Great place. He will take care of you, very knowledgeable! Yes, they take wrecks and rebuild them. But their warranty is great and they know what they are doing.

5 Stars is not enough to emphasize how amazing Penn Auto Sales is. We have purchased a Crosstrek, a Forester, and my mother just bought a Forester from them. Zero issues, phenomenal customer service, super caring staff. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. I never feel like I’m being pushed into things. I trust the staff immensely. They have impeccable ethics and always strive to please. This is a business that treats you like beloved family members. Truly blessed to have found them. I recommend their services without hesitation.

He was upfront about my 2017 Crosstrek having an R-title and showed pictures of the front end damage, as well as what the previous issues were with the other vehicles I considered that were on his lot. He stands by his work with a great warranty, and I can say from personal experience that he honors that warranty, even with it being a major repair stemming from a small oversight. We're all human, mistakes happen, and in the end I'm still running a solid vehicle. He fixed it long after my warranty would have run out at most other used car dealers.
