Excellent service and prices! Great selection and no pressure. Friendly environment and the vehicles you want/need; if they don't have it, all you gotta do is ask! They'll go the extra mile and find what you're looking for. They're willing to take the time and work with you to figure out what works best for you!

My 10 year old car was in terrible shape. Things continued to go wrong with it over the last year and I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to do if it died on me. I came to the dealership unsure of what to expect. I was met with a very friendly staff who genuinely cared and wanted to see me leave with the best deal possible. I'm pleased to say that I was well taken care of and I am now the proud owner of a great van which I love. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future and will be sending all of my friends and family to them as well!

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from the Paul West Automotive Group and I will truly say that their vehicles are undoubtedly the best! All the people here were nice and helped us get a vehicle quick. They are a great dealership and have great low mileage vehicles. They don't try to pressure you in to anything, they are there to answer your questions and get you in a great vehicle. I would defiantly recommend checking them out for great vehicles and people.

I worked with Phil Friday via email and also Saturday morning when my husband and I purchased our vehicle from them. They are very quick at responding back on any questions you may have. He really made the experience very quick and painless. The last time we went to a dealership they talked only to my husband when it was going to be my vehicle. I will definitely refer them to friends and family that are looking into getting another vehicle.

Paul, Phil, Chris, Bryan, Danny, and Mr. Jack are great folks. I have bought 3-4 cars off them and NEVER had a problem! They treat people like family and try everyday to improve on an already solid company. There is no doubt who leads the Buy here pay here market and who's company continuously grows stronger. Paul started this business but my boys Chris & Phil are taking it into 2013. Anyone who has ever been behind KNOWS how ruthless repo companies can be. Bryan Williams is changing the face of collections in the central Florida area. Again, showing folks that honesty and hard work are the foundations of America and a good company. I just bought a truck from them today but worked with them though out the week. Phil was a great sales person.. He wasn t like most car sales men, he was up front with information but he didn t make you feel like you had to buy right then. He answered many questions we had and he made buying my second truck very easy. His father was also a very easy going person along with everyone in the office. I will be stoping in again when it s time for another car/truck. I will be also sending anyone I know their way who s looking for a new pre-owened car/truck.. Thanks again guys

My experience at Paul West was the BEST out of all the car dealerships I have been to. The service was excellent and everyone treats you with care. When on the hunt for a vehicle, it can definitely be a challenge especially when you have tons of car dealers in the area to go through. Of course I did my research in my area and and stumbled upon Paul West, the website was user friendly and the vehicles on the website were in immaculate condition so I decided to give them a visit. When I got to the lot, me and girlfriend walked in and everyone was nice and had good vibes. We wanted to look at a few vehicles so we let them know, no problems we even test drove a few. Before we stepped foot inside any of the cars, Carfax in hand, didn't even ask. If it was up to me we would've drove off the lot with the first one we test drove. Phil insisted we test drive a few to get a feel for what we're looking for and to keep our options open, this guy is awesome I said in my head. We came back from our test drive, made a decision on our vehicle and went for it. I thought the process was going to be long and outdrawn, maybe a little but Phil made us understand every inch of what was going to happen moving forward and we appreciated that greatly. Everything went well from there and I'm proud to say I've bought from Paul West used cars, not only because the cars are all in great shape but more so of the repore we had with Phil and all the other employees. It was such a great car buying experience I would recommend anyone here that's in the market for a vehicle. This place is awesome!

Very easy to work with and was able to get me financed even with my bad credit. They offer 2 1/2 year loans and included a 3 month 3,000 mile powertrain warranty for free. Would recommend them to anyone in the Gainesville, FL area.
