I am so pleased with the experience shopping for my vehicle here! Derrick Baker went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car of my choice. He was very professional and thorough when explaining paperwork to make sure I was fully accommodated, even starting after hours to finish everything. The sales team is great. Jason Gross did an amazing job showing us cars and staying within our budget. We had more options than we thought we would. The car buying experience here was the easiest, smoothest and fastest I've ever had. I had to knock off 2 stars because I had a small issue with a rental vehicle. GM Anthony Sherman assured me he would look into it and get back to me. I waited and waited and reached out again to no response. If he would've said "nothing we can do about that" cool. It is what it is, but I don't take kindly to being blown off, especially as a paying customer.

As a rule, I hate car buying. While I am trying to get the most for my money, the salesperson is looking to make the most money for themselves and the dealership....but not with Bill Hav. I will be honest, Bill is a friend, but he was also a car salesman. I was honest with him about what we wanted, both in a car and in the price. He was honest with me about what we could afford. I got to watch him with another customer and he treated them the same way! As soon as you meet Bill he considers you a friend and works his butt off to get you into a car that works for you. Unlike other salesman, he is so successful that he doesn't need to pressure you into buying a car to save his job. He may do some silly things in order to push himself, i.e. Bella Ruckus, but he's pushing himself....not you. I you have to have a car - Hav has it....

I love my new CRV! I traded in my 2014 CRV for a new 2016 and upgraded the model. It is great on gas and so comfortable to drive. Now I have heated seats, lumbar support, and sunroof again. Love this car!

Bought our honda ridgeline back in July. We Pretty much completed the deal over the phone with Patty and she was amazing! Didn't get the same warm and fuzzy with our on-site sales rep John Edward's. We were not pleased with his unresponsiveness and unwillingness to help us with a manufacturer defect issue. Luckily, Steve Obrien from the service team redeemed the whole experience. Overall we were satisfied with the dealership.

John went out of his way to help my daughter with an A/C problem with her 2008 CRV that was purchased at another local dealership. My wife and I purchased a Honda at P-E Honda almost six years ago through Tom Cleary. I have always had it serviced at P-E and drive 34 miles each way to get there. I have been very pleased with the service department. When my daughter had a failed A/C situation and I immediately contacted John Swita and he went to work to help us out.. My daughter is very pleased that she can keep the car running for a few more years. Our family has three Hondas and two Acuras and we appreciate the extra effort to help us out!!

Phillipsburg easton honda won the lottery by having bill on their team! He has helped so many people i know get into cars with ease... My husband and I were on our last leg with both of our vehicles. I randomly came across many of Bill Havs videos on Facebook and those made me feel somewhat hopeful at getting approved for at least something. One day my husband and myself were basically in panic mode considering I put many miles driving everyday to and from school and my husband also works about a half hour away. We didn't go there excited/hopeful because neither of us have good credit, we didn't have much money to put down, and we just went there one Saturday afternoon and specifically asked for Bill. He flat out told us in the beginning that he deals with people like us and will try his best to get us something reliable. He told us he couldn't promise us anything and that he does not like to give test drives until he knows what numbers he's working with. Okay then... He walked us through the process, the whole buying process did not take long at all. He was completely honest and didn't try to force you or talk you into something you really don't want or can't afford. His personality is definitely not boring and that's the kind of people we like to be around. We left there with a 2014 Chevy Cruze and we couldn't be happier. Thank you bill for all of your help.

I bought my 2012 Mazda 3 two weeks ago from Bill Hav. He was the greatest salesman I have EVER dealt with. I talked to him for a few months and was a little hesitant because I didn't think I'd get approved. Well, I was beyond wrong. When I got there Bill had the car set aside and let me look and sit in it. It was the greatest feeling, I could have cried. After being there for a bit, I got approved. I didn't just get approved on just a car. I was approved for the car of my dreams. I had ZERO credit, no down payment, nothing. Just the hunk of junk car I barely made it there in. If you honestly are in need of a car, just like I was you NEED to stop reading this review and get in contact with Bill.

My husband and I bought a brand new car with no money down about 6 months ago. Billy was the most fun and assuring guy. He got what we wanted without any hassle in such little time! He knew a new car is what we came to finance with little to no credit. This was our first big purchase together(my husband and I) and we would've never wanted anyone other than Billy. He works quick to get what you want, and is very positive with all his feedback. He even called me a month after we had our car to see how we were and how we liked the car! He also does dashboard diaries of customers who consent to be videotaped. Every person has a different story and always gives excellent feedback with their time with Billy. I may need another car in a few years and I will definitely go back to Bill! Thanks Bill, we still can't believe that we drive a new car and have less than 5000 miles(compared to my trade in which had over 250000 miles). If you need a car please stop to see Billy, he will do anything to get the car you want and deserve!

I had been shopping for a used car for about a month before I went to Phillipsburg Easton Honda to see a Honda CR-V I'd seen advertised. It was a much easier experience than other dealers I'd been to. Joe Finocchio was helpful but didn't in any way pressure me or give me a sales pitch the way salesmen at other dealers had. I'd almost bought a car the night before but the salesman was so pushy that I decided to go home and think about it. I'm glad I did. I looked again online and found the car at Phillipsburg Easton Honda. When I got there, Joe asked if he could help me and I showed him the printout of the ad I'd seen. We took a test drive, and I ended up buying the car. Joe made the process so much simpler than the salesman at the other dealer the night before. When I drove the car home, I noticed it shook at 40 mph. I called Joe and told him about it, and he immediately said to bring it back, and that it would be fixed. I drove it with a mechanic, who felt the problem, and they gave me a loaner car while they replaced the axle and smoothed the rotor. No hassle, no charge. About a week later, after a rain, I saw that water was leaking inside the back of the car. Again, I called Joe and took the car back. Again, they gave me a loaner car and fixed the problem (the back door needed adjustment). No hassle, no charge. The car seems fine now. I just had it inspected by my mechanic and he found nothing wrong. There's always a bit of a risk buying a used car, but I'm so grateful I bought mine at Phillipsburg Easton Honda, because they fixed every problem and made things right. Joe reassured me every time I called, and I recommend him and the dealership for making sure I was satisfied.

My experience with Honda as well as the Salesman Manny Collantes was great! Manny was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I am expecting my first child in September so I wanted to get out of my sedan and into an affordable SUV. Manny was able to get me both! I love my low mileage certified pre-owned 2013 Honda Pilot at a price I can afford! Between the pre-owned options, the salesman, the finance department I was able to leave there with my car THAT NIGHT! I am very happy with the Manny Collantes and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car from the Phillipsburg Easton Honda and the overall service was just AWESOME! Went into the dealership to get an SUV. Salesperson literally conned us into a new STOCK civic. as well as a new Accord. he promised and promised all these fabulous deals and when the end came i ended up paying sticker for both cars.he swore the numbers were right and the deal was in there. it was just taxes and PA things that i wouldn't understand. they ghosted all their numbers took my deposit and hid it in and swore that it was there. i went to other dealerships and they said the numbers were not even put it. they charged me a $1000 regional fee for a stock car. never heard of this either. they were unwilling to take the cars back not even for a difference. if they did they wanted $4000 a car that i am sure went into the managers pockets. the salesman B had no idea what he was doing he was too busy talking personal and not about the car. he was more along for the joy ride than anything. the manager tried to do something but didn't do anything and the second salesman that tried helping and was just as clueless as the first. so now i am stuck with 2 cars that i didnt even go for in the first place.

This Honda dealer is my favorite! David Iskols is an excellent salesman. He keeps it real and goes above and beyond to ensure the experience is always a positive one. He is knowledgable and will work with you when it comes to pricing. I was in pickle with mileage on my last lease and get got me out of that lease and into a brand new 2016 Civic for a great price. This is my third car from PEH and I never want to shop anywhere else.

I went to various Honda and Hyundai dealerships in NJ for approx 6months to assess the Pilot for purchase. I met many sale people along the way. None of them provided the professional service that Al Rojas at Phillipsburg Easton Honda provided. My initial contact with Al was when he opened and held the door open for me and my family upon entering the dealership. He was pleasant and greeted the entire family. Upon entering his cubical, he provided a litney of useful information re: Pilot, as well as compared pilot vs odessey for my individual needs. He showed me around the dealership, on a test drive, and never once pressured me regarding financial matters, which was the typical initial approach by most other salesman. Once I test drove the pilot, discussed pros/cons for my needs, and received a thorough education re: Pilot, Odyssey, dealership services, then negotiation began. He was professiona, conscienious of my time and quickly reached an agreement. I've been to the dealship twice since and each time was greeted by Al. He accomodated me immediately re: questions re: operation of various features of the Pilot. I HIGHLY recommend Al Rojas. I have already recommended him to 4 or 5 prospective buyers.

after half an hour plus on hold, I found only one person, Jared was able to know how to fix the tire inflation sign that keeps going on. This was the 5th time it happened and its not in the owners manual for you to look up. I last asked for the general mgr. to voice my opinion, was told he was in a meeting each time never a return call was made to me after leaving my name and number. I will never go back to this dealer.

While I was satisfied with my salesman, Steve, I was totally dissatisfied with upper management for keeping me at the dealership for FIVE hours! I knew exactly which car I wanted and it was a top line vehicle, a Pilot Elite. I was treated like a queen. After owning my 2012 Accord EXL for 3 months & 9 days, my neighbor's tree crushed it. I was desperate for another 2012 EXL when I happened upon Clinton Acura's web site. Scott directed me to Phillipsburg because they had what I was looking for right on the lot. I was so fortunate to speak with Dena in internet sales and she hooked me up with Dave Iskols. He went above and beyond to ensure I was in the car I WANTED and could AFFORD. Being alone and desperate he never tried to push me down a road I couldn't handle. He was kind enough to see that my rental car was returned and refused to take money from me to put gas in that car. WOW!! THAT'S SERVICE AND I LOVE MY CAR! I will never win over the insurance companies but I was a winner at Phillipsburg. I don't want to forget the woman who bought me a bottle of water but I never got her name.

I bought a '15 Civic LX this week.I was really in a jam - I had come cross country from California and gotten into a minor accident that wound up totaling my old Civic. I was stuck buying, as an out of state buyer.I went in, explained that I was going to get bids on Hondas - not share the numbers with each dealership, but get three numbers and then make my decision. I told them what I could do down and that I needed them to do tax, tags and registration for California. Angel Zapata got me a great number that included ALL OF THAT quickly. As for the other places...one got me a number that was NOT competitive (I mean, over $1000 more than that which Pburg got me, but that place responded quickly by phone and internet and was very professional - they did get me a number before I got to their showroom), and Clinton Honda (yes, I am calling them out by name) didn't get me a number ever. They didn't have the model on the lot (AND TOLD ME THAT!). They couldn't figure out cost of tags and registration in CA for a day. They asked ME what the tax rate was. They were a mess. Angel Zapata and Phillipsburg Easton Honda got me a great deal very quickly and then walked me through everything else.Let's be clear, nothing is ever completely smooth - but the number I was given WAS the number (actually my payments will be $1 UNDER what he wrote) and I was the reason the process took more than a day. I took 3 days, but they were the first place I went, and it was the place I ended on. Here are the two minor issues - no owners manual in the car and they forgot to put the front license plate holder on. I went back later to drop off one last piece to help with my out of state tags and both were waiting for me...so problems fixed quickly.Yep. Very happy. I should add that I started with this dealership because I had a great relationship with their service department from when I lived in NYC and would visit my family.

I tried to purchase a new Civic from them today after buying my last 4 cars here and ran into obstacle after obstacle. I don't know what happened to my sales person who was here for many years but the people and managers I dealt with today seemed to be very aggressive and pushy. I also do not recognize many of the people who I have come to know. I had a price quote on a car they had yet could not come to an agreement. I went to Stroudsburg to another Honda dealer and had my price met in 20 minutes. I'm not sure if this dealer is under new ownership or what happened but I'm very upset I had this experience. Seems like they lost good people.

The gentlemen in the Service Dept here are the best. I had taken my 2002 CRV to 2 trusted mechanics I had used for years at other shops and they could not find the cause of the shimmy in the front end of my car. I spoke to Dave Trible in service and he diagnosed it over the phone and fixed it immediately! This dealership is about an hour's drive from my home and well worth the drive! Once there I surprised myself by falling in love with a 2012 CRV and purchased a car! The entire dealership is absolutely cordial, friendly and everyone goes out of their way to please you! I came in on Saturday pretty sure I would not be driving away with another suv but Anthony Sherman made it happen. It was just a totally different expierence from what you would expect at a car dealer. I came in Anthony offered me a soda before we even started anything, for all he knew I could have been here for a brochure really was a nice gesture. We went to his desk he pulled out a blank paper and said lets write what's important to you and go from there we went over what I wanted and he listened and brought me a perfect 2012 Honda Pilot with only 24,000 miles. We took it for a nice ride, then Anthony took me to meet the service manager and explained in addition to bringing the suv I bought I could bring my wife's car which will nice! After that we sat down worked out all the numbers, it ended being about $50 a month more then I wanted but for all that the dealership offers what's 50 bucks, I'm sure I could have bought a Pilot a little cheaper elsewhere but I wouldn't have Anthony at my salesman so he was worth the extra, he even went the extra mile and spoke to my wife on the phone to explain the warranty which put her at ease, which made my life easier. I went into the Hyundai dealership to have my Sonata serviced. It is a leased vehicle nearing the end of the lease, so I just mentioned something to Cynthia (service dept.) and before I knew it, I was talking to Arvind Patel and we were discussing new car options. I really appreciated Arvind's friendliness and his willingness to have the process run smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised to be driving away in a new Sonata within 2 hours of arriving. I have to say that I have never had a bad experience at this Hyundai dealership when I've brought my car in for service. Cindy(service) was wonderful and friendly as usual. I also appreciated the way Nick(finance) explained my options to purchase my new vehicle. Again, very friendly, low key conversation. There wasn't that pressured sales pitch that I have received at other dealerships. I will definitely return to this dealership and encourage others to check them out.

Purchased another Honda Ridgeline pick up from Yury - we owned a 2007 and we are the type who usually get a new car every two years. The Honda Ridgeline we traded had 120,000 miles on it and never gave us a day of trouble and we loved the truck so much, we kept it for so long. Yury was such a personable guy, highly recommend him and this dealership. Drove off with a new Ridgeline in black (old one was white) and love the truck.

I have purchased 3 Honda's from this dealership in the past. Went to test drive a new Pilot. Patti my sales person for years was friendly and understanding as usual. The sales associate I was assigned to, Yury, set car sales back 25 years. Told me the other vehicle I was going to look at was crap, he had Honda money to give away and demanded I have a seat and get the deal done. I again advised I needed to look at one more vehicle and he ignored my comment. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

After losing a night of sleep over my purchase, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.This was my first auto purchase and in doing so by myself was a bit stressful. I originally went to the deal with a maximum budget of $10k looking to purchase a used car and was promptly taken out on the lot and shown cars 3k-7k over my budget. After test driving 3 cars I landed on one for 13,999 (2012 Nissan sentra) which I was told if I take of the lot today, the dealer would cut $400 off of the total price. I needed time to think on the price since it was already over my budget. So I went to grab some food t a Ruby Tuesdays down the street, as I am eating, not gone from the dealer for more than 30 minutes, I get a call saying that someone is one the lot an looking to test drive the car and that I should hurry back if I'd like to make a deal on it. (Long story short) I head back over to the dealer and put down a deposit... And start signing papers. Then I am sent into an office with the financial guy who starts throwing papers at me and telling me to sign because, "You will need this" like GAP insurance on a car that I will have full coverage for. Or the dealers inflate price for window etching... All BS. But when Mr. Ajhar shows you these extras, they are already added to the "Price" of your vehicle on paper and makes it feel mandatory that you must have these options in order to purchase. I knew something was off when I signed the first sheet for "windshield insurance". After realizing that signing the papers for this junk was a mistake, I refuse to sign the final bill of sale until the other contracts were terminated. Mr. Ajhar promptly did so after raising his voice and slamming the enter key on his keyboard a few dozen times. If you were to purchase all these extras it was easily add another 8k-10k to your already pricey car. I suppose I just feel taken advantage of some of the people at this dealership and they will swindle you. (after all they are are car salesmen) and if this is your first car buying experience I recommend going elsewhere.

I had a bad experience with this dealership as I was in the market to buy one of the mid-size SUV for Honda. Sales man were very pushy and rushing into things to make a deal even though their mission statement states that they are very competitive and can beat anyone price, but the offer that I had received was not even competitive. Also, it feels like if customer does not want to make the deal, then they will keep on going back and forth to make the deal happened and it becomes such a waste of time. Then, they ask for security deposit which is a refundable amount. But, for some reason, if customer decides not to move forward with the deal, then it will take ages to get your refundable amount back. They will give all sorts of reasoning that it is process and it needs to get approved which does not make sense because at one point, when they want the security deposit, it is very easily done and your credit card is charged. But, when it comes to refund your money back, it will take time and it is a process. The two things does not match and it is conflict on what they communicate to you. So, I do not think that it is a quality customer service and in near future, I am sure that I will not go to this dealership and they lost my business to them. No doubt car buying process can be stressful for a lot of people, but I believe quality and taking into customer's consideration is very important rather than going in circles and keep on following up on a particular task.

I visited Phillipsburg Easton Honda to complete a lease buy out, Daniel Dunlap was the salesman I worked with. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to work with, personable, courteous, professional and friendly. Then we were directed to Ron Levy the business manager in finance to complete the transaction. Before we even sat down Ron was pushing papers and saying sign this and that before he had reviewed The Federal Truth In Lending Disclosure, I politely asked him what are we signing for and what is the rate and term of the loan, He then lost all composure he was rude, unprofessional, raising his voice, aggressively stabbing at his keyboard, the transaction was very uncomfortable he could not handle simple business discussion. Upon reading the contract the term, down payment, and rate of the loan were incorrect, he had to draw another contract that we then agreed and singed. I will never go back to Phillipsburg Easton Honda. Do business with another dealer!!!

The staff at PE Honda was exceptional in every aspect! I went to the location minutes after it closed, but Anthony Catanzariti was still helpful. He answered the few questions that I had and even showed me the vehicle that I was interested in. The next day I went in for a test drive and explained to him my situation (trade-in, car purchasing price, etc.). He worked extremely hard with his team to make my deal work for me! He was very knowledgeable and supportive through the entire transaction. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. I am extremely happy with my 2013 Honda Accord EX L Coupe!!

Nice dealership. Not nice people. Ben Lazor helped? me choose an accord from here and I had horrible experience with the vehicle as soon as a month went by. The vehicle ran fine at first but soon it began making noises everywhere. It just didn't seem like the car I had driven or maintained well while it was kept at Phillipsburg Honda. I asked Ben to help me out with the problems I was experiencing and also the shop manager many times to fix it. They pretty much told me to take a hike. I looked at some reviews and many reviews warn customers about these guys not honoring the warranty to cut costs. Terrible how they sell cars that cost tens of thousands of dollars and cut corners to put more money i their pockets.

We have just recently bought our 4th car from Phillipsburg Easton Honda. We ended up trying them after having a very, very bad service experience with a Honda dealer in the Poconos, which is closer to where we live. We drive out of our way to go Phillipsburg Easton Honda. Tom from Service is a wonderful person to work with. He listens to what you are saying, asks questions to make sure he understands, treats you with respect, and most of all will try his best to work with you on repair costs. He checks to make sure all service and recall bulletins are current and up to date on your car. You can't ask for more than that from dealership service. I don't let anyone service my Honda now except Phillipsburg Easton Honda. Yuri is our salesman. He does his best to try to get you the most fair deal he can possibly get you from the dealership. He will take the time to answer any questions you have, review all the paper work, and show you how all the features in your car work. He makes sure you are comfortable and understand everything about your transactions with him. Dealing with car dealerships can be stressful and trying at times, but Phillipsburg Easton Honda overall is a pretty decent place to work with. Bottom line you don't ever win when you buy a new car, but it makes it easier to swallow when you have a great bunch of people at the dealership to work with.

Leo was an absolute pleasure to work with. Once of the most hassle free car buying experiences we've ever had. This is the 2nd car we've purchased from Easton/Phillipsburg Honda and after this experience, we'll likely be back again...and we'd ask for Leo.He was able to match a price we got from a car buying program without any back and forth...even though this dealership was not participating in that particular program. He had patience with us while we changed our mind on trim levels and colors multiple times and even offered to drive to a sister dealership himself to get the car we wanted.He checked in and looked after my wife and son during the parts of the transaction that dragged on a bit.Overall, I've probably purchased 12 cars in my life, this experience by far was the best.5 stars, start to finish.

Major changes made here since my last purchase in 2009. I said I would give them one last chance, or I would leave. Well, there has been many big changes made. We didn't spend a total of 2 hours there. We traded in 2 cars and drove out with 2 new cars that have so many optionsthat are standard. Anthony did everything he could to make my family comfortable. The ady we were at the dealership, it was very cold and windy. Anthony asked us what we were intrested in buying, when we told him ,he had the cars brought up to the showroom. This was very nice it kept us frm having to walk around in the blustery cold. I started my first ever dealer experience with trying to get an online pre-approval on a sunday night. Needless to say I was scared and nervous. The next morning I was very shocked to recieve my first phone call from Patty. From this point on everyone, especially Leo made me feel great about my choices, and realistically optimistic. Every question I asked, he answered, he is a genuine guy who made me feel like my business/car purchase was always at the top of his list. I am extremely happy to report that I am a new (used) car owner. I bought a 2010 Kia forte from Leo. Everything from the price, application process, and delivery of the car was in my opinion, something everyone should be able to experience the same way I did. Went in to purchase an Accord Sedan. Was shown demo/executive vehicles that had 10-20k+ miles on them with discounts. Honda has a reputation for lacking in discounts and it proved true, however the quality of the sedan seemed to more than make up for it. The sales agent Mr.Lazor was courteous and pleasant. He seemed to know very much about the product he was selling and very good at his job at Honda. I sincerely believed he was out to get the best price for me and my wife on a New/Demo/Used Accord at Phillipsburg Honda. The '11 Accord was satisfactory other than that it was a 4-cylinder engine but I'm not here to write about 4~6 cylinder engines. I regretted not testing the heater/AC while test driving the vehicle. After the purchase I noticed faint burning smell and erratic/reverberating noise when the heater was turned on. I took it into the service dept. and the service gentlemen told me there were leaves and such stuck in the (heating compartment?) and it was removed. I went home and noticed the high/low pitch, almost electronic humming like noise remained. It seemed to me like the ball bearing on the fan that blows out the heating air went bad or was going bad. The high pitch noise is very annoying and seemed like something I could not ignore for a car I just bought from the dealership. Went into service again two days later but to my surprise the service department employees pretended not to hear it at all! They brought out a loaner to say that the high pitch reverberating noise was normal on all Accords. I did notice a similar sound coming from the heating unit on the newer/loaner but nothing like the noise at the decibel level in the Accord that I purchased from the Honda dealership. The service dept suggested I turn up the music to drown it out??? It took some effort to convince the service department that this was not natural and they did offer to replace the heating blower next week. The headlights seemed to be dying or to be having problems also. During evening commute it was dangerously difficult for me to discern lane divisions on the road. I asked them to have a look at that but I'm not sure if it will be replaced. I hope the service dept doesn't try to ignore or play dumb when new buyers bring in cars with problems. It was rather upsetting when they told me there was nothing wrong with the loud noise problem when I've driven all sorts of vehicles from sedans to work trucks and those vehicles' heaters made no annoying high pitch reverberations as if to insult my intelligence. All in all I would recommend Phillipsburg Honda to other potential buyers. I felt the salesperson, Mr.Lazor helped me out a good deal in the purchase. Honestly I do not feel as if I got a bargain or anything but then again it's a Honda so there. I hope the minor complications can be rectified ASAP and I won't have to drown out the high pitched annoyance from the heating unit by turning up the music system on the new vehicle.

The car I purchased is the 8th Honda so I have some experiance purchaing Honda's, I can tell you no lie that this is the best Dealership I have ever worked with. That would also enclude Chevy and BMW as well. I had a time problem and needed to get into a car very quickly. They made is happen very quickly. I had a trade as well. They bent over backward to get it done delivered my plate and registration to my house! He has obvious passion for Honda's quality, as he showed me each little detail of the Civic models. Unbelieveably, they matched the lowest price I came in with, and because of that I got the car I wanted most, the fancier Civic EX-L with Navigation, PLUS some additional options, and even an extra WARRANTY that Eddie Ajhar customized just for me. I must mention that I was surprised at the cleanliness of the service garage area. One day I called when it was Peter's day off, and was referred to their department, where a service man happily answered my question with no fuss whatsoever. Where do I begin with our visit to Phillipsburg Easton Honda... My wife and I were pretty set on wanting to lease a new Accord. Our Saleswoman seemed fine but there were definitely some things a little off from the start. Interestingly, after explaining what it is we were looking for, she went and got a car for us to test drive. Nothing odd there except she NEVER ASKED FOR MY DRIVERS LICENSE!!! After the test drive we narrowed down exactly what color we wanted and the options most important to us. We wanted leather seats but not all the options of the EX model and the cost that went along with them. Her solution was to have leather seats put into an LX model. Fortunately for us we discovered ON OUR OWN that they have an Accord Special Edition that has the leather seats and is much cheaper then the EX. So we ask "Do you have this Special Edition in white with tan leather?" Her response, "Let me go inside and check." Once inside we walk through the showroom and RIGHT PAST a white with tan leather Accord Special Edition!! She didnt even know what was sitting in her own showroom directly in front of her desk!! Fast Forward past all the money business. It gets to 9pm(closing time) and they had not gotten approval for our lease so we put a $500 deposit down to hold the car. Next day I get a call that there's a "Pending Approval" so I am asked to bring in "Proof of Income" which as a self-employed Landscaper was my last years tax returns. That apparently wasnt enough to get me approved. Next day I get another call saying "We have another Pending Approval!" Not wanting to have to leave work early I asked for the details over the phone. That was "too complicated" to explain to me over the phone. So stupid me I quit work early, drug my wife and her 3 yr old cousin to the dealership, only to go into the Finance Managers office and have him say "You've been pre-approved to purchase a car for $XX,XXX!" So let me get this straight... I can have a $390/month payment for 6 Years but not a $283/month payment for 3??!! Needless to say we left rather angry and disappointed. This is where it really gets BAD!... Next day(Saturday) I call the dealership to get my $500 deposit refunded. Saleswoman says we are really busy today I will try to do it but if not I will first thing on Monday. Monday she calls and has me give my dedit card info to the receptionist to refund the money. The receptionist says "Oh I'm sorry I can't actually do your refund. The girls upstairs handle that and they aren't in today." Funny thing is the receptionist is the one that took the money in the first place! Tuesday I call again to make sure my money has been refunded. Receptionist says "Yes I see your information right here I'll pass it along to the girls upstairs they will have that done tomorrow." Next day I call AGAIN...Finally they claim to have refunded the money to my debit card(4 DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL REQUEST). Here it is a week later and I just got the money in my account this morning. After this horror story we went down the street to MULLER HYUNDAI, picked out an awesome car, and were approved for the lease. My wife and I will probably look at the Accord again after our lease is up but we will DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO PHILLIPSBURG EASTON HONDA!!!!!!!

Saw Used car on Internet at ( AutoTrader.com). Called to see if car was available and price was the same. Was told both were good. When i got there car was there and price was same as internet! Rickie L. was great and even fun to deal with. Honest to a fault and road tested car with me. We put deposit on car pending what they would give for trade in. Went back was treated like a king and trade in price was very fair. Bought car and would highly recommend this place to by car!!! Go see Richie Lagrassia and tell him i sent you for best price. Like any dealership you have to do your homework before going. But after dealing with this dealer i would go here first!! Leave places like Sansome alone they are crooks!!! Starr - 2007 Honda Civic SITo keep this review somewhat short and to the point i am going to outline my experience with Phillipsburg Easton Honda and lehigh Valley Honda in number steps that details my experience. Phillipsburg Easton Honda:1. Started noticing a problem with 3rd gear in my car. 2. Googled the issue to investigate. 3. Found out that there is a Honda issued Customer Service bulletin for this issue and my vehicle is within the affected VIN range. 4. Called PBE Honda, they said they were not familiar with the CSB. I had to give them the number and they requested i bring a print out of the CSB with me when i bring it in. 5. They kept my car for over a week. And in that time i was the one to call them looking for updates. But most of all, after keeping my car so long. they refused to fix the issue. Their excuse was " we cannot replicate the issue " 6. I then pleaded with the service manager to re-consider, they would not budge. Di spite having a service bulletin.So after that miserable experience, i was pretty discouraged. I actually gave up on the issue for a couple of months. Finally i decided that i would try again at another dealer, this problem was driving me nuts.Lehigh Valley Honda1. Called the service department, said i need to bring my car in. I am having issues shifting and downshifting with 3rd gear. There is a CSB out for the issue.LV honda rep asked for my VIN number and a couple of minutes later he says " yep i see the CSB and your VIN is listed" 2. Bring the car in. At the counter i also mention that i "might" want to do an alignment.. but not sure yet. 3. They called me three days later that same day. I unfortunately missed them, i work nights and was sleeping. 4. Called them the next morning at 9AM. I say "hey this is J. im just calling to see whats up with my car i missed your calls". LVH - " Yeah, your J.S. the guy with the white civic SI. Its all set you can come pick it up" ME- "OMG! its fixed?" LVH - " yeah its fixed, it was all jacked up in there but we got it fixed"5. I pick up my car later. Expressed how amazed and pleased i was with their service. 6. Best part! on the way home i skimmed over the paperwork, on the second page i found a print out for an alignment sheet!.. WOW they did the alignment free! all i did was mention that i might want to do it later... 7. Worst part, This just proves that Phillipsburg Easton Honda didn't even bother to take the time to put the car on the lift and take a look at it. They had it over a week and did absolutely nothing. Moral of the story: GO TO LEHIGH VALLEY HONDA!! These guys didn't treat me like any kind of special case.. this is how the operate on a daily basis... with class and professionalism. I would highly recommend them in future.

I went to this dealer few days ago and the sales person gave me a price and they told me that the price they gave me is the best price and only valid for that day. They asked me to make a deposit. I told them I will come back next day because I already got calls from other dealers with best quotes from truecar.com. They were not happy that I didn't make a security deposit. I think as a customer I have right to negotiate the price and do some research before buying the car. The only reason I went to this dealer is because he is local to my town, Easton, PA.The next day I went to some other dealer who followed up with me on truecar.com price. But I didn't like the color of the Honda CR-V they had. So, I called up Phillipsburg Honda dealer again and told them that the other dealer gave me a better price than they offered me a day ago but the only reason I didn't buy the car from them is because I didn't like the color. After some negotiations we came to an agreement on price over the phone. I decided to go and buy the black Honda CR-V at Phillipsburg Honda. I actually had the cash amount in full and I also prepared the check. But when I went to see them, they changed the price and also I felt like they were very rude to me. When I first met these people I didn't like their behaviour but they got the color and the car I want to buy. So I went to them again though I was not interested. I got really hurt with their behavior. They made me wait long and the sales person started negotiating the price again....! Some bad acting, phone calls inside the glass doors, felt like they were laughing at me.. and after sometime the sales person came back to me and told me that they can't sell the car to me for the price they quote me over the phone and told me it must have been a miscommunication over the phone. I didn't say a word and left the place immediately. I got couple of calls again from some other agents few days after and also today asking me about my experience at the Easton-Phillipsburg Honda dealership. I think it was trick to get the customers back to their store. Not exactly sure why they called me again..I was really surprised and disappointed. I have no idea why this dealer have some good reviews online and I think they are doing business for years in this area. I actually bought new cars immediately after I left their place and I am glad that my money didn't go to Phillipsburg - Easton Honda dealer. I prefer paying some extra money to decent people than to people who doesn't know how to behave with the customers. I will never refer anybody to these people. Their management must take action now and train their people on how to deal with customers.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Honda Accord. Our salesman, Frank Renna, was very knowledgeable worked with us on the pricing and trade in value of our Honda Civic and we left very satisfied with the value we received for our price. Frank has a 'hobby' of taking a photo of himself and his satisfied customers, and having our picture taken with Frank and our old/new vehicles was a fun way to wrap things up.

Frank Renna is a terrific salesman. Doris and Ed are also great. Frank listened to us and couldn't do enough for us. Frank and Doris especially addressed our concerns when on the day we took possesion of our 2012 Civic-- Consumer Reports announced that they could no longer recommend the Civic because of problems they saw with the braking/ride/and interior quality. We subscribe to CR and used their reviews in our efforts to replace our '98 Accord with 340000 miles on the odometer. So the news which broke that night on TV shocked us because we had decided to stay with Honda after a long and tiring search for a new car. The forecast now for the 2012 Honda Civic will be low scores on the three above categories in the future. But we believe in Frank and Doris and Ed-- that the dealership will be there for us as time goes by. We keep our cars in good shape. Besides the '98 Accord which we let go because of a worn out steering rack and a busted ball joint-- we still have our '91 Civic hatchback with 170000 miles and which we bought at P'burg-Easton Honda. So we thank very much Frank and Doris for the reassurances in the last couple of weeks.

They helped me through the whole process easily and after a tour of the facility I will be taking my beautiful CRV back there for routine service. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The sales person was pleasant, not pushy. I was able to feel out the car to my liking. The sales process was quick and easy, the best I've had to date. There was no haggle on the price, I made an offer and it was accepted. The finance manager was able to come back with an surprisingly nice rate on the first try and we closed on the vehicle inside of an hour.The service team is friendly and helpful and when they didn't have the equipment to fully diagnose my Lincoln they sent it to a Lincoln dealership instead of ignoring the issue. 5 stars across the board!

Dave Schrader is a friendly, likable, honest, down to earth salesman. He took pains to listen to what we had to say , and helped us to get the kind of car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. It's rare to find a salesman that is such a pleasure to deal with. The dealership has a great atmosphere. It's clean and bright, and the people are cheery, courteous and helpful. On June 20, 2011 I purchased my second pre-owned Accord from P/E Honda. When I first walked onto the lot a week prior to my purchase, I had an idea but was not sure of what I wanted and I made that clear to Yury who greeted me. Yury was extremely patient in sorting out my options and was gracious when I left to pursue/research other makes of car, values, etc. In the days following, I called and visited other dealerships and was not impressed with the customer service level at most of them so I went back to P/E Honda. During subsequent visits, I always received friendly reception and patience from Yury as well as Frank who entered the picture on my third visit. Frank became my go-to person and I took up a great deal of his time sorting out a deal that I was comfortable with. Shane was also instrumental in making this deal happen when I was unhappy with the loan rate I was offered. Shane worked to get a rate that I found more acceptable as I was not going to buy at the initial rate. Even after all of this, I changed my mind about the car that I wanted to buy and both Frank and Shane made it happen. Yury, Frank and Shane took the time to answer every question (and I had Many) until I was satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. I always recommend to any buyer to do your research thoroughly, however, I believe this dealership has integrity where many do not. Several weeks ago I visited Phillipsburg-Easton Honda as I was considering purchasing a new Honda Civic. I spoke with Frank Renna who was extremely helpful and spent quite a bit of time with me even though he knew I was not committed to buying a car that day. I returned a few days later with my son and as Frank was busy with another customer we spoke to a different salesman. He showed us a new 2011 Honda Accord that I loved, but we were unable to make a deal. We left and shortly thereafter Frank called and told me he had a used Civic I might be interested in. My son and I returned to look at that and although it was a nice car I could not get the Accord out of my mind. Frank tried everything he could to make it possible for me to purchase that vehicle and did a fantastic job. I left with the Accord that night. Frank was extremely helpful, courteous and most of all patient with us. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone, especially Frank and Shane who worked out the financial details.

I had a very positive experiance buying from this dealership.Recently on April 30, 2011, my wife and I went to Phillipsburg Easton Honda to purchase two used vehicles. We went with a fixed loan amount from our credit union, and that was the limit we had to work with. Our sales person, Dave Schrader, worked with us every step of the way keeping in mind the amount we had to spend and what type of vehicles we were looking to get.Bottom Line: I don't think I can adequately explain how nice and refreshing it is to work with an individual who is so knowlwedgable and professional, yet considerate, positive, has a good sense of humor and is a genuinly very nice person. This is significant because my wife and I are so wary of sales people due to many being pushy and won't take no for an answer. Frank Renna of the sales team was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I traveled 45 minutes just to come to this dealership and it was well worth the trip. It was a no hassle sales process dealing with Frank. Prior to going to the dealership I did research on the Honda Pilot that I was interested in and knew what I wanted out of the deal. We went looking to lease a new sedan after also looking at Subarus, Hyundais, and Toyotas. Tshis dealership was offering pretty good lease deals reportedly as part of their Memorial Day event. We ended up leasing a 2011 Accord LX. Frank Renna was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and patient with us. Ultimately we spent a little more than we would have for a Corolla or an Elantra but think we got a much nicer car. Their deal was also better than I could have gotten from another Honda dealership in Pa. I would recommend this dealership. They seem to have a good inventory and come in a little better price-wise than other Honda dealerships.

This Honda dealership allowed me to experience all different models of the CRV's Showed me the used and new, while accepting my price range. They even priced out my car insurance with a new vs. a used car. I went to others but bought from Phillipsburg Easton Honda because the staff went above and beyond. They listened,answered all my automotive questions, and better yet they carry accessories so you don't have to try and make the floor mats fit later. They were very friendly, not pushy and I absolutely will not buy from any other car dealer. This was my second purchase from Phillipsburg Easton Honda, but it won't be my last I can assure you of that.

Looks like this is a standard story over at PE Honda. Agreed upon price on the phone and was told "Come in tomorrow at 9:00 AM to sign the paperwork" The next day Tom Cleary was busy, and another salesman was given the job to write me up. Of course the price was higher! I left the dealership.

My mother bought a Honda in 2009 and we were happy with the dealership. She just recently had a car accident and her Honda was totaled and needed a new car. She wanted to keep her payments down so we did some research on four different makes and models of cars and wound up back at the Honda dealer and she bought the same car she had before. The whole experience was so friendly and smooth and she got her payments down even more than before. My husband and I are loyal GMC customers for the past 10 years but we have not been happy with the customer service lately and I was so impressed with how we were treated at Honda we decided to look into a new Pilot for ourselves. Not only did I fall in love with the Pilot but also with the staff, we got such a good price for our trade in, and such a good rate I was so impressed. Ed from finance went above and beyond for me with my loan I was so sure I could not get a good rate or payment but he did everything in his power to make sure I got what I needed and I was very impressed with him!! Thanks Ed, it meant alot to me. Doris and Patty from internet sales are two of the most wonderful ladies you will ever meet and are very genuine people that don't "forget" who you are after the sale is done. My salesman Frank Renna is very customer oriented and really listens to what you have to say, no pressure at all. He knows his job and does it very well, we feel like we have an instant "Honda Family". The staff I dealt with at the dealership is definately a real assett to the Honda name!! Thanks so much everyone....we are now loyal Honda customers, you guys are the best :)

Salesman was way to pushy in that he wanted me to purchase on the spot when he was told in advance that I was just looking and not yet prepared to buy. He also claimed that the car he was trying to sell me was a "demo" when in was reality, it a used car that had 25,ooo miles and was way overpriced. Never again!!

Went to the dealership after working with Doris (internet sales). She said she would not be there when I got to the dealership, and referred me to Patty. When I got there, Wade greated me, and said that Patty was busy. He also said that the dealership is below sales by 40 vehicles, and the reason was that their lot was being paved and they lost business because of it. I knew the car I wanted, and had an idea of the price. I also had a trade-in, and also had an idea of how much I wanted. I was not happy with the price, so asked to see the invoice of the new car. Said he did not have access to it, nor did the manager. We went back and forth, and was offered $5,000 for my trade-in. Was not happy with that, so he went back to the manager, and offered $6,000 - amazing! However, I was still not happy with the price of the new car - made another offer - he came back with a counter-offer and $1,000 less for my trade-in. I was floored! I felt I was being taken advantage of, and felt like I was dealing with the banker on Deal or No Deal! He said that the manager may change his mind if I would be interested in the CRV-EX-L that they had on the lot. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he said that I should not waste his time. I couldn't believe what I heard. I got up, and told him "Sorry to have wasted your time" and left. I passed Patty on the way out, and told her I was out of here and told her what Wade had said. I was shaking when I got into my car. I had wasted 2 hours of my time, and then on top of that was told that I was wasting his time. I sent an e-mail to Doris (a total of 2 sentences), and received a response saying that she was surpised to hear that I had a problem with Wade, and that she would speak to him. I never received a call/e-mail, nothing! I called her the next day, and to again express my disappointment. She listened, thanked me for calling, and that was it! I took my business to Princeton Honda, who I highly recommend. I was given $6,500 for my trade-in, and got the best price for the CR-V. DO NOT do business with Phillipsburg-Easton Honda - you are wasting your time if you do.

I applied for a pre-approved loan through USAA and was quickly approved. So on Tuesday (March 9, 2010), with a blank check in hand, I went car shopping. I found a nice, loaded, 2004 Chevy Malibu LT, at Phillipsburg-Easton Honda in Phillipsburg, NJ, and I decided that would the the car I would buy.When I sat down to to the paperwork I was informed that "someone else saw wanted the car earlier that day but the deal fell through." I signed the purchase agreement and filled out the check from my bank for the price of the car and thought I had just bought a car.They told me that since it was an electronic check I would have to wait a few days for the money to clear their account and they would call me when I could come pick up the car. The dealer filled out the necessary forms, faxed them to USAA, and the loan was finalized against the VIN of the Malibu.Fast forward to Friday March 13... I received a call from my salesman who told me there was a "problem" with the sale. Apparently the person who looked at the car earlier that day was "awaiting financing" but had a deposit on the car. I've sold cars in the past, and I know when someone puts a deposit on a car 9 times out of 10 they are going to buy it. She got wind that "her" car had been sold out from under her and she threatened to sue the dealer.My salesman asked if I could "wait a few days" to take delivery of the Malibu, to which I said "no." His response was "you don't have a choice."So here I am, with a purchase agreement in one hand and a loan (which is accruing interest) in the other, but no car in the parking lot. The used car manager at the dealership said he will call me tomorrow to tell me if the car is mine or not.The used car manager said it was an "honest mistake" that they sold me the car and "it shouldn't have happened." They knew from the beginning that there was a deposit on the car, but yet still sold me the car, they took my check, they filled out the forms, they faxed the forms, and they accepted USAA's money for the car.USAA's representatives told me that legally the car is mine since I have a loan that the dealer processed with the VIN from the Malibu. If for some reason thee car is sold to the other person and not me then the only way to cancel the loan is to have the dealer send a payoff to USAA and close the loan (which will still show up as a loan on my credit report), then I will have to re-apply for a loan to buy another car.

Negotiated an Out The Door Price for Ridgeline and signed contract. Raised the prices 2 times afterwards due to titling fees. I paid once and refused the second. I have been waiting a month for floor mats, never returned calls as promised. Poor customer service. Great truck, just find another dealer.

Brought in my minivan for AC issues. Told that nothing was wrong. After my wife insisted there was, they found two leaks and replaced the hoses. Picked up the car three days later after hrs, to only have to bring it back. AC when brought it in was working, but not really cold. Got it back and it was blowing out heat and gave us an empty tank. The sales manager apologized and we demanded a loaner to get it fixed, which they did give us.Service department and basically told me the issues we had with the car were made up by my wife.Lease is up in December and won't be using Pburg Honda when shopping.They have since fixed the unit claiming it was a defective part from the factory and apologized for the problem.

This dealership is awful! There is always the expectation that you get ripped off buying from a dealer and I totally expect that except they take it to a new level. I bought a pre-owned vehicle where they showed me some bogus carfax report that said the vehicle was never in a car accident. I trust them (stupid I know) and find out later from my mechanic that the vehicle was in an accident and you could tell by looking at it from underneath. When I asked why they didn't catch this during their 100 point inspection or whatever it was they could not give me a very good answer however they did admit it looked like the car was in an accident.So where I admit that part of this purchase was my own fault I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer, at least not a used one.On a positive note I do think that their service staff is very good - both knowledgeable and curteous.

After a visit and with test drive , recieved an offer over the phone that evening. Next morning when contacting dealership was told the deal was off. Reason, dealership had met thier monthly quota. Tried to resolve, but recieved an apology. Not even from the sales person who took back the deal. Would not recommmend this dealership to anyone and made a case complaint to Honda headquarters.
