This place is an absolute joke I went in to look at a truck for my new business I pointed out the bolts in the tires and a couple other things and was told it would be sent to their service department and have the issue resolved but I needed to leave a 1500 dollar deposit I've tried to contact the sales lady but keep getting someone will call you back shortly so 155 miles and 1500 dollars and almost a week later still nothing this place is the worst I've ever had to deal with I wouldn't advise anyone to go here

I agree with this post I wish i could give them 0 stars. They sell secound hand garbage for high end prices. All of there mechanics are drunk and drink on the the job daily. The lady who shows cars or trucks to customers from the show room to the shop is supposed to have a blow machine in order to drive but she drives drunk without it with customers in her car wasted. This place is the impediment of unprofessional. They should be embarrassed.

I had recently purchased a Ford F350 CrewCab Lariat. My dealer was professional very friendly. When I was driving the truck, the check engine light went off, and when I informed the dealer the problem was quickly fixed. I drove home close to 100 miles without any more issues.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS. These guys are the worst. They're the nicest people in the world until they have your money. DON'T BE FOOLED !! First, the truck I bought broke down almost immediately after I bought it. They claimed it was my fault for driving it that way. Then they screwed up my paperwork by putting the wrong VIN number on the loan form. Drove down there twice and they still couldn't get it right.They eventually fixed it and gave me a temporary plate. They said they'd have the registration in "plenty of time" When I called to finally get the registration they kept saying "we've got plenty of time" "Don't worry" They even lied and said "Don't worry, if we don't get it done in time we'll just get you another temporary plate for another 30 days. This was a LIE !!This truck was used as a Limo and I explained to them that I cannot wait until the last minute. On the last day when I needed the registration I called and said I needed it today. Pete the manager said "I don't know what to tell you. Don't drive the truck" and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!. When I called back I was threatened by Mike. Who said "Yeah we know you" Come on down here you Mother'fer. And threatened me some more before hanging up on me also. THE WORST EXPERIENCE i HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY SALESMAN IN MY LIFE!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!

I was looking for an F350. This dealer has about 75 trucks. My salesperson, Aron, was professional and patient. He showed me several vehicles, and one of the trucks had some minor issues during the test drive. They have several professional diesel mechanics who took care of the issues on site. I ended up driving home with no problems at all. I am very happy with my experience here, and would buy from them again. I recommended it to my friends and family, and would recommend it to any prospective truck buyers.

Price was right. Truck was sold as is where is. All good. Now getting a title. .that was another story. The associate filled out the paperwork wrong. Okay, fix it. Didn't happen. When trying to have a person give me the reason for the title not being mailed out to me, all I received was negative comments. No way will I deal with this company again.

This place is a joke, Aaron was my salesman told me everything would be working when I got the truck and now I am getting a song and a dance. Less then 48 hours after I bought the truck I had to have it towed back there. Conveniently when I was signing the documents the interest rate was 5% higher then originally quoted and the price was listed as $2000.00 above what was agreed upon. Looking at the place when I got there I should have never went in. How can you advertise a truck listing options that don't work?

This place is the biggest joke in the world! Three weeks ago my husband bought a truck from them, we got an approval from the bank, submitted all of his pay stubs to them which then led to the approval. Well two days ago we get a phone call saying how it isn't going through, and income isn't matching up, which isn't the case at all. The owner then harasses my husband and tells him what a liar and game player he is. The only place that is playing games is Phoenix truxxs! We are now dealing with a lawyer because of these people. This dealership is a joke!

Bought a 2004 Ford Excursion on 4/8/16 and as of today 5/8/16 I still haven't received a title. The temp tags expired on 4/28. Called two weeks ago and the title clerk said my title was mailed. Called again last week left a message with no call back. Now seeking legal advice. The vehicle will not pass state inspection until a lil over $1100 is spent on brakes and steering. Buyer beware.

The salesman was very nice and helpful in attaining the truck I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy and answered all of my questions. I just purchased a 2008 F-350 Super Cab. I needed a truck that had a decent visible appearance, and one that I didn't have to worry about. When I got there on a Saturday, it was real busy but I was greeted with professionalism upon arrival. I already knew what I wanted to look at, as their inventory online is easy to browse. I took the truck for a ride. It was solid and suited my needs. The mechanics in the back checked out truck before I even finished the deal! I was approved and on my way home with the truck in the matter of hours. After reading some of these reviews, I noticed that they pertain to an old Mitsubshi Dealership that was at the same location. All-Star is no longer there. I had an excellent experience with the dealership and would recommend them.

These people are terrible they will literally try to play every scam in the book to fraud you. Check what your signing and bring a mechanic to check your purchase! If you end up having a problem they are the worst in customer service and they hate to lose; theres a hot heated guy there and it would be a miracle to catch him on a good day. Would not recommend evere! Tengan cuidado que si no hablan ingles y no leen los papeles pueden salir perdiendo mucho dinero. No dejen que los presuren a comprar!

This dealership financed me a vehicle without a title now after thousands in work because the engine blew up the finance company wants to repo the truck. Save the time and hassle do not get a vehicle here save yourself time and a lot of money in repairs and lawyer fees.

Saw the vehicle online and it looked good so I send the online application an hour later I recived a call if I'm not mistaken his name was Mike he asked me a few questions told me about the vehicle and then send me more pictures of the interior the guy was very honest and told me about the dent in the back. He got me accepted, went the next day I spend a few hours but it was worth it the truck was Great and the people were very nice. Thanks again phoenix truxx

first off i never right a reveiw let alone a bad one.let me begin i was very interested in an 06 black f350 dully they had on their lot. looked at pics of it on their website it had high miles but its a deisel so wasnt to scared was going to do a full walk thru but my bank insisted on a buyers agreement since that is who i was going thru. FIRST major complaint is we had reached an agreement over the phone and the sent the buyers order which i need exact $ amount on they were off by $82.00. asked them multiple times to fix it and nothing. didnt help that romeo the sales guy was so hard to understand let alone compleatly in the dark on what i was trying to get accross even tho i tried to enlighten him multiple times. so i tried their manager thinking this will get me somewhere WRONG. peter their GM flat out told me he wasnt going to re write a buyers order so i could get it to my bank. really? already approved for more then what they wanted for the truck but couldnt get me the right info? so after i cool down because by this time i was beyond mad i called back and still wouldnt get me a correct buyers agreement. and sudenly their was a guy on the lot with $2000.00 in cash for a down payment on that same truck? really idk if they thought that i was born that morning. anyway dont deal with these guys after seeing what i went thru i found the above reveiws very beliveable. the part that really got me was the fact that they wanted a deposit they said to show i was really going to come and get the truck which if im asking for a buyers agreement you would think as long as the truck wasnt complete crap i would have bought it PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

called about two vehicles to come look at. told them i was 2.5 hours away and i am looking to definitely wanting to bring a truck home. i asked about the condition of BOTH vehicles and was told on one the bod had very light scratches and only a few small dime size dings. the other i was told it was immaculate, so i said ok im going to come now. i drive 2.5 hours and get there and start looking at one of the trucks i wanted to see and it was absolutely the biggest pile of crap. it had so many scratches and dent you couldn't even tell up close what color it was supposed to be so i said ok lets start it and let it run so i can see how it runs. maybe looks can be deceiving. it was 70 degrees out so it being diesel it shouldn't have a problem starting. just in case i went through two glowplug cycles.it started halfway decent was expecting it to start better. popped the hood had zero anti freeze in it, trans fluid was awful burnt smell and oil was sludgy. told him i want nothing to do with this truck can i see the other. was told no because they just got it and hasn't been inspected by their mechanic... asked why i was told it was immaculate but hasn't even been looked at... then the manager tried to sell me a truck for over 30k with over 150000 miles.. it had the worse blow-by iv have ever seen out of a truck. never again will i go to this dealer and i advise anyone who thinks about it to think again. it was the biggest waste of time.

I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale. Called them up and made an appointment. Spoke with 3 people before I headed over there to make sure the car was ready and still available. They told me to come down here, the car is great. When I got there, I was greeted by Michelle. She seemed extremely nervous for some reason. I could already tell they have a problem with the car.She gave me a whole story about how the vehicle is on a lift and its getting a new engine so I can't see it. I spoke to the general manager and this guy was no help. If you don't want to do your job, might as well stay home. I drove an hour and a half to get there. I'm not sure if these guys are here to sell cars or just to waste people's time and gas.

I was looking for a used car specifically an evo in immaculate condition. what you see is not always what you get. i found the car on autotrader which said certified all over it. i still have the pics. I drove from maryland to look at the car and the price was decent. When i got there to test drive it of course everything looked too good to be true. the exterior was clean the cleaned the interior and even cleaned up the engine bay. now when i test drove the car, it felt a little stiff. after getting back and looking at the paper work another 2k was added on the invoice for these so called DESTINATION CHARGES. I asked what was this about, they said oh this is for the cleanup of the car changing of the brakes to brand new ones changing of the drive belts all the fluids filters alignment tires etc. (THE CAR BARELY PASSED MD STATE INSPECTION AS THE BRAKES AND ROTORS WERE WORN!!!) After signing the paper work i get in the car and try to adjust the mirrors. the passenger side mirror was not working. they say hey no problem its under warranty we will take care of it. this was end of november, its now aug 2012 i still dont have my mirror. Called several times to find out about my mirror and no one could trace it. finally today they found it and after alot of holding and arguing they agreed to ship. IT GETS WORSE! The car was used with 51k on the odo and it broke down with 54,100 back in january. catastrophic failure. the oil pump locked up and snapped a connecting rod and blew 2 wholes in the block. ALL of which i have pics of. called them about the 3000 mile warranty that they offer and they said your out of warranty by 100 miles!!! I said to them i had to drive to their dealer ship 3xs after the purchase to finalize the paper work and so forth and there is where the 100+ miles was attained. they did NOTHING to help. the car was still in manufacturers warranty and they said i can take it to any mitsubishi dealer for repair. THEY DIDNT EVEN TRANSFER THE EXISTING WARRANTY OUT OF THE PREVIOUS OWNERS NAME TO MY NAME. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE DEALER DENIED THE WARRANTY CLAIM SINCE I WASNT THE WARRANTY HOLDER AND THAT THE CAR HAD AFTERMARKET PARTS THAT I PURCHASED THE CAR WITH NOT KNOWING IT WAS EVEN MODIFIED!!!!!!! Im talking to my lawers now for a plan of action towards these guys. This has been an absolute nightmare as I am now 7k out of pocket for a new 4b11t Motor that failed. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEY LOOK NICE OF COURSE BUT THEY SELL YOU JUNK CHARGE EXTRA FOR STUFF THAT THEY DONT REALLY DO AND THEN MAKE YOU FEEL THE BURN FOR IT.

I had come in to look at an advertised used vehicle and Priscilla Robinson helped me find a new 2012 Outlander Sport, allowing me to upgrade from a used to a new purchase. I am much happier and glad I did not make the other purchase.I had never considered a Mitsubishi Outlander as a choice, nor even considered Mitsubishi as a form of transportation, and I am very happy I stopped in. Priscilla took me out of my old vehicle, and put me in a newer one with more features for less monthly payments than I was paying on my older model.All the members at your establishment were a pleasure to talk with and everyone really worked with the customer to ensure they were getting the best deal possible. I have been too many car dealers over the years, and I can honestly state that the others can learn a few things from All-Star Mitsubishi. There were no hidden figures, misleading questions or juggling of prices. Everything was up front, and in the end, not only did the numbers add up, but all requests were honored exactly as promised!The entire staff from the managers, sales, service and parts was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Even when it came to signing the papers in your finance department, I was a little apprehensive, but Rosario put me at ease. The whole process was terrific.If I am ever in the market for another automobile I will definitely come back, and recommend you to anyone looking for another vehicle. This dealership is greatat before the sale customer service,but after the sale is a whole different story.They have many draw backs like wondering how many collection calls will you get on your trade in before they pay it off,promising things and then giving many reasons why it was not promised or excuses of why you dont meet the criteria.Over all I truly believe the is adearlership that is well trained in sales but not in ethics.

I recently sold my 20007 Outlander to the dealer on 6/15/12.And I had a broken driver side strut,tyson offered me 10,400.I still have not received my check as of 7/7/12.I am not happy about why I did not receive my money.It turn's out they miss-placed the check,Why? I did receive a call on 7/5/12 that I should get it today.When I called 7/6/12 and said I did not receive it,that's when I was told it was sent via fed-x.So when they asked for my correct address,they forgot to ad in the Apt # I have not any real response or an any kind of reason why it took so long.After all they have my outlander for over 3 weeks. I don't know how this dealer got any good reviews for good customer service at this point in time.I'm stressed out by all this and not a happy x customer.I checked both owner's name's as I'm not too sure who I saw that day.

Went to All Star to look into buying a Used SUV, having received a sales flyer in the mail. I understand the flew in all these sales people to move the cars, and while they were pleasant, they didn't really try to even sell any of the vehicles. They were more concerned about filling out all this paperwork, including a lot of personal information, and getting me to commit to purchasing a car before I even looked at one! Then I insisted at looking at the lot, and was shown 2 SUVs, and the salesperson didn't say much of anything about the vehicles - including the price! Everytime I asked how much they wanted for the cars, I got a run-around, and very high ball-park price on one of the vehicles, and a push to get me to commit. It felt like a such a scam, and at one point I was told they can't give me any numbers because "the Chicago office does not think I'm a committed buyer." I was very offended, and by the end, my husband's patience ran out and we left. The next day, we went to Oasis Chevrolet and bought a car. It was a night & day experience. It was a nice atmosphere, got to see all of their targeted vehicles, discussed everything up front - including the pricing, the salespeople were respectful and knowledgable. We felt like we got a very good deal, on an even better & newer SUV. I am now a new loyal customer.

It all started when I applied for a loan on-line. I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Harry. Harry told me to come down, I was a little suspect (who wouldn't be it's a car dealership), but I went anyway. He introduced my to the Queen, and I must say that I was blown away. I walked in with a certain mind set, but the friendliness that she exhibited was mind blowing. I explained to her my situation, and she definitely took care of me, just as if I were a member of her family. We talked, and by the end of the day, she and her team were able to secure me a loan, and I drove off with the car that day. I had to come back to sign more papers and to finalize the deal, and again, she was nothing short of fantastic. I am grateful to the Queen, and the other employees that worked hard to get me out of my "gas guzzler" and into a more fuel efficient car. That same day, I explained to her that I forgot a few items in the old car. Now she could have been nasty and not allow me to retrieve the items that I left behind, but instead she called someone from the service department, and allowed me to retrieve the items. I must say that Mike and Mike were awesome. For some reason, the keys could not be located and Mike and Mike tried their hardest to assist me in retrieving my abandoned items. They assisted me for about 25 mins, and still we could not get the doors, open, so I just said forget it. But they continued to work, and after another 10-15 mins, they stopped. I received a call from the Queen today, and she explained that they retrieved the items I left behind, and that it would be mailed to me. I am grateful for the way that the staff went out of its way to assist me in every aspect when purchasing a car. If you guys/lovely lady are reading this, I thank you, and if I know someone that is looking to purchase a car, you're the first person I am calling, and pointing them in your direction.

I have visited All Star before and had many positive experiences. However this time I came to look at a Lancer Ralliart for myself. One salesman, Danny Ventura, came up to me and introduced himself. He came on way too strong, and asked me if there was any way he could get me to drive home in a car today before I have even seen the car itself! Once we got inside I told him about my intentions to shop around and look at some cars before making a decision and he told me, "That's weird, who shops around for cars?" Then, once he found that the current used Lancer Ralliarts were out of my price range (which I had informed him was very flexible) he was adamantly against my requests to see the car and seemed to want me out of there. I did get to sit in the car, and turn it on, but not much else. He refused to let me drive it, although at the same dealer several months earlier, another salesman let me drive an Evo when looking for a car for my girlfriend. All in all I would recommend this dealer but to be CAREFUL what salesman you get. This is the second salesman I have had who cares more about the sale than my satisfaction. I will be purchasing a Lancer Ralliart this summer, however because of this salesman it will not be from All Star.

I drove from mid delaware to buy a vehicle that my wife and I were approved for by Ms Robinson's swift work. The car was a 2009 used Lancer GTS with almost 40k miles. I found the car through an ebay ad that labeled the price $15.3k and after a three hour drive they tried to sell me the used vehicle for 16.9 that they said brand new was "around $24k - $25k" but in actuality is on mitsubishi motors of north america for 20k. With only excuses and no legit reason to hike the price this is what small town dealers do to manipulate their clientele. They apparently aren't reasonsible for honoring the ad they put in Ebay, instead they would rather act like the price increase comes with all vehicles because they have inspections, and servicing to make sure that a car under warranty is still safe, while reputable, and legit dealers include that in what's called the original sale price.

The general manager Tyson was also wonderful doing whatever he could to make it a great experience.If you are interested in a pleasant car shopping experience please go to these two young gentleman, they were great.And before anyone asks I just purchased a car from them 10 days ago and "No they are not relatives or friend." I stopped in to pick something up yesterday and they were exactly the same friendly helpful men, and they didn't have to be the car was already purchased.They even offered to find me the car that I was looking for not just what was on the lot. I had my own fiancing when I went in but they asked if they could check another one for a better rate and terms and they did get it for me in about 5 minutes.

I STOPPED IN ALLSTAR MITSUBISHI TO LOOK AT THE 2011 OUTLANDER SPORT.I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING A CAR SINCE I HAD A 2010 VEHICLE WITH LOW MILEAGE.THE CAR HAD A BAD CARFAX REPORT FOR AN ACCIDENT (CAR BACKED OUT OF PARKING SPACE INTO MY RIGHT SIDE DOOR)THE DRIVER OF THE OTHER CAR WAS FOUND TO BE 100% AT FAULT. THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR,BUT CARFAX SHOWED MAJOR DAMAGE!THE SALESMAN(KEITH BRADFORD)ASKED IF I WOULD LET THEM CHECK OUT MY CAR.THE MECHANIC GAVE HIS FINDINGS TO KEITH AND HE OFFER ME WHAT I KNEW THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY WORTH! I spoke to Harry on the phone for about 20 minutes discussing my current vehicle along with vehicles at Allstar Mitsubishi. Harry was very pleasant to talk to and easy to talk with. When I got to the dealership I worked with Keith Bradford for the test drive and paperwork. Keith was very understanding to my time frames on my first visit and after deciding on a car he allowed me to drive home before any paperwork was completed. I went back the next day and again worked with Keith to complete paperwork. Keith had me all done in a reasonable time and on my way.I definitely would recommend this dealership and working with both guys.The shout out the dealership gives to everyone over the loud speaker is a great touch. Keith, if you read this remember the Hot Pursuit game :-)

On Tuesday, December 27, 2011 I contacted Harry Brooks, Internet Finance Specialist at All Star Mitsubishi (6056 Route 35 North, South Amboy, NJ 08879), via the Cars.com website. My inquiry was regarding a brand-new, leftover 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander ES 4WD in Rally Red. Harry Brooks called me in regards to my inquiry, in which I stated that I was interested in trading both my vehicle (2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE) and my wife's vehicle (2010 Mitsubishi Lancer ES) for the one vehicle, to effectively cut our monthly payment in half. I stated the approximate amount of the payoffs for both of our vehicles and described their condition accurately and their mileage to the nearest 100 miles. I also specifically stated that I wished to use my credit union for financing, at 2.69% for 60 months, conventional loan, no exceptions, and pay in the ballpark of $400 per month with no money down. I stated that I believed it would be difficult to make this deal due to the negative equity in our vehicles, but the 2010 Outlander ES we'd be trading in for may have enough rebates and/or discounts on it to offset our negative equity. I stated that I did not wish to waste his time nor mine if this deal was not something that would come together, especially since I lived four hours away.On Tuesday, December 27, 2011 Harry Brooks responded to me via email and stated "Hi Lance, Yes, what you are proposing is very possible. First, All Star Mitsubishi is discounting all New Outlanders up to $5,000 off list price. Second, Mitsubishi is offering additional savings on New Outlanders, as much as $2,500. Third, your expectations on your trade-ins may be off a bit. Because your trade-in vehicles are desired vehicles, at least in my area, I cannot specifically tell you how much more I can offer you than what you are expecting. Fourth, Mitsubishi is offering interests rates from 0.00%, however, you are free to use whatever financing you choose. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me." Harry Brooks then called me to verify the details, and asked me to email him all of the information, which I did. He advised that he would put the deal together for me once the information was received.Later on that same day I contacted Harry Brooks via telephone and requested, in writing, something showing how much we would need to finance with our trade-ins. I stated that this was to know how much we should seek loan pre-approval for with the credit union. Harry Brooks contacted me shortly after via email and stated " Hi Lance, Figuring more towards worse case scenario, the Lancer at $4,000 negative equity, and the Outlander at $1,500 negative equity, I come up with a net amount of approximately $25,000. This amount at 2.69% over 60 months is $446/month." I then called Harry Brooks to confirm that I received his email and to inform him that I would be contacting our credit union the next day to seek loan pre-approval. At that time Harry Brooks also informed us that we may be able to get a 2011 Outlander cheaper with the rebates and incentives currently offered on them.On Wednesday, December 28, 2011, my wife spoke with our credit union, with whom she applied for loan approval the night before in the amount of $25,000, and received confirmation that she was approved. I called Harry Brooks that same afternoon and advised that we were approved for the $25,000 loan, and would be at the dealership at 9 a.m. the next day to complete the deal, to which he agreed.On Thursday, December 29, 2011, my wife and I arrived at the dealership at 9 a.m. after a four-hour long trip in separate vehicles. We were greeted at the door and informed the receptionist that we were there to see Harry Brooks. She informed us that Harry Brooks had not yet arrived for work, and that another salesman would take care of us. Then, Kenny (lead salesman?) introduced us to another salesman (Fadi?) that would be working with us. We told him we were there to make the deal we had set up with Harry Brooks on the 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander ES in Rally Red. Kenny and our salesman then told us that vehicle did not exist! They both insisted that they would make the deal work, especially since we travelled such a great distance. A new 2011 Outlander Sport SE (cheapest on the lot and very similar in price to the 2010 Outlander ES) was agreed upon.Approximately an hour and 45 minutes went by, with absolutely nothing being accomplished except some minor, sporadic paperwork (which our salesman botched extensively - he seemed to be borderline illiterate), and Harry Brooks arrived to work at 10:45 a.m. Approximately 45 minutes later, after waiting around, doing some more minor paperwork here and there (including a credit application because our salesman insisted he could get us a better rate - he could not, so my wife's credit was run again, unnecessarily), our salesman presented to us the "deal", which showed $2,500 down, approximately $460 per month for 72 months. I protested that I explicitly made the deal for no money down, around $400 per month for no longer than 60 months. I continued to get the runaround for the next hour and a half, while they continued to "work" the deal. I ended up speaking with the individuals who I believed to be the sales manager (name unknown), the finance manager (Kai-Sun?, who, minutes before we left, claimed our Lancer had "hail damage", which is a complete lie), and the owner (Joe), but no deal was ever made because they wanted me to pay $29,000 for the vehicle, when the "worse case scenario" figure originally agreed upon was $25,000. I would have even agreed to $26,000, but they refused to make the deal.The only thing we received from All Star Mitsubishi was a few dollars of gas in each of our tanks (not fill-ups, probably more in the area of $5-10 in each), which I suppose is better than nothing. But, we're still out the $100+ we spent on gas and tolls, not to mention the day we took off work, which included eight hours of driving two vehicles and four hours of wasted time at the dealership, putting approximately 450 miles on each of our vehicles. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an auto dealership and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. The dealership should have made good by taking a hit on the sale. They could/should have fired Harry Brooks, or at least laid him off until the lost money was recouped, since he lied to us from the very start (he knew the vehicle we inquired about did not exist, that's why he hinted about a 2011 vehicle possibly being cheaper) and is obviously incapable of performing his job duties to a satisfactory degree. At least then they could have come out clean and saved any reputation they may have had.

Went Back to All-Star Mitsubishi since I purchased my 2006 Mitsubishi their and was very happy with my purchase at that time in 2006....I went back to look at the outlander sport which was getting excellant ratings and reviews from Car and Driver and customers who purchased the Outlander Sport from different Dealers in the USA. When i arrived at All-Star alot of the same staff members remembered me from my 2006 purchase at All-Star(from Sales to Robert V. Service Manager). I felt like i was family from all the kindness they showed to me. I spoke to the sales team and stated i am looking for the 2011/2012 Outlander Sport with 4WD. They showed me one vehicle in silver(which i forgot to tell them no silver since my 2 previous Vehicles from Mitsubishi were silver). I was very happy with the 2011 Outlander sport that I saw so i purchased the 2011 OutLander Sport in Mercury Grey with alot of the features that i was looking for. I love Mitsubishi Vehicles due to the fact they are great when needing an vehicle to last if going long distances to work everyday, the only thing i needed to due is oil changes,tires,Brakes and all other general maintance. I have been driving the vehicle for 2 weeks already and ivery happy with the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 4WD. Maybe I will purchase and get the Trunk Non-Slip Grip Mat(part #MZ314490),for the Outlander Sport to protect the trunk carpet from wear and tear.

I have had a wonderful experience with Allstar from top to bottom. I purchased a 2004 Endeavor from them in 2006. They walked me & my wife through every step to the point where we felt absolutely comfortable after everything was said & done. We have also had the same experience with Mr. Ventura & his service & parts crew. We appreciate the honesty & character that Allstar displayed all across the board. I will continue to utilize them for the repair of my SUV. I will also go back to them when my family is in need of a new vehicle.

I spoke to Ken and told him what price bell Mitsubishi was giving me. He fought for my business and gave me a price I couldn't resist. All while being very friendly and not pushing me into a deal. Greg was the sales person who took care of me and Kai-sun put me in an evo until my car was ready just so I didn't have to wait. I started shopping first on the internet. When I called I spoke with a gentleman named Harry, he was fantastic! When I went into the dealership, my sales guy was named PJ. He was very friendly and for being a salesman, it seemed liked he put himself in my shoes, as the buyer, which I felt a relief. I wasn't haggled, and pushed towards something I didn't want. As we were going over numbers, one of the owners came over, Frank and insured me that I was going to go home happy, and that they will make that happen. And I did that night with my new SUV! When I went back in to sign all my papers because it was late when I received the truck, I even gotten a bigger suprise. My interest rate was lower then expected and the finance manager was nice, not some grumpy guy behind the desk. He smiled the whole time and was very friendly. I told him that was the best experince I had in a fiance office. When I walked into All Star Mitsubishi, I already had a blank check with an interest rate. The guys at All Star Mitsubishi worked with different lenders and gotten my interest rate down a bunch. Which over all saved me money! After all my papers are signed. I was dealing with Dave the service manager. He walked me through everything that was done to the truck and gave me a free oil change for next time! He was very nice and has great customer service! Overall, my experience at All Star Mitsubishi was GREAT! I am going to go back for my next car and recommend them to all my friends and family. I even posted on my facebook how great they are. Great job!!

I began by making an online appoitment on their website to test drive a vehicle, which they also confirmed via e-mail. When I arrived at dealership the vehicle was not there, someone from dealership was using it. After waiting 30 min for him to bring it back I was able to test drive. The vehicle was filthy in and out which they promised to clean and did. But the guy using it also smoked in the car. The price advertised on the internet was 19900 plus I printed a 500 dollar rebate coupon which was promptly whisked away. When everything was said and done and them saying they had no more wiggle room, typical, the unit price ended up being over 21000. I actually didnt realize it until the deal was made, my fault. I should have negotiated the price of vehicle and not the monthly payment. Something I will have to live with. If they were honest with me this would not have happened. Also I guess their 130 point check on used vehicles doesnt include the battery, I pulled the cover off the positive terminal and there was at least a quater inch of corrosion over the terminal.

Very unhappy with my experience.Went in to look at a used car that was listed for a 28k online. Was listed 29k on the sticker (normal, internet price lower than sticker). Car was a pretty good deal at 28k (well loaded but higher miles, out of warranty). Salesman was PJ, took me for a test drive but didn't say much the whole time, had to do most of the talking myself. Took me for a very short test drive and immediately wanted to run numbers. Informed PJ I was still shopping, but I really liked the car, so I wanted approximate numbers. Came back asking if I was ok with the monthly payment, and I mentioned the price was 31.9k with fees in. I asked him if he meant tax, tag license, he said no they were dealer's fees. I expressed I was unhappy that the price listed was not the price given and he gave me a song and dance about the "120 (or 150) point inspection that was worth like $2k that they do plus $600 auction inspection fee plus delivery fee, etc". He told me that they could "work with me" on fees. I expressed to him again that I definitely wouldn't buy that day, but please give me the approximate price that he would 'work with me on'. He went to his manager (Jeff) and came back and said he could "do something" on the fees and wanted me to tell him the price to drive it off the lot. I told him AGAIN that I DEFINITELY was not buying that day but I was buying shortly and wanted an approximate price I was looking at. At this point his manager came over and rudely said he wanted me to "give him the courtesy" of coming back when I was "ready to buy". He gave me the same line of how all dealers have the "internet price which isn't the price at the dealer" and all the services they do they need to charge on top of the car price. He told me how they replace any parts when they inspect it and I requested the list which he gave me a "oh service is closed but we could get that but I'm telling you we do it and replace things that need it". I pointed out the list was important as if the brakes had just been done that I would consider that as part of the price. He tried to tell me that if they hadn't replaced them it was the same anyway since they had inspected them. It wasn't until I pointed out there is a difference between brakes replaced at 57k and brakes "inspected" at 57k to have 10k left. I finally just smiled and nodded to get out of there and wipe the slime off as soon as I could.PJ wasn't great, but I felt Jeff talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid.Oh, and the next dealer I went to was 1000 times better and they didn't add "fees" to their internet price, it was as it stood. They were SO much better than All Star.

This is our second time purchasing a car for our daughter at Allstar Mitsubishi. We live in Jackson. We met Ken Harris and Tyson last May, 2010. Without hesitation, we returned to the same dealership. Our daughter, Amanda, had just been in an accident with her Lancer. She loved that car and was so upset that it was totalled. The car took the hit like it should and thank goodness Amanda wasn't seriously hurt. Ken Harris was there and we were very happy to see him. He had treated us so well last year, we only wanted to deal with him again. Ken recognized us right away! That means alot. It had been a year since we saw him last. Amanda had been up looking on their lot. She had found a car, but we needed to wait for the insurance check to make another purchase. When we went back up with her to make the deal, the car she wanted was gone. She started to cry. We found Kenny. He calmed her down and said "don't worry - we will get you any car you want in any color." She was sooo happy. Ken and Tyson went to work, searching other dealerships for the car Amanda wanted. Success - they found one! Ken went above and beyond. He went ON HIS DAY OFF to pick the car up himself from another state!!! On his day off - what salesman do you know that would do that for you?! Ken Harris - that's who. When you enter this dealership, you feel like family. Especially when you return for a second time! Ken is more than just a salesman. He truly cares about you and your family. Tyson is awesome too! Amanda didn't have a car to drive and Tyson let her borrow a car from the dealership until her car arrived. These reviews on here are no lie! This dealership is the best I've ever visited by faaaaaaar. I have purchased 2 of my vehicles here (most recently a 2010 Mazda3....which I LOVE!) Every time I walked in the door I was greeted with a nice smile! They are always polite, energenic and eager to help! I didn't have the best credit the first time I visited but they worked with my situation from beginning to end! The second time around I did exactly what they told me to do to get a better ride an walaaaaaaaaa! I'm driving a car I love. Ken is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He automatically made me and my whole family feel welcomed. He made every easy to understand and took the time to answer all questions I had :) Kai-son is just as unbelieveably customer service oriented and has some great music too! (Kai, I love it! All-Star Mitsubishi went above and beyond my expectation. Greg worked out a great deal for me on a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer when I went in not knowing what I wanted. Greg put me in a loaner vehicle free of charge since I had just totaled my old car, until I decided on the one I wanted. I wasn't pressured in any way, I test drove plenty of cars until I found the one I wanted. I thought I found a better deal at a similar dealership, but All-Star brought up the Carfax for the car I thought I wanted and showed me an accident that car had endured, that the other dealer tried to keep hidden. I look forward to doing business with this dealer again.

I had a wonderful experience with Ken Harris and everyone who supported the process including Kaisun, Frank and Stephanie. All of the other sales representative were also extremely hospitable each time I visited the dealer. There was absolutely no pressure sales tactics!!. Big Thank you!!! To Ken Harris and Frank Cifalino for selling Mitsubishi Outlander 2011 AWD SE to me I came thinking I know what I needed (ES FWD)but then after sitting down in SE AWD with Ken and finding out amazing look inside and all the nice features I knew from that point I must take it home, so I did that very same night. Ken and Frank stayed longer with their crew pass 10 pm or so...just to satisfy our every need and with Low 1.9% APR for 5 years I was able to take my first new car ever bought in my life proudly home that night. If it was not for Ken I would be driving lower class vehicle with less satisfaction then I am now I did not feel the pressure to buy it, do to his expertise which helped me realize the best car I needed for my family. It was like going home and sitting down with relatives, and me and my mother are not easiest costumers to deal with but Ken and Frank did the best job and now I am driving this well priced car in snow with 4x4 safely with my son and on the sunny days on 2x4 saving on gas. Love the features of keyless entry, keyless start I wish my apt. was like that, my first month driving I practically found reasons to keep driving this car just to sit in it longer .Thank you KEN! I hope you are reading this as I appreciate your help in helping me realize what I wanted all along. Greatest experience by far. Alot of other places don't compare to these guys. Definitely ask for Paul when buying any kind of car. He knows his stuff for a young kid. I felt very welcomed there. Not like all the other car places where they are in your face trying to make a deal. They actually gave me time to browse around and didnt rush me. Feel free to grab a drink while you're there since they constantly offering it. Be sure to take your time since it is a major decision (at least for me it was). I was referred to All Star Mitsubishi thru a long time family friend who knew I was in the market for another car. Up until this point I had horrible experiences when visiting dealerships and although I was assured this time things would be different I must admit I was very skeptical. I had previously been to 2 Mitsubishi dealerships in the area, Bell Mitsubishi and Rt 46 Mitsubishi, and was unable to get a deal through. Some of the reps I dealt with there were dishonest about pricing or unable to work out an appropriate financing deal. For a return customer like myself, I was not that happy returning to the dealership. First time when I purchased the car from them, I was feeling happy and was treated like a true customer. When I bought my second Car, I felt that the Sales Team did a real poor job. All they wanted was me to sign the contract even prior to showing me the car that I wanted. They did not have the car and they kept promising that the car will be delivered. At the time of delivery only after my provoking did the Sales Rep bother even cleaning the Car. For a return customer like me, the dealership did not even have the courtesy of filling in Gas. It was full of false promises. Would defintely not return to the dealership.

This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest and very unorginized in all aspects. Stay away from this place!!! I would never reccomend them to anyone! They lied to me that they had the car. Then when we got there they never had the car and tried to sell me a differrent one. When we decided on the different car and were ready to get it then they backed out of all the things that they had promised us. We bought a new Galant from Bell Mitsubishi, they are honest and great to work with.

I went to this dealer to get my "Peeling Paint" from my 2002 galant to be inspected by this dealer as per advise from Mitsubishi of America. The service rep was rude and wanted me to wait for 1 hour before taking pictures of the peeling paint. Can't believe that i have to wait for 1 hr for him to go out and take pictures which takes 2 minutes??Never again to this dealer!

Before starting any work we were told that a complete car diagnostic would be performed a report generated and a detailed estimate provided. It would take approximately 45 minutes for this to be completed. I waited in the waiting area until 2:30pm without a word on the progress of the work. At this time I approached the desk and asked what the hold up was. The response I was given was that "the car is hooked up to a computer and diagnosis is being performed. This is not magic. We're checking your car out". I then went outside and saw my car still had not been pulled into the service bay - let alone hooked up and being diagnosed!I approached the desk again and informed them of which car they were diagnosing when my car was still outside untouched. They finally brought in the car - close to two hours after my scheduled appointment time. As it was going to take another hour or more I asked them to call me once the report was generated and an estimate prepared. At 5:15pm I received the call stating there was considerable repair needed on the car and that "I was better off trading in my car and getting a used Mitsubishi from us". I was concerned and skeptical at this time and left straight for All-Star to pick up my diagnosis report and estimate to assess the statement. When I arrived at 5:30pm the repairman went into a sales pitch stating that the estimate for the repairs to my car would be $5000 - and instead I should trade-in my car and get a used Mitsubishi which would end up costing me $4500 after the trade-in. This was beyond belief! A sales pitch instead of providing me the diagnostic report and explaining what repairs were needed. I declined the pitch and asked for my diagnosis report and detailed estimate. I was not provided either - instead I was handed a bill for $104 of parts and labor. Totally disgusted with this establishment and its repair and selling practices.

My rating reflects the professionalism of my sales person, Pricilla Robinson. She took the time to listen to my needs and to show me cars that met my requirements with light conversation which made the whole experience more comfortable. At no point did I feel pressured by Pricilla. I felt that we were partners working together for a win/win for both of us. She wanted me to purchase a car from her and her dealership and I wanted the best price for the new car with the features I wanted and my trade-in. If anyone is looking for a Mitsubishi in Central NJ, I recommend Allstar Mitsubishi as your dealership and Priscilla Robinson as your sales person. She brings experience to the table and enables the customer to realize that her dealership will work with you to close the deal.

Been to several dealerships in the area, wasn't sure what type of car i wanted, All Star was very patient with me showed me several cars out there and was very happy with the service. Not only was the staff pleasant and supportive but they also had the best coffee in town, I kid you not. There was no shortages in sales help, there were plenty of young charming gentleman there to assist me in getting into my new car. For a person with credit problems and financial imperfections, they worked dilengently to find me the car that was suitable for me. My grandfather went to All Star, My Father went to All Star, and now I am finally a customer of All Star.

I have been in this business for many years and am very careful about doing business with any dealers. I will bet my last dollar on these people. They are good and honest folks! I didn't want to use the dealership I work for because I like to keep my personal and business life seperate and I had been to a few dealerships that fed me a whole lot of garbage and did not respect the fact that I was an automotive employee who had already spoken with her own GSM for advice. Being a woman didn't help the situation at all. At All Star, they respected me, was up front with me and didn't BS me. I have spent years trying to better, improve and change the image of dealerships I have worked for and I have to say, this dealership is on the right track and doesn't need thousands of dollars or years of training to learn what today consumers look for. They were not pushy as I expected them to be but very encouraging. If you can't afford it, they will let you know up front and give you options. Realistic sales with a human approach. Dealers should take a leaf out of the Cifalino Brothers book. My highest praise to two men who did not forget where they came from and where they want to get. Reputation in the automotive industry is everything and I wish them and their team God's choicest blessings.Sharen G - Old Bridge, NJ.

I went into All Star Mitsubishi thinking it was going to be a horrible experience because what I have been through in the past! But I was wrong!! The staff was helpful and friendly and my salesman, Martin, was very patient with me and went over every detail!!I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!!

The dealership was very helpful when I told the what I was looking for in a truck. The staff was very freindly and got me a truck that I was looking for. The over all customer service has been great. The quality of work was perfect. The truck needed a couple of small things fix and they did with a hesitation.

i purchased a 2007 mitsubishi eclpise and rob was so nice to me. i really dont know what i wanted and i test drove a million cars. he was so calm and didnt rush me once. i finally found the car for me and it was such a relief. the car was mint and they even gave me 6 free oil changes. i love my car and i love the service. great experience for me.

I have been to about 10 dealerships in the last year and I have to tell you that All Star Mitsubishi is by far the greatest in customerservice. From the moment I walked into the dealership they greet you with the utmost friendliness and respect. They are patient and try every way possible to satisfy the customer. I just bought a 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse from them for my 18 year old son, who is the hardest person to please and all of the staff especially Ms. Robinson won him over and that is very hard to do. She was very patient and kind to my son and he is very difficult. I will recommend All Star Mitsubishi to anyone that I come in contact with and for sure that is the place I will be buying my cars from whether it be a new or used car. I will never go anywhere else. They work hard with you and try to help you and make you as the customer very happy and satisfied, that you actually walk out of there happy and content and not feel any type of stress at all. This dealership is a 10 on my list!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. This was the worst experience i have ever had. They are a bunch of liars. They make you get extended warranties that you dont want and do not even no that you are getting. I just do not think that is right. Alls i ask is to be upfront with me which they were not.
