I went into Performance Nissan with poor credit, $1000, and a low budget. I was greeted by Mike Balek, and told him my situation. He worked hard to get an understanding of what i was looking for and why. After crunching all numbers, he showed me a beautiful black Malibu that i fell in love with instantly. With the help of the pre owned manager, Mike arrived at a bottom lone that i was not interested in. I told him my concerns about the requiered down payment, monthy cost, and warranty. He and the pre owned manager came back to me 10 minutes later with the exact deal that i wanted. Down payment, warranty, monthly cost. Everything! I could not be more happy with the service and vehicle i recieved, and i look forward to buying my next car from Mike Balek! He is a straight shooter who knows how to keep a meaningful conversation rolling when the dealership is conducting its procedures, and has great industry knowledge. I give Performance Nissan a 10 out of 10!

I went to performance Nissan due to a poor experience with a dealer down the street called Wholesale auto. I was on my way back to school where at lunch I decided to see if there is another dealer around with the car I was considering getting. I found a 2010 GT-R for sale so I decided to head over and take a look. I pulled in and walked over to the car within two min Tyler the salesman was over assisting me and helping me eventually take this car for a test ride. This dealership and most certainly Tyler showed me the up most respect as I am still only 19 years old looking at cars 100k plus. This dealer will not discriminate on age color anything and if you are serious they will do their best to accommodate you. They helped me in more ways than I could ever ask for and would recommend purchasing a vehicle here over any where else. Thank you Performance Nissan and Tyler for your excellent service as well as help.

Went in to trade my old Nissan and lease a new Nissan Altima I went in expecting all the back and forth that most dealerships make you go through and to my surprise I was in and out without any back and forth and left with a beautiful 2016 Nissan Altima SV at a great lease price. We've purchased several cars from these guys... the most recent was to trade my GTR for diesel truck. The sales guys are straight shooters and try to get you in & out quick. Derek in finance is crystal clear on what I'm getting and always offers the products that make sense for the vehicle and our situation. Bobby and Delroy are very fair on trade values and discount the new car as much as they can when they can. Everyone in service is great, have never had a bad experience... quick turn-around on routine maintenance and the prices are usually cheaper than the local shops up and down Federal and Dixie. They have a few NitroFill machines on site and can top me off whenever I come by without an appt and it comes with a nice warranty in case I get a flat. Oh, and the Body Shop is UNBELIEVABLE. I traded my truck that was hit and when I stopped by a few weeks later for a tire pressure check, I saw the repaired truck and it was FLAWLESS. I really couldn't believe it... considering how bad it was. It was so good that I should have just kept that truck and had them do the work!All around, these guys are AWESOME!

Today,we are leaving in a microwave world , were no has time to listen toYyour needs, this is not the case at PERFORMANCE NISSAN. I was assigned to Mr. Tyler Dubberly as my salesman, to assist me with my purchased. He listens to all my needs attentively and pay attention to all details on the car I was interested. while we were negotiating on the vehicle price, not even once he never mention the word we CANNOT. On the other hand , he replied " this is what we can do". Mr Derek and Mr. Dubberly help reach me my decision on purchasing the vehicle. The best part about this experience, they educated me on the purchasing and financing process.To translated , everything was black in white , no hidden fees, no grey areas. Words fall short of how overwhelmed we are by the way everyone treated us at Performance Nissan of Pompano and their exceptional service and dedication. Their special service and treatment was warm and genuine, it has been by far the most pleasant experience we've had anywhere in a very long time and pardon my frankness but I myself cannot belive I'm writing these words about a car dealership of all places. I can say that everything was perfect. They are not only good at sales process but also very good at informing after sales process which is one of the important thing I believe that. Mr. Tyler Dubberly assited me in this process. He shared alternavies, advantages and disadvantages of cars which were in my mind. Also he helped and informed me about a lot of subjects wihch can help me. He does not forget to tell you anything even you forget to ask. Buying a new car can be fun and exciting and it can also be a time consuming hassle. Our recent purchase at performance Nissan proved to be quite a pleasant experience. Everyone was professional and helpful, yet we were never harassed of felt pressured to buy anything. Jose and Bobby went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The price we payed at performance Nissan was unmatched in south Florida and they got us the exact car we were looking for.I have absolutely nothing to gain by talking them up as I have no affiliation with P. We have not bought a car since 2005. The experience we had today at PERFORMANCE NISSAN was fantastic. It was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. In reality, we only went to look in the car lot, but as it turned out, we went for a test drive in 2 different kinds of Nissan's and decided to buy one. At this time, we have only had the car for a short period of time and we love it. We have never owned a Nissan before and because of the way we were treated-more like family than customers- we were sold on our choice of dealerships and vehicle.

My 2014 Nissan Rough had 10,600 miles on it but sustained a substantial accident which had been corrected. But I was concerned the value of the car may be impaired. So while it was in for service I casually began asking questions about trading it in. I met up with a young salesman Nick Hoats, who was relaxed and willing to spend time with me to review the potential of my car to a new 2016 Rough. My expectations were low but to my surprise he came back with a deal I was a bit stunned with. Once I understood the numbers we looked at the cars on the lot. He seemed to understand what I wanted but made sure he showed me all my options. I settled on a car that I unexpectedly took to and we began the process of buying a new car. The previous purchase was very lengthy but this time it was easy and smooth. I payed cash for the car and drove off the lot with a new car a few hours after I pulled in. This is my second purchase from Performance Nissan, this time , much improved and I am a satisfied customer and recommend this dealership. My salesman Nick Hoates is a young man but to his credit a good listener, a pleasant personality, a relaxed individual and knows the product he is selling. Thanks for the comfortable experience Nick.

Went in to look at a used GTR. The sales man (Mike) and the used cars manager (Derek) were both very knowledgeable about not just the model, but the car in question. They were very honest and respectful and worked with us to get us a deal that fit within our budget. I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone.

We first spoke with Steve, the internet sales manager, who answered all of our questions and concerns. We drove an hour to get there and dealt with Michael Balek since Steve was unavailable when we arrived. Michael was great and didn't rush us when we were going back on forth over two vehicles. We than met Steve and between the two of them, we got the deal we wanted. The finance rep, Victor, was a true pleasure to deal with.Even being an hour away, this is the first dealership we've dealt with that didn't act like "used car salesman" and we will only buy our Nissan's from here.

My car salesman, Bryan Berrio, helped me purchase my Dream Car people. Car salesmen in the past often sold me on why I could not purchase the car I truly wanted. Hence, leaving me stuck with an automobile I never wanted in the first place plus monthly payments.Not Bryan Berrio. He identified what car I truly wanted and that was the only car we spoke about. I am very disappointed in my experience at Performance Nissan. I've seen 3 different MSRP prices for the same 2016 Rouge S (Matched VIN #). The prices were $26,300 (Of course the highest one they used when trying to sell me the vehicle), $25,205 on Performance Nissans website and $24,305 through the Nissan USA website, when I did a vehicle search. I matched the VIN # with each search, and have screen shots saved to prove it!Performance Nissan didn't seem to care much when I talked to them about this, and told them I didn't want to do business with a dealership that was deceitful. I left without purchasing a Rogue, and urge anyone looking to buy a Nissan, to go elsewhere!!

This was my first time working with Performance Nissan and I really came away very impressed. Everyone from their sales staff (including sale's associates that I wasn't even working with) up to management were all incredibly friendly and straight forward when it came to answering any questions I had. I told them that I was planning to look at a few other dealerships (including other Nissan's) before making any decision, and instead of waiting for me to bring an offer back to them from another dealership to see if they could compete with it, they instead sent me off with an offer so that I could see whether or not any other dealerships could compete with them for my business. So far we're very happy with the 2016 Rogue that we leased from Performance and I surely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan as well.

I saw the car I wanted on the lot Easter Sunday when no sales people were on duty. Looked for it online and got further specs, and an online discount, all very good. Had appointments scheduled for after work, two evenings and those were blown off, and I had to wait for "them" Did test drive and loved the car. Put down a substantial deposit of 2,000 and returned to purchase the next day my sales associate was scheduled to work, as a courtesy to him, the new Bryan, there less than a month.My purchase day was thrown off when the finance manager, Derek, was advised I had sold my trade in for a better price than they were offering, and he said this was now a deal breaker even though I was prepared to pay them the amount they were offering me for this useless Honda. They also did not want to take a credit card purchase of 10,000 so I could have the points.. long story short I was ready to walk and had to sit through good guy/bad guy scenario although instead the usual sales assoc/finance guy it was finace and Owner on the phone, (doubt that) anyway got my car, never saw or heard any thanks from my sales assoc. who had to leave for a "family urgent matter" or anyone else except for this "populated thanks from Nissan" Well I say no thanks to you, and , this woman, still got a beautiful deal and car. :)

After shopping for a car for 2 months and dealing with rude salesmen, I had a great experience with Performance Nissan as soon as I walked through the door. Ed was very kind and attentive and listened to my request in a car. Unlike the many pushy sales people I've experience he showed me alternative routes since I didn't find a car I liked the visit, and because of the I came back and bought my car from him. I love my car and am happy with the service I received all around. Felt like family, not a customer! Great work!

My first contact with Michael Balek was when I drove onto the sales lot. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did not know anything about the new Nissan Altama. My brother-in-law had just purchased a new Altama in Chicago and he recommended one to me. He say to go in and test drive one. Which I did. I was impressed the minute I got behind the wheel. The quality and feel was better than the Toyota Camary I was about to trade in. I had plans to go and test drive other makes and models, but the Nissan salesman convinced me that I should purchase the Altama. There was no direct pressure to buy and the staff was very professional. I may not have received the price I was looking for, but we did come close. This email was from a Philip Sammario. I am not good with names and could not remember him, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The new Nissan showroom was very beautiful and the dealership is very conviently located. I will have my new Altama serviced at the dealership.

My sister and I went to Performance Nissan to look at a Rogue. The staff was extremely helpful, and treated us like we where the only ones in the dealership. My sister loved the Rogue and Bobby the GM took care of her and got her the deal she wanted and the car she wanted. I was so impressed with the lineup and quality of the cars, i ended up buying a new Murano while she was doing paperwork. Bobby gave me a great price for my trade and a great price on the new Murano! When we got home my mom was so impressed with the cars she made me call Bobby back and now we are trying to get a third car today. I will be sending EVERYONE i know to see the staff at Performance Nissan, they treated us right in my eyes they are the best in the business!

Went in recommended by a friend, looking for a specific truck advertised on the website. The service was FANTASTIC, my sales guy(s) were Michael Balek and Bryan Berrio. I don't like to beat around the bush, and I told Michael so, and he work w me and my short attitude. I did not get the deal that I wanted, but overall, the price was very fair. Let's face it, we all want to pay as little as possible. But the price was fair. I also spent some time with Julio, with financing and tags, what an amazing dude. They made things super easy, and were very accommodating. It only took about 3 and 1/2 hours and that my friends, its an excellent total time to be spent at a dealer when buying a car. I definitely recommend them all.

I was very impressed with the entire buying experience. When I made my initial call to the dealership to check on inventory a salesman actually answered the phone which was great since that's who I needed to speak with. Brian Mink was very friendly and answered my questions with enthusiasm. He assured me he could get the exact car I wanted. I set an appointment with him on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership the following morning I was greeted at the front with a smile by a friendly receptionist who contacted Brian immediately. Brian listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with his Manager on my behalf to accomplish a great deal for me. During the process when I was waiting for Brian to work out the details I was greeted by several other salesmen ensuring that I was being cared for. The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. Delivery was a pleasure. Brian was waiting for me and my family with a smile, the car was detailed and parked right up front and he was very knowledgeable about the car and its functions. I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. I felt like I was treated very well and received a great deal.

We Bought a 2012 Versa a couple years ago from Performance and were looking to update to a more solid,noise free vehicle.We bought our Versa in for service and it needed $400.00 worth of work.In the meantime Michael Balak,great salesmen worked very hard for us to find us a vehicle we could afford and get financed as we were underwater with our Versa(worth around $8m we owed $10.After tryig new car and many options ,Michael was able toput uis in a beautiful 2013 Rogue and keep our payments within reach for us.Derek in financing helped us out so much in finanacing and giving us options for qwarranties.We bought a 5 year all inclusive warranty and fell very satisfied.The team from maintenance to financing were wonderful.Michael was a low pressure,but very competent salesman.We enjoyed all the differentb scenarios that he was able to present us with.We were about 1 minute from not being able to do anything to walking away with a beautiful Nissan Rogue,Great job fodone there and look forward to years of service with the new ownership...lks.We will get our service

I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa SL at a dealer in Tennessee where I live - I am in Florida for the winter. The first service was due, and I have a prepaid maintenance contract - so I needed to take the car to a dealer who would honor the contract. I called the Consumer division for Nissan for the name of a dealer in Florida who would honor the prepaid contract purchased in Tennessee. I was given the contact information for Performance Nissan, and transferred to their service dept to schedule the appointment. Looking for directions to the dealership - I saw many negative reviews about Performance Nissan's Service Dept; so many that I really hesitated to take my car in to them. The negative reviews were ALL FALSE! I wasn't treated poorly at Performance because I didn't by my car from them nor was I shunned or ignored because I purchased the prepaid maintenance contract in TN. Quite the opposite! NOT ONE PERSON was rude, aggressive, or hostile. Everyone was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The services requested / needed were an oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point check, and I had a rattle in the trunk that needed checked out. All services were performed in a timely professional manner, heck - they even washed my car for me! The service tech sought me out to explain the rattle I was hearing in the trunk - turns out my spare tire, jack, and tools had been removed from the car (Did not know that - would not have driven from Nashville to Pompano Beach without a jack and tire removal tools). The noise I was hearing was the tire hold down rolling around in the empty tire space. The service tech looked up all of the items that were missing and listed them on the repair receipt. I was able to call the Tennessee dealer when I got home and ask for all of the missing items - they will provide them at no cost to me. I love Performance Nissan's Service Department & I Will return as needed. Great Job Performance Nissan Service!!

Nissan - performance nissan is really incredible.....they have the best staff to get you the car you want and that will make u feel happy and safe when you travel every day.....The cherry on top is the service department they really have a phenominal team very professional and they care about the customers and there safety..... Eytan Klein makes customers feel like family he takes care of everyone weather its making a appointment or going above and beyond to try to help fix any problem there is......Nissan has the best staff and anyone who wants to have a dealership that they can rely on then they need to come to performance nissan.....I also like delroy small too he works very hard and at nissan too and they are lucky to have him....=-)....

Performanice Nissan, Buying a car like it used to be. A very pleasant surprise, at least it was with Delroy Small & Bryan Berrio. Just straight talk , a few test drives, pick a color , a handshake, sign some papers & Drive off. Start to finish,,maybe an hour and a half.No pressure at all. I purchased my Nissan Frontier truck 9 months ago and contacted Ed Stackpole my sales person regarding my spare tire is missing after experiencing a flat tire. He reported that they remove the spares to prevent theft and they may have it in their storage stop by and we will install it. The tire was not marked as being the one for my truck, and that mine looks to have been stolen as the hoist chain was cut . Since it could have been done before I purchased the truck Ed had it replaced and apologized for the inconvenience. I was totally blown away at the customer service I received from Ed and the service manager handling this issue. I would recommend Performance to anyone that wants immaculate sales and service.

I was injured and Kelly was kind enough to bring the car to my home and we did the entire deal at my home it took no more than an hour total time with filling out the paperwork. He was absolutely wonderful and the most pleasant and helpful sales person I've ever dealt with. He brought the car to the home he was only there 20 minutes and we decide take the car he brought the car back had it detailed and filled up with gas and it the entire paperwork as office so I didn't have to do anything but sign. I would highly recommend Kelly If you're looking for a car he is the salesman that you will want. He was also very helpful and helping us with getting the price we wanted for the vehicle we wanted. Very poor experience. Saw a 2012 FX35 on the internet and sent a note with an offer of $25,500 and Ben the Internet Sales Manager called me up and said he could do $25,500 and to come on down for a test ride. Made the 40 mile trip through ruch hour only to be told after the test ride the best they could was 27,000. So keep in mind that anything Ben says is a lie, so get in writing.

More than 2 months ago I visited the dealer to look at a 2014 Suburban, I test drove it and had my trade appraised. I had to leave and my sales person at the time said he would call me back after the appraisal came back. No call back! so I called said he would check and call me back, no call! I called again the person that answered the phone tried to help, 1st thing he told me is the price is the price and that's it! I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one working! So I have noticed the suburban is still in stock and I have made inquiries on line again with nothing. The question, do you sell cars? are the phones working? do you care? Before the store was bought out I purchased from that dealer all was good! So the truck has been on the lot for over 60 days I know It may end up at auction soon or discounted to sell. I would like to start by saying I finally can say I love my car. My sales person name was Mark and he was great. Not because he knew about my particular veichle because he did not. Also with his luck there was none there that I wanted and to make things worst one didn't even start. But he was always honest and everything we asked if he didn't know he would go and get us the answers. No matter if he walked back and forth over 50 times. But he was always fast with the answers and with a smile. To be honest I stated that if I didn't leave that day with a new car than I was going to another dealer. Yet because of his honesty and humble and friendly personable self my husband and I agreed to come back the next day and get the car I really wanted that they brought from another dealer. First i would like to mention i love nissan cars. with that said i been to many dealers who where unwilling to work with me or that would try to sell me something i did not want because they didnt have what i was looking for. i walked in to perfomance nissan looking for the car with an idea of what i was looking for. the sales rep Bryan came up to me in a friendly matter did not judge my appearance. (I'm a young guy usually no one approaches me or thinks i am serious). i told bryan what i was looking for and the price range i wanted and they got it on the dot, not to much negotiating but it wasn't a hassle to lower the price. overall great experience the financing was quick and pain less no complaints.

My wife, our two babies and I stopped by Performance Nissan on a Saturday, interested in a 2015 Pathfinder. We previously visited and met with JJ a few months before. He used excellent salesmanship to help us leave with a car. We also met with Stephen to show us some very interesting deals if we were to leave with a car that day. Two months later, when we were more prepared to make a purchase, we decided to see if Performance Nissan still was interested in our business. Kelly will go out of his way for his customer, he even came in on his day off to make sure the details were ready for when I came in to sign. By far the easiest and quickest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever experienced. Derek in finance had everything ready and when the time came I was in and out with my new car in less than half an hour. These guys have their ducks in a row. I was talking to a few different dealers looking for a specific used car. Performance Nissan was one of those dealers. I live in SW Florida and was just under a 2.5 hour drive away from this dealer. I inquired on the dealers website and was discussing terms with Jose W. Robles whom was some sort of internet sales consultant. I was specifically told that the car out the door (including taxes, dealer fees, etc.) was the price I was looking for and the only item I would be responsible for is for tag only. I purposely waited to buy on the last day of the month because I noticed many of the different dealers I was working with was willing to negotiate to close out the month strong. After extensive back and forth with all the dealers, I picked Performance Nissan because of the price I was promised. I let Jose W. Robles know that I was far away and I would be driving across state to purchase the car. Not only did I have an email from him but I also sent him a text message MAKING SURE that the price was what he stated it was and that there would be no surprises when I got there. He assured me that price was correct. I was very excited and drove there in confidence that I would be coming home with a new car. When I got there, I was handed off to a floor salesman and test drove the car. I thought the car was perfect and wanted to move forward. Once I gave them the green light, I was forced to wait close to 3 HOURS to sit down with the closing department. At that point, I knew we were only a couple of minutes away from my exciting ride home with my new car. TO MY SURPRISE, when the closing department gave me the paperwork the price was $1800 more then what I promised. After being explained there must have been some sort of mistake I was told that the General Manger (GM) cannot let the car go for that price and there was nothing they could do. I WAS FURIOUS at this point and demanded I speak to the GM in person. After 20 minutes of waiting for the GM, I was offended on not only how he handled the situation but more offended by his offer for a free tank of gas for my troubles. This type of sales tactics are unacceptable and should have some sort of recourse. I myself am a sales person and my word is the nature of my business. Employees need to be accountable and the dealer should HAVE NOT let me walk out the door as angry as I was. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to buy a car from PERFORMANCE NISSAN or getting quotes from Jose W. Robles. I will be posting this complain everywhere I can!

I wanted to buy a nissan murano. I contacted alexa on line . I was happy with her response and what she could do for me in purchasing a 2015 murano. I came into the dealership and was greeted wih great warmth by Alexa and Sean. They produced a deal for me which I was completely satisfied. They had to send away for the car I wanted and i had to wait two days for it to arrive. Their patience and attitudes were great. Derek was extremely efficient in preparing my financial papers. "We are not coming home with a new car" were my husband's last words before leaving the house. Well....that was not Tim's idea when we got to our appointment!I had a budget and a plan and Tim met every expectation I had, and trust me I was tough! Not only did he meet my budget, but he gave us a great trade-in rate, he had patience, he was extremely knowledgeable about the new Altima, he explained everything I needed to know and he stayed over his program to make sure we leave happy.And we did! I have a great new Altima and I feel everyone treated us with professionalism. I am happy and I would definitely recommend Tim to all my friends and family!

I spoke with Brian Mink on the phone, when I got there I was met by Kelly Cowart. He made me feel at ease immediately. Kelly took me to see the car I had asked about from the internet. He let me look around the car and when I was ready I took a test drive. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Kelly has a great personality and a great smile and he makes really good brownies. I felt very comfortable and was not pressured in any way. I ( husband) was out of town for a week, ON 7/1 my wife called me and told me that the car didn't start so I told her to call AAA and have the Nissan towed to Performance Nissan dealer. She wasn't sure why the car didn't start maybe battery or starter, at the dealer she told them the problem. they called next day and told her that the car was ready to pick up $134.09 after picking up the car she called me and told me that was the battery and everything was ok. On 7/4 4th of July in the way to a friends house I (husband) stop a puplix to pick up something and got back to the car with the wife and the car didn't start again. My wife told me that's the same thing that happend 3 days ago. So I asked her you got the new battery I don't understand why we called again AAA on the arrival I told the driver that she gotten a new battery and I didn't understand why the same problem, the driver went to look under the hood and he said that's not a new battery, this battery is a year old but he found the cables connecting to the battery all loose and the battery loose he showed me the screws and bolts all loose and told me that's what was causing the car not to start "bad connection" he tight all the cables and bolts to lock battery on place and car start with no problem. When I got home I look at the receipt from Performance Nissan and saw that I was charge for nothing!!! No new battery "found dome light on" really? $134.09 and you neglect to see that the cables and battery was loose? My wife will never go to this dealer again!!! The battery wasn't need to charge it was just the loose cables!!! Called the service mgr Chacho Lavastida left msg and never got a call back

Perfomance Nissan sold a car (for cash) to my 81 year old mom and she didn't test drive it!!! She has disabling rheumatoid arthritis in her right hand and can't press the button on the gear shift. Three weeks later it is in her garage, she can't drive it, and no one at the dealership will help. STILL waiting for the promised call backs.

This was an incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish. I am no fan of the car buying process in general but when I left Performance Nissan, I actually thought, "Wow! Too bad I can't buy a car every week!" Our salesperson, Chris Damis, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. There was a slight problem with one of Performance Nissan's vendors after the purchase, and I have never in my life had someone go so far to make things right, which included coming to pur house to fix the issue. Wow! Just a great job all around. Highly recommended.

I had only one day to purchase the specific car I wanted, a Murano SL with its full package with specific colors in mind for both the exterior and interior. To my surprise, because I am one of those who believes that when it comes to reliable service the US is fast becoming a Third World Country, the team I met with, and in particular Doug Wolfe, were quick to understand my need, didn't argue with it, and were responsive to my desire to conclude the deal the same day, without taking advantage price-wise for my urgency, and proved to be extremely reliable in delivering the vehichle in perfect condition and with and with adding a last-minute wish for a cover. And at the time of the delivery by Doug Wolfe, who all along was on top of the transaction, I was very impress by his level of knowledge about the car and his ability to answer each and every question I had, no matter how obscure it was. As someone who tried to get info from other agencies about the Murano that proved in some cases to be misleading, I can only say that based on this experience I willing whole-heartdedly to recommend the dealership to my friends and acquaintences and in particular Doug.

We went into the dealership unsure what vehicle we wanted. We had spoke with Alexa on the phone and she was very friendly and warm. At the dealership we met with Chris Damis who immediately greeting me my wife and kids, he was very knowledgable of all the vehicles that Nissan provides and all the upgrades. He took my wife and I on several test drives being that we did not know which vehicle we wanted to purchase.Chris Atkins was very helpful with prices and knew our budget and was no nonsense person. I respect that from a sales person. We had our 5 year old twins with us and the team at Nissan literally ran around the showroom floor playing with them, while we conducted our business with Damis. I applied online and was called with my credit approval in minutes....i headed to dealer and test drove 2 crossovers... decided to purchase a 2015 rogue..... To anyone who is considering purchasing a car please be advised! Steer clear of performance Nissan in pompano! Once again I find myself stranded on the side of the road as a result of their incompetence! However this time the issue is something that could've been avoided had they done their job! To say you were going to change my oil only to find out by my mechanic that you did not and as a result I find myself driving a car for seven months with no oil change and hundreds of dollars of repair on my car at my expense! You treat me like an idiot and tell me that whether or not you changed the oil, seven months would not cause any harm to my car! Are you xxxxxx kidding me? To not take accountability for your mistake is unacceptable and disgusting!! The manager of the service department Chaco Lavastida is extremely rude and apparently has no business in that position since he has zero knowledge when it comes to theservicing a car! But then again any uneducated, rude, dishonest xxxxxx can push papers!!

This was my first time visiting Performance Nissan and it was the most relaxing, easy auto shopping experience I've ever had. I was trading in a 2012 Altima leased from another dealer in the area. My car was shutting off on its own and making a loud noise and they had my car over a month and the manager said there is nothing we can do and take the car some where else for a second opinion and stated there is nothing wrong with the car. They had my car over a month and then they said nothing was wrong. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get service here.

Walked into Performance Nissan just to look at what they had in the lot as I needed a vehicle - totaled my truck a couple days earlier, their staff really impressed me, they were very friendly and they helped me to get into a very nice used car for my budget. Tim Mills was the sales rep who helped me out and I would recommend him and performance nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Ultimately I bought the Santa Fe from them because it was a much nicer vehicle than I thought I was going to be able to afford after visiting a couple other places, and they were able to meet my price range. I'm pretty happy with my purchase :)

40 Years I have driven Chevy trucks and after weeks of searching and trying to get the deal I wanted I jumped ship and started to look at Nissan trucks and what kind of deal I could make on a truck that had the bells and whistles I wanted and at the price I had budgeted. I love performance Nissan and I return for every need of my car (service, trade in, detailing)! I just recently bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima and David was amazing with assisting me in making the decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he listened to me and met every need that I was looking for in a new car. The only problem I experienced was during the pay off balance of the car I traded Nissan was slow about paying it and processing the information. This in turned caused an over draft in my bill paying account and I was really pissed. I am still in the process of handling the situation (20 days later) but Victor has been a great help in listening to my concerns and moving expeditiously to address those concerns. Thank you so much for a great experience but please be more expedient when it comes to handling your financial part.

Performance Nissan located in Pompano Beach, FL is a family friendly company and they are a very generous supporter of our school, McNab Elementary. The Serpentini family truly cares about the well being of the surrounding community near their dealership. We opted to buy from them for that reason as well as the fact we'd had our old vehicle for many years. It can be very trying and nerve wracking to purchase a car, we opted for a lease because we do not drive that many miles. Doug Wolfe assisted us with all the information regarding the lease and produced all of the paperwork, completed in an extremely timely manner. Doug was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the Nissan Altima S that we were leasing. In fact he spent a good amount of time reviewing the extras of the car, directly showing us inside the car. We enjoyed the process of working with him.

Let me star off by saying this is NOT your pushy,hassle nor aggregating dealership. From the get go Ed was into making my experience one to remember. I told him what I could put down and the car I was interested in and he took it from there and not to mention this is the one and ONLY car salesman that bought me and my wife lunch,beverages and snacks! I thought that was awesome in its self! And I also gotta give a shout out to Stephen Rideg the finance manager wow what a true gentleman. By the time we had left we felt like we genuinely knew these people. They also have called and emailed to follow up and our car purchase. To me this is how a car buying experience should be! From the moment I walked in the door of Performance Nissan I felt the experience was going to be different. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, not pushy and aggressive. The coffee was excellent, also. Anthony Morales, our sales person, was knowledgeable and patient showing me different cars with different options. When it came down to the end I financed the vehicle..an awesome Rogue... and that was painless as well. All in all I would recommend this dealership and the staff to everyone!! I needed a car but was not sure what would fit my needs. I already had looked at other makes and models at other dealers but felt uncomfortable at every car mill I went to high pressure and got the impression that the others dealers just wanted to sell anything to me and could not care less if the car fit my needs. On the way home it was late on a Saturday evening and I saw Performance Nissan. I pulled in to look at Nissan because I owned them in the Past I was greater by Erik Namm best car Salesman I have seen in 20 years. I told him I was looking at another make and model and was just looking this Salesman reminded me the way my Dad used to buy cars 40 years ago. Erik asked me questions to help me find what products he sold to help me find a car that fit. I started looking at cars but the more he asked me about my needs and lifestyle and after we test drove a few cars Erik Name said to me have a ever seen or driven a Rouge. I said funny my wife and friend at golf course that morning said I should get a crossover Erik educated me on the Rouge I test drove it. I told Eric I just wanted pricing on an Altima and a Rouge because I needed to talk to my wife to get her approval. I told Eric I was not buying that day. Eric got me a price on both and said no obligation to buy. It was fantastic he was to his manager and back right away with prices Eric said he could get me in the Rouge within my budget he even upgraded me into the newer Rouge at a higher MSN then I was willing to pay for a car. I told him I needed to talk to my wife first he waited and said he would keep dealership open till I talked to her. I was impressed I said OK and he keep dealership open on a Saturday night till I got ahold of my wife to see if car fit with her also all I could do was tell my wife how Eric found the perfect vehicle for us and Eric and I made the deal on a handshake no papers no pressure I even told Eric I can not even buy a vehicle till Thursday or Friday because I had a busy schedule. I received no pressure from Eric he said we have a deal on our handshake call him when I want to pick up the car. Long story short I told Eric I will pick up the Rouge on Friday when I got to dealership my car was detailed filled with gas and ready and the deal we made by handshake was exactly what we agreed to. Eric showed me how everything worked on the Rouge again and he had me in and out of Performance Nissan within an hour in my new Rouge. This is the way cars used to be sold before car Mills. This dealership and especially the Salesman Eric Name knew how to sell cars the old fashion way with no pressure, deal with Salesman only one on one, and make a deal with a handshake. This is the way to buy a car. Eric and his dealership have my business for life. Even after I got the car home Erik showed he really cared that he sold me the right car and called me to make sure I like the Rouge. There were many other small but important things Eric did that showed he really wanted me to have a vehicle that fit my needs and not just sell me anything. Eric Name was a fantastic Salesman he knew his products and he got to know his customer and especially took the time to know his customer and knew how to sell his customer the right vehicle the way the customer wanted to complete the purchase the same way my father used to buy his cars years ago. Anytime my father wanted a new car he would call his Salesman at his dealership and do business by a handshake that Salesman and dealership had a repeat customer for life and now I feel I have a Salesman and dealership for life also. Best car buying experience of any dealership I have seen in Southern Florida and the Rouge is perfect for me fits my needs perfect and if it was not for Eric I would have never even looked at a Rouge this is how car buying should be and still is with Erik Name at Performance Nissan

Found a 2015 Nissan Xterra online and requested a quote. Philip responded with a quote and provided answers to all my questions. Went over to the dealership to see the car and KP showed me the car and without any pushy sales speech provided details and now it was all up to me to decide. Went back on 2/25/15 and purchased the car, KP was out on that day and Jose took over and completed the sale. Team work, nice experience compared to other dealerships. I went there looking for a new Maxima but left with an Altima. They had plenty of Maximas in stock, but I told them I did not want to be paying the high costs of buying a Maxima. So they said how about an Altima. I test drove one and fell in love. So I left the dealership with an Altima that was $10,000 cheaper. I am more than happy. Went yesterday to look at vehicles and walked out with a great deal on an used car. KP (Kelly Parrish) was our Salesman. He was incredibly honest. Victor did our paperwork and was great as well.The only thing I'd recommend to them is to have IPads around for the kids and offer juice or coffee. Kelly and Chris made the buying experience non invasive and were able to meet my needs for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I only went to check out the difference of price between buying a new and used car. No intentions to actually buy the car at that time. Doug was helpful in providing facts that actually met all of my concerns quickly convincing me what the right decision was. I am now a proud owner of a brand new Altima and he gave me a great deal with out the haggle of negotiating for hours (or days like previous experience elsewhere). From a new car dealership we purchased a low price used car but were treated as those who were buying a new show room vehicles! "K P" met us on the lot. Showed to us all the used cars meeting our "want" list. Informative, pleasant, no pressure, never tried to "push" a car at us. We felt the price was fair and enjoyed working with K P. We wanted to license the car out of state - Delroy worked through the process and we were on our way. Performance Nissan in Pompano Beach is the ONLY dealership I will ever buy a car from! They gave me the most phenominal persinalized service I have ever received from a car dealership. The buying expirience was smooth and flawless. I decided not to purchase a Nissan but rather a Certified Pre Owned Infinity FX 35 from them. The car is mint and rides like a dream. When I was explaining to the salesman what I wanted he showed me just the right car the first time. There was no run around or horrific negotiation most dealerships put you through. My wife and I arrived at the dealership on our bicycles and within a few minutes we were approached by Rick Namm. He opened by asking us if we'd be trading them in which really broke the ice. We had been looking at a Camry but after a few minutes of fact finding Rick told us he had vehicle that he thought we'd like. We loved it. We weren't ready to make a decision that night and honestly didn't think we'd be making a purchase this trip down to Florida. Bottom line they made us an offer we could hardly refuse. Rick followed up with us all weekend answering all of our questions and even sweetened the deal. We came back three days later and took delivery of our New Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I originally found Performance Nissan while looking for a used car for a friend. After reviewing their website and other sites with reviews I decided they were a reputable company to deal with. I visited the dealership with the friend that was looking for a used car. She ended up getting the car she had originally inquired about at a fair price with good terms. While we were there I looked at a 2014 Nissan Sentra S which I ended up purchasing. There was almost no pressure to purchase and I got the terms that I wanted as well as a good price for my trade in.

The Jesse from the internet department contacted me after I submitted an inquery on AutoTrader. She took my credit application and followed up and gave me names of those who would be contacting me (managers).KP was a pleasure to work with. He helped make the experience more enjoyable, and I feel he was very honest with his presentation of the vehice. I have not chosen a sale employee name below, as I do not see his name. My star rating above is 100% stricly based on my internet associate and KP.Regarding the dealersip specifically, I was extremely unimpressed and slightly aggravated. After submitting my credit application to Jesse, as stated above she said a manager would call me. No one called me. I called Jesse back 2 times requesting status, and she apologized for no one having called me. I did get SEVERAL automated emails from various managers, but who cares. I knew that no one took the time to actually review my file. There was only one reason I actually drove to Pompano from Lake Worth and that's Jesse. She is a newer employee and was very attentive to me out of the gate. Upon arriving at the dealership, KP was really the only person who was friendly to us at all. I'm not sure any other associate even said hello as I was buying a $33,000 truck except for the very kind lady at the front desk. I do appreciate KP's professionalism. The purchasing process was downright painful. Why I need to be in a dealership for 5 hours is unacceptable, and frankly pointless. It's an ancient sales ploy that needs a hard look, as the rest of the industry is recognizing. As I came in looking at a specific vehicle listed on the internet at a specific price, the sales manager did not concede one penny on price. Ludicrous. KP sold me the vehicle as it was in perfect condition with 13,000 miles (2013). There was one point I believe was one of my 3 vehicle requirements, that I came away from the dealer thinking I got but acutally did not. My 3 vehicle requirements were leather, 3rd row, and bluetooth. Yes the truck has bluetooth, but it was not made clear that this was half-xxx bluetooth for phone only, not for music. That is extremely irritating and unsatisfactory. The vehicle did not have leather, but the dealer is installing because I paid them to... not as any sales concession.After making my decision to buy the truck (I looked at only 2 vehicles and test drove ONE) and signing the sales pricing contract, I was at the dealer 2 more hours. Why? Because the dealer was understaffed. Really? There's 20 grumpy guys walking around and no one knows how to peck and application into a computer? Granted, I'm an engineer so things seem straight forward to me, but this was a flat out waste of my time. Hour 4 went by and I asked for coffee and a bottle of water. I will say that the 10 minutes I spent with Derek Nagel was extremely professional and well done. I was thrilled when my interest rate and warranty was finally revealed after 5 hours.The manager of this firm needs to take a hard look at this business. I certainly expect my experiences with this specific dealer improve, as my warranty covers service at $0 deductible. I will report back with my findings.

Just wanted to say thank you to a few who assisted my wife and I on Friday, really had such a pleasant time. Not one second did I feel pressured or stressed, even with the idea of purchasing a warranty-less vehicle. Dee was amazing! Chris was a total rock star with the numbers, that was crucial with my wife. He was awesome. Told him what I was looking for my trade in and he made it happen.Unfortunately after 5 hours I left the dealership with no vehicle! First impressions are hard to establish a second time around and our disappointment was simply that we were allowed to walk away empty handed. I've also sent 2 friends who purchased from here and they said the same. Their service dept is the real deal too. You would think the point of buying Certified Pre-Owned is the guarantee the dealership gives you that EVERYTHING would work on the vehicle you purchase. Well After years of positive experience form Pompano Nissan, now Performance Nissan I tried buying a CPO Vehicle. I knew I was paying a premium for a bigger vehicle, but during the sales process I was assured everything would work. I had no problem in 4 years here so they were trust worthy, my mistake. You would think after paying over $32,000 for a used vehicle the dealership would stand by their product. I went to the service department, which is exceptional since they have recognized me as a long time customer, they found the defect, quoted me $230, but said since I just bought the vehicle, management from the sales department would sign off on it and not charge me at all.Well after waiting over 45min to speak to the sales manager, Chris Atkins, he was apartently too busy to speak to me (on a day there was only one other customer and the whole staff was shocked how dead it was and his refusal to see me). Instead I get news from my wonderful service advisor, Christina Chambers, Chris would not approve this service. The best part was the response which set the tone for management here.Apparently it "was my fault for not inspecting the vehicle prior to sale". I'll have everyone know that reads this post it was the aux jack. You need a cable for it to be tested, which I did not have the day of sale. But apparently I was supposed to test that before I bought the car. I guess I trusted Chris because the day he sold me the truck and got the deal he assured me differently everything would work. Being my first used car experience I trusted him and my sales person Anthony Morales. You can see my prior review on the website, apparently a lot has changed form when they sell you the car to when you ask for it to be fixed.This is entirely unacceptable, when you assured me on the day of sale everything would work or else we would fix it. They wouldn't even show me the Carfax, but they assured me since it was Nissan CPO they stand by their vehicles.You ask for the General Manager Bob Serpentini who is the last person at the dealership with authority over the sales manager to correct this situation, he will ignore you as well, by phone or even email so don't even bother speaking to upper management here.Apparently it takes a call to corporate Nissan North America before you're entitled to a response from this dealership which still doesn't correct the situation, they offer a discount of the repair. No I just paid $32,000 and interest on this vehicle that you guys promised would work in its entirety, which includes the interior features, thats why people pay for it upfront. Not so they can repair right after buying it.The new Performance Nissan apparently adopted a new business strategy with their new name, it's along the lines of "we will sell you anything, but don't expect us to do what we promise". New logo I suggest be "WE SOLD IT TO YOU, NOW ITS YOUR PROBLEM!"PS Service Department is amazing, but the terrible upper management there is enough to drive anyone away. So just don't bother giving them any more money.

From the minute we walked into the showroom, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our sales person, Kelly Cowart, had a 2015 Rogue, ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived. He took his time to make sure that he knew exactly what model and options we wanted. When we picked up the Rogue it was exactly what we had asked for. Kelly made sure that our experience purchasing the 2015 Rogue was an extremely pleasant experience. We have purchased at least ten new cars and this was by far the most pleasant. I live in MA and purchased a car in Florida and had it shipped. Chris Atkins was my salesperson. With the initial sale, he was attentive but after he took my money, he forgot all about me. I had to call him 5 times before he would respond. He was evasive about the dealer fees and failed to disclose additional fees. When the car arrived, there was no tread left of the tires. He failed to include the warranty info and the precert inspection report. He told me I would have all the papers I would need to register my car in MA. This was not true. I had to go to the RMV three times because when they finally sent the right paperwork, it had numerous errors on it. I attempted to reach the owner, Bobby Serpentini three times by email about the unprofessional way they handled this business transaction, and he didn't have the decency to even respond. They were dismissive and rude with no regard for customer satisfaction. Even though the price of the car was good, it was not worth the extra hassle and aggravation. My car sat in my driveway for 2 weeks before I could drive it which did not concern Performance Nissan who is located in sunny Florida. I was driving my kids around in freezing New England weather in my old car that has broken heat and defrost!

I purchased a car in Florida, to ship to MA. Once the sale was made, the dealership forgot all about me. I had to call 5 times before they would simply answer if my car was ready or not. Chris Atkins assured me I had all the papers I needed to register my car in MA. When the car arrived, they had not included a title, which is needed in MA to register the car. In addition, the car had 4 bald tires with virtually no tread left. This was supposed to be part of the precertification inspection but he failed to send the inspection report and the warranty information. After much aggravation, they finally shipped me a title but failed to document that I paid sales tax. When they finally sent me the sales tax affadavit, the form was incomplete and the RMV here would not accept. They promised me they would overnight another one to me which took 3 days. During this whole process, I attempted to reach the owner, Bobby Serpentini twice but he failed to respond, regarding my customer dissatisfaction. In addition, Chris Atkins failed to disclose the electronic filing fee and was evasive about what was included in the dealer fee. Had they taken some responsibility for the mishandling of this purchase and apologized for some incompetent errors, I would have been satisfied but they have no interest in rectifying the situation. I would discourage all buyers from purchasing from Performance Nissan in Pompono Beach, Florida!

I took my 2011 Nissan Altima for service, while looking around in the showroom I met a salesperson(Keith). He asked if I had any questions. I said that I was in for an oil change, but I would consider getting a 2014 Altima S. He explained that this was not a problem and proceeded to show me how. The dealership told me that my 2012 Titan with 30,200 miles and extended warranty to 100k needed a part that was back ordered ECM ECU and may take months to come in and that a loaner car would not be provided. A simple research on Google indicated that a damaged ECM ECU will die slowly and cause the car to stall or turn off at any time. This to me seems like a safety issue but to the dealership we were told to keep driving it until the part comes in.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was shopping for my 5th Nissan vehicle. Had the Murano in mind, but was a bit leary of the price. I dont travel much. Met with Bruce Belanger and we were off!! He took the time to listen and meet my needs in a vehicle. When he brought the Murano that met my wants I decided it was too much money and switched to the Rogue. He put my needs together with the correct model and I am the proud owner of a 2014 red Nissan Rogue that I lovingly call my "little red wagon". Bruce outdid himself meeting all my wants and I am thrilled with the whole process. I was looking for a new car with my father on a tight budget, we had been to several different dealerships including other Nissan, but nothing quite did it for us. Upon first seeing Ed we knew he might be our guy. Ed is a professional, hard working, and dedicated man. I had been searching for a white Nissan Altima coupe for months online and every dealership I went to gave me an outrageous price option that was way out of my budget. Once again I went online and found the exact car I wanted at Nissan performance. Intially, I was excited that I found the same car again after months of searching and because I just had work done at Nissan performance the week before. I went in with a positive attitude, but not looking to buy anything on the spot because I had a feeling I would have the same results from before. I met with Denise, "the car lady" and we immediately hit it off! She was so kind and outgoing from the start that I told her everything I was searching for and what obstacles I had gone through. She was very understanding and made me feel comfortable from the start without any pressure. She understood my budget and we also talked about everything from where we came from to shopping to food. She was amazing! After multiple times of coming back with different pricing, I wasn't too hopeful I would get the any of the pricing I wanted, including my trade-in value. Denise really wanted me to get this car as much as I did and she was persistent on going in and out to the managers to get other pricing options. Finally, as I was ready to give up and walk out of the door, Denise and the owner, Bobby, came back to me with more money for my trade-in and to the exact payments I initially wanted and the down payment I could afford. I was so happy that I couldn't believe it was all real as I was signing the papers. Denise even offered to get the pinstripe taken off of the car, which was the only thing I didn't like on the new car! She had everything taken care of and I got the car I had been searching months for at the best option possible. Denise and Nissan Performance were amazing and I can't thank them enough for helping me through this process!!

I traded in my 2011 Sentra for 2013 one. 8 months later I was not happy with it and wanted a new car. My same sales guy- Edward- understood my concern and brought it to the manager's attention. The manager looked over my paperwork. I expressed that I no longer wanted the car and was ready to get another one. Even though this car was still new, I felt unsafe in it. I told them that I wanted to get a 2014 Altima. They said that might be an issue because of the age of my current car. However, the whole team worked hard and got my into a 2014 Altima! It has been 6 months since I have had the car and I LOVE it! They were great through the whole process and never gave up to give me a good deal. When I wanted to take a test drive in the car, they said no problem and made sure that I liked the car. Any questions or concerns I had they were willing to help. The whole process did not take long- 3 hours top. They then had it detailed and even helped me take things out of my old car into my new one. I continue to go back to them for oil changes and any other questions I might have. You really feel like family in this place, and they do not push you into getting a new car. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND there.

I spent the last 3 months talking to every Nissan dealer In the Miami Metro area looking for the best deal on a Nissan Altima. After running into the usual shady or pushy salesmen I came across Derek Nagel at Performance Nissan. Unlike the other guys he didn't try to push me into some deal on a particular car on the lot that wasn't what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me into making a deal that day before some imaginary sale ended. Instead he did something none of the other salesmen I spoke with could do. He knew everything about his product inside out and was able to answer all of my questions. He was patient with all my questions and endless calls, texts and visits over the course of a month. He returned my calls and texts promptly and was always friendly and professional. He made sure to get me into the car that was best for me, not his bottom line. He also offered me a better price than any other dealer in town. I don't buy cars very often, so late in the process when I was checking on financing I realized my bank, USAA, offers a car buying service where they guarantee you the best price on a new car. When it searched a thirty mile radius of my home zip code and gave me the three best dealer prices, guess what dealership had the lowest price...Performance Nissan. Not only that, the price I had already negotiated was the same exact price as the bank one, which means they weren't up selling me or playing the games the other dealers were, whose prices were above the rate of the bank negotiated price for their dealership. I can't recommend Derek enough for anyone considering a new car purchase.

Last September, I bought my 2012 Nissan Xterra from your dealership. On my first visit to the dealership under the new name Performance Nissan I met Service Specialist Christina Chambers. During my visit she pointed out that my Certified Warranty coverage was not entered into the system properly. As a result of the dealership going through a change of ownership, it took a few phone calls and visits to the dealership to get the problem resolved. Christina took it personal and made sure my warranty was corrected. Christina has always treated me with a high level of courtesy and respect. She has also been very helpful in resolving all of my concerns over the past 8 months.Just recently, I had my vehicle serviced for the third time and Christina had Brandon Thomas work on my Xterra. Brandon has worked on my vehicle before and I just wanted to express my appreciation to him for taking the time to solve my service issues. Brandon showed a great deal of concern and even had me ride along with him so we could solve a problem that had us both puzzled. I called Performance Nissan about an Xterra I saw on-line. Spoke with Rob Bartholomew and explained that the truck was for my 17 year old son.. Rob was super helpful and patient with all of my questions and my trade in. We agreed on a price for the Xterra and my trade in. The entire process was much easier than I had expected. The following day my son and I met with Larry Sutter and Brian Mink. As I finished up the paper work with Mr. Mink, Mr. Sutter spent approximately 30minutes with my son completely expaining every option on the car as well as a lenghty ride along. My son was really happy with the truck and was grateful that Mr. Sutter spent so much time with him explaining the trucks options such as the four wheel drive sytem. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the gentlemen I have mentioned above. The entire experience was great and most importantly free of stress.

I needed a comfortable all around vehicle that could tow. Prior to visiting Performance Nissan late on a Monday night in April I visited 5 other dealerships (Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru, Honda and Kia). After my experience visiting these 5 dealers I was rightfully filled with apprehension and a lack of desire to go on. Knowing I needed a vehicle I decided to push on that evening and visit the Performance Nissan dealership in Pompano. From the moment I drove in Performance Nissan and met Mark Boscarino I could tell there was something very special about this dealership. In minutes I was at ease and actually comfortable. It was easy to tell that Mark was as interested in my experience with the dealership as he was with selling me a quality new vehicle. Later that evening I met Rob Bartholomew and Bobby Serpentini. They both went out of their way to try to help, while making me feel comfortable at every turn. Due to my lack of knowledge about the Nissan product line I decided I needed to know more before purchasing a vehicle so I made the decision to not purchase a vehicle that night (it was 10:30PM- which is 1 hours after closing). At this point there was no pressure, I was simply asked to take a brand new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder home that night (no questions asked). Knowing this would help me make a more informed decision, I took the vehicle home. By late morning the following day I had done my research and realized that the product far exceeded expectations. At this point I realized that if I was going to purchase a vehicle anywhere, Performance Nissan deserved my business. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade County. The overall experience is amazing (beyond excellent). I'm certain you'll find this dealership WORTH THE TRIP!!!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra SV and was Very happy with the Customer Service received from Salesperson Ed Stackpole and the "Performance" Nissan team. Ed greeted me at the door, showed me several colors of the model I was looking for, gave me a test drive, and made the whole buying process easy and "hassle free". He and the whole Performance Nissan team were professional, courteous, and respectful during the whole process by providing water, coffee, and even offered to purchase lunch during the purchase process. Ed spent much time explaining all the features and benefits of my new car in detail. I was very happy with the "extras" I received that I would not have received at another dealer, such as "nitrogen gas tires, Pin striping, Wheel locks, Perma-Plate Sealant, Door edge guards, and Wheel Lip Moldings". I have other Nissan dealers located closer to my home, but travelling to performance was truly a Great experience and worth the trip. I love my car. I'll premise this with something important: Most car dealers suck.Most of them suck really bad, but this place--or at least the people I dealt with there-- are different. I purchased a used Nissan Xterra (my 5th Nissan) and negotiated the entire deal from out of town and they were very patient throughout the process, flexible on price, and up front about the vehicles' few faults. They did not show an ounce of impatience with my negotiation style, which could be perceived by many car salesman as redundant and aggravating. I've been in the business before and they respected that, another bonus.They gave me all the attention I needed: They responded to all texts, calls, emails, sent me an exact buyers order copy before I showed up--and agreed that it would not change upon my arrival. They gave me a general value on my trade sight unseen (I only texted them pictures)--which they made good on upon my arrival and got me out the door reasonably fast.My sales person was Jose Robles and the manager I dealt with throughout the process (negotiating price, rate, etc...) was Chris Atkins: I'd recommend these guys to any of you who are car shopping. A good salesperson sells the customer what they want and does not try to change the buyers mind. They were more interested in listening than talking--another refreshing change.At no point in the process did I receive *any* level of pressure, which I find amazing considering the amount of time they spent with me before the actual sale.When I buy my GTR in a few years, I know where I'll be going, 4 hour drive and all...

I had been researching online about my next car since I had my previous one for about 12 years. I wanted to move up to an SUV and compared a bunch of them and finally decided on a Rogue. I did have some bad experiences in the past when I lived out in California and was kind of worried at first but after having Diego help me it showed me that there are still great salespeople out there who know how to be courteous and kind. My overall experience at Performance was Awesome. The entire staff is friendly. Derek Nagel was great to work with. As well as Bobby, and Mike from finace I purchased the new 2014 370z. And my husband ended up getting his dream car (2014 chevy Corvette) ordered and delivered from Ohio to the dealership. Bobby was nice enough to mention it to us and did exactly what he said he would. Our experience with Claudel Frederic, salesman at Performance Nissan, was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever encountered. After only a short visit with Claudel and a test drive, we felt sure that this was where we would purchase our new Nissan. We never felt pressured to make a decision but rather felt like we were being treated honestly and with respect. I am so excited about my recent purchase. Thanks to Kelly and his team. This is my second purchase with this dealership and with Kelly. My first purchase was the first car I ever financed and he was patient with me. He is truly good at what he does, he reads his buyers, making sure they are comfortable. I have had a Company/Fleet vehicle for the past 31 years. My company decided to go the Car Allowance instead so I needed to purchase a vehicle. My most recent Fleet Vehicle was a 2010 Sentra and I enjoyed the car. Big trunk, very economical. I went to a couple of dealers before gonig to Performance and I was very disappointed in their willingness to negotiate. At Performance I felt that Jose Robles and Chris listened to me as far as what I wanted and gave me 3 very interting options. They were patient and never kept me waiting around for a long time while going back and forth on negoitations and I felt it was a fair price.

Marija Milic was friendly, professional and energetic. Victor, the finance director was cooperative and found me the vehicle I was requesting. This was the second vehicle I leased using Maria as the sales associate and I was pleased to be able to have negotiations with a person that I already knew and was comfortable with. I consider her representation the major reason I returned to your Nissan dealership without going elsewhere. However, the last vehicle I leased from you (Pompano Nissan) I was offered a very reasonable price without having to negotiate for a lower price. This time around, I found your initial asking prices much to high. (I had done research on the internet) Although, I ultimately came to an agreement, I would advise you to change your policy of even trying to get your customers to pay exorbitant prices.That being said, I still rate the overall experience as good as I left with the vehicle I was looking for at a price I could afford.

Ed is the best car sales man I have ever had! Back in March of 2013 I went into the dealership to get my car's oil change, well later that day I left in a new car! About a year later I came back and Ed helped get into a safer car! He is always friendly and even after the deal he would check in to see how I liked the car. If I had any questions or concerns, I would go to him and he would assist me right away. He always greets me with a smile and is very easy to talk to. When I go to the dealership, I will ask for him specifically. Never in my life have I felt like a car salesman would be so fun and easy to talk to. Most of the time, buying a car is not fun and you are surrounded by people who just want the pay check. Ed makes you feel like it is a bit more than that. If you have questions and he doesn't know, he will tell you. Then he will look up the answer. Rather than lie to you and make something up. BEST CAR SALESMAN EVER! I brought my new Nissan when this dealership was called Pompano Nissan and I was having several problems with parts I was waiting on. Since then the dealership has been taken over by Performance Nissan they made it clear they where not responsible for my problems as they did not own the dealership when I brought the truck but would make things right. The management are completely different to the old one's and true to there word all my problems have been sorted, if you had problems with Pompano Nissan I would say give Permanence Nissan another try as the difference is like night and day.

New ownership that will be getting stronger, as they progress. Facilities are first class. They were open to discussing everything from service to dealer fees.

Car Scammers at their best!!! I found a car here that I was intertested in buying. I went to the dealership to view the car and find out info on it. When I got there asked the salesman how much they wanted for the car. The car was used yet the # that the salesman told me was more than a brand new one would cost.. Of course those are tactics that they use to negotiate. I showed him the AD from Cars.com showing the price and what was listed. The car was used and certified as per the AD. When we sat down to crunch #'s on the car, I asked what was the best price that they are willing to sell the car for? I made them an offer and the salesman went to check with his manager to see if they can accept the offer. When he returned he said that it was already marked down and was the bottom price they can sell. On their preliminary paperwork they had included outside their asking price an additional $200 for nitous air for the tires. I had told the salesman that I wasn't interested in the air and those are expenses that aren't included in the price. He said that they can deduct it cause it wouldn't make or break a deal. I asked the salesman if they were willing to move anything on the price because as a customer who walks into a dealership to buy a used car or any car and can't negotiate on the price at all??? I had gone to serveral dealerships to shop around. So I wanted to see what they were offering. For the milage,condiiton and warrenty (since it was listed as a certfied car) the car seemed like a good buy. I left with the info and continued my shopping. The next day someone from the dealership followed up with a phone car wondering how my experience went and if I had any questions or concerns. I told the young lady that I liked the car but wasnt pleased knowing that they weren't willing to negotiate anything on the price to sell the car. She said she would pass the info on to the manager and someone would call me back. After an hour a manager called me back explainging why they weren't able to reduce the price on the car. After haggeling with her on the phone She said they can reduce the price of the car by $100 just to gain my business. (Wow great discount!) But anyhow something is better than nothing. I told her I would consider it and get back to them. Then the calls started. By the last phone call I recieved from them I had already concluded my search and decided to buy the car. I told them on the last call I would come by and get it. The following day I went to get the car. When the salesman started to write up the car he asked if I was going to buy cash or finance. I told him I would finance. when he asked how much I was putting down I told him 10k on a 13.3k purchase. He wasn't thrilled to hear that cause they wouldn't be making that much money on interest on the car. He then tells me you can put less down so you can save more in your bank and that some banks have a minimum that they loan out..Found that hysterical. I was with the Finance manager in his office signing the paperwork when I noticed that they never removed the additonal charge for the nitrous fill.. This is after hours of waiting for the car to get detailed and fix little cosmetic details that the car needed. My ride had dropped me off and had no way in getting home. I disputed the price with the addition and the manager came in and said it was standard. I was tired and wanted to leave so I didn't care at that time. So In reality there was no discount cause I paid the differnce with the nitous fill and paid $100 more. The following day I was going over all the paperwork and noticed that I never recieved the warrenty paperwork. I called them up and asked for it. The salesman stated that the car wasn't certified anymore cause I didn't pay list price. But no one mentioned that when anywhere along the line that if the car got discounted I would lose the certification on the car. Even though I ended up paying 100 over their list. Manager said it was a misprint.

I called Pompano Nissan and Vicky from the internet department answered the phone. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle, she wasn't pushy & said we can do all of this over the phone & I can just come in & sign papers & drive away. She was absolutely right. I did everything over the phone & via fax. I love my 2013 Nissan Maxima! Pompano Nissan is very lucky to have Vicky in the internet department!

This place is great well put together from start to finish just a great place to buy a car! I want commend you for the phenomenal salesman that we had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Cowart. I have purchased and leased several vehicles in my life and out of all of them, Kelly was the only one that listened to our needs and concerns Kelly directly addressed each and every one of them. I woke up sunday morning with a dead battery, I called into Pompano Nissan and talked to Gene he informed that the service department was closed and told me to try and jump the car. After I tried this and got nowhere I called back in and talked to John he immediately drove out to my house and jumped my car it started right up we own quite a few cars from Pompano Nissan and this is why. Great job to the owner these two guys were very helpful!

I called in and was told how easy it is to do buisness here at Pompano Nissan! I read a whole bunch of reviews on Pompano Nissan so I called in and was set up with an appointment I went in and it went exactly like i was told. I bought my car is this really the new way to buy cars in South Florida? This was awesome so easy and great! I felt good here and it was great to purchase a car and know it was easy! I was looking on line for a place to by my new car and I read quite a few people saying Pompano Nissan was very easy to do buisness with so I thought I would try! I called in and talked to a young lady who was very polite she asked her manager a question he got on the phone with me and told me no worries just come out and we will take care of you. Ive read that this is how they work from other reviews and let me tell you it was great John was awesome he didnt pull any games like dealers normally do he didnt promise anything he just said come in and we will take care of you! Well they sure did I bought my new car and was very happy. So I felt it neccessary to write this review. They are great they do no how to make you a Happy Customer and Im very happy with how I was treated. Gene was great to deal with> From start to finish A+!!

Great time delt with 5 different stores and pompano had there stuff together I did all my shopping on line and the only one to make it easy by asking me to come in was Pompano so I did and I bought a freaking car! I was happy!

Tis group of people were great! I cannot beleive how from start to finish it was this easy. From my initial email to Pompano Nissan To leaving in my new car was spectacular. Christine answered my email, John called me back and set me up to come in, alison drove me and Gene gave me a great deal! These 4 were awesome, really made me feel like they cared. I called in to get some info and a young lady helped me set an appointment up while answering some of my questions. She told me she would have a specialist go over the car and the numbers with me. When I arrived they new Why I was there took me to the car I was interested in drove it and then gave me a great deal! No more going into a dealership and being attacked by salespeople.This was a great time Very easy just like the young lady told me. Glad to see a dealer finally gets it!

I called into Pompano Nissan and talked to a Meredith she helped me as best she could and then put me on the phone with her Manager John I must say these two are spectacular!! An appointment was made for me to come in and just like John said price wouldnt be an issue. I bought my new car and was on my way very happy! Great job! I did all my research sent an email to Pompano Nissan and was responded to right away! They set up a time to come in and told me that price would not be an issue as I asked a few times or the price. I went in and let me tell you it was exactly how she said it would be no problems with price I bought my new car and it was easy affordable and they were time sensitive. They have there stuff together!

I took my car in for service because I had a problem I told them what it was and they said no problem! I was a little scared of what the problem might be or more scared about how much it would cost $$$$$! After 30 minutes they came back told me what the proble was and said it was less then a $100.00 to fix I was so releived! Great service and I will be back again!

As I pulled into Pompano Nissan my stomach got that sick feeling( I do not like to deal with salespeople) I got out of my car and was greated, as we walked inside with my salesman 2 other salesman and one lady both said hello. What a great feeling. I sat down and went over what I wanted to do my salesman said great and told me about vehichles that would fit into my perfect scenario. We went out and looked and I immediately fell in love with the Rogue. He explained everything that the Rogue offered and we settled on one, I drove it and loved it so decided to go inside again and(ugh) work on the numbers. To my supprise it was so easy and great. He gave me a dollar amount on my trade in which we had to fine tune just a bit and we did and the price of there car after the discount and rebates was well below what I wanted to spend. I was so happy! They handled my financing and I drove off in my new car. Thanks again to Pompano Nissan you really know what your doing!!

I went in to Pompano nissan to purchase a sentra or versa because I thought that is what would fit in my budget. I was so happy when they showed me that a new altima would fit perfectly for what I wanted to spend. I was more then satisfied with the deal I was given. And now I own A brand new Nissan Altima!! Woohoo!!

After shopping all day for a car and not being satisfied I decided to take a look ant the Nissan Sentra. I live three miles from Pompano nissan so it makes it quite easy for service. I stopped in and was helped right away! I purchased my new car in less then an hour and was very happy!

It was time to purchase a new car and i had that sick feeling in my stomach, like many others I contacted them through the internet! Without any aggravation or question they simply made an appointment with me to come in! Wow does someone finally get it? A 1 minute phone call and I have an appointment to come in and drive a car is this as easy as it seems? I got there and asked for the person I was told to ask for, I was set up with a salesman and off we went I drove the car fell in love with it and bought it. No hassles exactly what the girl told me when I emailed her. From start to finish this was the best purchasing expierience I have ever had! Kudos to the person making the customers expierience excellent I will be back and I will brag about my shopping expierence at Pompano Nissan!!

I was looking at a 2013 Altima to see how it compared to my Honda, I was very pleased with how well the Altima performs and all the features the car offers. I ended up purchasing a Altima not just based on the car but the people at Pompano Nissan! They really made me feel comfortable. I am not an easy person to make happy and it took me over a week to purchase the car but they were very understanding and helpful through my whole process. Thanks Again Pompano Nissan!!

I stopped in at pompano Nissan to grab a brochure and was talked into taking a car for a test drive. I loved it and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. I went home had dinner and came back that night. I was treated to the same great service as when I was there to drive. I got great pricing and a more then fair amount for my trade i was very excited! I did all my paperwork and drove off in my New car. It was a great no hassle expierience and I would tell all my family and friends to go there. I was tired of shopping for a used car and have to deal with sales persons that often try to outsmart you and do a very poor job at it... Through a "word-of-moth" I was told to try this dealership, Pompano Nissan... It seems like they custom-train their salesmen before they put them on the floor. You feel the consistency of respect across the board. They treat ALL their customer with "RESPECT". whether you ended up buying a car or not... Sales, Service, Finance... they treat their customers "consistently with respect".. buying a used car from a dealership is a good experience after all.. if you decide to buy it from Pompano Nissan. It looks like the have a very careful process of how to hire staff across the board... a very RARE example of how to be a successful new and used car dealership.. simply be "CONSISTENT" with treating ALL of your customer with respect.. not like suckers as most other used car salesmen try GOOD JOB Pompano Nissan, and good dealership example. Loved my Honda Civic 2009, and I will do it again.

When I was shopping for a new car, I knew I wanted a Ford and when I discovered that what I could afford wasn't what I wanted, I tried Cars.com to find a used deal. I was excited to find a 2011 Ford Taurus at a good price but quite a distance away. When we finally managed to get up there, I was amazed at how pleasant the staff was considering I wasn't buying a Nissan! Our salesman was professional and so friendly, the internet sales contact, Chris, was super helpful and the finance manager just took all the pressure off. I was relaxed, didn't run into any disappointments and went home with a car I love. Thank you all.

I have not been to this Nissan store for about a year and a half .I recieved a mailer stating it was under new management and i would get a $9.99 oil change with a penny rotate. by the way great advertising.I go in and see a Dave Cardullo and he was smiling ang happy to see me so far so good Dave comes and gets me when my car is done in 30 minutes,Then before I left the Service Manager Tom sees me waiting for my car and asks if i need help i told him i was being taken care of and he asks what i had done and i told him so he says how did things go today and i said graet you will see me again and Tom says thanks for coming back to Pomapano Nissan's family What a great turn around from last time .If you own a Nissan go to this dealer they are great

I hate buying cars from dealerships, and I try to keep away from them. I really rather be punched in the face than going to a dealisrship and try to buy or even look at a car. Unofrtunately, my car died and i needed a car fast, so i did not have time to search for a seller and a credit and the perfect car, so i searched internet for several cars and in my list several dealerships. All awfull, except Pompano Nissan. I was surprised, the car was well priced, teh service was good, they helped me out finding the credit, and it all just went fine and quickly. No "let me talk to my manager" crap. like it should be, no hidden fees, and they even took care of the car aliginignit and balancing the tires, since the car was pulling to the left. Shop here with confidence.
