I try to avoid dealing with car dealerships any more than absolutely necessary. I was truly surprised at the interaction and sales team at Brannen Ford. Even though we purchased a used vehicle that was a different brand Ben and the coworkers were knowledgeable and there was no pressure that seems to be the norm at dealerships. Best if all there were none of the back and forth games so many try to play. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if your in the market for a vehicle.

Bought an F150 in Feb 2021. Experience was mostly good; however, dealing with the finance manager nearly made me walk away. I already had financing with a local credit union so all I really needed from the finance guy was to purchase an extended warranty and close the deal. He wasn't very knowledgeable with how Ford's extended warranty worked and he had to bring in the service manager for clarification - which the service manager had to correct what the finance manager told me. I was irritated with the situation but I just wanted to close the deal and leave which is what I did. Fast forward 4 months, I made an appointment for 6/8/21 to have my first maintenance routine performed. I got an email reminder for my appointment. I took off from work, drove from Warner Robins to Perry only to be told they're having scheduling issues and if I wanted I could wait but it would be "hours" until they could get to me. What? I'm the customer - and a pretty important customer because I'm at the moment choosing the service department with which I will have my maintenance and warranty work done. I told the lady, no that's not acceptable and she told me okay. Wow! No, we messed up - let us try to fix the situation. No how can we keep your service. Just let me walk away. I'm sorry Phil Brannen but I will not be recommending your dealership and service department.
