PALS is a fantastic service, and I would definitely use them again to purchase another vehicle! I am extremely satisfied with my Nissan Rogue, and Brad and David were a pleasure to work with. PALS found the perfect vehicle for me within my price range. My Rogue was in near perfect condition and had super low mileage for a 2012 model in 2016.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. These guys really care about the work they do and know the car buying business inside and out. Go and see Chris, I had no idea what I wanted to buy and he surprised me with an incredible car with an even more incredible price. I could not be any happier and plan to buy all of my cars there in the future.

I have purchased two cars from PALS and both times have been a very easy and pleasant experiance. Also, I felt like I drove away with a very good deal both times. My salesman worked hard looking nationwide to find me the best mileage, condition, and price in the 4Runners I purchased. I found some on my own and they looked into those options. One was a northern vehicle and they then showed me examples of why northern vehicles are not the best option due to rust. Also, I found a killer deal in another state. They promptly opened Google reviews on that business and asked me not to waste my time and gas going to see this vehicle. Everything they told me I felt was very honest and in my best interest. I truely felt like they were ON MY SIDE!!! That is a very rare feeling when walking into a car dealer. I have since had both of my cars service with PALS and their service department is next level! They came to my work and picked up my 4Runner and left me a loaner car. When I was leaving work I walked out to a washed and vacuumed car and my fresh oil change! How cool is that?!?! I will gladly tell all my friends and family about PALS. Thanks guys!

I recently took my car in for repairs, and was very pleased with the work and the price. not many garages give you loaner cars while yours is being worked on, (and they are pretty nice cars), but will vaccum and wash your car before you get it back. they will also come and get your car, leave you a loaner, and bring it back when it is done. who does that? Todd in the service department is always professional, and knows his business.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They purchase a lot of cars with cosmetic damage and "fix" them up by using people who can't paint. They find the cheapest person around- one called super Dave and someone from Showroom Polishing (which I now see is an auto detailing place- real nice). History- found a car I liked but it was obvious the paint job was terrible. There were still scratches, they had painted over chips, and the paint didn't match. I was told they would have that fixed and they admitted it was a bad job. We scheduled a time to take the car back- they had it for TWO weeks. I called for an update and they said they had the same guy redo the paint work and it still wasn't right so they had someone else do it. They said it looked great once they got it back and they were "nice" enough to have someone bring my car to me... while I was at work. Of course while I'm at work I don't have the time to examine the car and once I did I noticed there were still some spots that didn't look right but at that point it wasn't worth the headache. Last week I saw that the paint was PEELING on the rocker panel. I called my salesperson- he avoided my call and had the service guy, Josh call me back. They said they would have it fixed. They then call the day after I take it in and say that I hit something and that is why the paint is peeling. I'm the one driving my car. I had not hit anything. You can clearly see where the paint work was shoddy because they painted over previous chips. They said it's my problem... summary- They do not stand behind their cars! They obviously could care less about repeat customers. Also- they list cars on their site with incorrect mileage. They have one listed with 13k miles and actually has over 18k and they haven't had it long enough to put 5k miles on it... they just want the "value" to look better than what it is.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from P.A.L.S and they are AWSOME to work with. Adam has found me and my wife exactly what we wanted. I purchased a Dodge 2500 and my wife a Toyota Sequoia. Todd in the service department is always friendly and takes great care of our vehicles. My wife enjoys the pick up and delivery of service and the car is always brought back washed and cleaned. I can not say enough about how great they are. Thanks
