He was extremely professional and honest, he listened carefully, and was able to help me based on my situation.I would not only recommend the dealership,Phoenix Motors, I would recommend Kyle , as he was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional..I am very Happy...

I purchased a rare limited edition Camaro Saturday apr 2 from this dealership and I was estatic about the consistency of Fadi and his entire staff! Always a great experience CB this is my second car purchased form Phoenix motors and I'm a customer for life. Owner Fadi personally greets and talks to you to see what needs he can fulfill for you! Customer for life and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to this dealership because my moms friend told me to check them out. So when I got on there website I saw that they carried about 90 cars online, so I picked out 3 that I like and went over to there lot. When I got there everyone was very friendly with me and after I told them who sent me we all started joking and laughing together. My point is that I was comfortable with the atmosphere. so I test drove the Nissan Maxima that I came to buy and it ran out great I love this car and very grateful that I bought it from Phoenix Motors! Thanks a lot team Phoenix for all the help and selling me the car that I love !

After a long day of car shopping and countless dealerships telling me they could not get me financed due to my credit I stopped by here on my way home for one last try. I went in and spoke with a salesman to explain my situation and we went through the approval process. I wasn't approved for the vehicle that I wanted so I left. The following day I received a phone call from him and he told me that he was still working on my application and that if I was willing to switch vehicles I could get approved. I came back to the lot to see my options and ended up driving off in my new car. I am very thankful for all the time and dedication that the salesman gave me to make sure I was a happy customer.

After calling the dealership, we decided to make a 2.5 hour drive to see a car on their lot. We were told over the phone that what we saw online was exactly how the car was in person and there would be no surprises. The pictures made the car look very nice. However, when we finally arrived we saw that the car had lots of nicks in the paint and a large scuff. There was also a dent in the door. The interior was not very nice; it actually had rip in it. The a/c did not work properly. These are understandable flaws in a used car, we just wish they had been upfront about them. The gentleman who helped us was very nice, but this did not make up for our wasted trip.

I found a very well priced used Saab after months of looking for a car within my budget given the modest insurance payment for the car I lost. The staff are informed, helpful, thorough and utterly honest. The cars they have are good, solid cars. I wish them the best in their business endeavor and hope many more clients find them as I know they will be well served.
