Just noticed the trans cooler lines that were supposed to be fixed under warranty(in june) are leaking still(its august). I don't think that they even changed it. The last time I had the truck in for oil change and tire rotation all I got was an oil change because tech forgot. Really disappointed in the quality of service I received. Looks like I have to find a new dealer . Good thing a new chevrolet dealer is right next door. Only reason for one star is the office people are very nice.

We were driving through from Cleveland to Northern Michigan and had a bit of trouble with our car. Deborah handled everything for us and got us on our way quickly. The best customer service anyone could ask for.
