Jeremy in Service and his team wouldn't rest until they solved my Bluetooth problem. People could hear me but I couldn't hear them! They took each part out, test it, called in Nissan, then called in the Bluetooth manufacturer, then tested each part in another Pathfinder. And, finally, they found a problem in the wiring under a cupholder!! Took almost a month but they put me in a loaner and they never gave up! All the while being so friendly and helpful! Also, they have the nicest waiting room with snacks and cold water waiting for their customers. Only downside was when I was sent a coupon for a free Turkey, went in the very next morning (my mail arrives late), took forever to get someone that could help, was told they were all out already but expecting more and so and so would call. No call. Left a message for General Manager about it and he never responded. So, maybe Sales needs to step up their game? But Service has it all beat!

The over all experience was cool. It was hot as hell outside, so it was nice to kick back in a nice cool place. It was relaxing while waiting for my car to be done with it's service. It didn't take long at long... Thanks!

I found it bothersome that the dealership doesn't repair something as simple as a nail in my tire. They, in turn, sent me to America's Tire Co. to have it repaired. I was told by the dealership that it would be at no cost, yet it cost me $30.00. Very disappointing.

My first experience with Pedder Nissan was through the service dept. The check engine light came on in my sentra so I drove in without appointment and was immediately greeted by a service advisor and my car was taken right in. After diagnosing the problem,I was given an estimated time to when my car would be done and it was and washed.

I took my Nissan Quest to be checked by Pedder because it wasn't running. The service tech was honest about what was wrong (ran out of gas!) and brought up some other items that needed to be taken care of (most of which I already knew). When he quoted me a price, I shopped around a bit. Not only did I get great service, but it was also a fair price! Matt also helped me with an outside warranty I had, by doing all the leg work calling and trying to get it into effect. I will regularly return to them for service.

Wait was too long. My wife brought a 2013 Sentra, the problem here is that the tire check lite keeps coming on. I have taken it in, but they cannot find the problem. She refuses to drive the car in this condition. I have run out of options. Can you suggest something?

I purchased my used 2009 Nissan Altima from Pedder Nissan last October (2013), and I've had it in a few times for maintenance and repairs. My experience was very pleasent. The staff was friendly, and attentive. My repairs and service were completed in a reasonable time, and at a reasonable cost. I'll be back to regularly service my vehicle with Pedder Nissan.

This dealer jas a problem telling the truth in my opinion. I had a deal fall througg because of financing. The dealer couldn't tell me for 14 days. Then instead of telling me they lie and instead pretend that the got a better lending deal and needed papers resigned. Once there they lean on me and try to make me the bad person. If I was told the truth it wouldnt have been an issue. To make it worse, they still cant confirm that the $100+ of items I installed I n and on the car are ready for me to pick up. Additionally they admitted to stalking me and try to spin it as all my fault or that they havent done wrong. Just be careful and accept nothing from them that is not in writing.

This dealer does not know honesty nor follow good lending practices in my opinion. Do not believe a word they say nor trust that anything promised will be done. Had a deal not go tbrough due to financing. Dealer couldn't answer simple questions and proceeded to lie and follow/stalk me. Didnt ever tell me rescinding the deal but instead lied and played tricks to get me in to take back the car. If jad been told it would not have been a problem. It happens. But the way theu did things and waiting as long as they did to do (17 days) is where it becomes wrong in my opinion. Aftward the items I put into the car were promised back, yet a week later I still cannot get information if ready to pick up and not one person can pick up a phone to return my call regarding the $100+ of property that is mine. My advice is stay away from them.

Bought my maxima here a year ago, the sales experience was great, I felt like they bent over backyards for me, they stayed open until 11:30pm way past their closing time... Anyway I have been taking my car here for the regular service maintenance, went in this morning they said that my car was not due for service, however Jeremy Deleon the Asst..Service Manager was working and was AWESOME, he ended up having my car washed and checking the battery ETC... to make sure everything was ok. I normally don't take my time to write reviews ESP without being asked but I really feel like this dealership is worth it! Thanks again!!!! =-)

Do not believe the prices Pedder Nissan has online. Read every line that is printed on your sales contract. The sales people there will purposely try to distract you and then add costs to your sales contract. They call these additional costs "accessories". These include a $800 security system, a $50 nitro fill for your tires, and a slew of other costs. They use a big computer screen to get you to sign a lot of the sales agreement documents which discourage you from wanting to read volumes of hidden disclosures. Nobody asked me if I could live without nitro in my tires. Nobody said, "Hey, the price we have the car listed for online is not the price you can actually buy the car for." Because you can't. They need to include all the hidden costs in the price they list the car for. Not after you have negotiated a price you believe you will be paying for the car. On top of the hidden costs, they then try to sell you an upscale extended warranty. The bottom line... keep reading all the bad reviews on the web about this place. They are written by real people, and there are an overwhelming number of reviews that will shock you. Pedder Nissan is the epitome of a bunch of lying car salespeople.

Really Pedder Service Dept..... you couldnt of helped me out with the emissions issue.. what would it have taken to help out a customer in need???? All it would have taken was a few minutes of your day.. but instead you have lost me as a future car and service dept customer.. Pity considering I am in the market for a new vehicle

My experience with Pedder Nissan was amazing. My sales person was Jeff Bar, and the floor manager was Mr. Deserro. Both got me a 5.99 interest, and no money out of pocket and I got dealer financing. My new Nissan Sentra SV is paying out already in gas savings. My old 95 Nissan Maxima cost over 5,000 in gas as my bank receipts show, and I bought gas at Costco. Pedder, of course filled the tank, later washed my car free of charge, and my first change is free of charge, and I bought my car Jan 15 2013, and my car is a 2013, with payments starting in March. Like a lot of people I had heard bad things. but, that is not true. Talk to Jeff Barr or Mr. Deserro, if great customer service is what you want, if a good is deal is what you want, if a quality car is a Nissan, then you should run there. my gas cost should be 1800 a year. Peddler is my car dealer, why because I had been to many car dealerships, no one sold me a car or tried, There was no pressure to buy, I am personally happier than a tick on a fat dog butt. So, I highly recommend them, especially for single women buying a car. I am a single woman, african american.

I was In looking for a new sentra and turning in my honda accord, I worked with Mitch over 3 days, they had to get the car from a different dealer of theirs but the entire time he and the manager Johnny I think we're very helpful, took a little but, I think it was because I was so specific on the sentra, but all in all it worked out and I was glad to trade in my car to them

I took my Xterra to Pedder Nissan because of a grinding sound. They diagnosed the problem as the ABS actuator. The repair took 6 days. My wife got in to drive home but the brakes were not working properly, so she returned to Pedder. The mechanic said he needed to bleed the brake line. Then he returned to say that a wheel bearing fell apart and ground up a wheel sensor (that would explain the grinding sound we heard before bringing it in six days earlier). The mechanic insisted that it must have "just happened" and that he could fix it, but that would take two more days. Initial cost was: $1839.14. Second charge was: $456.43Total charge: $2295.57I believe the mechanic did NOT check wheel sensors on the initial visit or he would have noticed one had been destroyed. Also, he said he checked the brake pads on all four wheels and suggested we have a brake job done because the brake pads were only 1 mm thick and in bad shape. I pulled the wheels myself when I returned after the final repair, having purchased pads on the way home, and discovered nice thick pads. According to my ruler, they were between 4 and 5 mm thick. Hmm. First clue that the mechanic never checked the sensors was Rhonda's statement that they don't even have to pull the wheels to check brake pad thickness. Yeah, but they do have to pull them to check sensors and bearings.What angered me the most is that Rhonda and her mechanic sent my wife out of the parking lot in an unsafe car. Thank God she was not in an accident.

My son bought a used truck from here drove it for a week and was called back in and asked for $2000 more. We have been looking around for a truck and visited Pedder Nissan 4 times ever time we were there they had a young kid in there who had bought a car or truck from here asking for more money. Looking back that was a RED FLAG. So 4 trips here and 5 young kids losing there car (one kid did give them more money so other people may have also) is a pattern of business. I'm sure there are better dealers in that area to buy from. So if you go here look around see if there is a kid almost crying that after driving a car for a week Pedder Nissan is asking for more money.
