We found a new truck online at Performance Ford in Bountiful Utah. We called to confirm the vehicle was in stock, set up financing and drove there from Wyoming the following day to pick it up. The service was amazing and the vehicle was exactly as we had hoped. The staff had everything ready for us and we were in and out within an hour! Truly unheard of at most dealerships! Our salesperson Collin was great and very knowledgeable of our vehicle. Natalie helped us with an issue and was very professional and offered great follow up. 10 stars Performance Ford! We will definitely be back to purchase our cars from you in the future!

Don Mendoza Helped me he was awesome. Only complaint was the car really needed detailed on the inside there was a lot of filth on stuff purple make up all over the driver seat controls also dirt in the seats. I will have to pay for it to get detailed. They only need to improve that customer service was good I lived 3 hours away they got me approved and all set before I even got on the road to go see it!

Andy was a pleasure to work with. This was the fastest experience of buying a car start to finish. They were fast and ready to go and were able to help me get the best price possible. Don Mendoza was amazing to work with. He genuinely seemed to want to help us get into a truck which would fit our needs the best not just any truck. He was extremely patient as we drove several of the trucks on the lot and asked a ton of questions. We stopped by on two occasions to meet with him and see the inventory. At no time did we feel pressured. He is great to work with... I've already recommended him to several family members and friends.
