Just a great overall experience from start to finish! The No Bull pricing on this particular vehicle was very attractive and made it an easy decision to reach out for that initial communication. I was lucky enough to have salesman Brandon Wood answer my initial inquiry. He was very responsive and straight forward with my questions and request. After meeting Brandon on the lot, he continued to be a genuinely good person and everything just felt right. The price was great, the people were great, the facility was great...just a great place to buy a car. If they have a car you are interested in on the Peoria lot or any of the other Earnhardt properties, ask for Brandon...I know I will again. Michael in Finance was also straight forward and professional. One of the easiest vehicle transactions I have ever conducted in over 30+ years of buying cars.

I have purchased two vehicles at this dealership, both were very pleasant experiences. My first vehicle was a Kia Rio in 2016. I had all the service and maintenance done here and was always pleased. This week I purchased a 2022 Soul. My salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and courteous, as were all the other employees. Finance was excellent as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

This place is the best! They were booked out for 3 weeks when my tire light came on… I had picked up a nail in one of my tires and kept loosing air. I love Peoria Kia. Their prices are fair, their coupons are great, the staff is always great, and I don't feel like I was taken to the cleaners. It is relaxing to wait in their waiting area. When they are done with my car, I drive off the lot feeling like I don't have to worry about my car.I drive almost half an hour to Peoria Kia, because the 2 other Kia dealers local to me are unacceptable in their policies, prices, and customer service.

James Meyers at the Peoria Kia was outstanding in the delivery of quality customer service. Mr Meyers attentively listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle ( make, model, frills and thrills). I wanted a specific color and he did not waste my time trying to sell me what he felt I should buy. He went above and beyond to ensure I left the dealership a satisfied customer. He never questioned what took me so long to come to the dealership after my initial inquire via the Internet. However, he did follow-up with emails consistently prior to me actually stepping foot on the lot to inquiry of my continued interest. The purchasing process was a bit lengthy but the customer service provided far outweighed the wait. The finance closer ensured that I did not sell myself short when it came to the extended warranty and GAP protection. Prior to sitting down with Earl; I had convinced myself that I was not purchasing either. Amazing what reasoning on paper can reveal. Thank you James Meyers, Ron Swift and Earl Stanley for an impressionable first experience. I trust future encounters will be equally the same or better.

This is the 3rd Kia I bought from Mark Dahl at Peoria Kia. I live about 60 miles each way from Peoria Kia but I appreciate their service and the way Mark takes care of me. I feel he is honest and trustworthy and that is why I drive 120 miles to Peoria Kia and Mark Dahl. Huge kudos to Nate in financing for going above and beyond to get me the best deal. What is ironic is Nate lives near me and he transferred to Peoria Kia recently. I guess that says a great deal about this dealership!

I brought my 2014 Kia Optima in for recall work (on appointment) at 8:59 August 31, 2016 (was suppose to be there at 9) Jamie said it would be an hour maybe an hour and a half max. An hour and fourty-five minutes later I ask their receptionist how much longer. She grabs my advisor Jamie and he says that the car in front of mine was having lots of trouble but don't worry mine is in the shop being worked on now.... I said you're lying, he looked at me astonished as if he had brought the car back to service himself and said no I'm not its in the shop now, the vehicle in front of yours was having lots of trouble. I pointed at my car and said it hasn't moved since I brought it in at 9! It was still sitting in line to be worked on. He flipped around and briskley walked out side, ran to my optima, brought it around to the front came back in and said it would take 20 more minutes... 38 minutes later I got my car. I was going to see about adding some equipment like the larger touch screen radio, remote start and a back up camera (mine is just an LX) but nope. With them blatenly lying to my face at the first experience I can say I will be taking my business elsewhere. It started off great, good coffee and doughnuts with very friendly service but when it all came down to it, just lies. They weren't even good lies though.... You fools the whole show room is glass!

Woke up this morning to get my third automotive repair in three months! Decided to get a new car instead! I remembered that Peoria Kia had been sending me emails and ecards for my birthday for quite awhile (and this without buying from them ever before!) and figured I'd give them a try. Talk about customer service! I emailed Larry the internet sales manager, and he emailed me back to come on in. I arrived at Peoria Kia at 1pm, rode off in my new Soul at 305pm! No BS, No hassles, took my trade in (running rough and needing repair) paid off my loan with my bank (who wouldn't give me a new car loan) and we test drove the one I liked, and Larry made it all happen! No more breakdowns, repairs, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership (and especially Larry) to anyone thinking of buying a new car, even if you have less than stellar credit! (as I do!) Look forward to servicing my car at Peoria KIA!

I don't like to report or wasting time for some thing I suffered, but this report may help to prevent further damage to unsuspecting customers who may want to do business with Peoria Kia service department. On September 8th 2015, I brought in my 2008 Kia Sedona for them to diagnose the engine cooling fans problem which cause the engine to heat up. I had trusted them totally to fix my Kia Sedona, I had believed that because they are selling Kia cars. Soon afterward, they told me that my van has a big problem, the electrical wires got so hot that it melted away and damaged the fan controller, which caused the engine overheat. It will cost $ 1,200.00 for the total repair. I then asked them ( Steve, the service adviser, is a nice gentleman, he only listened to the evil mechanic's faked report ) if they had a copy of the diagnostic printout which shows the problem in details by the computer scan. They told me they don't have it....I knew then that they are lying, so I brought it home for my cousin to check it out, he found out the real problem, it is the ECT sensor ( engine cooling temperature sensor ) failed to send the signal to the fans. There was no melted wires found, the fan controller still good. We then bought the temperature sensor for 25 bucks, replaced it. Soon after, my mini van works again for 25 bucks.Warning: Stay away from this dealership at all cost or face unscrupulous rip offs.

I got on the Peoria KIA Internet site to check out the 2016 KIA Sorento. Of course a pop-up chat window came up immediately and the person on the other end asked if they could help me. When I chatted that I was looking to lease a KIA Sorento, he asked for my name, address, email address and phone number and said that someone would contact me by phone. A guy by the name of Larry called me and showed me a picture of a light colored Sorento (my preference) and asked me when I could come in to talk about the lease. I told him that I would be in the next evening (Friday) or on Saturday afternoon. He asked if I had a trade-in and I told him that we had a 2003 KIA Sedona van. He asked how many miles were on the car and if it was in good condition. I told him that it ran like a charm but it had 186,000 on it. He said "Great. That will be more than enough to cover the down payment". He told me that the monthly payment would be between $219 and $239 for a three year lease with 12,000 miles a year. My wife and I went there tonight and Larry was not there. Some other salesman (who is not even listed in the employee list below) let us take a test drive and then we went into the dealership to complete the paperwork. After filling out the credit application and getting credit score information, he left us and went up to the counter to talk with another employee. He came back about 10 minutes later and said that he could only give us $1,000 for the trade-in and the monthly payments (including tax, registration, etc.) would be $328.00. He said the monthly payment was higher than what "Larry" had said over the phone was because he didn't include the tax, licence and registration and that we had test driven an "LX" model and Larry was quoting the "L" model. The only difference to the basic package of the "L" and "LX" models was the back-up camera and an "e" service in the radio/CD area. We told him that we didn't really need the "e" service or the back-up camera so he went back up to the counter and talked with the same employee. When he came back he had the exact same piece of paper with him that said the monthly payment would be $328 and the down payment would be $2,499. When I accused them of a "bait and switch" about the down payment and the difference in the monthly payment, he said that he couldn't speak for Larry and that Larry should not have quoted me a monthly payment. I'm upset about the difference in the monthly payment but even more upset that "Larry" would say that our 2003 Sedona would be "MORE THAN ENOUGH TO COVER THE DOWN PAYMENT". No wonder car dealerships that lack honesty and integrity hurt the reputations of all car dealerships.

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2011 Kia Sorento with appoximately 100 miles on the car in May 2010 from the Peoria dealership. Last year the hood started peeling. When my wife took it back to the dealership they accused us of having the car repainted; which we never have. After some battles with them, my wife received a phone message from the Manager stating that they were not going to fix the hood because we were not loyal customers. I called the Kia offices in California and they did some research and stated they had not repainted the car at their end. They stated they would forward my complaint up to the District Manager. We never received a call from this person. This is a car we have had nothing but troubles from day one. The car would for no reason not start. My wife was stranded numerous times and we had to have the car towed to different dealerships. Will never buy from this dealership or Kia again. Be aware of purchaisng a car here. If you don't get all your maintenance and oil changes here they refuse to help you. My question to the dealerhip and Kia is where is YOUR loyalty to your customer when you sell them a car. I guess there is no loyalty in giving you $30,000 for a car. Social media is a wonderful thing; this is also going on my Facebook and Twitter accounts. Hopefully, it will help prevent others from doing business with this dealership and manufactuer.

Went to buy a used car and wasn't so sure if I wanted it. The man rushed me to sign the papers and than walked out with his fist in the air laughing with the other co-workers. After than he repeatly called my phone saying to my kids he needs to talk to me asap and harassing the house phone, I called him back and he was asking for a letter I mail to him and it was on his desk the whole time.

this was a joke from the begining. I had previously called the dealership to quote a price and when they refused to budge I said thanks and move on. five minutes later the sales rep. called back and matched my price. I found out why when I went to view the car. It took 15-20 minutes for him to bring the Thunderbird around. I noticed he left the car running, so I turned it off to open the trunk and check some things out when I noticed a sick look on his face. When I tried to restart the car it would fire up - bad battery!! the salesman knew this and still brought the car out for my viewing. I left immediately and all he could say was "it must need a battery"

The building is clean and the media center that is really super; the TV viewing area is pleasant plus the donuts/sweet rolls are a nice touch. Our service man Richard was great to work with. We usually have Tim and we really like Tim but he was off the morning we took the car in and so we got to meet Richard. They work together very well. I enjoyed visiting and riding with the shuttle people.

Mike Markus is a fantastic guy to work with when buying a car. We contacted him through the internet regarding cars we had seen online. He immediately called us with the information we requested. We told him what we could pay out the door, and two days later he made it happen! He emailed us pictures of the car we were interested in as well as the CarFax and the details of his quote. The next day we went to Peoria Kia, and the car and the price were EXACTLY what he had promised us. The sale was smooth sailing from that point. Victor, Theodore and Larry were all very helpful in fulfilling my needs. Victor found me in the new car area where I discovered that the new car price was more than I wanted to spend on a car. He had me look at several different ones in the 2014 line that had different enhancements. None worked for me. Then he showed me a 2011 that had just come in the day before. We drove it, we negotiated....Larry helped a tremendous amount. They didn't play silly games with me. They treated me professionally. They treated me respectfully.I love my "new" car!

My experience was extremely pleasant from beginning to end. I started my research online where I was connected to Mike Marcus who answered all of my questions and was very patient with me the whole time. Many other dealers I contacted would not give me a straight answer and just said "Come in and we can talk." Mike gave me honest pricing and straightforward answers, which is why they earned my business. When I came in, Mike was out so he put me in contact with his colleague Jay Saltz. Jay was extremely helpful and did not try to pressure us at all. We were seriously considering a Hyundai and the Kia but overall the Kia won out because their pricing was fair and we came to a mutual price that I feel very good about. I had called and talked to Jay Saltz to see if the car I had seen online (2004 Sebring) was still available. He let me know he had the keys in hand, but asked me to hold while he made sure it was in the lot. When he let me know it was there a friend and I drove from Tempe to Peoria to look. I met with Jay, he showed me the car, talked to me about the car, and answered my questions. Jay great with customer service! As I work for a place that prides itself on Customer Service the way he presented the facts about the car, handed me the car fax review, and answered our questions was an example of Great Customer Service. I would totally refer him to any friend or family buying a car. Just like Jay, his manager Scott Potter also demonstrated awesome Customer Service. He took the time to understand my situation, when I was thinking of waiting to talk with my husband. Also we had to go back because we had a couple of questions and he was wonderful and continues to help us every time we need it. She was wonderful as well and gave us a "free" oil change. Very unexpected however very much appreciated. I had been Peoria Kia customer for many years, since the days they were in a small trailer across the street of Bell Rd. and 91st ...I had bought at least 5 minivan from this dealers. all went well.....But things had changed for the worse lately.One day, I took my Kia Sedona in for a check up on the shaky steering wheel when I applied on the brakes, it's been this shaky steering wheel when stepping on the brakes for around a year. After checked it out, I was told that the front rotors are really warp and that there is no way to fix them up, I would need to replace them all with new ones, and it will cost 150 bucks per rotor plus labors, oil change and front brake pads replaced, total bill was estimated at 500 bucks....I had no choice but needed to get my Sedona fixed for my children to drive to their schools.When I got the minivan back and researched my repair records, I've found out that the front brakes were also replaced by this dealer about a year ago. this new FINDING reminded me that they might have put the wheels on incorrectly in the first place when replacing the front brake pads, as I drove on, the wear and tear would cause the rotors warp.....What a SLIMY way to earn business from a loyal customer like me. These guys are adapting quickly to the recession.Now, after losing around 500 bucks for a repair which was pre-set by this dealer service dept, they might have done it inadvertently but I have a very sour taste in my mouth. One advice for any one who may take their vehicles for repair at this dealer is.....LOOK OUT and BE CAREFUL....best of all...JUST stay clear of Peoria KIA, save your money for your children.

After my test drive in a brand new 2013 Kia soul, I realized those little guys are pricier than what I originally thought. After a short time, my salesman found me a pre-owned 2013 soul with 11,094 miles on it; and it was the same color I fell in love with. I love my new Dune colored soul. My sales person was amazing, I went in last night to look at the Optima (it's what I really wanted); my salesman David helped me find the right car, after doing numbers he told me honestly I'd need a co-signer or a different car. My 2007 Kia Sedona had major engine problems and had to be replaced. I don't know what I would've done wthout Kevin McGrotty! I was in a panic because I had no idea my car was in that kind of shape. It had been driving fine up until the repair for something totally unrelated. Kevin kept me informed with updates and worked closely with my warranty company. I took my vehicle in for services covered under my warranty. In addition I asked for them to found out why my rear auto door locked buzzes when locked and to give me a quote. I was told my vehicle would be ready before the end of the day and it was. A day or two after receiving the services I would hear a loud kind of scraping noise from under my vehicle whenever I drove over a speed bump or any bump. My husband was leaving for a business trip in the next few days. I asked him if he would please check to see what the noise might be. He thought maybe the spare tire could be loose. As he was checking under my vehicle he noticed every bolt to the transmission mount was loose, you could just spin them with your fingers. Also the rubber muffler hanger was not even attached, it was just hanging there. He and I were very upset! The very next morning my husband called Peoria Kia and briefly explained the issue. The service rep we had dealt with before told us to bring the vehicle back in. So my husband had to take the day off from work. When we arrived at the dealership our service rep apologized and said the manager was aware of the issue, although never at anytime did the manager apologize to us personally! I would think customer service is the first priority of being a manager. How do we even know if the manager was ever told what happened? In addition my door lock which was supposedly looked at was worse. The service rep said well the tech didn't take the door panel off he just self diagnosed it! How am I supposed to know what's broken and how can they give me a quote on something no one actually looked at? I feel my family was put in serious danger do to the laziness of whomever worked on my vehicle and the service rep not making sure everything was done correctly. My father who is a retired mechanic told us had the transmission mount fell off it could've jackknifed my vehicle flipping it over! This is not something that a simple apology from a service rep can make it okay. I feel the least the dealership could've done was to fix my door lock issues since we were inconvenienced due to having to return to dealership which my husband had to miss a day of work for. Lets just say had I not asked my husband to check the noise before he left on his business trip my safety and the safety of my children would've been tremendous. I don't think Kia would want to have had to deal with what may have happened.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Peoria Kia and I am thrilled with their customer service, professionalism and service. I didn't feel pressured at all. I saw the same salesperson as I had for the first car I purchased and he was just as friendly and accommodating the second time. I'm a real bottom line person and initially stated what kind of car I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I'm happy to say that within half an hour, the deal was done. I've dealt with other dealerships previously, all were nightmares out of which I finally walked. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car.

I have dealt with a number of car dealers throughout my car buying life--dealers from Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Arizona. I recently stopped into Peoria Kia (where I purchased my last car) and as usual, it was an excellent experience. I am not one to give positive reviews for any type of service I fully expect. When I first arrived, I decided to just look around and was actually left alone (which is a good thing). I hate when you are hardly out of your vehicle and sales people are on you like vultures. That did not happen in either of my experiences at Peoria KIA (the first being five years ago). When I was ready to speak with a sales person, I simpy walked up to their information area and requested a sales person. The receptionist was extremely kind and even though the sales person I requested was busy with another potential car buyer, he took the time to greet me. Once he was available, Victor spent the next 45 minutes answering all my questions. He never tried to push me toward his idea of what I should purchase. He simply answered my questions. When I found the vehicle I wanted, we went inside and it took less than 30 minutes to strike a more than fair deal (he really cut right to the chase--no haggling at all. I arrived the next day to complete the paperwork and fully expected complications with our deal. No such problems occured. They started on the paperwork, then took me around to meet various divisions of the dealership to help explain warranty, servicing, and financing information. They even set me up with free accessories and a free oil change. From the time I arrived, to the time I left with a new car, only four hours had passed. That might seem like a long time, but anyone who has dealt with buying a new vehicle, knows it takes much longer in most cases. The experience was so good, it was the first and only dealer I dealt with!!! Top to bottom this is a class outift and my sales person (Victor) is very honest and an all around great guy--the entire staff was extremely pleasant to work with, including Larry the GM (who actually took the time to meet with me--very few GMs will do this). These guys must be doing something right--this is the fifth car purchased from Peoria KIA by myself and other family members.

My mom and I were talking together about her older Kia Sorento 2007 and it had a few problems arise and we probably could have had it all fixed up and paid more money for maintenance problems, but she did have a really good warranty also.......so we knew that Dominic would help us out ........We happen to meet Keko because I called to see if Dominic was there first.......Okay we went there got out of 2007 and into a 2011 Kia Sorento and it was so cool........we were treated really well by everyone.......I can say that from me even being with my mom and also I'm an older guy, they treated us so good!!!!.........That Dominic and Keko were both Awesome!!!!!! I would highly recommend getting your vehicle from this Kia dealership there in Peoria.....My mom is so happy that she bought her Sorento from them and a 3rd time customer so what does that tell you........There a 10 plus star as far as I'm concerned.....even my mom knows they are to, also I know that all others who were there treated us real well to..........so go buy your next vehicle at Peoria Kia, there the best......Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the worsed experience ever with the sales team at PEORIA KIA. I was prepared to go to Peoria KIA and drive off with a new car! I spoke with the sales staff and explained that I had excellent credit and was looking to buy a car that evening. I was told with excellent credit that I would have an interest rate that was EXTREMELY high... and asked the sales person why it was so high and if they could get a better rate based on my excellent credit score and was told that this was the best they could do. Knowing it was late at night and that most banks were not open it was dishonest for them to quote such an outrageous rate!!! The sales staff in my opinion did not listen or want t work with me at all... The sales person was out right rude and abrassive with me as I asked more questions about the integrity of their financing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a straight forward answer. I am very disappointed however I went to a competitor dealership that night and was treated like royalty and purchased my NEW KIA the next day with the best rate and customer service I have ever had.

I was greeted promptly and Victor asked what we were looking for. I asked about two different models. He gave me the differences between them and the advantages of one over the other. I selected a white 5-door 2013 Forte that I said I would like to test drive. My husband and I both did a test drive and really liked it. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We finished with the credit manager who walked us through all the paperwork, and made it a very simple process, with no pressure from anyone. This is about what Peoria Kia is not. I went through two dealers last year getting my wife a car and Peoria Kia was my second looking for one for me. The first three times were very painful with the games and delays and run-around by the sales staff. But with Peoria Kia, I searched on the internet, walked in several hours latter. They walked me straight to the car I had asked about. We didn't really like the color but found the one that I did like. Into the office, confirm the price. A decent price for my tradein. Out the door. Not once did I even start to get annoyed with the process and for me that is saying a lot.

This is the 2nd KIA I purchased from this dealership. The sales agent (Victor) was so warm, friendly, honest and most of all NOT pushy in anyway. In the extreme Arizona heat, he did his utmost to help me choose a car from the lot and then had one driven up from Tucson in the color I wanted.Very friendly service and the GM was most helpful with his incentives.I would very highly recommend Victor and the dealership. I was headed to Peoria Kia to buy a new AC filter for my Optima, a couple miles before I got to the dealership I noticed the "low tire pressure" light come on so as soon as I pulled into the dealership "Jairo" greeted me in line and I told him about the light. He looked at my left front tire and said "Looks like you have a flat." I was close to tears, I had just lost my husband 2 months ago to cancer and he usually took care of our car. On the one hand I felt lucky to have the flat at the dealership but, on the other hand I thought, they will probably push me to buy a new tire and I just don't know if I really need one. Hiro could see how upset I was, he told me to go inside and he would take care of it right away. I trusted him and went inside and bought my AC filter and waited for my tire to be fixed. Forty-five minutes later he came and got me. He took the AC filter from me and installed it while I waited. He told me they were able to fix the flat tire, I did not need to buy a tire. I thanked him and asked how much I owed. He said "nothing" and proceeded to give his condolences for my husband's death in the most sincere manner ever. I was so greatful I cried on the way home, believe me, I have had a few service people: computer repair men, landscapers, etc. try to "take me to the cleaners" because they are dealing with a woman. It was so refreshing to be treated kindly and dealt with honestly. I know my late husband and I made the right decision when we bought our car at Peoria Kia, and "Hiro" thank you again, you've restored my faith in people during this difficult time. Sincerely, Marla

For a long time now I didn't have too much faith in doing business with dealerships. Generally I had my own mechanic to do work on my vehicles. They were honest, reasonable, just did the work that was reguired and didn't sell me more then I needed. But Jesse and Juan turned this experience around for me. They were very friendly and trustworthy. In fact they communicated with each other so when I came in the next day Juan looked for me and knew exactly what work had to be done and the amount to be charged. Whatever was reguired from me to fix my vehicle they met. You have two find employees that went up and beyond. This is what I call Great Customer Service. I manage one of the Fry's Food Stores and have been working in the grocery industry for 47 years now and I know what it takes to run a successful business. Don't lose these two. Scott was friendly, efficient. He did not pressure me or "take me hostage". He accomplished his work quickly, but was very thorough. I have never had a salesman sit in the car with me, going over the controls, the transmission, and all details on how to operate the car, but Scott did. Scott also had me walk around the car to check for defects. That has never happened before either. He took time to assure that I understood the things he was telling me about. We've been going here since we got to Arizona in November 2003. We had a 2002 Sportage at the time. We traded the Sportage in for our 2007 Spectra5. The people are and have always been very friendly and never pushy in any way. Jairo & Juan are fairly new to us, within a year or so. I think Val has been there, if not from the beginning, pretty close to it.We even get the oil changed on our 2000 Metro done here.We don't think of going anywhere else.

Recently I was in the market for a new car, my First new car. I started the process by looking around on line and chatting with some of the dealers. One of the sales people that got back to me was Alex G. with Peoria Kia. Unlike most of the sales guys that contacted me he was very helpful and informative. He changed his schedule around to meet my needs and came in to the lot on the 4th of July even though he had the day off. I got to try out several of the vehicles to figure out what I liked and the different costs. I walked off the lot with some loose numbers [surprising how accurate they were] and no pressure. After trying to get some other dealers to give up some numbers and do test drives for a week I called Alex back. We tested the 2012 Optima SX and the EX with premium pkg again and got down to serious numbers. I never planned on buying a KIA but after testing the Optima SX against other makes and models it wasn't even that close. We got twice the car at a great price and even with the turbo I am over 30+ mpg.I have rated this company so high because as a business owner I understand how hard it is to get an entire company to put the client first. From the young lady that answers the phones to the service guys everyone was courteous and professional. My wife and I heard about this dealer from a couple we met at a shopping center, I asked what kind of car is that, and they raved about the car [ Optima EX ] and the dealer they got it from. If you are looking for car it would be a mistake not to call Alex G. at Peoria KIA and see if he can help you.

I just want to start out by saying that the staff at Peoria Kia are great. I stop by to look at a used car and parked near the service area and this gentleman came up to me and started talking about my Dodge said he had one also, we chatted for a few he asked where I get my service done, I said here and there told him i did not like any of the Dodge Dealers around the area. He then asked me to try Peoria Kia he said they work on his own Dodge. So a few weeks went by and i made a appointment told him that i needed a few different service items done. They did the work that i needed found a few things that i did not know were just about worn out which could have cost me a lot more money down the road. When i picked up my truck Andy showed me the old parts, which was kind of nice it made me feel like they did not just fix something just to make the dealership more money, they had the truck cleaned and it look and road great! Val At the Cashier Counter & Andy the Service Manager could not be better people. I would highly recommand this dealership for service!!

I would definately recommend this Kia dealership to anyone. I have a 2005 Kia Sorento and ever since I bought my Kia in Illinois, I have always taken it to a Kia dealership for any maintenance. When I moved down here to Arizona I found this Kia dealership in Peoria on 91st Ave and the Customer Service is GREAT!! The quality of work they do in the service department and the 360 degree maint. check if EXCELLENT!! The friendliness that I receive when I walk in the door is an awesome feeling. I have talked with Juan and Andy and they give me the good/bad news right away and they are both so honest and up front. They are not your typical service area that is just looking for things to make money. They treat me as a valuable customer and just want to make sure that my vehicle is up to par. For Val, she is wonderful. Overall the experience that I have recieved at this Kia dealership is unbelievable. They all have a smile on their face every time I go in there. It is just a WONDERFUL place to go!! I love it!! They rate EXCELLENT in my book!!

Our vehicle is returned to us once serviced, clean and ready to go. I don't remember the names of the service men who took care of us but they were clean, friendly and knew what service we were schedule for.The day after we received service on our Sorrento we received an email and telephone call from the Dealer that said they appreciated our business. On our first visit to the Dealership, we did not know what we wanted, only that we had a list of needs from a vehicle, new or used. We told Simon we were window shopping, and what our needs were. We were interested in a particular vehicle that we felt would work for us. Simon showed us that vehicle, and then sugested 2 others vehicles that he felt might meet our needs. Those were both cheaper options. Durring our first visit, he spent about an hour with us, never mentioning buying, and only mentioning price when we had questions. We went away feeling releived (after leaving a horible experience at another dealership) and with a lot of information. When we made a decision the next day and called him back, he went to work, finding only 1 car that meet our wants in 3 states. He went to work to get it, and 24 hrs, and 3 newly listed cars later, they got one that we wanted. The sales process was almost pain free (not sure of any car buying process that is truely pain free), but the whole dealership staff went out of their way to get us through it as quickly and easily as possible. My wife hates the car buying process, and as we were leaving, she looks at me, and says, in a year or so we should trade in our other car for another one from this dealership, and that is saying A LOT.

We purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. Kelly Dutton-Orloff was our salesperson. She was fantastic. She worked with us on the new car price and trade-in until we were very satisfied with the transaction. Everyone at this dealership was very nice. We also especially appreciated the finance man, I believe his name was Jack. We left with the perfect car we were looking for, and Kelly helped us orient ourselve to various features, including activating our cell phone to Blue Tooth. She even helped me get all my stuff out of my trade-in. The service manager came out to greet us and extend and offer of a free oil change. We love the car and are especially pleased that Kia offers an extended warranty, ten year bumper to bumper, side to side at a cost that we found very reasonable. We'll be nearing our eightieth birthdays by then and are glad to have the security this warranty offers to us. Jay and Jan

This dealer was rude! The finance manager was pushy and became extremely agitated when I refused to purchase GAP Insurance and the extended warranty. The Finance Manager said in a very annoyed voice " Well **** we are not going to make anything off this sale, what a waste of time"! A week after the sale was final I received a call from the dealer informing me that I "Owed the dealership $212 more dollars because they paid off my trade and they overpaid the payoff amount by $212 dollars and they wanted me to reimburse them for that cost. I told them I was not going to take their word for it and I needed to contact my previous finance company to verify. Less than 24 hours later I received a call from a collection agency informing me that Peoria Kia had sent me to collections for $212 dollars and now I also owed collection fees. I contacted Peoria Kia manager and he informed me that this was not common practice and that he would dig into it and get back to me. After 3 days of not hearing from Peoria Kia I contacted them again and the manager I previously spoke with informed me "I was S**T out of luck and to I would just have to deal with the collection agency". He told me once it went to collection (even though he said it never should have) that there was nothing he could do about it. I contacted the collection agency and paid the $212 plus the $54 additional collections fee. After paying the collection agency I again contacted Peoria Kia for reimbursement of the $266 but was laughed at by the manager. I explained that if I needed to do so I would contact the corporate office and the BBB and make formal complaints. They told me that they did not care; they did plenty of business without worrying about negative feedback. I did go ahead and make reports to the Kia Corporate office and the BBB and both times Peoria Kia responded with a negative response saying they were not prepared to make the situation right.I have purchased a new vehicle almost every year since I have been 18 years old for an estimated total of 18 new vehicles and have never been treated so poorly or rudely.Beware of this dealer they will suck you in sell you a car and then tell you owe them more money when they realize they made a poor deal on their side!Absolute rip off!!!

I went to Kia of Peoria because the were offering free tickets to a local Wildlife park. I was also looking to upgrade my vehicle. I met Victor and after talking for awhile, he said that he had taken in a car that I might like. It was a 2011 Scion with 7968 miles. It drove verywell, they were able to save me money on my payment and so I not only got tickets for the Wildlife park, I got a great deal on a car.

UPDATED: 5/30/12 I did go back today to the dealership and found out they don't even make a lug wrench or a spare tire (the small donut)for the 2013 Kia Rio yet and we have not bought a car for 9 years so did not know abouthe goop that you spray in the tire, I guess now that is what they use to keep the weight down in the car, hopefully roadside assistance will come fast if we ever need them///////////////// When we had just bought a 2013 Kia Rio Eco at the time of purchase we were not made aware of certain things which in our opinion are saftey issues along with misreprentation from the dealership, the car did not come with a Jack or a Lug Wrench and if we had known that we would of insisted on both and a real spare tire, instead of an air pump, if we blow a tire we can't even take the tire off, we live in AZ and the temps exceed 115 degrees in the summer and if we blow a tire we could sit on the side of the road in the heat way too long before roadside assistance shows up, we are older and cannot stay in the heat that long, we where never told about this and also it does not have a key entry or latch to open the trunk because they do not consider the hatchback as a truck????????? what if your battery is dead, How would you get to the release button to open up the back hatch or truck department to access your spare tire or lug wrench or jack if you had one or air pressure kit that they provide to air up a small leak if you are pregnant or disabled or your arms are not long enough to unlatch it from the inside if you where unable to claw through We where not informed of this either.Also at the time of purchase after we had signed the paperwork with the finace person we were than told for the first time that the 60,000/100,000 mile warranty was LIMITED which we where not aware of until this point and we alway thought KIA had this wonderful coverage, we never knew that it was LIMITED!!!!! So we bought a 120,000 mile warranty that pretty much covers bumper to bumper.

The salemans I had Victor Rodziewicz was the most friendliest person and made the whole experience of buying a new car the most enjoyable I ever had. He even took extra time after work one day to help me with programming my garage door opener when it did not work after he programmed it at the dealership by coming to my residence. He also sold my dad a new 2013 Rio two days later just as myself and proceeded to sell his trade in also in two days. He is an outstanding salesman and deserves much recognition.

I bought a used sedona, the salesman Victr Rodziewicz was very good,When I got home with the Van my son said Dad there is no tread on the rear tyres.I called up victor he said bring it in, they raised the vehicle up and Andy Weatherly had a depth gaugewhich he said indicated that there was about 30,000 miles left on the tyre.He measured the center groove there was little horizontal tread left the car,the car was unsafe to drive, I have been driving for over 50 years in that time I have made a few emergency stops and each time was able to stop because I had good tread on the tyres, There was little traction on those tyres they where unsafe, but he would not listen I did not want to drive that Van with those tyres, so I paid for 2 new tyres to be installed on the Van before I drove it off the lot, I was not happy. I do like the van. But to let a customer drive of a lot with unsafe tyres is appauling.

We received a sales notice in the mail, and we had already been talking about trading for a new or newer smaller more economical car. Already talking about a newer car and getting the notice just said "lets go look", so we did. We told them about our problems and our "repts" went to work and solved our problems and let us test out what became our new car. They were very easy to talk to and did not one time try to push us into anything. They were just great. We now have a NEW KIA FORTE EX, with only 250 miles on it as we left the sales lot. It has been the best expearience buying a car that we ever had. THANKS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE TWO SALES REPTS, AND TO THE DEALERSHIPE for trying to think of people reather than just money. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership, and we will not be buying # 4 there I was there to pick up my car, which the work had to be redone. When I picked up my car you had both sets of keys and Connie said They will bring it up. I am used to just getting in it, it is parked in the front line. I went back and asked if she had given me the keys, and she snapped at me " I told you, he would bring it down " !!!!!She was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have had to bring my car in many times for the SAME things.My sunroof wasent working, and we couldnt use it. if you opened it it may not close. 5 times they said there is nothing wrong with it, only to have the moter be burned up and needed to be replaced. should not have taken 5 times. My remotes have been reprogramed at least 6 times since I bought the car The horn dosent work,and I have to come in again, because the part needed to be ordered. I am getting sick of coming there, and subjecting myself to all of the ineptitude.This dealership used to be nice, 7 years ago, but has really gone downhill. Like your rude east coasterner sales people that talk to you like your a freaking idiot ! My husband and I have refered 6 people who have bought cars from you. Well not anymore !!!We will be going to Mark Kia to buy our next one !!! Yo obviously have enough money, or your people whould not be turning your customers away. Maybe you dont care, and that's ok, we will gladly take our business elsewhere.We are planning on buying a new Sorento or a sportage, and it will not be from you !!!In all fairness Andy, did adress my issue, and am in the process of getting the horn part, and he made sure that the window tint was done correctly this time.

I wanted a no hassle low cost deal on a new Kia Optima Hybrid. I called 5 dealers in town and no one was able to beat the deal Peoria Kia offered. I live in the East valley drove 45 miles and passed 2 Kia dealers on the way to Peoria Kia. I would gladly do it again to be treated well and save thousands on the same car. I wanted a no hassle deal, while being treated like a genuine customer and that's what I received. The best experience with buying a new car in many years. Peoria Kia had a vehicle that was very suitable for me and my price range. I inquired and they even drove it to my work for me to see it. After providing them with loan information, they had nothing else to do with me. My credit is not the best but was perfect for this vehcile. I even had cash for down payment and the same job for 10 years!? The sales rep never offered alternatives, suggestions or anything. Just blew me off with no further follow up! A family member also had a bad experience there.

My 80 year old mother, with early onset dementia, went to this dealership yesterday, and was talked into purchasing a fully loaded Optima for $30,399, which is WAY over dealer invoice and way over sticker price. When I called manager to let him know that my mother could not afford this car, and asked him to work with me, he advised me that it was too bad, but once the deal was final, the deal was final, and that he really did give her the deal of a lifetime. Disreputable dealership. I would run, not walk from them.

And believe me, I hate buying cars at dealerships, so for me to say this means we had an excellence experience!!! Everyone at Peoria Kia was friendly, great to work with and everyone involved made our buying transaction fast & simple. Simon our sales representative was kind, fun to work with and very knowledgeable on all the features, the warranty and maintenance required for the Kia Soul.Our friends recommended we check out Peoria Kia and we are so glad we did because the entire experience was better than expected!Best part is my cute lil Kia Soul went 297 miles on the last tank of gas & that tank only cost me $37 dollars! I went to dealership with my 87 year old mother with interest in a trade in of Prius for Kia Soul. Got there at 4 pm - test drove a Soul and Sportage with Tony Kruger. Took about 45 minutes. We wanted to leave then to eat and get a price by phone or email, but was told it would take just a few minutes for Mike Marcus to give us the price so we should wait. We waited and waited and they kept saying just a couple more minutes. It was an 1 1/2 hours later and I said we had to go to eat (we hadn't eaten all day) Tony Kruger drove us to Panda Express to eat, took about 45 minutes. Got back to dealership and Mike Marcus still didn't have a price in fact hadn't even started to work on it. Said it would take 10 minutes. Took another 1 1/2 hour as they kept telling us a couple more minutes on and on. WE left dealership at 8:30pm and were so upset. This dealership has no decent place to wait. Terrible showroom and so uncomfortable for my elderly mother. There were tons of witnesses as I kept wanting to leave and pressured to stay. Mike and Tony are so inconsiderate. We left at 8:30pm...and had another hour drive home.... my poor mother. If anyone claims time line is differant then they are LIARS as there were tons of salespeople around as witnesses and everyone knew how upset we were. Mike Marcus followed up several times. I didn't trust him after dealership experience. He sent me one last email to see if I was still interested. I finally said yes if you can make deal I proposed happen. We were off about $500.00. He wrote me a very rude message back and told me to contact Tony Kruger. I couldn't remember who Tony was so went to website to look him up. Instant message came on from an Alex Gonzales. I asked him who Tony was and he said another internet manager as himself. I then asked if he could make deal if Mike was his boss and he said he could go to General Manager. I then gave him my phone to discuss. He called me but then admitted he wasn't Alex but Tony afterall and he was just using Alex's computer. This is decieving since I had such a bad experience with him from before. He then proceeded to argue with me about the time he and Mike made myself and mother wait. No tact! I think both these guys should be fired as they both play games and waste tons of your time. So many other dealers in town why put up with this poor customer treatment especially since this was suppose to be an internet haggle free deal.

Found the car we were looking for in their inventory on line. Contacted the internet sales manager and when we arrived we met Alex. Start to finish, Alex was friendly, knowledgable and straight forward when we decided to purchase the vehicle. I would ask for Alex if i were going to buy a car from this dealer. We had several accessories added to the car. First time through we had a problem with one add on but Tracy took over and followed through until all were installed properly. So far my wife is very happy with her new fully loaded Kia Sorento. We researched cars for 4 months. We were comparing the Ford Edge, Nissan Murano, Lexus RX350, Toyota Venza, Hundai Sante Fe and a couple others. We are retired. This car had everything including a 3rd row seat that none of the others had and was anywhere from $9000 to $15000 less. Consumer reports were positive except for a stiff ride which we did experience but it is OK.

Had a great experience, but I also had gone in already preapproved, knew what I was looking for and didn't have to haggle. I also told them that I wanted to be out in my new vehicle in no more than an hour and half and guess what...IT HAPPENED! Curtis was knowledgable about the power train as well as the warranties and not just the gadgets the vehicle offered (I have most if not more gadgets on my phone so this knowledge wasn't necessary). I had several bad experiences before coming to Peoria Kia and was quite pleased.

AWFUL experience! They attempted to do a classic bait and switch with me. They advertised a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe on cars.com and autotrader.com for 14,995.00. I went in, saw and drove the car, agreed on the price, and they sent in a general manager. That rose a red flag for me. Why do they send in the general manager when I agreed on a price? Then the manager said in brief 'I can't sell that car for that price. What are YOU willing to pay for it?' I said THE PRICE YOU'RE ADVERTISING!!! They tried to tell me that they were going to do a 'retraction' on the price, which is essentially their out on false advertising and failed tactics on a savvy customer who they tried to dupe. They blamed the advertisement on a third party wholesaler and 'human error'. Yeah, right. DON'T EVER go to this dealership, and tell all of your friends as well. I will be registering a complaint with the attorney general of AZ and BBB, and it's deserved. I thought Earnhardt was the slimiest, but these guys take the cake! Ugh!
