us what we believe was a fair deal. The whole experience was a pleasure and, given that I typically buy late model used cars, I would deal with them in the future without any hesitation.

Paul Sevag Motors is, quite simply, a cut above the rest. After looking at several used cars at nearby franchise dealerships, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I found Paul Sevag Motors by a stroke of last-minute luck, but it seemed "meant to be" from the minute I first saw the Hyundai Genesis 4.6 they were selling online. I am very particular about maintaining vehicles, so when I set foot into the "showroom" area of the dealership, I instantly felt like I was among family. All of the vehicles inside were clearly meticulously maintained; the pride this place puts into their product and service was plain to see. The whole experience was almost too good to be true, from the car itself to the buying and discussion processes. Phillip was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. I felt no pressure, and after almost a month of driving the car, I can safely say I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys. Car buying is supposed to be a stressful, frustrating process, right? Wrong. Paul Sevag Motors clearly didn't get that memo. I plan on recommending them to people whenever I get a chance.

All the cars are kept indoors and they look like they have just rolled off the assembly line. Immaculate! I bought a 2011 328xi in June and have already put 10,000+ miles on it and have loved every ride. They know their cars and I will purchase my next one from only them.

I bought my 1997 Toyota Highlander from Paul Sevag some months ago. I had first heard of him in the 90's and was impressed by what I learned. I keep my cars a long time and have bought only 8 since I began driving. But I will purchase all my cars from this dealership from now on. This is the only place I know of where you can agree on a price, show up, close the deal, and drive your car home without having test-driven it or having it checked by a mechanic. The folks at Paul Sevag are forthright and honest. They know every detail about the cars they sell, and they share it all with you. Simply put, buy your next car from Paul Sevag. Paul, the founder, and Jeff and Phil, his sons, are good people to know. I've put a few miles on the Toyota, including a recent two-week jaunt to Maine. The car looks new and runs flawlessly.

I fell in love with an arctic white 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 with a panoramic roof owned by Paul Sevag. I saw this vehicle online and was a little hesitant because I live in New Jersey and never purchased a vehicle based on website photos. After all, I am in my 50s. I am accustomed to sales reps promising one thing and then taking me to the back room to speak to a manager who wants to sell me more stuff besides the car. To put it simply, THIS WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! My credit was approved through them, they sent somebody to pick me up in Jersey and the rest was a car buying dream! MY CAR WAS PRISTINE AND ALMOST IN BRAND NEW CONDITION! They fuss over their cars. Mine was pampered indoors 24/7 with no rain or other elements to harm my new baby. The people were fantastic. In fact, I could not wait to leave with my new car before they changed their minds!!! I kid you not! Its a gorgeous car that seems mechanically sound. I waited a few months before leaving this review. I wanted to drive it for while just to make sure it was not beauty that's just skin deep. So far thumbs up! This purchase was a sign and drive. I literally did not spend a single penny up front on this deal. Here is the wrap up: This is my first online purchase of a vehicle that I did not even test drive before making the commitment. I had an auto accident due to the weather and my car was totalled. I really liked that Q45 Infiniti, but because it was totalled I needed to find another vehicle. I started my search for a 2009 Infiniti FX 35 with specific major options included. I didn't think I would find the car of my dreams, because it was a dream. I was searching for a late model Cadillac CTS with the rare 6- speed manual transmission, and drove over 100 miles to see the one at Sevag Motors, after a long phone conversation with Jeff Sevag at the dealership. I found the 2010 CTS exactly as described, in beautiful, like-new condition with only about 24,000 miles on it. It was in immaculate condition. Jeff seemed very familiar with the car, answered all my questions fully, and left us with ample time to inspect the car. After a local test drive, we were provided with full information about the car and it's history. We bought the car on that first visit, and they made the process as easy as possible. My overall impression is that this is a dealer selling select, previously owned cars, and who is determined to provide customers with first-rate service in the buying process. Friends have commented on the exceptional appearance of the car, and we are very pleased with the car and the treatment we had at Sevag Motors.

After learning we were expecting our 3rd baby, my husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle to accommodate our growing family. After narrowing down our choices we had decided on the Honda Pilot. At first we flip flopped back & fourth on getting used or new and after searching for used Pilots in our hometown area of Boston we quickly learned that they have great resale value & we wouldn't be saving much by getting used. So we visited a few dealers for a brand new Pilot. My husband was getting really stressed about a huge car payment so back to the internet I went searching and searching for a reasonably priced newer Pilot. Thats when I came across Paul Sevag Motors in Pennsylvania. They had a 2011 Honda Pilot LX at a reasonable price. The car looked brand new and they had a ton of photos that showed the car at every possible angle inside and out! I quickly showed my husband and although we were a bit nervous about purchasing a car out of state he called the next morning and spoke to Jeff and the rest is history!! We traded in our old vehicle for a good price and financed the rest threw them! We got an excellent rate and the whole process was a breeze! My husband drove down the following weekend to pick up our new car! I was so impressed with the condition of the car and it drives fantastic! I will never buy a new car after this experience with Paul Sevag Motors! The whole team is very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer especially if you are from out of state don't hesitate to contact them or you could miss out on great deal!

An excellent car buying experience and I speak from over 50 years of buying cars! Philip was great with explaining all facets of how the 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet worked. From the top down process to all the electronics to including syncing my wife's phone to her new car. The car was immaculate in cleanliness and appearance. The unique feature of this dealership is that all their cars are under roof and that was a blessing on the cold windy day of purchase. Philip thoroughly explained every piece of paper that had to be signed to our complete satisfaction! We had very few questions due to his thoroughness. Upon our return to the Mechanicsburg area we told our neighbors and friends about the excellent treatment and car buying experience from Philip and his family! we found a car on cars.com that we liked, it was at paul sevag motors, several hours away, the dealership was very nice, the staff (mostly family) was very helpful and patient as well as the mechanics in the shop. after test driving the car we originally went to see, which was very nice, we saw another car that we liked better, after driving the car, paul's son, who was helping us, answered all our questions, the buying process went very smooth, paul was very helpful with all the paper work. everyone was very curtious and respectful, this is the first car we buy from paul sevag!

Oh my gosh; I've always hated car shopping--it's time consuming, expensive and you never know the type of people you will be dealing with. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. As a retired school principal, I know that I am both extremely particular and that I also maintain the HIGHEST expectations! I am pleased to share that my experience at Paul Seveg Motors was the BEST car buying one of my life! Over the years, I have purchased several new, as well as pre-owned cars from various dealers. However, I knew almost immediately upon arrival at this company, that Paul Seveg Motors is exceptional. It is a meticulous operation with three family members who are professional, cordial, intelligent and honest in their superior customer service. Their cars are the most meticulously maintained pre-owned cars that I have ever seen. I drove away with a beautiful, well priced Lincoln MKZ that I am sure will long meet my expectations. It was a pleasure buying a Cadillac STS-V from Paul Sevag Motors. Every aspect of buying my car was professional. They have a great facility and I drove more than 70 miles to see the car. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. A fair price was gladly paid for a somewhat rare car that was extremely clean. I recently purchased a 2010 Acura TL/Tech from there. Phil and Jeff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The car was fully loaded and in showroom condition. They had all the accompanying service records and manuals to go with the car as well. The price was also better than anything i saw at any Acura dealer for a car in such great condition and they were able to get me a great rate as well. Also living in New Jersey, they completed all the necessary paper work that I needed for registration, title, tags and taxes. All i had to do was walk into the DMV and hand them the packet that they prepared for me and I was done. Overall I had an excellent experience with them and would definitely recommend them.

I did a ton of research and drove to many dealerships. Paul Sevag motors carries quality cars in top condition with records of maintenance. They had the car I wanted at a fair price. The buying process was simple. What impressed me a lot was the knowledge of all components of the car. I bought a 2004 mercedes clk320 and Phillip knew everything about it. As a woman, I am often not treated with the same respect as a man would be when buying a car. Phillip, Jeff and Paul all showed me the respect I deserved and made me feel completely comfortable. I refuse to buy new cars, so when we need another car, I will be going back to Paul Sevag motors

I had just started my search process for my Volvo S80 and was not in a rush to buy. I contacted the dealer online after I found one I was interested in while searching the web one evening. They contacted me immediately and even made arrangements to stay open late since I could not come during their normal business hours. The entire staff was knowlegeable and answered all my questions. These guys are great. I looked for months to find the car I wanted. After months of looking i found what i was looking for. A 2012 Subaru STI limited in very rare lightning red, loaded with accessories and only 4k miles. They had over 120 pictures online and were willing to send me more. The car ended up being 900 miles away. I made the first call to Sevag motors and talked to Jeff. He seemed up front and honest. We came to an agreement on price. A few weeks later I mailed them a 3500 dollar check across the country to hold the car for me. I flew out to West Chester a few weeks later to see that car with the remaining cash in hand. They drove 45minutes to the PHI airport to pick me up at 7 PM on a Friday night. (Not many dealers would do this). The car was perfect. Detailed perfectly. I am a neat freak, and this car was past my expectations of clean. I put alot of trust in Jeff to believe the car was as nice as he described with no damage. Not many people would spend 36k across the the country without seeing the car, but I would do it again with this dealer in a heartbeat. Thanks again Jeff, Paul, and Philip!

Saw a car i liked on their site. Checked out the reviews and new i had to stop by. This was my first car purchase and Jeff made it comfortable and smooth. No pressure, clean facilities, and nice accommodating people. Got their about an hour before their posted closing time, test drove and the bought the car i liked. They were more than willing to stick around an extra hour and help me finish the deal. Showed up knowing i wouldn't need to mess with haggling because their price was great and car was immaculate. Can't say enough good things. Wasn't looking forward to the process but it went great. Would recommend to anyone.

I was looking for a used Eldorado and happened upon a listing for a gray '99 at Paul Sevag Motors, Inc. The car looked fantastic in the photos but I was a bit wary, having seen ads for other cars that looked good in the pictures but turned out not to be quite as nice in person. This dealership was just over 100 miles from my home and I was reluctant to travel that far, having been burned before by cars not living up to their photos and descriptions. Luckily however, I have a very close friend who lives less then 15 minutes away and he agreed to stop by and take a look for me. The staff welcomed his visit as if he was the one looking to purchase the vehicle. They showed him the car as well as their facility and left him quite impressed. He immediately sent me a text message saying that the car was beautiful and actually looked better in person then in it's pictures. He told me of his positive impression of the dealership and all whom he met there. The following weekend I drove the 100 miles to look at the car for myself and was not at all disappointed. Just as my friend had said, it looked better in person! The salesman who helped me was Jeffrey Sevag and he couldn't have been nicer. He answered each and every question I had and treated me like an old friend. We took a test drive that covered various road surfaces and types. I was impressed. When we returned to the dealership Jeffrey noticed the wire wheels on my '93 Eldorado (the car I had driven down in). He told me he had a wheel cleaning product that would make them sparkle. He then disappeared inside their shop, returned with said product in hand and proceeded to clean all four of my wire wheels for me! He did this without asking for anything in return, no charge, on the house! After showing me around the dealership (lots of very nice inventory by the way), introducing me to his dad (Paul Sevag) and brother (Philip)we sat down to discuss the details of the purchase and made a deal. Since I had driven down in my existing car, we agreed that I would return the following weekend by train and pick up the car then. Jeffrey even offered to have someone pick me up at the train station and drive me to the dealership (I declined since my friend had offered to do the same.) When I arrived to pick up the car, they had it detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas! All in all, the experience of buying this car couldn't have been much better. The Sevag family, their employees and staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I've already recommended them to friends and family and would do so again without reservation. In fact, the next time I'm looking for a car Paul Sevag Motors, Inc. will be the first place I look.

Everyone at Paul Savag Motors Inc are pros. Every other dealer should spend a day with these guys to see what real customer service looks like. Their cars are exceptional, their facility is spotless and they make the process of buying a used car simple, straight forward and honest. I look forward to buying another car from them some day.

We decided to take a ride up to Paul Sevag Motors one Sunday to look at a BMWX3 that was advertised. They were closed but the owner's son happened to be there and was more than accommodating. He let us in to take a look at the cars real quick, even though they were closed, and that's when we saw the BMW 330 that we eventually purchased. As my husband was driving the car home, however, he noticed the oil light kept coming on. He called the dealership when he got home and they made arrangements for one of their employees to drive down to take the car back to the dealership, make any needed repairs/adjustments, and drive the car back to our home, which they did within the week. My daughter will be looking for a car within the next year or so, and I will definitely check out their inventory when that time comes. They were great to work with!

Bought a used SUV from these guys. The whole process was smooth. I worked with Jeff and Phil and was treated very well. They were super friendly and were able to answer all my questions. There is no pressure to buy when coming in either. No pushy or sleazy salesmen here. They have a great selection of quality cars at great prices. I recently purchased a preowned Cadillac Brougham from Paul Sevag motors. This car had very low miles and looked like it just rolled off the factory assembly line. Within the two or so hour process to find, test drive, trade-in, and purchase a vehicle with this family run business, I had gotten the opportunity to meet Paul Sevag, and his son Phil. Both of which were very warm and easy people to deal with. Paul serviced the sale, and was very up front and honest about the car I was purchasing and I never at any point felt like they were trying to "pull one over on me". Honestly, this was the easiest and best buying experience we've ever had. No pressure to buy, beautiful selection of cars (they have some high standards for the cars they're reselling which makes it easy). We went in unsure, no pressure to buy, walked out later that day with a car. It's a nice family run show where every person there is so nice and you feel like they're treating you like they would a friend or family member during the whole process. Again, no pressure at all and easy to work with which you know is hard to find in the used car arena. I'm happy to say we'll be back in the future if we need another car. To find a 1 or 2 year old luxury car at a reasonable price from reasonable people is such an easy decision to make. Thank you Paul Sevag Motors!

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this process was the most enjoyable. The staff answered all questions and the vehicle was spotless (great job staff). They recommended someone to service the vehicle near my home to make it more convenient. There was no pressure and I felt I got a fair deal. A great place to purchase a beautiful well cared for used vehicle. These people are AAAAAAA+ My only problem with the process was the constant ringing of a cell phone while filling out papers for the purchase, but I guess this cannot be avoided.

The buying experience from Paul Sevag Motors was fantastic. We stopped at the dealership an hour before they closed on a Saturday and not once did we feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing them at all. Paul and his sons were very accommodating and friendly. We walked out driving a beautiful used Lexus IS 250 a couple hours later. This was truly a wonderful buying experience!!!

Paul, Jeff and Phillip are friendly, honest and just downright good people providing customers with incredible customer service! Their website provides such detailed pictures and below market pricing that you can't help but venture to their indoor showroom to checkout their selection. I drove over two hours to get there, and it was more than worth it. Every car in their inventory is spotless and clean. I knew I wanted to buy my car from them before I even got there, but after meeting with them and taking a test drive it sealed the deal. If you want to deal with honest people, not pushy salesman trying to make an extra buck....go to Paul Sevag Motors. Every car dealer I've ever bought from has charged outrageous and ridiculous fees but Paul Sevag Motors did not charge even one! We also had financing when we got there, but Jeff and Phillip were able to beat our interest rate by several points so we financed through them as well. I recently traded in my Honda Civic for a Nissan Rogue. Phil and Jeff were exceptional!!! Phil took his time with me and there was no pressure. He made sure I understood everything and was very helpful! I got the vehicle Dec 26th and as a Christmas present my mother got me rubber car mats for the civic. I mentioned that I would have to trade them in for Nissan mats. Jeff must have over heard me....when I got into the Nissan there were brand new rubber mats especially made for the Rogue! I can't say enough good things about PSM, they are a group of great guys!!

The Holidays are never a great time to learn that your car costs more to repair than it is worth. Faced with the need for a high quality car I began my search. The on line chat via cars.com allowed me to instantly talk to Jeff arranging for a 2 hour drive to the dealer in the AM. The drive and the expereince was WORTH it. I am a customer for life. Their down to earth approach and no push manner was a welcome change from the BMW dealer I had visit the day before. All of their pre owned cars are garage kept and priced for ownership. After looking around for a pre owned, we started seeing this dealership on cars.com. Every car we found in the price range we wanted to stay around was here. Cars seemed very clean looking at pictures. We decided to go and check them out. Same as pictures, perfect. Indoor showroom, very nice people to deal with. Answered all questions, took time for us, checked every detail for us, even upcoming service intervals. They had us in and out,even on a pretty busy day. They kept us posted on status as we waited. I just purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger. Their price was $3,000 less than the cheapest I could find on the internet and below book value on KBB. I dealt with Paul originally on the phone, then Jeff when test driving the car. Philip took care of the paperwork, etc. He was very knowlegeable on financing, etc. They all went out of their way to help me. They were all very knowledgable and pleasant. They gave me exactly what I was looking for in my trade. Again right on KBB. So far, the car I bought is great and I love it. I would definitely return here for future purchases.

The truck had low miles and a spotless carfax that included every oil change and scheduled maintenance the previous owner had done. The price of the truck was somewhat higher to the comparables in the area and it is true that they do not budge very much from their posted price. However, after looking at 10 different Frontiers, this truck was by far the nicest and best kept. Phil, the salesman, was able to get my wife and I an extremely low interest rate from the credit union they use. He also recommend an excellent insurance company which we have switched both our cars and house to. This saves us almost $500 a year. I have purchased 3 Vehicles from this dealer and I have never had a problem with any of them. He sells low mileage clean cars for a fair price. You can't "deal" with him very much. He puts the price at what he needs for the car and that's it, but it's usually a fair price. Honesty is his best quality. The last time I traded a car in withhim, a month later I got a check in the mail from him because he said he got more for my trade-in than he thought he would. I never heard of that before!
