Cherry B. made my visit perfect. She had the car ready and in perfect condition for a test drive even though I had just inquired the night before. I expected the vehicle to be sold because of the incredible price and condition but it was available and ready to go when I got there the next day. Cherry is on top of everything, super sweet, fun to spend time with, and 100% professional. She is like a long lost friend that is watching out for the buyer from start to finish. The entire experience was seamless and easier than I could have imagined, including processing my trade in with no difficulty. All of the staff - Cherry especially - were an absolute pleasure to work with. Cameron was also amazingly kind and helpful in financing the vehicle. I had a special request that Cherry immediately took care of in her first response to my inquiry and I can’t thank everyone enough. This dealership has amazing deals and the nicest staff that I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve purchased 3 cars at other dealerships that were fine, but Phil Long Hyundai at Motor City hit this one out of the park. Thank you all so much for finally getting me my dream car at an unheard of low price that no other dealership in town could match. I drove my new car home shortly after (the same day) I went in for a test drive. If you stop by, ask for Cherry, you won’t be disappointed.

I would like to thank Jeremy White and the rest of the team there at Hyundai. I had my mind set on one particular car and of course there wasn't one in the entire state of Colorado. But Jeremy and his team found one, had it shipped in and now I have the car of my dreams. They even had it on the showroom floor and had a big VIP sticker in the front window. They made it super special. Thanks again guys!

This is my 3rd vehicle purchase at Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City and I’m pleased as usual. I feel taken care of when buying my vehicles and don’t ever feel pressure or like I can’t ask as many questions as I want. That’s important to me because I do have questions and like to think long and hard before jumping into a new vehicle. Most recently Kevin helped me and he was funny, laid back and friendly which makes the process much nicer. Plus, I’ve reached out several times since my purchase to ask questions and he answers quickly and efficiently. Mark, one of the floor managers, is kind and understanding and has a heck of a memory! He remembered me the several times I have come in even though it took me a moment to place him. He’s consistently welcoming and I feel like an individual not just another customer. Last but not least.. shout out to Luis in finance who made the paperwork a breeze and took into account that I was tired and ready to go home. He listened and followed through!! Thanks to all of you gentlemen for a job well done :) I appreciate you!

Bought a new car and traded in my old one at Motor City on Saturday. ANDREW was an excellent sales rep - polite and patient, and had the cars I was interested in ready to go for our appointment. His knowledge of the stock and defining features of each trim was quite helpful making my decision, and he brought things to my attention that I hadn't considered before! Ymmv, but I felt like the team negotiated a fair deal with me and I received superb customer care along the way.

Cherry Boyd made my car buying experience a very positive experience! She is extremely knowledgeable and very intuitive. I appreciate that she even stepped back and gave me time to think and evaluate the situation to make sure that I was making the right choice for the right reasons!
