Recently leased a 2017 from Performance. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Salesman ( Dan), the Sales manager ( Joe), the Delivery Coordinator ( Joe B), and the Service Manager (Scott). These men went out of their way to get us the best lease options at a very affordable price, the most complete description of the cars technology, and the patience and understanding to address our service concerns. I sent my initial inquiry through their website on a used vehicle and received immediate feedback from Dawn and Jessie. I then went in a few days later for a test drive and several employees helped me through the purchase process. Matt in finance expeditiously got me through the paperwork. I really appreciated that Jimmie in Sales handled the insurance transition. Finally, Joe showed me the gadgets, answered my questions and synced the phone. It was late in the day for all of them and they were all professional and thorough.

i bought a "certified" vehicle last week and when i got it home the cd player didnt work. i was told that "certified" vehicles go through a rigorous check of everything on the car. apparently not the cd player! i drove 1 hour to get back to the service department, waited 2 hours and drove 1 hour back home. 4 hours wasted. i was told that they have to order a new radio. that means 1 hour back to the dealer, leave my car for the day because the whole dashboard has to come out and 1 hour home. 1 hour back the next day and 1 hour home again. ive called my salesman Jim twice in 2 days and no return phone call to date. NICE! the service department guy was nice to deal with but this is nonsense, theres no way that they didnt know about the cd player. i guess they need to move cars!

Excellent service when shopping for my new Fusion. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on the lot but were able to let me test drive a comparable vehicle before getting the car I wanted from their remote lot. During negotiations, there were no games and my salesman, Ed Z., did everything he could to give me the best price. Every incentive was applied correctly including one that I didn't even know I was eligible for. The terms were settled quickly and the turnaround to get the car was quicker than anticipated. Their credit department also didn't try to pull any fast ones such as screwing slightly with the terms after they were agreed to which I have experienced at other dealerships. The Delivery Coordinator, Joseph Boscarino, made sure to go over the things I needed to know while respecting that I've had plenty of experience with Ford's infotainment systems so I didn't need to have everything explained to me. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to doing another transaction with them again.

I needed and not wanted a new vehicle. My credit took a hit because of the economy. John Troya went over my options and suggested a lease. I've always purchased and knew nothing about leasing. The sales manager Anthony came over and answered all of my questions. They blew me away with the monthly payments. There was a short wait to see the Finance Manager Paul. He didn't pressure me to purchase any extras that I didn't want so my payment stayed low. I love my Escape and will recommend everybody to Performance!

Like many people, my credit was affected by the down turn in the economy. I wasn't going to get approved for a loan, but John T. told me about leasing. I was astonished between the monthly payments on a loan versus a lease. John worked out the best deal for me. Working with Performance Ford was by far the best car buying experience I've had. From the start, the customer service gentleman worked like a well oiled, knowledgeable machine. The gentleman I spoke to in customer service had me laughing from the start of our call and was up front and honest with everything. No pressure tactics, no talking over me. Over the past year, I have purchased two vehicles from Performance Ford in Randolph, NJ. For both vehicles, they BEAT my budget price!!!! Both salesmen were courteous and helpful. They spent hours with me going over every feature of the vehicles. They even following up on a couple of occasions with a phone call asking, if there was anything I needed. I also had a wonderful experience in dealing with the Parts department when I purchased accessories. The Parts Manager, Mike Adams, was extremely courteous and helpful to me. He was also very patient. I was undecided on what floor mats to purchase and I kept calling him back. He definitely is knowledge of the Ford Parts and helped me to make the right decision. I take my car to the dealership for Service and am quite impressed with the waiting area and all of the maintenance work. They offer freshly brewed coffee, pastries, and a FREE car wash! I have purchased two new vehicles from Performance Ford in the past two years. Both salesmen that I dealt with were friendly and BEAT my budget price!!! They spent hours with me going over every detail of the car and training me on how every feature worked. I received a few follow-up phone calls asking, if there was any assistance I needed after the purchase of my vehicles. I take my vehicles to Performance Ford for service and am always taken care of by friendly staff members. They have a comfortable waiting room and provide you with fresh, hot coffee and baked goods. With each service, they also give you a free car wash!! I have also dealt with the Parts Department on a few occasions purchasing accessories for my car (ie. floor mats, etc.). The Parts Department Manager, Mike, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I was unsure of my what to purchase on one occasion and called back a few times to ask follow-up questions while deciding. Mike was very patient and kind to me and helped me to make the right decision. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Stavros Diamantidis, sales rep, from the very beginning showed an attitude when I questioned why I needed to give my address when all I was doing was asking for pricing. I looked to schedule a test drive on a Saturday for an Lincoln MKC and he said that they were very busy on Saturdays selling so my best bet was to go back during the week. He explained that he wanted to save me a trip. I didn't understand he approach. I went back only because their online price was the lowest and not because I liked my experience so far. Again, Stavros face of aggravation when I questions his numbers. Surprisingly, Stavros didn't honor the online price and said that that price doesn't apply to me. On Perfomance's web pages I looked, there was not explanation of this special pricing. I went to another dealer and bought a similar MKC and for more money. Very bad experience at Perfomance. Stay away from them.

Tom Parsons, Service Consultant, gave us the worst advice. We took our 10 year old car, (blue book value $5,000) for maintenance, oil filter, alignment, etc. and Mr. Parsons advised that needed a lot of other repairs including front brake pads, cost $1,600, labor cost $900, overcharged completely, will never go back to that place. My car only needed maintenance, it worked fine, I didn't have all that money to spend in an old car, I took my coupons printed from their website, he didn't accept them because need to present before repair. I checked the receipt, labor chargers are astronomical...... Soon I will need to finance a new car, probably Ford, I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM! I do not recommend Performance Ford in Randolph, NJ

I traveled quite a bit to get my new car and was not disappointed. The car was great and it was only topped by the service I received. A very low pressure environment with a frendly, helpfull staff. Derek was helpful and did everything to make the deal and Brian took the time to show me how the entire vehicle worked. This is a great experience that I will share with friends and family.

Great Experience. Usually very skeptical about car dealers and buying a car but Performance Ford was great. Our salesman Vinny did a great job even though he was new to the dealer and Brian took his time to show us every detail of the new car. I am very happy with my new car and Performance Ford.

a revolving door of service managers since the new ownership... can't even do an oil change correctly (used wrong weight oil!)... service writers need to go to charm school... parts dept. can't even supply the correct battery... pay in cash, but if you are due a refund, the check will be in the mail (right)... voiced my displeasure with their management, and with Ford corporate, not even an acknowledgement... avoid at all costs !

I went to Performance Ford Lincoln in Randolph. The staff and sales team was very helpful and friendly. They took excellent care of my needs and interest in getting the right vehicle for me. I was looking at a used Focus. When I called asking about the Focus, I spoke with Tina, she was very helpful in getting all the information I requested of the vehicle in a timely manor and I made an appointment for me to meet with one of their sales personals. After arriving and speaking with Tina and Eric, we actually came to an even better deal on a new 2012 Ford Fusion and I LOVE IT!!! Great vehicle, very economical and a nice smooth drive. I couldn't be any more happy with the service I received at Performance Ford Lincoln, and I highly recommand this dealer for anyone shopping for a new or used Ford or Lincoln.

I went into the dealership very nervous looking for a safe vehicle for my family. I think this dealer did a great job with the resources they had. The vehicle I chose was so new that the books weren't out yet. I'd say make sure you go in with a list of what you want. I also went on cars.com and saved 2 thousand dollars off the sticker price. I would shop here again.

We used the service department for our trucks; had questionable experiences with our first few services and then after large repair on one truck found they had overlooked completing a portion of the repair that had some repercussions. The service management changed completely during in less than one month and we had numerous follow up issues with service. We then stopped using this dealer for service on our vehicles. Short time later found a new truck on their lot that fit our needs. As we approached finalizing our purchase we found that the sales team, including the general manager, was unethical and not to be trusted. Thankfully we had initially negotiated a very reasonable price for the vehicle that made the purchase worthwhile despite our dislike of the sales team. On principle we did not want to purchase the vehicle from this dealer, however we viewed this as just a transaction. This dealership uses the quintessential unethical and questionable sales tactics that all buyers fear and unlike. It is rather disheartening to continue seeing these sorts of dealers in business as I am sure they have taken advantage of many buyers. In closing I would not recommend this dealer for purchasing or servicing your vehicle.
