I found on line the previously owned vehicle that I wanted. Called and made an appointment at Phillips Buick GMC Fruitland. Upon arrival I was met by Blake Kelly who had the vehicle ready for the test drive. I loved it. We went inside, did the paperwork. Everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. All was wonderful. I recommend Phillips Buick and especially Blake Kelly.

Awesome experience....Ed was able to get me into my new F-150 and I absolutely enjoy it. The overall process was not painful and ranks amongst the top dealerships I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. Highly recommend Phillips and will be using them again in the future.

We bought a truck at Phillips and had Buzz (salesman) and Chick (finance) helping us through the process and they were both amazing! Buzz listened to what we wanted and we drove home in the truck we went to get. Chick and buzz made our experience great! I would recommend them over and over again! We will buy here again in the future.

Sure made the correct decision to choose Phillips GMC dealership in lady lake. Thank you Chris for scheduling my appointment & then coming out to meet us to then leave us with Cat (Cathryn )to attend us. She helped us with all we needed. The first Encore GX I wanted was bronze color & that one went out the door right in front of us. They Cat showed a few other colors so I picked the white one. When she went with our paperwork she was told white sold. So we went out with Cat on the golf cart to see what was available. There was a navy blue with light interior and black with dark ebony interior. So I told Cat the black so we came back to office & she went to make sure the keys were available to have them in her hands due to the other 2 sold. She got the keys 🔑 we did paperwork. Everything went through & well. Thank God. Closed the dealership with Cat. I want to thank her and all staff that helped us. Everyone friendly. Owner as well. Very happy and would recommend your dealership to everyone who asks me where to go for a vehicle 🚗. Thanks 😊 again Cat & staff blessings.
