Remo Balsamo is AMAZING...After my being away for almost a year, upon my return I discovered numerous, serious, internal & external problems with my 2009 Cadillac CTS4, which Remo Balsamo quickly & very accurately diagnosed (everyone!!!); not to mention, all of the repairs were done fast, including the replacement of a cracked engine mount. And all of the interior issues were perfectly resolved with no damage or soiling of the interior seats, carpet, dashboard and etc.Genesis Polanco is GREAT...As the Service Consultant that helped me, Genesis Polanco accurately and methodically documented my long, laundry list of problems to ensure the Service Technician effectively understood the every issue. Her professional and kind demeanor made the whole process a very pleasant experience.I continue to very highly recommend Pepe Cadillac based on my experience with Remo, Genesis and the other team members over the years!!!P.S. I forgot to mention that my car was EXPERTLY washed (and I believe waxed or polished); my CTS4 hasn't looked this so good!!! I don't know who at Pepe Cadillac did it, but he or she should be commended. Thank you!!!

I took my 2008 Chevy Impala to Pepe Cadillac to get serviced for a new gas pedal, a new air condition valve, and an inspection. Remo gave me a very fair price for everything. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Impala LTZ to Pepe Cadillac for a defective steering rack repair. The vehicle's steering rack was making weird noises when the steering wheel was turned to either the right or left. The mechanic that road-tested my car was Remo Balsamo. Remo was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He stated that the steering rack was defective and needed to be replaced. After the initial repair was completed, the steering rack was working better than when the car was new!! Thank you Remo Balsamo and Pepe Cadillac for your expert service!!!

I travel all the way from Brooklyn to lease and service all my vehicles from this dealer. The staff is wonderful and the lease deals have always been the best. Never just a gimmick to get you in. Genesis Polonco has always gone above and beyond she has been assisting me for years now and never been unable to accommodate me. I went in for a routine oil change and was greeted with such warmness from the minute I stepped in. Genesis helped me with my needs and said I needed a wheel alignment and I was hesistance but she explained the pros and cons. My husband and I found a Cadillac we liked online. We reached out to Pepe Cadillac and were connected with Alex Faotto. We made an appointment to meet with him on Saturday. We have purchased many used cars over the years. Most recently we purchased a Range Rover from Prestige in New Jersey and that was a 6 and a half hour nightmare. So we were ready for a long day of Dealership nonsense. When we arrived we saw the car we were coming to see outside. It was exactly what we wanted. Good start! We then met Alex. Alex was polite, professional, and made the experience Outstanding. My husband basically told him what he needed and Alex made it happen. He was unbelievable. Did not waste our time. Did not try to sell us things we did not need. Listened, and delivered. It went so smoothly that we actually thought maybe there was a catch. Last night we picked up the car. Everything was done that was promised. Even sitting with the Finance Man, Robinson Rodriguez was a pleasure. This was by far the least stressful purchase of a car we have ever made. I could not believe the time and attention we were given. Alex sat in the car and showed my husband all the bells and whistles. I've NEVER had that happen when purchasing a used car. Alex made sure the car was delivered to us perfectly. We have found the only place we will do business with from now on. We live about an hour away from Pepe Cadillac, but will go there for service and anything else we need. I have never been a fan of American Made Cars...honestly I've been a conservative Honda fan...once I am in the market for my next car I will be purchasing a Cadillac from Pepe Cadillac. Thank you so much for making this car buying experience awesome.

I had awoken to my car not turning over and when it did the battery volts were very low. I took a ride to Pepe figuring I could leave it there with them rather than getting stuck. I got there and was greeted by Ron. I explained the problem and told him I would like to leave it. I was able to leave the car and offered the courtesy shuttle as I did not need a rental that day because I had another car available. I was called when the car was ready and went to get it. With a very busy work schedule that week it was great to drop it off, get a ride home and not worry about getting stuck.As always another great service experience. My compliments to Ron and the entire staff for knowing how to get things done properly.

I had to bring my car in for some warranty work and was greeted by Genesis. I told her the problem and she knew what the repair was. I only had one free day that week and I scheduled it for that day. I went in dropped off the car and Lynn had me in the loaner in no time. The car was returned at the end of the day as promised. As always another great service experience. The service dept. at Pepe is one of the reasons I will be purchasing an extended service contract when my factory warranty is done.

I was interested in a 2014 ATS AWD and contacted Pepe through Cars.com on a CPO they had available. Frank reached out to me and was very helpful and responsive to my emails, even after hours. After driving to another Cadillac dealership outside Philly, where the sales rep wouldnt even counter my first offer on my first choice, I drove 3 hours to Pepe to meet Frank about my second choice. Turns out, however, the car we had been discussing sold earlier that day (Frank didn't know). While I was unhappy (to say the least) Frank went out of his way to set me up with another (much better) CPO at a great price. Turning that situation around such that I left Pepe feeling like the 3-state trek for a Cadillac ATS was worth it, speaks volumes (about how upset I was, and how great the service I recieved was).

All it took was 3 visits one to find out about the XT5, one to seal the deal on a Saturday and driving out with the new car the following Monday-which included everything being all set up-training on the new car,registration and plates on car, all paperwork handled effortlessly. Didn't think when I called it was going to be possible to upgrade the Denali to the Escalade. Especially since I had 1 year left on my lease. Pepe Cadillac was my first stop on my quest for a new CT6, and I never should have gone anywhere else. They gave me the most attractive and transparent offer right off the bat (coming in at more than $300 per month less than another Cadillac dealership 30 minutes away for the exact same car), were very pleasant and helpful, and made the overall customer experience a pleasure. David Persaud was very attentive, very knowledgeable and informative, listened to my needs and feedback and did everything he could to successfully match my budget and wishlist, wasn't too pushy or aggressive, but kept in touch and made me know he was interested and wanted to get me into my dream car, was very pleasant and helpful, and made the leasing experience a breeze. Everyone was very accommodating, had all the paperwork ready as soon as I got there, took care of everything with the DMV and with my old car lease (a non-Cadillac vehicle), and made everything quick and painless. David was awesome! If you are in the market for a Cadillac, especially a CT6 (and you should be!), definitely go to Pepe Cadillac, and while you're there, make sure to ask for David!

In my review about the little guy I didn't understand just how hard it is for sales to deal with the banks and their proposals for payment. Jerry, Robinson, took time to sit with me and explain in detail what their up against when dealing with the banks. They not only do that for me but we're able to get me very close to what I needed and accomidated me in ways that I have never experience dealing with past dealerships. I've had many new car experiences, and believe me, not every dealer experience deserves 5 stars. But both times I've dealt with David Persaud at Pepe Cadillac, he's exceeded my expectations. A few years ago with a 2013 SRX lease, and just this past weekend with a 2016 Escalade ESV lease, he was able to make things happen. Been back and forth about making the decision for a few months, he was always patient, answered all my questions, was never pushy. When I finally decided to pull the trigger the other day, he and his manager were able to help me get out of my other lease early without getting buried, and got me to the payment I wanted when everyone else said it wasn't possible. Working with David was smooth, painless and a pleasure. I told David exactly what I was looking for abs my price range. Within the matter of a day via email he found what I was looking for and gave me a fair estimate in my trade in (8 out of 10 dealerships I spoke with wouldn't door this without me coming in first which was annoying). When I went in to complete the transaction all numbers remained the same as discussed and I was in and out in under 2 hours! Their showroom and staff are super friendly and don't make you feel uncomfortable or out of place like some other dealerships I've been too. I am generally not a fan of the car-buying process and dread the idea of sitting in a dealership for hours while getting fleeced. However, this was a much different experience and I truly commend Pepe Cadillac and David Persaud on a seamless transaction. In short, I called David to inquire about a vehicle on Pepe's website, was given all of the information I needed over the phone (no "come down to the dealership and we'll talk about it" tactics), and ultimately arranged to test drive and purchase the vehicle a few days later. At every stage in the process, I felt that David was helpful and transparent. There was one hiccup regarding the title transfer and, to make up for it, David personally delivered the vehicle to me in Connecticut once the issue was resolved. He took the time to show me nearly every feature of my new vehicle, pair my phone via Bluetooth, configure OnStar, save my seat settings, etc. It was thorough and appreciated. But where he really shined was in following through on all of the little things: calling me back when he said he would, showing up exactly on time, keeping me informed as we went through all the steps in the sales and trade-in process, etc. In summary, I am now a loyal customer of Pepe Cadillac and look forward to dealing with David again down the road.

I have bought cars from every major luxury manufacturer. This was by far the easiest purchasing process ever. From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we walked out we were in great hands. The entire process took less than 50 minutes and I did not feel taken at the end of the hour. I picked up the car the next day and had a great session with the business manager (unheard of in car buying) and a great tutorial from the salesman. Bravo Pepe Cadillac!

If you like waiting seven hours for just an oil change, then Pepe Cadillac is the place to go! If you like being called and told your car is ready at 5 and then don't get it until 6:10, then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! If you like being told that your car is being washed and then when you get it the rims are filthy (see pictures below) then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! To top it off my car was returned to me with a message of fuel level low (see picture below)! I did not bring it in that way! What did they do all day? When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told we are looking for him. When the manager finally arrived, I was told that he was the sales manager and service manager. The service manager was gone for the day. I was also asked by him to not post a review, to give them a chance to rectify the situation. How could the possibly be rectified? I wasted a whole day and I don't see how I could possibly be rectified. When I first started out with Cadillac I thought they were great. Stay far away from this place. I know I will. I will not be renewing anything with them nor do I recommends them. In fact I am strongly against any business with them! This was Friday, I gave them until today but as of yet no one has contacted so they deserve this review. If ther is a way to add the pictures then I will.

I have a busy schedule for work and as a caretaker so Dale was kind enough to assist via telephone over a period of week to have everything done ahead of time before I came into the showroom. I had my vehicle serviced at another local dealer that could not fix the problem so I brought it to Pepe Cadillac. The service manager Bobby O'Connel was amazing. Even though my vehicle was not purchased at the dealer he treated me with kindness, like he knew me for years! The technician Remo Balsamo who performed the work kept me informed during the process and is a true miracle worker. I just took delivery of a new 2016 Cadillac ELR from Pepe Cadillac. This is my second lease experience with Pepe, and am once again extremely satisfied. David was very patient and accommodating, as I was simultaneously working on transferring my 2014 ELR lease. He and Jerry DiDomenico worked with me to get the best lease rate I have found. I recently had a problem with my rear suspension and brought it in for repairs. Upon arrival the loaner was ready for me. I received a call when the problem was found and a call to say the parts were on order. In 26 years of driving Cadillacs Pepe is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. Pepe Cadillac did a great job at repairing a bad airbag sensor in my Escalade ESV. The service staff are very pleasant and the downtime is minimal. To be honest, I'd rather pay a little more for the dealership repair and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that the problem I rolled in with was properly diagnosed and repaired, than risk what's behind door # 2 somewhere else.

I highly recommend Pepe Cadillac for any Cadillac purchase. Dale was great, no games, no typical dealership "back and forth". Great price, great service. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars was because the day before delivery, I needed paperwork from them to get to my financing company (which beat pepe's financing by 1.5%).. Dale was off and I spoke with the business manager (Jerry) who "couldn't" provide me with the information I needed. He also told me that he "didn't have time to check to see if the brakes were fixed". After I met him he turned out to be a nice guy, and very helpful. I am about an hour away, and only had a small time slot to get down there and wanted to be sure it was done. Luckily Dale made sure that the repair was done before. Very happy with my car! They even threw in a coffee mug and a hat! They delt with DMV, and anyone from CT knows how much of a pain DMV is. I bought a 2013 Cadillac XTS.

I had to bring my car in for routine premium care maintenance and a minor warranty repair. I had told Ron i only had one day free to drop it off. He scheduled me in and made sure the loaner was available.Upon arrival I was taken in and Genesis had my rental ready for me. I have been going to Pepe Cadillac for almost a year now and would not trust my car ANYWHERE ELSE. Not only did they fix every issue I had, but ALWAYS followed up and actually cared (what a concept). It was a no brainer to purchase from Pepe. On delivery, our salesman, John, spent a long time with us setting up the car and helping us get familiar with the robust features.Had a bit of a delay in getting my plates (I am in NJ, so there is some extra work required on the dealer's part). My experience did not go well. I made an appointment to visit the dealership to look at a specific car that they had listed on their website. As I was driving over 1 hour to see this car, I confirmed with their internet sales department that the car was there and available. After confirming the car was instock and available, I trekked out to see it. When I arrived, the sales guy I spoke with wasn't there, apparently he made the appointment for his day off, and the car wasn't there. The car hadn't been sold, it had never arrived on the lot. The sale guy confirmed an appointment to see a car that they didn't have and on a day he wasn't in. They found a sales person to speak with, who was incredibly pleasant and the only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star. He showed me a car with "similar" options and his general manager promised me, because of the screw up, that the car they showed me would be sold to me at the same price, but needed to go through the shop and get cleaned. I left a deposit on the car with an agreement for first right of refusal and drove the hour back home. I got a call the next day to tell me that they couldn't honor their price from the day before, that the price had gone up by over $2000 and that it wasn't getting any better. This whole experience left such a terrible taste in my mouth that I was unwilling to budge on my price and walked away. I cannot, with a clear conscience, recommend this dealership.

I had bought my first cadillac in 1983 and have continued with it. Last week I bought my 7th Cadillac. Every time the experience has been pleasant. You get your new car with a package and a handshake and you are on your way. This time we had an experience beyond belief. The whole Pepe Organization was fantastic....courteous, friendly, helpful starting from Robinson Rodriguez the Sales Manager down the line. However, the Sales person we interacted with turned out to be fantastic, a real Gem; extremely thorough, knowledgeable and patient, and that's John Gerardi. There was some delay in getting our car, and he made sure he gave us the correct status round the clock without us calling him, Finally when we got the car he made sure we understood exactly what we were buying. The tutorial he gave us was so methodical and thorough, that having been a guest lecturer at several Universities, I was impressed. He repeated a few points over again to make doubly sure that we understood. Hats off to him. If every salesman were like him Cadillac would have a Sales Bonanza. To top it off, it's been three days since we got the car and he has called us every single day to make sure we were happy with the car and with an open invitation to go and see him with any questions we may have. This to me is unbelievable. Thanks for having a guy like John Gerardi on your team.

I was shopping for a used car and stopped by Pepe Cadillac to look at a used red Grand Prix . It was actually AFTER closing (7pm) and Rick Burton was like the only person around. I offered to come back another time but Rick said, "No Problem, I can show you the car". Long story short, the car wasn't even in the main lot and he walked with me to an adjacent hotel parking structure where the car was parked. He spent nearly 40 minutes with me (looking at a $7,2000 car) when he could have (should have) been on his way home to dinner. I ended up not buying that car, but found another vehicle at Pepe (a Buick) that i was happy to buy from Rick.It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, and it had a lot to do with Rick's outstanding customer service.

I went to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains to purchase a 2015 ATS Coupe. I knew which trim level and which accessories I wanted on the car and I wasn't very flexible. I met with David Persaud and he was able to find a car that matched my specifications. During the process of getting the car from the other dealership, a problem developed and David was forced to find another car, which he did. He was able to get the other car to Pepe and have it ready for me on the day we had previously scheduled. I had to drop off my old lease from another dealership and David was there to pick me up and drive me to Pepe. He showed me every feature in my new car (there are a lot) and made sure I was comfortable using them. My entire experience with David Persaud and the whole staff at Pepe Cadillac was exactly was it should be when buying a luxury vehicle. They treat you like you are the most important person in the room and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience and would absolutely recommend Pepe Cadillac to my family and friends.

I had a bad experience at the dealer on Friday 9/4/15. I was interested on purchasing a used black 2015 GMC Yukon. I drove 50 miles from my house to the dealer. The service I received from the sales Manager Mr Robinson Rodriguez was poorly. He was very rude and disrespectful and have no customer service skills. This type of sale manger like Robinson Rodriguez is not good for your business. He had the nerve to tell me that I want to purchase a car that I can't afford and kept insulting me to a point that I had to get up and leave.

I was looking for 3 different cars ( different models) and my general rule is shop the car, not the dealership. Having visited several different dealerships in the Tri-State, I ran across several sketchy dealers who were either never willing to negotiate, or would add hundreds or even thousands in fees. Pepe was very straight up with their price, no gimmicks or additional fees. 75 dock fee and that was it. They were willing to negotiate with me on price and gave me an awesome deal. We were looking for a specific vehicle and Pepe Cadillac was the only dealership that had 4 of these in stock! Even though it is over an hour away we travelled there to look at the vehicle. We were fortunate to have David as our salesperson. Before we met David the reception staff greeted us and offered us beverages and snacks and made us feel very comfortable. David is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. He was "on our side" during negotiations and we came to an agreement that we were happy with. I recently decided to upgrade my 2006 Range Rover and have always loved the lines of an Escalade. Sales person, Dale, was attentive, personable, and especially helpful. He answered any and all questions and tried to ensure a memorable and enjoyable transaction while making sure he satisfied all our requests. On the other hand, and not Dale's fault as he does not do the "final" transaction, when we had an appointment to pick up the vehicle we purchased, we had to wait almost two and a half hours beyond our scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable, especially for such a high-end dealership with a great reputation for customer interaction. Dale did what he could to accommodate us and make us comfortable, however, waiting to sign papers on a cash deal seemed like "forever and a day." This should not have happened. There is a complete disconnect in those two area of customer service. I still, however, would recommend Pepe Cadillac but tell people to clear their calendar for the day of pick-up.

I recently had to bring my aunts car in because of the battery going dead every other day. The battery is only a few months old so i figured there had to be a drain on the system. I jumped it called Ron and brought it in. After a thorough search it was found out to be a problem with the power lumbar seat motor. I never would have figured that. Also a coolant leak was found and repaired. The car is an 03 with only 12k on the clock so as it ages i expect things to go wrong. It is good to know that Pepe will always do their best when i bring it in.

I am always very sensitive to find an honest salesperson to help me specially when I want to buy a used car. Each & every time my husband brings in his 2010 XRS and I with my 2009 XRS we are served by Ron Bald . He is ALWAYS pleasant, and very helpful with us. We also talk with Marc Chandler and Genesis Polanco and they are very nice as well. Our cars are repaired thoroughly, by that we mean for the reason cars are brought in, there is no need for a return repair. All three in service department as well as valet, mechanics we encounter are very polite and always greet us with a smile & kind word. I think they all are happy working at Pepe Cadillac. Both are cars have been brought in a number of times without appointments and on an emergency basis. The speed in which cars are fixed and ready for pick up is amazing. We attribute that to Ron Bald.Keep up the excellent work !

We could have gone to a closer dealer but we drove from New Canaan, CT to White Plains, and it was worth the trip. We were really pleased that John took the time to explain all of the amazing features. There are so many and because he took the time to explain them we were able to utilize all of them immediately.The Escalade is a fantastic truck. We feel extremely safe driving our children in it, which is the most important element when choosing the Escalade. We test drove Infiniti and Lexus "comparable" models and they didn't even come close in the comparison.

Picked up my 2015 Escalade ESV Luxury 4WD last week. I've been extremely pleased so far with the car (truck), it's very comfortable, luxurious, rides well, lots of good technology, beautiful interior. I have had an excellent experience with Dale Schweizer. He is very low key, very honest about what is and is not a good value in terms of extras on the vehicle, kept me informed as the order made its way through the system (a 3+ month process, there have been some backups until, as I understand it, recently), and since I took delivery has been very helpful in terms of answering my questions about operating the vehicle and the CUE system. Overall very pleased. Also was helped by Mark Rosen when Dale was out on vacation for a week, and Mark was helpful as well.

Came into dealership to look at used ATSs with low mileage. John Gerardi was very helpful in showing me the ones they had and taking me for a test drive even though they were in the process of closing. Later on, I ended up making a deal. After moving to PA earlier this year I have not been able to find another Cadillac dealer who has been able to provide service to me like Pepe has. Marc Chandler is always willing to go the extra mile and I truly trust him when it comes to handling any service needs I have for my SRX. While visiting for the holidays I caught a flat and I had the car towed 70 miles to Pepe just because I knew it would be taken care of properly. I expressed to Marc there were some concerns I had and he made sure they were all covered, like I said he ALWAYS goes the extra mile. Genesis and Ron are equally as wonderful, coming in for service feels like coming to see old friends! If and when I do get another Cadillac I would only go to Pepe. Simply the best service ever!

To make a long story short a relative had a dead battery and called a friend to fix it. Wherever he went they used the wrong battery therefore causing the car to have to be jumped every other day. When i found out about it i went to the house jumped the car called Ron and asked if i could bring it in. He said yes. When i got there they took the car and i made the appointment right there and also had some routine maintenance done. The electrical system was checked as was a service code. When the car was ready it had the correct battery and the service code was fixed. Had the friend brought the car to Pepe in the first place it would have been fixed correctly. As always it was another good experience with Pepe.

From the second I noticed a very rare 13' Platinum Escalade for sale on the internet, I had nothing but the best experience from Pepe Cadillac. I traveled from eastern long island which is quite the hike to check it out, and test drove it on a Friday. All it took was one night; my fiancee and I took the drive back the very next day to buy it. Fell in absolute love with the truck, and our wonderful experience that came with it.5 months ago, a wreckless and careless driver pulled out in front of me as i was traveling westbound on a 4 lane highway. The man was trying to cross over all four lanes to go east. He badly misjudged his ability to cross, and as a consequence, I t boned his drivers' side going 60 mph driving a 2006 CTS. Luckily all I came out with was a severely broken leg, and walked away with my life, as the driver walked away with nothing but a few tickets. Still using a crutch to get around, I was directly confronted first by Warren who i had talked with over the phone prior to visiting who answered a few questions. He was very polite, responsive, and courteous. We took a test drive, and eventually had the pleasure to sit down and be greeted by the general sales manager Scott Rieger to go over finances who shared his own personal encounter with a dangerous accident which severely injured him years ago, after witnessing my leg. The almost hour long conversation my fiancee and I had with Scott was very comforting and enjoyable. He is a true gentleman, and very warm person. He made us feel like part of the family, and helped work out our deal for our dream truck. I can now finally take comfort in the fact I am driving Americas most safest, reliable, and beautiful SUV thanks to the help from the men at Pepe.

Pepe Cadillac raises Cadillac stock. Let's face it GM is a total mess right now. Got this 50,000 ATS vehicle a year ago. It is certainly made better than the 2008 vehicles But unfortunately way cheaper in craftsmanship , materials and over all quality compared to the imports. The whole current line is attractive to look at. They certainly got that right, but that's about it. It saddens me being a Cadillac owner for over 30 years. My father 50 years. But thank fully the people at Pepe keep me running on the road with all the hitches Gm throws at me..

I have been to Pepe Cadillac many times to get my 2009 Cadillac CTS serviced. I don't trust any other dealer with my car. They consistently fix my car right the first time, and the service writers are very accommodating in giving me an appointment as soon as possible. The last time I was there was on June 6th. I had a problem with the driveshaft on my car and they took me immediately without an appointment recognizing the potential seriousness of the problem. As a customer of Pepe Cadillac from their opening i still bring my DTS which has115,000 miles on it and is long out of warranty to them for my service and maintenance needs. Recently i had a check engine light come on called Ron, told him the car was running roughly. He told me to bring it in. I was offered the courtesy shuttle to my home and was called and told what the problem was. Fortunately just a minor problem. When i picked up the car it was washed and brought out front to me. Getting the same kind of service when it was new and having certified techs. that know Cadillacs inside out working on my car is why at 115,000 it still runs excellently.I will continue to use Pepe for my service needs and look forward to next purchase with them.

My complaint is with Cadillac not with the dealership. My car was 18% short of the next oil change and the dealership was not able to do it because Cadillac, the company, would not reimburse them. The car was 900 miles short of a tire rotation and again the dealer was restricted in doing the work. Cadillac, the company needs to be more flexible with service guidelines. The current overly restrictive policy will significantly impact my decision to purchase another Cadillac.

I was leasing a Mercedes-Benz C300 for the last 6 years. Had 2 leases, of 3 years each but the car was very low, close to pavement surface and we decided to switch to a crossover type. We entered the Pepe Cadillac dealership, were welcomed by Mr. john Gerardi and he was able to convince us that the CRX AWD model will best fit our requirements. It was done the same day. John, methodically and with a lot of patience, showing intimate knowledge of the car walked us through all details and after a short test drive my wife and I decided to start a new lease. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Pepe Cadillac. My wife and I were looking for a Escalade Luxury Edition but were unsure if we were going to purchase certified preowned or new. Upon being greeted at the dealership, we were immediately made to feel at home by the staff. John Gerardi was very friendly and professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Escalade, as he should be. I let John know that we were considering purchasing another brand vehicle from a local dealer but wanted to look at the Cadillac Escalade before making our final decision. To our surprise John Gerardi did not attempt to bad mouth the other brand of vehicle or dealership, but he went on to detail the benefits of the Cadillac Escalade, as well as the benefits of being a member of the Cadillac and Pepe "family". He was not a pushy salesman by any means, but I must admit by the end of our meeting my wife and I had decided to purchase a new 2014 Escalade Platinum edition. My wife and I both joked later that it was his smooth style that caused us to "step up" to the Platinum model. John called the day after we received the vehicle to see how everthing was going. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Pepe gave us a very good price on the vehicle too. We also purchased optional floor mats from the service dept. and dealt with Anthony White. He was also a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgable as well. He even went out and put the new mats in the vehicle. And I must say they do look good!!

Pepe is always been Great to me. This car went in for a problem with Cue. An Update was performed by Pepe Service on a bulletin received from GM and Now i have additional problems with the Cue, XM, and radio signals. I can not hold pepe responsible for the Update that made things worse. Its the sourse itself (GM) that continues to prove to me that after 110 years they still cant get it right. I spoke to Jenna on Saturday April 12 to let her know whats going on with the car. I just do not have the time to go back and forth to the dealer to fix it. All these problems will fix themselves at the 25 Month mark :)

Rude and unaccommodatingPepe Cadillac is my local dealership in my area, while I did not buy my Cadillac ATS from this dealership they have been my primary for service on the vehicle. I had some minor issues with the car and made an appointment to drop it off, they said no problem well set you up with a loner, no problem. Mind you this was at least my 3rd time coming to this dealership they had my information on file; youll see why this is important as I continue. My appointment was for 7:30, I arrived earlier and waited for the gates at the service department. I talk to the service rep he was detail orientated in gathering details of the issues I was experiencing and gave me a ball park for the tire replacement I needed. Come to my surprise at the end of the conversation he said please wait in the waiting area and someone will be with you shortly to set up the loaner car. Okay not the biggest problem in the world someone else handles rentals. Waiting, waiting, 8:15 rolls around and I am finally called to get the paper work started on the loaner. So that is 45 minutes just to drop my car off and now I start the process of getting the loaner car. They brought me out an ATS; I asked the women if it was possible to get an SRX to get a feel for that model she said no problem. Few moments go by and she says theres no way youre getting a loaner car you are too young. I looked at her perplexed; I asked is there an additional fee I can pay. I have had no issues getting rental cars before and I have from other Cadillac dealers. She says no theres nothing I can do. I ask to speak to the manager; he gives me a whole thing about the insurance this and that. Bottom line is he would not issue me loaner, the age is 25. I am old enough to purchase a vehicle but not old enough to get a loner for a day or two while my vehicle is with the dealer? I tell the manager if this is not something you can accommodate me with Ill take my car back and go somewhere else where this will not be a problem. He says good luck I tell him you just lost my business, he had the audacity to talk back to me saying well you did buy your car here we never had your business. I told him and this is the exact reason why youll never get it. Bottom line is the manager has his head so far up his own rear end he does not know how to speak to people, this is not good business and Im glad I have never give this dealership a dime of my money. This is making me lose faith in the Cadillac brand; needless to say I will not be looking at Cadillac or GM for my next vehicle purchase. If this is the kind of treatment Cadillac stands behind I want no part of this.

As crazy as this sounds, we have purchased a total of thirty-seven cars since 1953, this last purchase being our eighth Cadillac. Only two dealerships stand out in our memories as being first class--Pepe Cadillac and Darien Jaguar; in all likelihood Pepe will see us again in the future. Our salesman, John Gerardi, is truly one of the best. Actually, he is the nicest salesman we've encountered in the purchases of our personal cars. Not only is he knowledgable about the product, but also he is patient and caring when it comes to explaining the intricacies of new cars. My sales person (John Massaro) was very patient and competent. I have only had the car for a week so the jury is out re. the actual car. I love the look, but the voice recognition system (navigation etc) is not as accurate as my Infiniti. There should be a way to bypass some choices - it takes FAR too long to get directions or a tel. number!

The most pleasant car shopping experience I have had to date, and I've been driving for 52 years. All appointments were on time, everybody both extremely pleasant and professional. All questions were fully answered quickly and (as far as I can tell so far) accurately.I have bought or leased from Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes, BMW and now Cadillac, and this bunch are the best. By the way, the 2014 SRX is a GREAT car.

Robert Rifkin was a gentleman from start to finish. No sales pressure,super knowledgable about all Cadillacs. I went to lease a 2013 SRX (luxury), but I saw a used 2010 CTS (premium- fully loaded). I drove both the SRX and the 2010 CTS. Then I talked with Rob about finances. He finally gave me what I wanted. I say that he let me steal the CTS. Even better, Pepe Cadillac offered me top-dollar on the trade of my 2010 BMW X5 - I won't mention numbers, but they came in higher on my trade than 2 other Cadillac dealerships did. I was shopping around for 2 months looking for my dream car. Come to find out, I couldn't afford it. Then I come across the same car I had but a 2012. I went looking at different dealers because Pepe didn't "have" what I wanted in the color and options. I search different Cadi dealers and plus Pepe's other franchise showrooms. I "settled" on my 2012 CTS fully loaded in White with Beige interior. I spoke to David that I saw what I wanted somewhere else. He said "I got you" He went out and got me what I wanted and gave me a better deal than anyone else. I have used this dealership to service my Cadillacs (I have 2), but never purchased any of them from here. Until today. I am very pleased with my car and the professionalism of my salesman (David) and the entire Pepe dealership. I have recommended my friends for service, now I can do the same for sales.

I am very happy with the service, kindness and professionalism of Pepe Cadillac. Last year I leased a 2011 Cadillac SRX from Pepe. Kenny was my sales representative. He was very honest with me and I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Although the SRX is a wonderful car, it was not my dream vehicle. This year I received a telephone call from Jasmine about possibly trading in the SRX and getting my dream vehicle an Escalde. Jasmine was very courteous and patient. She explained the entire process from start to finish. She made my appointment to see Kenny the same day and I was very impressed that he remembered our first meeting with the SRX. Long story short I purchased a 2010 Escalade for a great price. And with the assistance of Kenny and Barry I got an excellent warranty package. Wasted my time , I was willing to travel 1hour for the right price that was agreed on over the phone. I should have known a typical car salesman never tells the truth. Went thru all the credit check, deposit, agreed on price, and guess what,tried to play dumb. Next day calls me to say car is ready everything is good to go, but leaves out one big option we discussed in price. Then lied about what we agreed on. Why can't salesmen just stick to their word, and if not just tell me we can't match that price!!!! Would NEVER go or recommend this dealer to anyone!

I recently had to bring in my car for service and it had to stay in for more than one day.I told Ron that I needed a rental and when I dropped my car off the rental was ready with a full tank of gas.I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle and when I picked it up the repairs were explained to me.The staff at Pepe goes out of their way for their customers. Pepe Cadillac's service dept. was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the momement I called. The service Marc provided was first class from beginning to end. As soon as I spoke to him, he had an appointment set ASAP. I traveled over an hour because of the reputataion that this service department had and it was well worth it. When I walked in, I was greeted imediately by Genesis and a nice smile. She introduced me to Marc and he listened to everything that I said, not so I would go away but because he truly wanted to resolve any and all problems that I was having with my certified Escalade. Over the course of my first year with my truck, I developed a few issues. I mentioned and discussed 7 problems I was having. They not only duplicated all 7 concerns but they fixed each and everyone of them. It made me so happy to know that they genuinely cared. I was given a CTS to drive as loaner which was handled extremely profesionally by Marc and Genesis. The service dept is hands down the best I have dealt with, and I have many to compare it to. Bob O'Connell leads a great team, from to discussing things with Ron Bald and Marc, they made my visit completely comfortable. It filters right down to the techs, they were kind and extremely helpful. Rarely do you get to meet the guys working on your truck unless they have a problem. Ronny took a ride with me and Remo explained to me what work was done on my truck. Thank you so much for all the help. Thanks for reminding me why I choose Cadillac. This team should be commended.

I am actually writng this on March 12, 2012 at around 10:50AM. The reason I am being so specific is that in a few hours, I'll be pickling up my new 2012 CTS Luxury Collection. Thanks to the True Car program, in which Pepe articipates, I am getting a price that beat the other two dealers I visited. David Persaud was a very helpful sales person. Had a minor problem with my lights and windshield washer pump on a Saturday. He took my car and gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to drive without my lights for the weekend. Had me car back to me fast and clean. Love having this dealership close (12 miles away) to my home. The entire staff is very friendly. always open to talking about my car and other cars in comparison. They have a great waiting room for when I needed to wait for my explanation on my cars problems. Always a pleasure visiting the dealership when you think the worst has happened to the car.

Besides doing an efficient service on my car, the service department at Pepe solved small issues that Potamkin Cadillac ignored, when I took my car there. The reason I went to Potamkin was that there were no dealers in Westchester before Pepe opened their doors. The Service associate Ron Bald at Pepe fixed those small nagging issues and I am grateful for that.

the pepe name has always been synonymous w/quality. this experience was as expected. ashley was courteous and responsive when scheduling the appt. rich was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. in addition to the work that brought me to service, he heard my comments about body work and arranged for the gentleman to whom pepe outsources this type of work to assess my needs. I will return w/my car and recommend that friends w/caddies do the same. my comment about the quality of work is solely based on my having just left the dealership. my expectation is that it will be 'great'- tho the scent of the deodorizor is nausiating. (sorry). the price is noted as 'ok'- my expectation was that the overall cost might have been at 20% less but I feel confident that the price schedule is no different at any other comparable dealership.... assuming one could find a valid comparison to the pepe group. thank you.

The reason for my visit was for a recall as well as fixing an air vent. I arrived at approximately 0830hrs. and was greated by Richard Kerrigan. He was polite and professional. He took my information ans asked if I would like some coffee. He directed me to the waiting area which was very comfortable. While I was waiting, Richard Kerrigan came to the waiting area and was conversing with myself and several other men. To my surprise, my auto was completed at 0925hrs.. Again, Richard Kerrigan came to the waiting area, informed me that my auto was completed and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. Unlike most dealerships I have visited over the years, Richard Kerrigan made my visit pleasant and I had a feeling that I was with FRIENDS. Richard Kerrigan should be commended. I found Mr. Bald to be very courteous and accommodating. I was particularly pleased with the constant updates I received relative to the progress that was being made on my vehicle. He was able to give me an axcellent window (time) when my car would be ready. That meant a lot to me because I use my vehiclew every day.Once I expalined to Mr. Bald the problem I was experiencing with my car, he was able to pretty accurately tell me what needed to be done to the car. Not only would I reccommend Pepe Cadillac to my friends I would tell them to ask for Mr. Bald. He is definitely an asset to your company.

My sister and I decided to buy new cars at the same time . We walked into Pepe and were greated by Paul he helped us with all of our??? and needs gave us prices, showed us cars adn colors they came in . We both went home to our husbands and both came back with husbamds and leased an SRX each. He was very friendly and did not hassle us at all .The day I picked up my car he brought me outside and explained everything step by step with lots of patience It was a great experience and I would recommend Paul and Pepe to anyone and everyone . IN the 1 hour that I drove the car I had about 3 people ask me about it. Overall I was very pleased and impressed. I have had many issues with Cadillac dealers in the past(GEIS< CURRY and permier) when serving my SRX but i have brought my car to Ron and PEPE and is clearly the best customer service agent i have ever dealt with. I am a VP at a local hospital and deal with many companies but the dealer is the best. I peronally have a VW, Nissan and a ford but Ron clearly is the best! he took the time to explain my repairs and even called the next day to make sure i was satisfied. The reason for the ratings given is because of the sales consultant David & sales manager Tony ability to deal with my needs in a quick & no nonsense attitude, i told them what I would like to pay for the truck & with a quick walk from David to Tony a deal was quickly made.The typical " let me check with my manager" and the salesperson is gone for 10-15 minutes did not happen.The last thing for me to add is it's these guy's get it.

I brought my 2008 CTS for a small recall and while there wanted to take care of a 'rotational' noise my car was making and to replace my daytime running lights. I thought the noise was caused by the rotors and expected to spend some money replacing it. We went for a test drive, the mechanic who was very polite, said right away that it was a hub. turned out that the hub and the bulbs were under warranty!! They also paid for my rental car for the day, which is pretty standard if you are a Cadillac owner. But the staff was great, the waiting room was clean and had free coffee and cookies and chips. The Service Advisor that worked with me was Ron Bald, and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. I mean...I walked out of there with a zero $ bill when I fully expected to spend a few hundred. They seemed very honest and were def very friendly. I will be going back there for future services. Thanks Pepe Caddy!!Dan C.
