I will have to say I had almost given up but i decided to contact Micheql Roe at Pilson, I did on Friday and by Tuesday he had me in a 2012 Chrysler 200!!!! Everyone from sales to financing treated me great!!!! Thanks Pilson and Micheal Roe!!!

Steve was very good at trying to help my wife and I find the right vehicle for our family. After showing us a car too small in the fiesta he came up with a focus that was similarly priced. Although it took two days to seal the deal he was very patient and tried everything in order to make it work. Even bought us lunch both days. Highly recommend.

I am trying to rebuild my credit so it's not very high right now, but Colton and Mike worked about every angle they could to get me in the SUV that I wanted. It started a little slow and the process took longer than I have experienced in the past, but they were both friendly, funny and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my credit situation. By the way, I drove an hour from my hometown to go to Pilson and this was my first experience with them. I feel they are worth the drive and I will likely return to them in the future.

Colton and mike here at the mattoon store are great they helped out a lot got me a 2007 V W Jetta in my price range reasonable pays I will be back thanks a lot.

First of all Heather Black is an amazing person to work with !!!! She help and guided me thru every turn and bump we had just trying to set up an appointment to get me to the dealership. Thanks Heather !!!!! Quentin Hanley is a valued employee as well, He will work for you and stay alongside until every question is answered. He strives to help you in the buying process in all aspects. Thanks Quentin !!!!! The Pilson group as a whole was a fantastic venture for me. If ya ever get a chance to meet Jamie Pilson,,Please do. I had a horrible experience as a first time car buyer at Pilson's and I will never go back there again. They have messed up on our paperwork twice and asked us to make the 40mi trip to fix it. I referred a friend and she gave them my name and # and they told me they could do nothing for me since she did not work with the same agent as I. They also told me they had a spare key for me and sent me one that was the wrong make and model and then 40 days after owning my car I finally got the correct key. To sum it up, although the car itself I am happy with I felt as though the process was never-ending and they weren't very professional and the customer service was lacking.
