We just purchased a new 2016 RAV4. Our sales person, Greg Reantillo, made it a great experience. Overall, we felt very comfortable working with Greg. Greg has a low key and friendly personality. He took his time to show us the available cars and gave us time to consider our options before making our final decision. Greg explained and made sure we were comfortable with the cars operation before driving off. He even got our smart phones set up with the car's Blue Tooth technology. The sales person and manager that I worked with while evaluating a used car were so cocky, curt, and arrogant that I could not understand how they stay in business. Other people that I talked with over the phone and in the dealership that same day were also snippy and discourteous. What stinking attitudes. Steer clear of these clowns.

purchased 3 new toyotas. 1 1998 toyota tacoma truck lost when frame rotteddue to manufacturing with cheap steel. 1 2011 toyota carolla needs 900 dollar repair due to damaged gas sensor line. needs new gas tank due to poor engineering of gas tank. line molded into tank . toyota willing to cover labor but nothing for poor design. after purchasing 3 new cars and trucks from peruzzi in hatfield.wife looking for new car and after test drive was told by salesman they wouldnt give her keys back without purchase from this dealer, peruzzi in hatfield, pa. worst dealer and manufactuer . will seek to purchase honda. dont know if peruzi sells honda but it wont be from them.

I re-leased a new car this past Saturday, august 13, 2016. i had the good fortune to work with Michael Lindley. He was very helpful, professional and sincere. I appreciated his low key approach and he was not at all pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of this transaction carefully and professionally. I would highly recommend him to my friends and the personal service i received and have received from dealing with Peruzzi. the person taking care of the credit aspect of the process was likewise very helpful and friendly.the ONLY NEGATIVE was not being able to sign my name with a pen. Using the current method is MOST ANNOYING and very uncomfortable.

Hi my name is Laura, I went to Peruzzi in 2015 because my brother told me they were a good dealership. Guess what he was wrong. I traded in my Chevy Malibu on a Nissan Sentra that had the front paint peeling off the front skirt of the car but the salesman was nice and told me they would paint it. So I bought the car and went back to pick it up and it was painted, but a couple of months later the paint came right off. I dealt with it. So a year later my car was hit from behind and destroyed so I had to get a new car and I saw a Mitsubishi Outlander on the lot at Peruzzi Toyota and went inside with my brother and spoke to my salesman Lee, He was extremely nice and helpful, but his manager was something else. The manager kept trying to push another Outlander in silver on me with way more mileage and a giant scratch deep in the metal on the passenger side of the car. The manager then proceeded to tell me he couldn't get me into the white 2013 Outlander but he could get me into the Silver 2013 Outlander which had more options so that it would be easier to get the loan. IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME MODEL WITH THE SAME OPTIONS, so I told him no I would wait and look around. Well how amazing I was suddenly able to get financed for the one I wanted when they thought I would leave the Dealership. So I was living in Maryland and planning on moving to Pa in a couple of weeks and changing jobs, so they told me no problem and they got it through and gave me a temporary tag, so I reminded them that I had bought an extended warranty on my Nissan Sentra and I should get a refund and they looked it up and said yes you will get a refund of $531.00 the check will come in 7 to 10 days and as soon as I could switch my license to Pa which I did July 6th and showed it to them that I would get a new plate right away and my refund would come in 7 to 10 days. Wanna Bet it was now Tuesday July 26th 2016 and I went to the dealership again to check on my license plate and refund already upset and crying trying to deal with getting my mother treatment because she was just diagnosed with colon-rectal cancer. As usual the said it would be ready in the afternoon and they would call me, but they didn't and they gave me the run around about one of their finance people quit so finally after threatening to bring the car back since they played around with getting the loan done they had the license plate ready for me on Thursday night July 28th 2016 and when I went to pick it up the manager that was there was very nice but the Finance People by the way are the one's that made all the promises and are both extremely ignorant to women (RYAN DEGAN & JASON GILLES) well Ryan brought the plate out to the desk and made a smart remark saying "WELL ATLEAST YOU GOT TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR FREE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS". How was it free I still have to make the same amount of payments for the same amount of time. And I wasn't able to drive it for all that time because the temporary tag expired and i had to store it in my brothers garage for a month and borrow one of his cars. I have never been treated so badly by a car dealer in my entire life. My brother has 10 cars and buys a couple every year, I myself usually trade in every other year. BUT NEITHER OF US WILL EVERY BUY A CARP FROM THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Furthermore the day I picked up my plate they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks for my refund check to come. If your a woman and you really want to go to Peruzzi to buy a car take a man with you and get your own financing outside of the dealership because the stress and tears and treatment isn't worth getting any car.

My recent experience was worst. They inspected other vehicle and recommended those work to my vehicle like "Check engine inspection","Wheel Alignment", "Front and Back Break Pads","A.C. Service" and ended up with an estimate of $700 excluding tax. At that time i answered them i will do them later as i thought those are for my vehicle. They did state inspection to other vehicle and pasted the stickers to my car and left other's vehicle registration and insurance in my car. Next day I called to the show room and went to submit the Registration and asked about the inspection stickers and the manger boldly argued with me and i advised couple of time finally he told that he will prove the recommendation are for my vehicle only and ended up with a cooked story saying that both the car's has same tag number and make, model, color of the cars also same so we got mixed them. Really frustrated and wasted my time around couple of hours to drove there and waiting for your's mistake.

Bought a used 2007 Toyota Corolla in March and had continues problems starting the car.Finally, I had the car toed to the Service department where they spent two weeks to solvethe problem, a broken wire in the harness hose. I am a senior citizen and was treated towell, nothing like stories you hear about seniors being mishandled. My car runs greatand I drive assured the problem is solved. The Staff at Peruzzi were considerate, politeand kept me informed. Also, they gave me a new Toyota to use for free. What more couldyou ask for

Today I bought a pre owned RAV4 from Peruzzi Toyota and I have to say that it was the most pleasurable buying experience of my life! Jen, who greeted me with a warm smile, is the best! She is a kind, no nonsense woman who really listens and hears what you have today. She isn't pushy or insistent. She listened to me and understood my budget. I was so glad that I had come in. We crunched some numbers with Jason and then crunched some more... They made my dream come true. They worked with my budget and together we made it work. She explained everything as we went along and treated me with respect and patience. Every question I had was addressed. Her kindness as well as her intelligence was much appreciated. The finance department was diligent and attentive to my desires and my budget. Jason also took the time to advise me and make sure I wasn't going in a wrong direction. He was sensitive to my concerns and worked with me until we had a deal. I left that day in. My new car! They are an incredible team there at Peruzzi and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new or pre owned car. Their customer service is outstanding! I was very well looked after and felt like we were a team throughout the entire process. Team Peruzzi is the best, there is no other and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Once we decided on the Highlander he again spent time explaining the the different levels and options. Lee Brannon really helped me out. I feel like he didn't try to take advantage of me because It was my first time buying a used car. He brought around three different cars I finally picked out one that wirked with my budget. It was a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta and I'm very happy with my purchase he was a great salesman and he helped me out a lot for my first time very nice guy strongly recommend him to anybody who's buying a car. Only issue that I had with my car was that the speaker in the front were blown and I didn't realize it until later on that night but we are working on getting that fixed.

I went to Peruzzi after two different toyota dealerships before. They were amazing. They listened to everything I wanted. They took me seriously vs. asking my husband anything. My salesman (Greg Z.) didn't talk me into something else and after three weeks was able to get me the exact model, color, options, etc I wanted. The process was painless when it came to sign papers. I knew the car dealership buisness all to well so they worked with a tough girl knowing the numbers. Bottom line they matched my numbers! Worth the drive!

Previously purchased a vehicle from this dealer under their "buy here pay here" program due to some credit issues. The salesman said come back again in 2 years and we should be able to upgrade your vehicle and get you into a more conventional loan. A few weeks ago - a few months shy of the 2 years, the salesman, Greg Zomberg, called to see if I'd like to come in to see if they could get me into an upgraded vehicle. This past weekend I figured what the heck and went to see what they had to offer. My credit has improved, but I still wouldn't call it stellar. However Greg & Peruzzi were able to put me into a very nice 2012 Toyota Corolla with very low mileage - and got my financing approved thru Toyota! I was happy with the trade-in value they gave me, the financing/payments were something I could live with and I went from driving a 2000 used car with many issues to a very lovely 2012! Couldn't be happier.

I brought my car (2010 Mitsubishi Evo MR) to Peruzzi Toyota to trade in based on autotrader.com trade in program. I was greeted immediately at the entrance and when I told them why I was there the sales woman, Jennifer Wurster, walked me through the process of validating the autotrader.com quote. We negotiated a price that was within a few hundred dollars of the original quote. I was happy. While there I mentioned that I was not interested in a Toyota but a new Mitsubishi Evo instead. Jen found some Evo's at Peruzzi Mitsubishi and got some quotes over the phone from the sales manager there (Gabe, also extremely helpful). Once I had a good idea of price and the car I wanted Jen drove me up to the other dealership and stayed there to make sure we got everything squared away. I was really surprised by how much effort Jen put into accommodating me at the other (Peruzzi) dealership. I am really satisfied with the Peruzzi team and appreciate Jen's efforts. *dealerrater made me choose Toyota or Scion as new car purchase but I actually bought a Mitsubishi from Peruzzi Mitsubishi in Quakertown.

I Purchased a 2015 4runner trd pro from this dealership. A vehicle another dealership wanted to charge me an extra $2500.00 to buy! , Yes this vehicle is very hard to get and many dealerships are charging above sticker . Peruzzi honored the msrp price and gave me a very fair price for my trade. Pete the sales manager was very helpful and honest with me knowing I was traveling 2 hours just to look at the vehicle. Joe Gaurdino my salesman was great. I paid msrp , but I expected that with this vehicle. I was worried about getting the price I wanted for my trade. When I told them what another dealer had offered me, they matched it with no hassle. Finance phase went smooth as well. All staff were friendly and honest, what else could you ask for.

.Having to downgrade from a SUV to a Sedan, due to MPG and overall expenses... I searched for a decent deal for over 6 wks... I have had many experiences over the years purchasing cars. I have never had a place be so nice and welcoming.I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Certified Corolla. I got a great deal i feel. I know my credit is not great, but they treated me with respect and helped my secure a great rate under 4 %. 3 other dealer I went to said my rate would be 8 to 15 %...what bulls***!Thanks to Peruzzi Toyota, I have faith in car dealerships again. Peruzzi Toyota is the only place I would ever recommend someone to go and purchase a car from.

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. I can say without reserve that Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield Pennsylvania in absolutely no way shape or form displays integrity, character, honesty, principles, or caring. They do NOT stand by their product, and their words and actions are in no way in line with one another. To make a long story short I purchased a used vehicle for 23,000 dollars. I did buy the vehicle without a warranty, (Big mistake with them) but that was only after I was assured by multiple people at this establishment what a GREAT vehicle it was. Well, it was not! To date I have put less then 500 miles on the vehicle, but have spent THOUSANDS (yes, multiple thousands) of dollars in repairs to the vehicle that they would NOT honor. As a matter of fact, one reputable dealer I brought the vehicle to said to sell it back to them and cut your losses. Peruzzi Toyota said they would buy it back. Their buy back price 17,500 dollars. 5,500 dollars less then I paid for it a few months before. Sounds a little corrupt to me. I even went to the Pennsylvania State Attorney General on this corrupt and dishonest dealer and they STILL declined to do what was right. There are so many other issues I did not put in this write up for the purpose of trying to keep it short.In conclusion, if you are looking for an honest, reputable, and reliable dealer, Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield Pennsylvania is not for you! Please, if you are an informed buyer you will NOT be happy with your experience. I just wish I had done my homework on these corrupt people before I spent my honest hard earned money there. I feel so strongly about my stance that I will continue to express my experience through other media outlets to ensure no one else would have to deal with what I did at this horrible dealership. I am sure if Peruzzi were to read this, or be confronted about it, they would concoct a response completely denying and voiding themselves of any responsibility to me their buyer. I say this because I have seen it first hand. You make the decision what you think would have been the right thing to do in this situation.Consumer beware!!! Stay away!!!

MY SON PURCHASED A CAR YEARS AGO, AND BACK IN 2012 WE DEALTHWITH GREG ZOMBERG, AND OURCHASED OUR 2009 CAMRY. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN HELPING US FINANCE OUR CAR. LAST WEEK I WENT IN TO SEE GREG AGAIN ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR FOR MYSELF. HE SHOWED ME A BEAUTIFUL 2008 FORD ESCAPE WITH LOW MILEAGE. GREG, AGAIN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO LOCATE A BANK THAT WOULD FINANCE ME, I AM RECENTLY SINGLE AND CREDIT CHALLANGED DUE TO MY SEPARATION, SO IT WAS NOT EASY FINDING A BANK TO FINANCE. I do not typically write reviews, however, being in the service industry myself I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. My journey with Peruzzi began after I was one of the thousands of people affected by the hailstorm in Wyomissing, PA in May of 2014. My car at the time while not fancy still served it's purpose in getting me from A to B without problem. Due to the hail, my car was left with thousands of dents, and both windshields were shattered, the rear being shattered out completely. I replaced both on my own dollar due to the fact that I only had state minimum liability (lesson learned there, believe me). After considering it for about a month I decided I wanted a car that I personally felt was more reliable for not only myself but for my daughter whom I need to transport daily to daycare, and to just generally get around. I began searching for Buy Here/Pay Here places and although Peruzzi is about an hour away from me, I felt like I should check them out. The salesman that assisted me was Joe Guardino, he was friendly, accomodating, and always made me feel like I was more than just an every day customer there. His customer service skills are far and above any other car dealerships I worked with. The man in the finance department (I apologize I do not remember his name), was also beyond anything I expected. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to help me in making a decision on a vehicle and didn't want me to walk away with anything less than what I wanted. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for both of these gentlemen and I look forward to continuing my experience with this auto group and I can confidently say that I will never buy a car from any other dealer.

I leased a 2014 RAV4 in May 2014. Dana Kelhart was very helpful in explaining my options and setting up new lease payment to my satisfaction. I was in a lease at the time and was able to roll into a new one without a lot of extra expense. Dana pointed out the new features (this is my third RAV4) and explained the new functions and helped me set up the phone in the car. Dana is very knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience was pleasant. The showroom is very clean, comfortable and inviting. I love the style and features of the new RAV4. Went into Peruzzi recently for a new car, which I ended up getting. The sales guy, Mike Lindley, was extremely straight-forward and did not try to take me for a run-around. He went above and beyond and even hooked my iPhone up to blue tooth for me. He also went and filled up the tank, got it fully detail, etc. Could not have been a nicer guy. When I went into the finance office to buy, the finance guy, Matt, was also extremely nice and did not try to waste my time or jack up my price with extras. I told him what I was looking for and he made it work perfectly. He went out of his way to find a great deal for me. I ended up getting $750 just for graduating from UPenn recently! I would definitely go back. Great group of people! Best car experience I've had yet!

As like most people, I panic at the thought of buying a new car. The feeling you get while the sales people circle you like sharks is quite overwhelming. This is not the case at Peruzzi. Their staff are extremely well trained and have the utmost concern for their customers. I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Mike Lindley at Peruzzi. Never once did I feel the pressure of a "sale", he was more concerned with finding the right vehicle for me. He took great pride in separating himself from the stigma of a traditional car salesman. Also, he hadn't asked the questions you would expect from a car sales person, which was refreshing. If I could ever recommend a place to purchase a car and from who, it would be Peruzzi...be sure to ask for Mike Lindley. Make sure you tell him a joke, sometimes he gets so involved with making sure you're taken care and forgets to laugh once in awhile. p.s You won't spend the entire day waiting in panic mode while the stellar finance team does their thing. Another great experience from the dealer.

I have been searching for a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Prius. There was one listed on the website, a 2011 with 38,000 miles. Sounded good to me. I made an appointment this morning to see them after work. I arrive at 5:40 and wait a few minutes by the front desk for someone to come help me. Someone eventually came out. I tell him about the Prius and he tells me he knows exactly what car I'm there to see and how lucky I am because he had tried to sell it that afternoon.Eventually, Michael comes out. We chat briefly, and he takes down my information so that he can "enter it into the system." He leaves again and I wait about ten minutes. He returns to tell me how sorry he is but they had already sold the car I had found online. Was I willing to look at any others? I had already gone through this process at another dealership a few days ago, so I told him no. I came to see the vehicle I researched. I did not want to see any other (aka pricier) models. He says okay and tells me he'll be right back, that he'll let his manager know. His dishonesty was apparent, especially after talking to their "finance guy," so I didn't bother to stick around to see what other lies his manager was going to spin.

I purchased my first Highlander for Peruzzi 8 years ago, and was highly pleased with the process. So, as I ventured out to buy a new Highlander, I, of course, went to Peruzzi first. On the first visit I was gathering info and dealt with a very pleasant salesman. On my return to actually get a quote, my first salesman was not working, so I met with a new salesman. He first argued with me that the car with the specs I wanted was not made. I knew it was because it is stated in the brochure, and I had spoken to the first salesman about such a car. He decided to "build" it on the computer ( which presented a problem for him) and was surprised that it was available. He was not building confidence with me at this point which was only compounded when he said he would give me the internet price and when I returned "with my husband" we could then discuss the exact price. I have to admit, I was stunned. As a professional woman of the 21st century, I expected to be viewed as a viable customer. While I don't believe the intent was to insult, I do contend some sensitivity training is desperately needed for this salesman. My response of,"you mean you don't want to deal with me because I am a woman?" Resulted in his leaving and returning with a quote. He did say upon his return that he does not discriminate and he did not mean to offend, but at that point , I was finished. While I am sure this is not representative of the entire dealership, it certainly was enough for me to turn to a dealership in Doylestown for my purchase which was completed last night with ease and class.

Recently i visited peruzzi toyota, for buying a new car. They keep me awaited for 1 hour and during that period i noticed that their employees were passing comments and laughing.. i felt really bad, after i was getting late and i told the guy to return the key of my old car and they took like 15-20 mins to return my own car key. After all that the guy came and told me about the exchange deal and pricing and all but i felt really bad with behavior from the other employee and i refused to buy the car. I will never ever buy car from perruzi toyota Hatfield dealer.

I was all set to purchase a used 2011 ford explorer limited from this dealership. The were very friendly and understanding at first who responded to all my questions and calls. The issue that happened with them is that...they never called me back when I was set to drive down to PA from NYC. I took the day off, lined up the financing, set the wheels in motion but...they had no clue what time the explorer was coming in from another site. The didn't even give me a courtesy call back to let me know a status of the vehicle. Thanks for nothing and wasting my paid day off, glad I purchased a 2013 explorer sport elsewhere that same day. Good-luck to anyone buying from this shady dealership.

Frank is one of the top 2 reps I go to for sales and trades. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else besides anyplace Frank works unless I had to. Frank went out of his way to get us what he felt we deserved, even if it meant sacrificing some of his commission. It meant more to him that we got what we wanted than it did for him and the dealership to turn a profit. He also follows up from time to time to ensure we're still happy with our purchase - and we're talking months after. He's one of those guys who doesn't bluster through answers; if he doesn't know, he'll tell you, and then go find an answer. Definitely not your average car salesman!

I purchased a new Rav4 a few months ago from Peruzzi's and am very happy with it. The sales rep, Joe Irwin, was very helpful and made sure that I selected the vehicle that was right for me. I was unsure which car I really wanted, so Joe had me test drive several different models. He was right that I would really like the Rav4. There was only one 2013 Rav4 on the lot at the time, so Joe searched other dealerships for one with the features I wanted and the color too. He also let me know that I could have the heated seats option added at the dealership, which was something I really wanted, but wasn't standard on the car I selected. This purchase was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car, because it didn't take a really long time (like my previous experiences) and no one was pushing me to buy extras I wasn't interested in. I got a good deal on the price also!I brought my car in to the dealership today for my first regular maintenance and was impressed with the service department also. You drive right into the service bay and someone was right there to take the car. I didn't catch his name, but he was quite friendly and let me know they offered a free car wash, which was great! The car was ready when promised, so I was very pleased.

Drove about 45 minutes to Peruzzi after my daughter found the listing online. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and courteously. Since I prearranged this visit, I expected the car to be waiting...it was not. We trek down the lot, get in to take it for test drive and the battery is DEAD and the car smells like smoke. I understand that when they sit, they drain, but come on guys - you knew I was coming! The salesman could not even figure out to get the plastic shroud off the battery to jump start it. We get it started and take it out on the road and the wheel begins shaking and pulling to one side, and the car had <50k miles on it. We get back to the dealership and the salesman insists we come inside and talk to the manager. He wants us to wait "an hour or so" for them to check it out in the shop. You can imagine my response. I will never return. Oh, and I bought a very similar car from another area dealership a week later because they had their act together. Buyer beware...

They did a fair job and were friendly .we did buy a used car as is at a lower price then they wanted but I think the smell inside the car was not so good I would have thought they would have done better job making smell better inside was my only complaint. Also the fact that a dealer would sell a car used without giving some form of 60 to 90 day satisfaction warranty. Others dealers I have dealt with will give you even on as is purchase some kind of backing?but in the end I would use them again.

I drove over an hour to see a car advertised on the internet. The girl on the phone kept pressing me as to what time I would be coming so she could have the car out front and waiting. When I arrived I was told the car was out back and they would have to get it. It took 20 minutes to get the car - no biggie. The fun now begins. After a satisfactory test drive, we negotiate a decent deal. They want to know how I'm going to pay. I tell them I'll cut a check. They want certified funds and the banks are now closed, so they tell me a wire transfer is fine. I call my bank and they tell me I can do a wire transfer online 24 hours a day. This is acceptable to them. At this time since the car I am buying from them was just traded in, they told me they have to do their 100 point inspection and detail the car for delivery because if everything is not right they can't sell me the car. Since I wasn't trading my existing car, I had to drive over an hour back home to pick up my son and drive back another hour plus while they perform their inspection and detail the car.. So here I am back at the dealer after TWO trips over an hour each and they now tell me they can't accept a wire because the business office is closed and they cant verify the funds. I asked wouldn't a confirmation of the wire transfer from Bank of America be enough? They said no. I then told them they could hit my card for the money and they said we don't accept credit/debit cards for over 2,500. This makes no sense to me how a car dealer has a max limit they can accept from a card. I offered to let them put a hold on my card for the money and would overnight or wire the money the next business day. This too is unacceptable. They are however willing to deliver the car to me the next business day and I can give them the cash or certified funds then. I agree to this and as I am getting ready to do some final paperwork and my son comes back into the showroom after checking the car out some more and informs me the power seat motor on the driver side is not working. I bring this to the attention of the sales person and he says "Oh well. The car is sold as is". I told them they can sell the car to someone else "as is" and left. As I am pulling out of the lot, it occured to me that their 100 point inspection they had to do was total BS, or it needed 101 point inspection to catch a bad power seat. Sorry Peruzzi - never again.

What a pleasant experience! From the first interaction, the team at Peruzzi was professional, courteous, and friendly. Once I told my salesman, Jose Olivera, what I was looking for, he worked to find the right car. There were several pricing options available leaving it up to me to choose what worked best for my budget. Jose, thank you!!! I walked in at 11:45 a.m. and at 2:30 or so, drove home in my 2013 Toyota Corolla! There is a lot of excitement when buying a new car. You are choosing a mate that will last hopefully for 10+ years. I feel secure that the folks at Peruzzi Toyota will do whatever it takes to maintain this major purchase for years to come.

My car was towed off the turnpike 2 hours from our home to Peruzzi. I was worried they would take advantage of my captive car and quote "extras" to be fixed. There was only 1 thing wrong with the car and that's all they said needed to be fixed. Their customer service was outstanding. I wish we lived closer. We would definitely go back for service there if we didn't live 2 hours away!

I am 63 years old and have had allot of mechanics that ripped me off, lied and made my yearly inspection a stressful time. Going to Peruzzi Toyota and meeting a guy named Paul made me believe there are mechanics that are honest and friendly. I asked how long Paul worked at Peruzzi, he seemed to be very knowledgeable, I was surprised that he just started working there a few months ago! If you have a problem with your car call Peruzzi and ask for Paul, you will not be disappointed! I am now in the market for a new car, I went to every Toyota dealer within a fifty mile radius for the best price and came back to??? You guessed it, Peruzzi Toyota! I have decided to keep my 13 year old Toyota for garage sale buying and will soon buy a new hybrid for traveling in style!

I just purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV4 Limited from Peruzzi Toyota. This is our 4th Toyota since 1988 and our second from this dealer. I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. Our sales person, Greg, took lots of time with us and my wife and I drove both a Prius V and a RAV4. My 2005 Prius has 78,000 miles on it and has been serviced by the dealer who has a great service department.

Had an excellent experience with Eric Johnston who demonstrated extensive supplies of both product knowledge and patience. Showing us four different cars, test driving two, comparing interiors, colors and options -we put Eric through the wringer. Ihad always purchuse my rav/4 or other cars from my local dealer but was not feeling good about the deals their any longer. So I emailed peruzzi toyota about 2012 rav last june so they gave me to Greg Zomberg to assit me in the deal . Witch work out very well so as I left I had asked him to call me when the 2013 rav arrives and he did and I traded my 2012 in and bought the new one. It all started with check engine light coming on for my 2004 4Runner with 216,000 miles. Turned out it was my catalytic converter. It was going to cost $2000 to fix, & the car was only worth $2300. I decided to test drive the Tundra, & loved it. Greg Zomberg & Ryan Degen made buying the Tundra a great experience. They both worked to get the best deal to fit my needs; Greg even showed up on his day off to help out with finishing the final paper work. They even gave me $2000 for the 4Runner. Everyone I met at Peruzzi was very nice & extremely helpful. I would definitely buy from & recommend Peruzzi.

Was shopping for a new truck to replace my 2002 Tundra which had 250,000 miles.(It probally had another 250,000 in it). Had an excellent shopping experience. My salesperson, Joe Irwin, spent a good part of the day making sure I had the right truck for my needs. Did not pressure me into anything but made sure all my questions were answered. He made sure I got the most for my trade and went out of his way to find the exact color and options I wanted. Great job Joe!! We will be back.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Dodge Durango with the help of our salesman, Joe Irwin. We presented Joe with a pretty tight set of criteria to work with and he came through for us with flying colors. Joe completely understood our situation and presented several options to us. We never felt pressured or that we were hearing a standard sales pitch. We noticed a crack in the driver side window and a missing cap on one of the wheel covers. No problem. Joe made note of our concerns right then and there and a week or so later we were back having both a new window and wheel cap installed. Joe was very personable. We had a couple of questions after the purchase and he was always timely in getting back to us with the answers we were hoping to hear. Thanks, Joe! Joe Irwin (the salesman) was very knowledgeable about not only the Toyota line but the other lines as well. This was particularly helpful as I was looking for a good value used car. It just turned out that the one I bought was a Toyota. When you know , more or less, what you want and the salesman understands you, buying becomes pretty easy as long as there is a car that fills the bill. Not really a complaint, but...I think the mountain of paperwork and assorted documents that must be created signed, etc, etc, could be streamlined a little better. It seemed like every 10 minutes I had to sign, initial, or pay for some odds and ends involved in the buying/trading in process. If the same procedures were in place to purchase or sell a gun the gun problem would go away. Overall a good dealer: I would buy from again and would recommend.

This was my second purchase with Peruzzi Toyota, but my first purchase alone. I made the initial contact via email and was assigned Eric Johnston for my first appointment. I admit that I went into the appointment with my guard up and defenses in high gear since I was a first-time buyer as a single woman. Eric immediately made me feel at ease, but not in a "salesman-y" way. My first appointment was to assess my trade-in since I was waiting for the 2013 RAV4's to be released to the dealers. I wasn't 100% thrilled with the quote, but Eric assured me that not all factors had been taken into consideration since the manager still needed to see it, etc. When I returned to the showroom to test drive and work out a deal, Eric was genuinely excited about the car and understood the differences between the previous models and the 2013 re-designed model. I was sold, but I wanted to get the best deal. Eric was by my side through the whole deal. He truly listened and understood where I was coming from in the process and worked with me and the manager to get as close to what I wanted as possible. He did his research to show me where other cost savings would come into play to offset the monthly payments such as fuel economy. Finally, when I picked up the car, he took the time to sit in the vehicle and show me all the features in detail and helped me setup the Bluetooth function. Overall, this was a far better experience than I anticipated, and I feel it was due to Eric Johnston. I fully expected to be "talked down to" and trivialized since I am a single woman. I highly recommend seeking Eric's services when purchasing your Toyota.

The positive energy and and excitement throughout the buying process was superb. My sales person, Eric Johnston, not only knew his stuff but was very honest and sincere. He did everything he said he was going to do for me AND MORE exceeding all expectations. I greatly appreciate all of the help he provided me. The dealership as whole was also superb. Having been a "car guy" since I was young, I've always marveled at how little knowledge salesman, at dealerships, actually have or really don't have, about the product they are selling...until I wandered in to Peruzzi Toyota. Having purchased 3 vehicles from this location in the past, I wanted to see how well the recent renovations went to the building. Kudos to whoever laid out the plans and had them completed! As I was looking around, a young man approached me, Eric Johnston, and asked if I needed any information about the building, I guess it was obvious I wasn't there to shop. After getting a very thorough "nickel tour" of all of the updates and upgrades to the building, it surprised me that Eric was not pushing me to purchase a car, I do not like pushy salesmen, but I did ask for information about the new Avalon, and WOW was I surprised to hear all of the specs about this car come tumbling out of this man's head, without having to go get any literature! I have been a long time subscriber to Automotive News and Autoweek, so I read up on all new vehicles. Eric knew all about the platform, convenience features, engine displacement, transmission, color combos and build quality ,etc.I was impressed with his depth of knowledge! And he seemed to be a genuinely nice guy to boot! Nice to find somedody in auto sales that knows more about the product than me, "car guy".

Saw the RAV4 I wanted on internet. Drove over to dealer and was met by Jose Olivera, salesman. He showed me the car and I test-drove it. Was very impressed by Jose and his knowledge of Toyota autos. The only thing I was not happy about was the TIME it took to complete this transaction -- hours! All personnel involved in this transaction were very professional up to an including the President of the dealership. Love the car and would recommend the dealer and the salesperson to friends.

I was looking for a Scion FR-S for weeks, and had a lot of bad experience with many Toyota dealers, most of dealer told me was " we have one! and it's on the lot", and after I got there, they always told me "Sorry, we just sold it, but you can place an order here", finaly, I was looking on cars.com, and IM Peruzzi's internet sales manager, she also told me she has one on the lot, at first I did not want to believe her, but she said I could put deposit over the phone, and no one can touch it after that, so I did, it's the color I want, and it's automatic, so me and my wife can both drive it, it's perfect, after I got there, the car is right there waiting, I was happy they did not lie to me, because I drove all the way from NJ to PA, it was 50+ miles for me, and guess what? They did not mark up the price at all!Not like other dealer I went to that has a white one with 2 grands mark up. Peruzzi sold me the FR-S with everything I want on for MSRP, David was my sales rep, he was really nice, all the transaction was fast and smooth except that their computer was down for a while, after a week, I went back for the part that they ordered for me, David made the appointment for me and took care everything I requested. The serive team did the job fast and clean, and no charge for the extra request! I really like their service, and will go back for my next car! Thanks Peruzzi!

I just wasted 4 HOURS and 40 bucks on gas and tolls traveling from New Jersey to Pensylvania, Just to buy the car, I called 1 day before and asked if we could make a deal on 2007 honda civic, then everything was ok, they had my e-mail, my name, my cellphone, then we made a schedule for the next day...then, before I go, I called them AGAIN just to confirm the schedule and I told them that I was interested on civic AGAIN.....then, finally, when I got there, 1 HOUR early that I told that I should be there... I hear "Sorry, the car had been sold today's morning, I feel sorry, there is nothing we can do about it..." NOTHING YOU CAN DO? YOU HAD MY E-MAIL, NAME, CELLPHONE AND THE CONFIRMATION THAT I WOULD BE THERE FOR THE EXACLY CAR I WANTED!!!!!" they didn't even send me an E-mail to tell me that the car had been sold.....WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY....I FEEL TOTALLY DISRESPECTED!

I called dealership about an internet special & made an appointment with the phone representative to go see it. She set a definate appointment time for the next day. I asked her if she just answered the internet ads or is she was the sales person. She said she was the sales person. On arriving (from my drive of over 1 hr.), the atmosphere on the lot was salesmen like vultures, waiting for sales. I mentioned my appointment to the first salesman who approached me. He lied and said she wasn't here today. Then he admitted she was an internet phone person. Before I walked out, the used car floor manager (as he presented himself) also approached me desparately and asked if there was anything he could do. I will share my opinion with you, as well: I will not do business with anyone who begins the relationship with I lie. I recommend that you take your business to one of the reputable Toyota dealerships.

Unfortunate that a fine brand such as Toyota Motor Company, has to be associated with unethical sale and service practices. We took the car in for service, the car stayed at the shop for about 8 weeks, tried to pick it multiple times, waited for few hours and it was not ready. The car left the shop with a worse shape than It came in and still charged a hefty price. Buyer be beware.

Poor communications with the customer, unfriendly and poor quality of service work. Very hard to get in touch with and get a resolution for the problem. It took 4 calls to Toyota Customer Care Center to resolve the problem. Replaced the fuel pump unnecessarily, drained the battery, and broke the front hood latch. Called before I went to the dealership for a pick up, waited 2.5 hours before they got the car ready. Dealers like Peruzzi give the Toyota Motor Company and the Toyota brand a bad name. Unfortunate for Toyota to be associated with a poor dealership experience. My next car will be a Nissan. Buyer beware, if Toyota is what you want go to Thompson or Conicelli.

Contacted the delership to match the price from another dealer. They confirmed over the phone that they would match the price for the exact vehicle we wanted to purchase. The sales manager, John Rivera, was very knowledgeable and was able to clarify all our questions regarding the Sienna LE. He walked through all of the vehicle features and showed my wife how to program the bluetooth to her phone. The Finance Manager walked us through the options and was able to offer an option which lowered our monthly payment for the same 60 month term. The roof rack cross bars they promised to include in the price came in and were installed within 5 days of our purchase. This is the 8th vehicle I have purchased for me or my wife over the last 30 years and this was the smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced.

I was on car shopping overload, to many salespeople not answering my questions. Greg answered every question with a straight, direct answer and took the time to explain everything in detail. I feel that Greg worked with me and the finance company to get the payments were I needed them. Within 24 hours of buying the car, I thought I had a problem with the car, called Greg at 6:30 PM on a Friday night and his answer was - service is open till 8 pm, bring me the car and we will have them look at it right away. Turned out that it was just me getting use to the car, but the response was amazing. I have great confidence in this dealership and would not hesitate to recommend them and Greg to anyone I meet. Definitely will buy my next car from Peruzzi Toyota.

Eric was the ENTIRE reason we bought this car from Peruzzi. He knew his stuff, not only about this particular car, but cars in general, which was impressive. He didn't pressure us on the first visit which made us want to schedule a second visit directly with him - and that second visit was when we bought the car. And the best part - he wasn't even supposed to be at work. When I called to make an appointment, it was a day where he was supposed to be done work at 3pm. My husband and I couldn't get there until 4:30. Not only did he stay late to help us test drive the car, he stayed until after 9PM to stay with us throughout the entire (excrutiatingly long) process.

We traveled a good distance(2hrs) to see a vehicle that Peruzzi Toyota had, I say had cause we scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and before I could get there they sold it to someone else online. So here comes the bait and switch right - well not exactly - Peruzzi Toyota worked up a deal that got us into a vehicle far greater than the one we came to look at for around the same price. Even though it was red-JK!! I have dealt with dealerships before and one thing I felt from these guys was true honest behavour and a willingness to correct a mistake and please the customer when needed.

This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had!! Did not end up buying a car and would never return in the future! The salespeople were rude and far more manipulative than your average car salesperson. They were having a supposed sale which really meant the took all their sales tags off the cars, jacked up the prices, and tried to get rid of their crap cars before the more desirable ones. For some reason they refused to give us the price of one of their toyota models even though we asked about 7 times. I am a very loyal Toyota buyer as most of my cars have been Toyota models and am still a believer in their quality cars but I would NEVER return to Peruzzi dealership again!! Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else!

I was trading in a car via Autotrader...I got caught in unexpected traffic, so I arrived after the Autotrader processing hours, and I hadn't made an appointment, so they weren't expecting me, but the sales staff still processed my trade-in and agreed to hold it on-site until they could finalize the trade-in after the weekend. On my first visit to Peruzzi Toyota I came in with a particular car in mind that I saw on their Website. I saw the price and checked it with Edmunds.com. THe price was exactly what bluebook value pricing was for the car. Lee Brenna was very helpful through my first experience as was the financial department. I bought my camry at Puruzze a few years ago. Early January 2011 I went to a Toyota Dealership in IL (lived in IL temporarily) and asked them to fully check the brakes, since I was moving back to PA and wanted a safe drive. The brakes check out OK and had more than half life left to them, according to their service people. At my service check at Perruzzi 10 weeks later, after about 910 miles of mainly interstate driving, I was told I needed a complete brake job because "the brakes were all rusted out". Total estimate was $1050.00 including pads and rotors all around. What a crock.

Something in the air was telling me, that destiny had brought me to this vehicle.Eric opened the door for me, and since I was semi-parched at the time, he had fetched me an ice cold bottle of water. It felt as if I was picking the perfect babysitter for my imaginary children. That type of trustful connection.After a quick credt score check, a signing of a check and contract. Stereotypical &quot;lets pull my fast talking sales manager in to double team you&quot; carnival act. Took forever to get answers to questions. Sales staff showed very little knowledge of the product. The sale had lots of balloons and hotdogs but no savings. couldn't get a straight answer on what he financing percentage would be. My wife and I couldn't wait to get out of there and give someone else our money. Needed a showers after leaving the show room.

I recently purchased a 2007 Impala from Peruzzi GMC. Within a week the air compressor failed (late Saturday). Bob S, one of the sales managers, immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick up the car and take it to the dealership. On Sunday, the Service manager confirmed the problem. Unfortunately the part was not available until Monday. On Monday, another Sales Manage, Mike M, approved the replacement of the air compressor at no cost to me (technically, this was not required). The service team received the part and was car was repaired by Monday afternoon at no cost! The entire team that I came into contact with was great. I would highly recommend Peruzzi to anyone looking for a new or used car. They truly stand behind their vehicles and care about their customer.

About Sales--Where to begin? I was looking for a corolla in June/May 2008 before the auto downturn hit and was pretty much told at peruzzi that the cars sell themselves and they have no need to go down for msrp (bull). After unpleasant dealings with a sales reps and sales floor manager on two separate occasions, we ended up going elsewhere to buy my corolla. I guess I should have expected it because I am a local and all my neighbors said mentioned all their experiences Peruzzi (in Hatfield) have been negative.About service--I was visiting my parents over the holidays and it was time to get my car serviced so I figured i would get it serviced at Peruzzi Toyota. The only reason why i went back was because I had heard good things from my neighbors about the service. Since I lived close by, I didnt bother waiting in the waiting room to get it done. Besides being significantly overpriced(okay, its a dealer), they left my car in front of the garage with the keys in the ignition and driver side window rolled down before I even arrived at Toyota to pick it up. Anyone could have easy hopped in and drove away! On top of that as I was getting ready to pull out, one of workers pulling cars up almost blocked me in as I was pulling out. Only thing that stopped him was his coworker honking his horn. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say, i will not be back. Convenience is no longer at the top of my list when it comes to servicing my car.

SCUM!!!!!!!! This dealership takes the cake when it comes to trying to rip people off when they visit to buy a new car. My wife and I previously purchased a Forerunner from Peruszzi years ago and had a good experience HOWEVER, this time was much different. We were in the market for a minivan. I had heard good things about both the Sienna and the Odyssey (Honda's product). Being loyal Toyota customer's (not any more and never again after dealing with Peruzzi) we went to look at the Sienna first. The product was good, but the sales process was an atrocity!!! Even after explaining that we weren't nearly ready o buy and that we were going to look at a Sienna before making a decision, the salesperson insisted on bringing us in to "talk numbers". Well he must have thought we looked pretty stupid b/c he tried to offer us over $4K less than blue-book value on a trade and sell us the car at stiker. When I asked him if there was any room in either number, he insisted no way and kept going back and forth between us and his manager over a period of 1-2 hours. I told him that I would get back in touch after looking at the Odyssey and walked out...the best thing I ever did. Went to see the Odyssey and HOnda blew them out of the water in terms of the deal, they gave me full trade value and sold the car to me at just a shade over invoice and the best is NO HASSLE WITH HONDA!!! Bu the best is this: When I talked to the Peruzzi rep after buying the Honda he told me (and I quote) "what kind of a salesperson would I be if I didn't try to get over on you..." All three men were very helpful. They explained the car buying process and did not pressure us into buying anything, although we did purchase a Rav 4 Limited. We were in contact with two offer dealers and Peruzzi, hands down, was the best!!! Not just with their offer but with there professionalism and honesty. I have already referred them to my employees and will continue to do so. We are looking forward to "closing the deal" this week when our car is delivered.

The salesmen and employees were very courteous and helpful. No problems in arranging the test drives and no pressure when settling on the final price. I have had other vehicles go through their service department in the past two years and have been happy with the work done. That is the main reason I purchased my new car from them.

I've bought my last two cars from this dealer. The service was great and the staff are very knowlegable. The are were willing to work within my budget each time I needed a vehicle and both cars pefromed well. I plan on getting my next vehicle from them as well.Thank you

I just purchased my 4th Toyota - my 1st from Peruzzi and I had the best experience yet! My husband and I "started the process" of looking with no intent to purchase on a Saturday. Pete listened attentively to what I wanted with this car and knew immediately which model I should be looking at. After driving it and going over all the features, he asked how we wanted to approach things (Seriously, he asked US how we wanted to do this). My husband was very adamant that he didn't want the song and dance, the multiple manager trips and, if they were willing to talk bottom line numbers, we would consider going further that day. Well, they did all that and more! My two toddlers played happily in the children's area while we were able to quickly and easily go over invoice vs. sticker price, dealer holdbacks, etc. At the end of that visit, I walked away with a brand new car.Over the next 3 days, I had multiple phone calls with Pete to locate my ideal color, interior, etc. I have an incredible Sport Highlander in a cool silver color. The model they found had running boards which I wasn't sure I was interested in. Pete, remembering my children, thought they would be very helpful with small children, and he was so right. My kids only want to go in my car "because Mr. Pete made sure you got the steps for us". Delivery was a breeze and I am thrilled with yet another Toyota.If this wasn't all enough, my husband mentioned that his own lease was up and he was interested in another car (he didn't like the Toyota models for him) and Pete and Ryan put him in touch with their contacts at another dealer to help him out, as well.

I was in the market for a new Corolla XRS, and I stopped by Peruzzi to see what they had. The salesman who showed me the cars, John Rivera, was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to consider the purchase.I went in to talk numbers, and John introduced me to Ryan. Ryan was very aggressive with me about the sale, and insisted that I was going to pay what he wanted me to pay, and that what I wanted did not matter. When he realized that I was not going to pay full sticker price, he became insulting and even more aggressive. He even stooped to the "well, if you can't afford the car, we can find a less expensive vehicle" line.I told him that I would visit his competitors, and when he demanded to know which one, I said that I would visit Team Toyota, in Langhorne, PA (next to my office). He told me that he knew the guys over there and that they would not be interested in dealing with me.I went to Team Toyota later that week, and they sold me the car for $100 over invoice, no questions, no harassment, no hassle.Peruzzi is the ripoff artist dealership chain of the area, and I urge you all to seek out their competitors instead!

Writing a review here based on the HORRIBLE experience(s) I have had a Peruzzi Toyota. I'm actually pretty surprised at the ratings on this website seeing as i'm constantly hearing of how people have bad experiences here. Now im not a picky person or anything i just ask to get what is advertised and what im paying for.I leased a car 4 yrs ago with an awful experience, took 3 visits before i could get my car correctly 'as ordered' and they had an attitude about it the whole time. Whatever, fine... When you buy a car there you get "FREE INSPECTIONS" so i took it there, and the catch is that you pay for the emissions so in fact is not free, it's about $40 bucks--whatever fine... when i picked my car up, i dropped off my other car for inspections. I was called telling me that my wheel was about to fall off and i had no brakes so they failed my inspection and quoted me $1500 to fix it. I pulled the car and took it to Chevy where they fully inspected everything and said their were no problems at all when they saw teh quote sheet frmo toyota and coudl have charged me less money and made $ from me. Instead they were loyal and honest. I believe their repair dept was trying to make some $ off me. Meanwhile the guy who drives the cars around tells me "wow thats a great truck!" when he gets out. Today i headed to the dealer to buy my lease since i'm at the end. The salesman said there would be a $55 SAFTEY INSPECTION fee--i said i just had the vehicle inspected at this location 6 days ago. He said "Oh ok then you probably wont have to pay the fee". OK fine. Meanwhile i'm handing him my credit app. and waiting for him to see if i'm having to pay the fee. He comes over and says Yes you will have to get it inspected again for $55--i said i wasn't going to do that, i just paid to have it done at this location 6 days ago. His manager comes over (meanwhile my credit has already been ran at this point) and tells me that they have to 'put it in the system to sell it back to me' and "I can't waive this fee because I didn't make enough money off you" and "You are delusional about how this process works" (was called delusional about 3 times in one sentance). Says "We are doing this process PRO-BONO for you as a favor and if you don't like it go elsewhere we don't want you". At this point we walked out--i cried all the way home with hurt feelings, just feeling awful about what should have been a good experience buying my end lease. I cant believe a business woudl speak to their customers this way.I have 3 people in my family who have had a bad experience at this dealership and have gone to Toyota dealers elsewhere to make their purcahse. Our families have always purchased Toyota and will most likely continue due to their reliability and great product, but please, look around elsewhere if you're looking to buy in this area--steer clear of Peruzzi Toyota / Scion

This is my families 3rd car from Peruzzi (5th Toyota). We always feel taken care of. I am a very hard sell and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience...Again! It's not easy going in to make a large purchase with two small children. Peruzzi is always accommodating. Pete was an exceptional salesman! He really listened to our needs and answered questions before they were even asked. To make that kind of connection with a customer is a skill you can't teach. He's awesome! Five years ago I purchased a Highlander from Peruzzi and was taking it to another Toyota dealer (in Norristown) for service. After several not so positive experiences w/ their service, I started taking it to Peruzzi for maintenance, tires, oil changes, and recently a windshield. The Peruzzi Service Team is very professional, expedient, and does NOT try to sell you services/items you don't need. The facility is also clean and new. This past Saturday, I decided to trade in my Highlander for a new Toyota Solara. I had a very positive experience and am very happy w/ my new car and the price. The sales representative, John Rivera, was professional; Eric Painter also contributed to a positive experience. What I like most about Peruzzi is they are "normal" people who sell (and service) cars. The owner introduced himself to me (as I was chasing down my 5 yr old). He obviously manages "by walking around" and seemed to be chatting with pretty much everyone who was looking at cars on Saturday (not just the "big spenders, etc). They also have an environment that is kid friendly; I was more bothered that my 5 yr old was asking for balloons or taking the kids toys out of the kids room than they were. As a single parent, I didn't have a choice but to bring her w/ me and they did not seem to care. (One of the employees said to me "I have 3 at home so am used to this.) So it goes without saying that I will definently return to Peruzzi for service; and would definently recommend them if you are looking to purchase a Toyota.

I have purchased many Toyota vehicles, personally and professionallyin the past 16 years,5-forerunners,1-land Cruiser,2-Sequoia's and now a Tundra this month.Peruzzi finally got it right.They made a committment to stand behind their word and have a long term relationship with their customers.If they stay committed with fair prices and courteous service, plus an energetic attitude, I'll be Back. Great Truck,greater experience.

I recently purchased a 2001 Toyota Camry from this dealership. Right away I was impressed with my sales guy, no longer there, and purchased the CERTIFIED vehicle and felt great about it. Fast forward to 2 - 3 weeks later, WORST decision of my life. They sold me a faulty car, alignment and balance needed on car. Tire ended up blowing on me on 95N bc of the car being sold to me without it obviously being checked as they claim. To make matters even worse, I worked my butt off to get the car towed to them, and they say we are not covering the damage, you are lying, you must have did something to this vehicle and you are just trying to get us to cover the damage cost. After being hysterical on the phone and passing the phone to my mother (i'm a college student), she reamed them out and the sales manager would not budge. We have since contacted our lawyer and are ready to go full force with the crap of a dealership. If your smart buy elsewhere.

I was in the market for 2007 Camry SE V6. Some dealers don't have it and expect me to just make an order at MSRP price (Sloane, Ardmore). Other Toyota dealers (Concelli, Center City) have it but again, after the test drive they refuse to go lower than MSRP because "it's selling so fast." Until I come to Peruzzi that is.Their sales person (Alex) is very friendly and helpful. We took a spin and he shown me all the features of this car. Then we sat down and talk pricing. I was expecting him to give me a hard attitude of "this car's selling so fast you just have to pay MSRP", but instead he shown right away that he's willing to negotiate.The MSRP on my car is $31,300 (it's fully loaded!) Of course I open up with a ridiculous low figure (below invoice, I did my homework) and the "let me talk to my manager" game began. Make a long story short we settled at $29,200.The point is while all other Toyota dealerships gave me the lecture of "this car sells so fast no way I can offer you anything less than MSRP", Peruzzi dealership was willing to negotiate at good faith and we settled somewhere in between.Not only that, they provide great after care services. You and your immediate family can do PA inspection with them FREE for life. 10% of the money you pay for all service works through them will go to the purchase of your next car with them (new or used.) And many others.If you are in the market for Toyota you should definitely go to Hatfield's Peruzzi Toyota.

I had battery problems and service tech recommended replacement of battery and alternator on a car that only had 33K miles. I asked for battery replacement since I wasnt convinced that alternator would die on fairly new car and asked tech to replace only batter and he wouldnt do it and offered me a loaner car until they get the alternator ordered and installed. Cost ~$1000I took my car to another shop, they ran battery test and replaced battery (~$100) and no problems since...This dealership service department is rip-off and scamming people.
