We had the best experience working with Paul. He made the process of buy a used car easy. He even got us a better rate than my bank could offer which was the lowest we had found. I would definitely work with Paul and Paula Toyota again!

Paul LaRose went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car... and to make sure everything was perfect when we arrived to pick it up! Love my Toyota Highlander! Our daughter now inherits my Toyota Sienna with 260,000 miles... still going strong!

We recently purchased our first new vehicle in some time, and were nervous about going through this process again. What a pleasant surprise we had at Pauly Toyota! Every step of the way was smooth and efficient. All questions were answered quickly and accurately, the vehicle arrived within the time they stated (new from the factory, excellent timing and luck for us), and all of the details of delivery were handled in the same fashion. If you want to buy a Toyota, we highly recommend doing so at Pauly!!

Paul was amazing! He is patient, trusting, and very customer focused. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t planning on buying last night, but how could we refuse with such a great salesman? Thank you, Paul! We love our new van!

My 71 yr. old mother went for a air bag recall and in addition spent over $370 on a battery for her 2011 Toyota Prius, only to find the inside of her door panel damaged. She keeps her car spotless so when she noticed the damage she went back and was given a runaround. I went with her and the manager told us to get out of the premises and its not their fault, it broke on its own, really? I could not believe the way he talked to us; 2 women just wanting it fixed like it was, we treat animals better. We own 2 other Toyotas and will definitely drive the distance to go somewhere else. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, that's just few words how we would describe Pauly Toyota .

Have yet to have a bad experience at Pauly Toyota in both the sales and service departments. There is no other dealership I would trust to work on my car. The technicians are well trained and the service advisors and management is friendly and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2016 Rav4 and it was an incredibly smooth process. I got all the features I wanted with a great price to match. I'm all about customer service, and Pauly continues to exceed my expectations!

We stopped at Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake looking for a used vehicle. It was the first dealership we chose to visit. Paul Ahmed, sales associate, came out to the lot to greet us immediately, and we took an instant liking to him. He was warm and sincere and extremely knowledgable. We bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from him, just the type of vehicle we were looking for! It was the first and only dealership we checked out, and the Sienna was the only vehicle we looked at and test drove. Paul was very accommodating and made us comfortable throughout the whole buying process. We have yet to have any dealings with the service department, but feel we can recommend this dealership to friends and family and definitely recommend Paul Ahmed as a very considerate, capable, and friendly sales consultant, he really took the time with us and listened to what we were saying. And since we live in Crystal Lake, we were very happy to keep our business in town.

I test drove a vehicle and after a couple weeks of talking with the salesman, I decided to buy the vehicle. I took a last test drive and several problems popped up during the short trip. I informed the salesman and he told me "Good thing it didn't happen after you bought it." He then kind of chuckled and started to walk away. When I asked if he was going to do anything, He apologized, shrugged, and walked away. I attempted to call twice and never received a return call. It looks like the vehicle was immediately returned to the sales lot.

Price I was quoted for the repair was less than a quarter of what they wanted to repair my car. Quote was based on seeing the piece that needed to be replaced and was given after service department saw my car. I had to return as they had to order the part. I was told the nonessential part would be under $200 installed. Figured better safe than sorry, so I had them order the part. Today I waited for over an hour for a repair that I was told would take 45 minutes. No one came to tell me what was going on. I finally approached someone and then after a run around was told that another part was needed. I asked why if they had seen what came off the car as well as the car, they didn't realize more parts were needed and I also asked why no one had come to talk to me. Spoke with the manager of the dealership who then brought me to the service manager. He explained it was a "mistake" on the part of the service person who looked at my car and the piece. He offered to sell me the piece for his cost. Calculations show that they marked this piece up over 60%. Worried that the part being nonessential might also be a "mistake." I would not trust the expertise or honesty of this service department.

Not worth your time and effort. I felt like I was doing a car deal in 1979. Come on guys get with the times. Old sales tactics don't work anymore. What happened to me is a long story-let's say Customer service is the key and Pauly needs to work on that.

I flew from Kansas City to Chicago to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Everything went great up until the point they received my wire transfer that paid for the car in-full. I had expressed the need to be quick about getting the paperwork done since I still had an 8 hour drive home ahead of me. I stood around for 1-1/2 hours after they received payment before I sat down to sign everything and that was after I raised hell with my salesman. It didn't stop there, after the 5 minutes worth of paperwork that I waited 90 to complete I began my drive home. As I was driving I started looking over the dash to familiarize myself with all of the features when I couldn't find the heated seat buttons (keep in mind, the car only had 7k miles and was still under factory warranty so I wasn't concerned with whether or not they worked at the time). When I stopped for gas I opened the manual and looked for the seat heater buttons only to find out they don't exist. At that point I called my salesman and left him a voicemail. The next morning I decided to go over all of the car's options listed in their advertisement only to find out that two of the options packages didn't exist. Both the cold weather package (heated seats, steering wheel, retractable headlight washers) and Driver Assist package (backup camera, parking assist) were non existent. I immediately emailed my salesman and followed it up with a phone call in which he told me he would have the pre-owned sales manager call me. Nothing. I've called and left messages for both Dago (salesman) and Craig (sales manager) multiple time have never heard back from either of them. I called and left a message for Eric the general sales manager earlier today but don't expect to hear from him either. I've dealt with some low down car dealers in my time but this one set the bar at an all time low. Its a shame because with a little customer service this could have been a completely different experience.

After our Sienna was totaled and everyone walked away without a scratch we knew we wanted another Sienna. We went to Pauly looking for a used Sienna because we had good experiences with both their sales and service departments previously. We worked with Terry O'Gara and were very happy with the experience. Terry really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Pauly Toyota and Terry. This will be the first place I stop the next time we're looking for a car.

I wish that I could give a rating of zero stars, because even a one star rating is far more than Pauly Toyota deserves. We brought our 2011 Toyota Sienna in to Pauly Toyota for routine maintenance before taking a family road trip. Just before dropping it off with Pauly Toyota, the rear sliding door on the driver's side worked fine. After getting the car back from Pauly Toyota, the first time we tried to open the rear sliding door (the next morning) it would open only partially before jamming. We later learned that the fuel door hinge was broken, causing the sliding door to think the fuel door was open and preventing the door from opening further. Note, to open the fuel door, you need to pull a lever under and to the left of the steering wheel, right next to the hood release. It is an easy to make a mistake and pull the fuel door lever when you are trying to open the hood. We brought the vehicle back to Pauly Toyota, expecting them to acknowledge responsibility for the damage to the fuel door and to repair it right away. However, the Pauly Toyota technician not only denied responsibility for the damage, but had the audacity to suggest that we pay $221 to replace the fuel door. We asked to speak to the service director, and he was extremely rude and condescending. He agreed with the technician that Pauly Toyota couldn't have caused the damage because they "didn't work on the fuel door." We then contacted the owner, who defended his service director's behavior and reiterated the service director's flawed conclusion that Pauly Toyota couldn't have damaged the fuel door because they hadn't worked on it. The owner went so far as to suggest that he had done us a favor for not charging us for the repair estimate for damage Pauly Toyota caused to my vehicle.

I always had good service experience in the past with Pauly. I have taken my Prius there for service and oil changes over the past several year. However the experience this time was very disappointing and far below satisfactory. Pauly had a difficult time diagnosing my brake failure (ABS & VCS codes) on my 2007 Prius with 123k miles. Their diagnosis strategy seemed to be a "trial and error" approach. After multiple attempts to repair the problem (including a $2900 Actuator replacement), it was ultimately determined that the root cause was in the harness. The harness repair would be $5400. While it's tough to swallow paying $5400 for a brake failure on a car valued under $7k, I was willing to pay that cost to have my problem fixed. However Pauly wanted a total of $9400 to also cover the cost of the other unnecessary repairs and diagnosis. So to be clear, Pauly wanted $9400 to complete a $5400 repair for a brake failure on a car thats value is less than 7k.They didn't seem to understand my perspective because their justification was that they were just following Toyota's instructions. Somehow that translated into the customer needs to pay for their time and effort even though that did not fix the car???? So in the end, I had to pay Pauly $3120 (Actuator replacement) to pick up my car with the same brake failure it came in with. Therefore I'm $3k lighter and driving a car without brake assistance or traction control. Additionally the gas mileage I am now getting post repair has dramatically decreased (by almost 30%). So unfortunately this leads me to also question the actual quality and competency of the service work.It is unfortunate. I like the Toyota brand and was satisfied with Pauly up to this point. However I was very disappointed that Pauly chose to sever the relationship with a loyal customer over $3,000. I have escalated my concerns to Toyota and plan to notify the CPSC. I'll see if Toyota wants to salvage a customer relationship. Hopefully I will be able to provide some positive updates in the future.

Terry O'Gara greeted my partner and I outside in the car lot. He let us test drive 3 Toyota 4Runners and was able to answer any questions we threw his way. He was very informative, knew his cars, and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up finding a different vehicle elsewhere, but only ended up purchasing with the knowledge we gained after talking with Terry. We would highly recommend Terry if you are in the need of ANY vehicle.

Went with Toyota because of reputation of quality that just goes and goes and the warranty that came with the vehicle. I came in for a routine oil change and was told the water pump was leaking and the repair would be $500+, I stated I was pretty sure it was covered under my 7 yr 100000mi warranty, but was told no. The service guy said it wasn't leaking badly yet bit should be addressed. I went home read thru my paperwork and found the info that it was covered. I returned to Paully Toyota and showed them my book stating this info. They agreed THEN it was covered. They kept the car to repair and called the next day to be picked up. The next morning there was coolant leaking from car so I returned to dealer to check it out. They brought out a small chewed up hose and said that was leaking and that hoses were not covered under warranty.... I said the hose looks like someone used a pliers to pull it off its barb as the outside is chewed up, he disagreed. This water pump wasn't even dripping and now he's saying this chewed up hose was the problem all along. I own a service company, if I ran my business this way I would be out of business. I just wasn't what I pay for, no more, no less. This will be my last trip ever to Paully Toyota. Kelly j Mcmenamy Fox river grove il.

I had previously purchased a used corolla S from this dealer so when I decided to enter the market I thought why not go back to this dealership, after all my first buying experience was pretty good. I inquired about a vehicle online and even filled out their credit app. I figured I would get a call from them in a timely manner, nope... I waited two days, finally I had to call them, after I received credit from a local credit union. When I called I began to discuss the vehicle and tried to set up a deal, I live 3 hours away and was willing to travel to give them my business. I was told "don't get your hopes up" by The gentleman I spoke with (Charles) told me he would call me the next day and let me know what we can put together, no call again, I called the dealership and was told they would not negotiate, they would not work with me whatsoever, I had money and was willing to buy had they given me any reasonable consideration. But they apparently don't like money or customers that do their research and know fair market values. They also have zero value placed on customer loyalty. Overall I felt like I was treatef as a burden to the sales team rather than a valued customer. My demands were not unreasonable they simply chose to loose a customer for years to come. Im 26, think of all my future business they lost. Oh well I found a local dealership that worked with me and got me into a great car a year newer and with 10k less miles for less than Pauly. I rarely write reviews but this dealership has no business ethics or general business strategy other than deceive the misinformed buyer. I am aware my first buying experience was a fluke and I will not buy from this dealer ever again.

I live over an hour away from this dealer, so negotiated a price over the web. After driving 1.5 hrs. to pick up my new Prius V five, I found that the car was not a Prius V five, as advertised, but a model two. Was given some lame story about a computer error. Excuse was so bad it was laughable. Hate it when car salesmen insult your intelligence. Really a bad experience. Don't waste your time

I always brought my 2011 Tundra into Pauley for service since I bought it there. The time before my last time of bringing it there, the mechanic failed to put 4 screws back on my skid plate. So, when I brought it back for another service call, they said the screws were missing and it would be $80 to replace them. I said they were the last ones to work on it last, so they lost the screws. They should have to pay for them. They refused to pay. They said it would be difficult to put the skid plat on without the screws. I said "the idiot that lost the screws apparently didn't have a problem putting the plate back on". They put the skid plate back on and I was on my way without the screws. I complained to corporate and they didn't care. I love my Tundra, but doubt I would ever buy another when corporate doesn't even care. I'm using my real name because I want Toyota to know they just lost a customer..... This was the 2nd Tundra I bought new.....

Sam promised a price. When we came back they jerked us around for a total of 3 hours and then wouldn't give us the price they promised. The sales manager in the glass office wouldn't come out to speak to us. St. Charles and Elgin Toyota told us the price was a scam and they were right!!!!! Go to Elgin Toyota. We bought our last 5 cars there and we are still treated like royalty. We should have never shopped any where else.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Pauly. This was my first experience with them. Largely handled the transaction online with Charles Walker. Called them last week and inquired about a vehicle and informed them of my credit and applied for financing. I believe Paul informed me he would call back with information and NEVER did. Called them back the same day to follow up and again was told they would get back to me. NEVER received a callback. I was optimistic about this dealership from what I read here. Now i think they made false accounts and provided fake reviews. If you could not help me a simple 5 minute probably less phone call would have sufficed stating you are unable to help.

Jeff worked with my me remotely to purchase a used 2011 Prius Gen 3 - 5 Trim. Jeff provided detailed information over the phone on our trade in, not a scam request that the vehicle had to be there (of course the caveat of a "rough estimate", however this is expected given a sign unseen estimate. Jeff called back quickly and had our vehicle waiting late into the night after a 3 hour drive. He was extremely friendly and definitely demonstrated his expertise and passion for used car sales. This dealership over-estimated our trade, however as opposed to backing out (which after a 3 hour drive would have been unspeakable) they honored the low end of the range of our estimate. While their estimate was not off by much (and the vehicle was not the best price in town, however had the options we desired), they stood by their word. This is almost unheard of in car sales anymore. Dealership thrive on lousy trades - this dealership stood by the top trade in value we were estimated at - better than the #1 Toyota on this site - Toyota of Naperville (who sold a vehicle that we spent the entire day discussing and no one knew it was sold). The dealership stayed late into the night, past closing to wrap-up. No one pushed an extended warranty or a cross-sell - simply wanted to ensure we were happy. I was not a big fan of the dry humor of the finance guy, however to each their own. Our experience was as high as any dealership (including new BMW's, Mercedes and Audi's).

This was our second experience purchasing a car with Pauly Toyota. Our Prius was recently totaled and Jeff Massingill and Mike Ruiz went ABOVE & BEYOND our expectations in finding us another Prius in our price range. They even gave us a loaner car until they could find us a replacement. We loved working with them so much we traded in our Scion (purchased from them 2 years ago) and bought a second Prius. Their service department is second to none also. We had our first Prius in for repairs with them over the summer and they kept me informed throughout the day on the progress. They even gave me a loaner car. I would NEVER deal with another dealership. They are the best!

By far the best experience I've had with a dealership. They gave me the best price hands down, no gimmicks, no games of running to the manager. I went through the internet sales side of the dealership. Both Jeff and Steve are outstanding at customer service and are very thorough. I was treated very poorly at a different Toyota dealership, but Pauly Toyota restored my faith in the brand and dealerships in general. The entire staff was plesant to work with. I will not go to anyone else, I'm going to Pauly for life.

After being treated very poorly by a different Toyota dealership, I turned to Pauly's for a quote. Not only did the internet sales team respond within a few hours, but they shot me the best price I had ever seen on my Camry. Thinking for sure it was a ploy, I called and talked to Jeff. He assured me the price was legit, no games, no ploy, no additional costs added at time of sale. I trusted him, and turns out he was telling me the 100% truth. I bought my car last night! Absolutely the best staff I've ever worked with, very friendly and professional. Best deal in the state! Jeff and Steve in internet sales will treat you well!

Dealing with this Dealership was a pleasure. We were greeted promptly upon arrival, the negotiations were straight up front, and fair. All the staff treated us as though they truly do care about the customer. There was no "high" pressures sales, even through the financing. We drove about two hours to purchase from them, and would definately do it again! Thank you Pauly!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Pauly Toyota in the last 5 years but in the last year or so there service department has become not much more than scam arrests. As I waited for my oil to be changed several times, in there very nice lounge, I noticed more and more them hitting on older customer that were waiting to get there cars serviced, tell them they MUST get this or that done or they will find them selves stuck on the road with a broken down vehicle. Scaring them into buying additional service they simply didn't need. When they damaged my car during the last oil change and then charged me $175.00 to fix it I was done. Avoid this dealer, there are much better ones around.

We recently went to Pauly Toyota after visitng Elgin Toyota. I need to start with what a difference right from the beginning. I will also rate Elgin a 1 for their lies. Pauly Toyota was straight forward, easy to deal with, gave us a simple negotiation on both the purchase of our new Camry and our trade in. We live local to Pauly Toyota but due toa price from Elgin Toyota whic turned out to be a lie in every sense of the word we went to Pauly Toyota. I had a great conversation with the sales manager Jim Bechtold before we went to Elgin. I was trying to get him to match their price. He respectfully explained what they were doing and how they got to their number. Everything he stated was true, right down to the way they changed the price when we got to Elgin. Seemed their game at Elgin is to lie to get you in and than to push until you say yes. Needless to say we left immediately and ended up back at Pauly Toyota, which is where we should have gone originally. The old adage if it seems to good to be true it is. Funny how I forgot that and when Elgin was 1000's less than the other 3 quotes I got, Pauly Toyota was second best by far, I needed to be shown again why it would be to ggod to be true. Upon arriving at Pauly Toyota I was greeted immediately by Sam Ahmed who introduced my to Jim the sales manager. I wanted to explain to Jim everything he told me was correct and that I wanted an easy deal, especially after the experience I just had. He assured me we would have no games and it would be the easiest car deal of my life. The price of the Camry was already set and Pauly made no tries or attempts to change it, as Elgin said they would. Elgin said all dealers play that game. I'm here to tell you Pauly doesn't. Anyhow Sam was great and got everything rolling along. However we needed to come back on Friday and Sam was off on Friday, he was willing to come in for us but we insisted he not do that. So he introduced us to his partner Jimyy Kieras. Jimmy did the favor of helping Sam out on his day off by finishing everything up for him on Friday. WOW!!! What a concept in sales to have someone who works with you so when your not available they can jump right in to help out. Seems to be the opposite experiences I have had at other dealers when the salesperson was worried about their commission and not me. Here they were worried more about me and my experience than the money, what a nice surprise. Jimyy got us into finance where Art Blaese did our paperwork. What a great experience there too. He went through everything with us, halped us understand why an extended warranty was a good idea and how it would fit into our payments. Plus it was in their at 0% just like the car. So after we finished our paperwork Jimmy spent over an hour going through the vehicle with us. He set up our bluetooth and made sure we understood everything there was to understand about the car. I can't say enough about the whole experience. From my first contact with Jim Bechtold the sales manager who was so willing to explain how this business has gotten tougher by dealers using rebates to quote a price, and the fact that most people will never be eligible for such rebates. Next he explained how they all pay the same for the cars and can all in the end do the same number and just wanted me to think about the fact that they were so much lower than everyone else, and that should be my red flag. He was right and I was wrong, but I had to go be tortured to realize it. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who in the end understood why I had to go to Elgin at such a different number and just asked me for one thing, to leave when the number changes. I did and that was easy. The problem is most people don't. When I met Jim and we got to talk face to face he explained how that most people end up going to the dealer who lies and do business with them. The funny thing is the business at the number that the honest dealer gave them. I can see why you would do that, especially since the dealer explains they were lieing also. Well Pauly didn't lie. I hope in the end if one other person goes to Pauly than I helped them get a better deal and a more pleasant experience. If there is any final point I would like to make it's Pauly handled everything professionally, from beginning to the end. I'm a Pauly customer for life.

Mike and Charles couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They gave me a great price on a new 2012 Camry Hybrid. They got us the exact car we wanted and they got the deal done in one day. Charles stayed late to show us the new features on the car. Thanks to both of them!

Came from a very bad experience of another dealership. It seemed they tried even harder to "step up to the Plate" and gave us a very quick and honest deal. They even are going to still try to finalize financing with Toyota Financial services since it was late Saturday and Toyota Finance was gone already. We did not ask them to, they offered to help our family, nuff said. But on the flip side this was probably also due to we went to the dealership around 3:30pm and they closed at 5 pm. either way, you treat them with respect and they will do the same for you.

I was quoted $500 in April by Barry who is a great guy, for both front & rear brakes on my 06 Sienna w/60K miles on it in April 2012----400 miles and 2 months later today June 4th, I brought it in and Justin told me, Yup $500, I'll call you when it is ready. 2 hours later I am called by Justin and told I must replace the rotors also on a car w/60K miles on it. A certified brake technician who inspected the brakes in April and told Barry the pads were worn very close to gone, so I did not drive it much. I even asked Barry about the $500 dollar price and he said that was accurate---no surprises !! At the same time the "Certified Toyota Brake Technician" who determined the pads were bad had to see the condition of the front side of the rotors. The issue was not with the front surface, but with the back surface which, according to Paul LaRose, can't be seen from the front. High school auto shop kids know that to do a complete inspection of the brake pads and rotors, you use a technicians mirror to see the back side and report the condition of the rotors also, after all it IS part of the brake system. This inspection was done by a "Certified Toyota Brake Technician" in April. The pads DID NOT score the rotors yet and I have the rotors in question that have more than enough metal to be refaced, but Justin insisted that I replace the rotors (I have that on my answering machine) which brought the total bill up to $1011.00 dollars. This is the good old "bait and switch" if I ever saw it as those rotors can probably be cut and still be within specifications, close, but within specs. I am going to send a similar letter to the local television news stations, newspapers and to the consumer fraud division of the Attorney generals office as this is deceptive practice in it's purest form. So other reviewers will tell how wonderful their waiting room is and blah, blah, blah. All I can say about that is there are some really poor consumers out there who are enjoying some very expensive coffee and pretzels and not aware as to just how they are being fooled by Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake, Ill.

We have used this dealership for over a decade on our 2000 Avalon and purchsed a new Sequoia recently. Paul LeRose was our sales associate. We greatly appreciated his candor, knowledge of the automobile, financing options, AND willingness to match the best price we could obtain elsewhere. Would highly recommend Pauly and Paul.

We ARE looking for a new or used Toyota Prius and the sales representative we got the first time I contacted Pauly was very pushy and "know-it-all", and not very helpful when he found out we were still researching hybrids. I doubt if we would go to Pauly when there are so many other dealers willing to help.

I went to other dealers farther from my area, we wound up stopping at Pauly Toyota as our last stop before heading home. I should have listen to my wife and stopped at Pauly Toyota first, we would have saved all the other trips to other locations. We purchased our vehicle at Pauly Toyota and at a great price, we were out of there with our vehicle in less then 2 hours and happy with our deal. Our sales rep was great along with the finance rep. Thanks For the great job...

From the moment we stepped into Pauly Toyota we felt like we were being ignored. Apparently they do not need to sell cars there as it took at least 15 minutes to get someone to help us and they were not busy AT ALL. Finally, a salesman by the name of Paul LeRose assisted us. Mr. LeRose turned out to be the typical high pressure "how quick can we make this deal happen", kind of salesman. After low-balling us on our trade he made several comments that made my wife and I very uncomfortable. We chose to leave and take our business elsewhere and I'm so glad that we did. Even after we told Mr. LeRose not to contact us anymore he kept calling, sending texts, and sending e-mails as well as leaving an extremely rude voicemail on my phone. This was not professional at all and that kind of behavior is reprehensible. My advice...stay away from Pauly Toyota and Paul LeRose altogether!! This experience is why we are leaving the rating that we are.

HORRIBLE dealership! Purchased a Jeep Wrangler that seemed to be in good condition and as soon as the papers were signed and I got the jeep up to highway speed, it started pulling horribly to the right. You could tell they hadnt even done an alignment on it. He guaranteed it was a great vehicle so i declined the extended warranty. A week after i had the jeep, the heat quit working and when the first rainfall had come, it leaked all through the seals and the inside of the jeep was SOAKED. After the first week everything started going bad, so now it sits in the driveway and collects dust. I called them and talk to them about what was going on and emailed them, left voicemails.... finally heard back over a month later and they told me that everything that was wrong with the vehicle still made it driveable and i purchased a used vehicled no matter if it cost $17,000 and im SOL and they will not do anything for me. He was extremely rude to my wife and I and I would like to personally shove the jeep right up Paulys A$$. DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE. WORST service IMAGINABLE! Anyone want to buy a lifted Jeep Wrangler?????

They sold us a car in 2007 and claimed it had no damage. We just got a CarFax report when we tried to get it appraised for a trade in and found out it had structural frame damage from a 06 accident. We have attempted to contact Pauly to discuss this matter and 2 weeks of calling and leaving message they have never bothered to call us back. We have always had weird problems with the car, doors not closing, brake going quickly, joints wearing out but never did they disclose that it was caused by the frame being damaged. We bought a mini van and having been driving our kids around in this classified as unsafe care for almost 4 years.

I have never had an experience buying a new car like I had at Pauly Toyota. My sales person Russ Robb was the best salesman. He is worth his weight in gold. I will be buying my wife a car soon and will be shopping at Pauly - with Russ Robb! The customer service is awesome and the dealership is warm and friendly. I will tell all my friends and family to buy from this dealership. The pricing is great and the service level is outstanding.

I have never had a more miserable consumer experience in my entire life. WOW,.. I was at the Pauly dealership on 11/04/08 and will never shop there again. Chuck played hardball with me as soon as we set down. Low balled me on my trade did not want budge on the price of the vehicle I wanted. He used most the "used car salesmen" tricks. I had to ask several times for the keys to my car when I saw that the deal was not going to happen.

I went pauly toyota on saturday june 24th to buy a 2007 camry, this dealership did not have the color that i was looking for. My parents and i sat down with steven volgos (biggest lier you will ever meet) and asked him when the car was going to be in he said no later then a week and that he had spotted 3 cars already. my parents signed a contract with them to buy a car and put a $1000.00 down. When I called on tuesday june 27 to find out what day the car was going to be in, he informed me that it was not going to be in for another 2 weeks to a month. at that point i told him that i had made plans for the weekend to come and pick up the car from michigan and if he cant deliver that i would like to get my deposit back. he said he understands and that he had already lost a sale due to toyota being backed up and had no problems returning the deposit. i called steven on wed. june 28th at 9:30 to inform that my dad and sister were going to be in to pick up the deposit in about an hour and he stated he had no problems with that. when my dad got there steven would not talk to him and the sales manager informed him that he would not be getting the deposit back. i guess as a consumer i made a few mistakes in taking his WORD that the car would be in in less then a week, (2)the deposit check would not he cashed until the car had arrived ( they cashed the check on monday june 26, 2006), and i made the mistake in taking his word saying that he would refund deposit on the phone. when i tried to explain to the sales manager and the owner of pauly toyoya about what steven had stated they both called me a lier within 2 minutes of us talking. for those of you looking into buying a car i would avoid this dealership at any cost because they are nothing but LIERS. if you would like more information about my experience with pauly feel free to e mail me at undmj23athotmail.com

Just had lower ball joints replaced under the recall, they told me I had a bad wheel bearing ( their estimate $305 ) not under warrant. Brouhgt the truck home and jacked it up, yep wheel is loose. Took it to my local shop for an estimate, it appears that the dust cap had been removed, and the nut removed with a punch or chisel, not the correct tool for the job. Then replaced and cross threaded. The nut was ruined and spindal damage. Pauly admits to replacing the bearing when they did breaks last year. But deny it's their problem because I had it fixed at my local shop. This sure looks like a make work scam to me....
