Philmark Motors was professional, polite and respectful.They followed through on all of my concerns, and delivered me a clean, beautiful vehicle.They had a repair person meet me half way to take car of a few minor issues i noticed when purchasing my vehicle.Since i am several miles away, this was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful experience when purchasing my car at Philmark Motorcars. My salesman, Kevin Gentry and all the rest of the Philmark team worked so hard to make me feel comfortable, and to accommodate me. They were continually professional, patient and upbeat. I was even served snacks while I waited. I got there Saturday afternoon and a few hours later I was driving away in a beautiful SLK300 convertible!! I highly recommend Philmark for all your car needs!

The "team" at Philmark Motors are wonderful! From the moment I stepped on the premises I was greeted by a gentleman and asked if he could assist me. I kindly declined and stated I'm looking for Kevin Gentry, I was escorted into the office and Kevin was identified but was very busy. I was invited to sit down at another salesperson desk as I wait for Kevin and this gentleman was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I immediately knew, I've come to the right dealership. Unaware, that I was conversing with the owner, Phil... I now understand why each Team member provides the best customer service and genuinely care about their customers, it's who they are. Customer service is a priority to me and the team at Philmark thus far has totally impressed me and has ensured my confidence that there are some sale reps who sincerely care for others and is willing to stretch to get the deal complete without burdening the customer. I've witness this behavior with every customer being serviced. Kevin Gentry was absolutely amazing!!! I explained my situation to him by phone and he assured me that I would get financing and it would be a reliable and newer vehicle. Even when I felt discouraged about the loan process , Kevin remained positive! He truly cares and asked Andres the finance manager for assistance. Wow! Is all I can say, Andres made it happen! I am extremely satisfied with my loan, my vehicle and my new family "Philmark Motors". I cannot see myself working with any other dealership in the future. I am a very satisfied customer and I thank you Philmark Motors!!!

The experience was a great one, they remembered us and we felt like family. This time we worked with Tyrell and he is a great young salesman with a very bright future ahead of him. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The entire team is a pleasure to work with (Andres, Leslie, Kevin, and Mr. Phil himself). We are happy with both of our purchases and when we're ready to purchase again, we'll go back to Philmark Motorcars where they give great customer service and make you feel like family!

My credit was so bad, I didn't think I would ever get approved for a loan. I contacted Philmark just as a shot in the dark. I was answered by Tyrell who explained to me that they are experts in finding good people good cars. He asked me to come in for a test drive to be sure that I would actually like the car I was looking for, which was smart. I loved the car "the red beast" as Tyrell called it. A 2011 Mini Cooper S. Tyrell let me take the car on a test drive and he explained a lot of the features of the car to me while on the road. I told them that I would have the deposit money the next day and gave them a small deposit to hold the car for me. The next day, I had been dealing with Tyrell and his finance manager Andres. This man is a loan finding genius. I was actually in the office listening to him fight for a loan for me. It was impressive and very nice to hear. After a little while, he had made a loan work and I was able to buy my vehicle. Still not sure how he got it done but he did. Tyrell took care of the temp tags and all the paperwork and I was driving home in the "red beast" before I knew it. Also not to be forgot in the process was Lindsey(I apologize if thats not right) who is not only the most capable in the office but also gorgeous. I would highly recommend this dealership if you have bad credit, or even if you have great credit. Tyrell and Andres and great at what they do.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Philmark motor cars. My experience was nothing short of outstanding. The entire crew was courteous and extremely professional. During my test drive, I was not sure of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Though the SUV I test drove was very clean, like new and handled superbly, I was not sure. I addressed my wishes to Phil the sales manager. He wrote down my information and my desires in a particular car. He told me to allow him two days to locate the car of my choice. Two days later, he found the specific vehicle. 2008 S550 Mercedes Benz with low mileage, clean like new. I am very pleased with the business transaction with Philmark motors. I just purchased the 07' TL Type-S from Philmark Motor Cars and it was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. I've walked into other dealerships where they kinda ignore you, but this place is completely different, everyone is down to earth, they make the experience fun and they know cars. This place is super customer oriented. Not to mention the effort they put in when trying to get a deal thats best for you. I was working with John Carlson and I am a first time buyer, he was able to get me approved at a very very decent rate through a big bank. These people are respectful, fun and I would definitely recommend anyone who is trying to buy a car to this place. Five Stars hands down!!!!! And Two Thumbs Up.

10/25/2013 I purchased a 06 Malibu fully loaded & from the door Sam (Salesman) was nothing but pleasant and more thing willing to make sure I was not only happy with the car but I was satisfied with the deal. After a few hours I left and came back to sit & talk with the owner Phil who was as sharp as he looked :-). He brought the car down a significant amount from original price and helped provide me with insurance for the vehicle. I was so happy after signing those paper i didnt know what to do. My vehicle left the lot with a oil change, a nice wax, full tank of gas, & and hug from Phil and team welcoming to the Philmark Family. :-):-):-) I am very pleased with their customer service and certainly will be recommending to friends/family.

I just want to say that over the years I have bought many vehicles and this was the first time that everything went to easy and fast. When I got there a sales rep by the name Sam came a greated me and I told him that I wanted to test drive the 2005 Murano and I said to Sam what do you need from me and he said just your license. I told him that I had another dealership that I needed to go to> Sam said "you won't need to go there because you will be leaving here with this vehicle." I thought "Wow" alright I liked his positive additude. Well the rest is history. The Murano I had been looking at for awhile and just wasn't sure if I would get it but everyone there made everything so easy and they were so very nice and kept apologize for taking so long and I had to tell them that I was fine now mind you I had three grandchildren and my daughter.The children were so well behaved that one of the sales rep gave each of them some money and told them to get something nice for them because they were so well behaved. I can't say eough about how fast the time was spent there I would go back again and tell anyone who was looking for a nice highend vehicle PhilMark Motorcars is the place to go. I manage a hotel about a 5 minute drive from this location in Camp Springs, Maryland. I was out on a sales call one day and saw the dealership. I decided to stop in and was greeted by Sam who was very kind and friendly. I had a seen a Buick LaCrosse that I was interested in but did not have the down payment at that time. The following day the car was sold. But Sam assured me that they would have other vehicles that would suit me. And he urged me to stay in touch. There is a Sheehy Ford dealership very close to my hotel. I decided to stop in there to see about a used vehicle. I did purchase a Honda Accord but decided to exercise my right to bring it back within 72 hours. From that point forward, everyone at Sheehy Ford treated me like a leper. No one was ultimately able to help me possibly find another vehicle, not even the General Manager or District Manager. Finally I returned the vehicle, I was disgusted. One thing I know in 37 years of the hotel business is excellence in customer service. Sheey Ford has none. I contacted Sam and he asked how I was and urged me to go on line and look at the used car inventory. I stopped in a few days ago with my $500.00 downpayment from Sheehy Ford. I met Tarak as Sam was off that day. Tarak had a Honda but we were not able to make the financial aspect work due to my credit history. Taral took me out on the lot and I test drove a Toyota Highlander which was nice but then I saw a red 2001 Acura that I knew would be the car I would drive away and own. I worked with Tarak and the owner of the dealership, Phillip Khoury who were so kind and exhibited great customer care. Even the repair personnel there and the drivers are all outstanding representatives of a fine organization. I drove the vehicle home and brought it back for some minor repairs. I still have only 2 minor repairs to be done and parts have been ordered to have that work completed next week. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, wherever you may live, stop in and see Phillip Khoury. He will treat you like family. Now I know why that dealership has been in business so long! They do it right! I absolutely love my car and the payments are well within my price range. Shame on you Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights!

I drive by almost weekly and there are always a wide variety of late model luxury and sports cars on the lot. It seems the inventory turns over pretty quickly which I thought was a good thing. I stopped by solely on the merit of the reviews I'd read about Philmark Motorcars on cars.com and wasn't really going to purchase a vehicle but there's no way these guys are that good. Well I was wrong, Jimi and Phil are an amazing team. Not only did I purchase a car today, but the deal was better than I could have imagined. Additionally, when I had to get the kids because my wife wasn't feeling well, Jimi told me to take the Acura and take my time. Needless to say, I'm more than satisfied with my purchase and the experience as a whole couldn't have been better. Jimi is the MAN! and Phil is top notch!!!

I have driven by this dealership for years and have always noticed the nice selection of cars, but never stopped by. A few days ago I decided to stop (the low down payment sign got my attention, plus I was in need of a car). I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jimi Carr (perfect last name eh). No pressure, no hassle, just a simple pitch -- "let me know what you need and I'll make sure we get it for you". Then I was introduced to Phil Khourey, the Consummate professional. Both Phil and Jimi were extremely patient with me as I was indecisive and unsure as to what I really wanted. I even chatted with maintenance tech (Charles). He commented on the attention to detail that the owners give to each vehicle they purchase. Something as simple as a knob on the door must be replaced before its on the lot for sale. The owners drive the cars to identify any deficiencies, which are immediately fixed. Once I decided, Phil and Jimi made it happen. Yes, I drove away in the exact car I had been looking for. I give the facilities a 5-star because the bathrooms are clean. (attention to detail).

I've been looking to purchase the Lexus RX350 for quite some time. I decided to expand my search through Cars.com and stumbled upon the Lexus RX350 I was looking for at Philmark Motorcars. It had everything I wanted, low mileage, all the bells & whistles I became accustomed to in my Lexus ES350, and a very competitive price. After 2 days of exhaustive searching, I decided on taking the next step and check out the actual Dealer. You can buy a good car anywhere, but having a great dealer makes the transaction so much better. Who wants to buy a vehicle and feel like they are getting ripped off or cheated somehow. I am a firm believer in reviews. I read each review about Philmark that was available on Cars.com and even some from other sites. The overall reviews were very good and confirmed my decision to give them a call. I sent my info to the dealership and was contacted by Sam Hawa almost immediately. He gave me more information, and we set up an appointment for me to see the car. Once I got there Sam had the vehicle front and center with keys in hand. I was able to look it over and test drive it. Sam went through the process with me and once I agreed, they were even able to call someone to give my ES350 an on the spot appraisal! Wow, I was impressed! Once Sam was finished getting all my information, I was introduced to Phil. He offered me something to drink even lunch. He thoroughly explained the process and the paperwork. He answered all my questions, and never lost interest in my business, even when there was a buyer looking at a Porsche. Sam was very friendly and Phil was very professional, they made a great team in order to provide me with such excellent service. Needless to say I got the vehicle at a GREAT price, no hassles, and more importantly no pressure. I am positive that when I look to make my next purchase, if the vehicle I am interested in is on that lot, I will definitely go back to Philmark Motorcars in Camp Springs Maryland

It was surprisingly a pleasant experience! I just stopped in to look at the Honda CRV I saw on the lot as I was passing by. I was in the market for something but wasn't sure what but the Honda was appealing and I had looked at one at a Honda dealer. I expected to look and then go to a new Honda dealer to purchase but Mr. Koury made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I went home and thought about, came back and drove out with my 2010 CRV! Best price within 75 miles for such low miles. I also got a better warranty than I was offered at the Honda dealer. Very Happy!

I've always had my heart set on a Dodge Charger, I would spend hours on the internet looking for the perfect one. One day, I came across the Dodge Charger at PhilMark motorcars and I fell in love just with the pictures. I emailed the location about specifics and Daniel was more than helpful in answering my questions. I decided to take a trip out to Maryland, although I am 7 hours away in Ohio and it was worth it. When we first first pulled up, we were greeted by Sam who allowed us to test drive the Charger as long as we wanted. Phil showed respect to the customer and we put together a fair trade and finance deal for both parties. He went through everything and explained the documents thoroughly. My wife and I were looking for a small SUV, specifically Audi and we found one in Philmark Motorcars advertized by Cars.com. The advertisement was short and simple but truthful. We contacted Philmark Motors and arranged an appointment. On our appointed time, a sales person who was very polite, greeted us at the door and professionally took us straight to see the vehicle and gave us the opportunity to test drive. On arrival back at the dealership, we were asked if we like it and if we had any guestions. While our application was being checked\processed, we were made comfortable. We were politely taken to the finance office where the applcation was explained to us; document by document. On closing, the vehicle that was clean, was taken for cleaning again and well polished. The gas tank was refilled. We were so amazed with their professinalism, courteousness and politeness. Thier facility was very clean as well. I will definitely recommend my friends, families and co-workers to Philmark Motorcars if they need good customer services while shopping for vehicles in excellent clean condition. Most people appreciate good customer service and more accurately stated, most people expect good customer service and oftentimes the expectations are unrealistic. However, my experience with Philmark Motorcars was nothing less than exceptional and I highly recommend this dealership.After leaving your dealership in my new car, like most others, I was enthusiastic and very well pleased and my initial intent was to immediately pen a thank you note; however, I decided to wait. The excitement generated by a new purchase, especially a major acquisition always ignites almost euphoric happiness and the following days can bring about buyer?s remorse. Human nature causes us to second guess what was previously regarded as a well thought out decision. Well, it has been a month and I can honestly report that I have not experienced one second of remorse. As a matter of fact, I am still excited about each joy ride! PhilMark Motorcars in Camp Springs, MD was exceptional in every sense. Im not a seasoned used-car buyer and was skeptical of buying used and was further considering the benefits / risks of a smaller dealer vs. a major dealer. PhilMark Motorcars put all of these concerns and thoughts to ease. I worked directly with Phil and Cedric, both were professional and easy to work with in every sense. Phil and I talked the day before we looked at the car and came to a tentative agreement. When we arrived, the car was there and in excellent shape as promised. It should be noted that we looked at 12 + cars over the course of 2 weeks and while often the dealer assured us the car was in great shape or had normal wear, the truth was there were often glaring cosmetic issues that were too hard to overlook for the asking price. Phil was very reasonable with the price and there was no haggling. We discussed for a few minutes and came to an agreement. The final offered price was well under the KBB price and as I said, the car was in excellent condition. We had the option of financing through a Credit Union or through the dealer. Phil was able to match our credit unions rate which was the lowest around (we compared rates over a 2 week period between numerous dealers and banks). And without going into too much detail, Phil went above and beyond in this area. To provide some contrast, two days earlier we were at a dealer in Leesburg, VA and were given a firm no on both a reduction in price and their 3.99 interest rate this was after the sales guy going back and forth with his manager for 45 minutes and wasting part of our afternoon. It goes without saying that its important for you to trust your dealer or anyone youre making such a significant purchase from. Within minutes, Phil established great credibility and trust. There were no gimmicks, no back and forth. He was honest, straightforward, willing to work with us and extremely easy to work with. I live in Leesburg, VA and there are dozens of dealers between me and PhilMark Motorcars. We visited Leesburg, Sterling, Tysons, Wheaton, Gaithersburg, among others. I would do business with PhilMark again in a minute. The feeling of working with an honest person and getting a good deal is what everyone wants when buying their car. Thats exactly what you get with Phil and PhilMark Motorcars.

My daughter called Philmark and spoke to Sam inquiring about a Lexus IS 250. He told her the car was still available and that I would be over to test drive the car. I drove the car and found it to be very nice. I bought the car the next day. The dealership agreed to fix any minor problems or take the car back if my mechanic finds any problems with the car. Since this is usually a quality product I expect everything to be okay.

Outstanding experience! As an African American male, it has always been a challenge for me when visiting a car lot thats loaded with expensive cars. The average salesman at most car lots I've visited, treated me as though they thought I could not afford any of their vehicles, so they usually don't even speak to me let alone ask me whether or not I need help, or whether I've been helped. I knew right away that that would not be the case, when I visited Philmark Motorcars. Right from the beginning, the people were friendly and professional, and treated me like royalty. I am one of those people who takes their time and has to think about it for several days before making a decision. I never felt like I was being rushed into a purchase decision, and they even allowed me to drive their vehicle and keep it overnight for several days (with a dealer's tag on it), while I debated whether to purchase the vehicle. this is all while I had not signed any kind of paperwork indicating that I would even be buying the vehicle. It really means a lot to me when a dealer will go above and beyond the call of duty to please the customer in order to gain the business. This is what good customer service is all about. During the buying process, I sadly lost my 92-year old grandmother. The Sales Manager expressed his condolences, and allowed me to grieve the loss without hounding me about returning their vehicle along with the dealer tag, which I kept for several days during the bereavement process. They even agreed to fix some minor problems that I noticed on the vehicle (squeaky door, missing piece of plastic on roof seal, etc.) at their expense. Again, they agreed to do all these things without having any kind of commitment of purchase from me. Therefore, I am happy and proud to recommend Philmark Motorcars as the auto dealer you definitely need to check out before making any decision on all future vehicle purchases. I ended up buying the vehicle (a used Toyota RAV4, in excellent condition, with relatively low miles). This dealer does not have the largest selection of vehicles, but the vehicles are all high quality vehicles. I can honestly say that there was not a vehicle on the lot that I would not have minded being the proud owner of. Should you decide to stop in for a visit, be sure to ask to speak to Mr. Kevin Gentry (the Sales Manager), and please let him know that it was this wonderful reference that sent you his way.

My wife and I bought a 2005 BMW 325x1 two months ago. The sales staff at the time promised to 1) buff out the milky headlight, 2) replace the mats and 3) replace some tools when the tags came in. Last week my wife called to ask where the tags were. Staff said they did not know. My wife got understandably upset and they acted ignorant. My wife called back to try to talk to the manager and got hung up on. I called on Monday this week and told Kevin, the Sales Manager, that the tags were expiring, we were owed certain things and we have not gotten them. Kevin, the Sales Manager, claimed ignorance about the tags and what was owed, but that he would look into it. I gave him our VIN and faxed him what his sales staff drew up. At some point he acknowledged that PhilMark owes us tags and the other things. I told him I could get the tags here and the other things for $400 to $500 and that I do not want to drive back and forth to PhilMark more than once because we are over 50 miles away. The next day, which was the day the tags were expiring, I understood that he had the tags and other items and that my wife should drive up there to get the tags put on and collect the other items. My wife called to confirm and she understood him to say that he did not have the other items. She told him to Overnight the tags and she called me and told me that Kevin would not be able to get it all resolved before the tags expired. Kevin had also asked me to fax back to him again the list of items, and I wrote on there that I was unhappy with PhilMark's performance - could this possibly be a surprise? Kevin called me back while I was in a meeting to tell me that he was surprised, and that my wife had been rude, and that he had only had that job for two weeks. I explained to Kevin that PhilMark had at#$^ed over my wife - how would he feel if someone took away his tags so he could not legally drive his car? Of course my wife is upset with PhilMark and it shows - don't be surprised! I explained to Kevin that he was working for an organization that apparently did not always do everything right and he had to deal with the unhappy customers that is part of that job he has. Kevin also told me that PhilMark now only honors obligations in writing on one of their "We Owe" forms. My wife called PhilMark back the next day and she says she talked to Kevin, but the person she talked to said they were not FedExing the tags, but that she should - get this - drive up there and when she is stopped and cited by the police for driving on an expired tag, Philmark would pay for it. I told her she could not have been talking to Kevin because he would have put that on a "We Owe" form. For those who don't know, it is not contractually binding for one party to pay another party to do something illegal when the other party gets caught. I'm thinking small claims court at this point - I don't see any point in trying to continue to talk to these amateurs.

Well, I gave Philmark Motorcars the review that I did, because they have great customer service. They treat everyone, and I mean everyone, with the respect they deserve no matter what. They have great deals with cars, and if you could not afford the car that you were looking at and wanted, then they would work with you to get the price down to the amount you both can work with. Also, when i was talking to the owner, Marc, he said that Philmark has alot of experience, because they opened about seventeen years ago. It is nice to know that the people/ company fixing your car has enough experience to know exactly what to do. Philmark's workers are very nice, and listen to everything you have to say about the problems with your car, and by the time your car is finished, all the problems are gone.

I purchased a 2004 BMW 545i from PhilMark Motorcars in March 2007. PhilMark advertised the car as having a BMW sports package, but the car did not have the complete BMW sports package. The car should have had the 18' sports wheel, but PhilMark switched out the tires and I ended up getting 17' wheels. When I found out I was misled, I contacted PhilMark to correct the situation. I spoke with the saleman, John Harb, as well the co-owner, Mark Khouri about the issue thinking it was simply an oversight. PhilMark was basically unresponsive and winding up telling me that I should have known better. I've currently filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Maryland State Attorney General's office. If PhilMark continues to avoid me, I will take them to claims court. PhilMark sells decent vehicles, but beware of their shady business practices.
