I had such a great experience with Pine Belt Nissan. I have known Rich Willis for a very long time, I am a long time customer. He is a very easy to work with. I gave him a call to see what kind of deals they had because my lease was maturing soon and he was able to take care of my last payments and release another Rogue. Buying a car through Rich Willis is very easy.

I have been buying cars for over 30 years now, probably 20 vehicles. I know that the internet is a very scary place, especially when shopping on line for a car. i spoke to 3 dealers asked them all not to lie to me to give me a straight number i visited all 3 dealers and the only one that kept their word was Michelle at Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport. I went in to Keyport Nissan, and what she told me over the internet and phone was absolutely on the money. No games and no bumps no hidden fees, all just straight forward selling. It was an absolute pleasure buying a car there. My sales man Rob Carlson was a true gentleman, and 100 % on the money with his product knowledge. This is the second Nissan Murano that I leased from Pine Belt in the past 6 years. I received a call from them saying that they can upgrade my lease. I was in for a regular oil change and I went to see Nick. By the time my car was done in service I had already leased a brand new Murano. Amazing!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Pine Belt Nissan regarding a lease on a 2014 Nissan Rogue. I was lucky enough to get Steve l. as my sales rep. He was extremely helpful, and patient while I was deciding between models and equipment. When it came time to work out the numbers, I met the Sales Manager Nick C. He was also very considerate of my time and worries. He assured me that he would help make a deal, and he did just that. I am very happy with my vehicle, and with my price. I will definitely do business with Pine Belt Nissan again, and I will be sending my friends and family their way. Great deal, great service.

One of the easiest and simple experiences I have ever had. I did majority of my used car purchase via email. They were able to get my financing secured so all I had to do was walk in, take my new Altima for a drive around the block, and finish up whatever paperwork I had left. It was that easy! I have to say that the team at Pine Belt Nissan in Keyport is by far the most professional and dedicated group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with when buying a car. Tom Hebrew and Bob Sorg EXCEEDED my expectations and provided EXCELLENT customer service. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano and a 2006 Nissan 350Z and I am so happy with my new cars. Had three cars in mind for financing or leasing. Came here last because we'd had a Murano a couple of cars ago and liked it, so were testing the first two cars against it. Continue to love the Murano, but this dealership made the experience a slam dunk. We'd scheduled a test drive (to be sure our experience was the same or better), and everything was in order when we arrived, they knew we were coming, and after taking some initial information (10 minutes, max) they had the car model with the features we wanted ready to go. Franz was very easy to work with, and respected the major constraint we had to work under that day (time), so when we decided to do more than test drive, but negotiate and try and get it done, he moved the process along well.They were fair about the trade-in value of our dealership, they worked a few processes simultaneously (like insurance and credit checking), and when it was done, all we had to do with Anthony the finance manager was sign the paperwork. In fact, the paperwork was done before the car was ready. Start to finish, we were done in three hours. We'd come in prepared, having gotten a realistic (not only on-line) value for our trade-in, and for the features we wanted. I think they realized that, and they adjusted how long it takes appropriately and with concern for our time constraints. That's always bothered me about other dealerships, they don't listen, but Franz and Anthony certainly did. I've driven a few Nissans, both rentals and personal, and think they make a great product, but sometime dealerships can screw it up. Pine Belt most certainly did not.

From the moment we arrived and got out of our old car in the Pine Belt Keyport parking lot, we were greeted by our extraordinarily friendly salesman, Matt Fiehl. He was very honest with us and took his time to explain every detail of our deal and the car we purchased. He never looked stressed, and he went to bat for us several times with management. We felt extremely comfortable working with him, and I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Matt. One instance that stuck out in our minds was when Matt matter-of-factly asked us if we were married. Then, he congratulated us several times. Although this seems so simple and benign to most people, it was a BIG DEAL to us. I have to say that no one (ever) asked us deliberately if we were a married couple. We usually get the questions "Are you two brothers?" or "How are you related?" That made us feel so at ease and accepted, and I'm sure he didn't know how amazing that made us feel. I'm so happy with this dealership, especially our salesman. I couldn't have asked for anything more that we got. They went over and beyond with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Could not have been a better experience. I shopped around at 3 Nissan stores and 3 or 4 other makes as well. My salesperson was Vito F, Vito I must say was on top of his game, he new more about used cars than i could have ever expected, I gave him an outline of what I was looking for in a vehicle and he knew off the top of his head, which of the cars he had to show me. Which I was very impressed with since they had over 100 used cars on their lot. He took his time, and showed me like 7 cars. he was very good, I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him like he was a family member. I will send all my friends and family to Pinebelt Nissan of Keyport to see Vito. The entire place was friendly and very helpful, I love my Altima.

Have been hopping for a used car for 3 weeks, had to weed through all the lies and phoney charges. Stumbled across a 13 Rogue Pre-owned at Keyport Nissan, on the Cars.com Website, I contacted the dealer and spoke with Slovka in the BDC dept, she assured me the car was available, confirmed the ID # and the price. I went in and Slovka introduced me to Kevin G. Who was an absolute gentleman, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he took me on a test drive and went over the whole car, explained to me about the benefits of buying a certified used car from a Nissan Dealer. I fell in love with the Rogue and knew I had to have it. I love my New Keyport Nissan Dealer and my New Rogue. Thank you Slovka, Kevin, Anthony and the whole staff at Keyport Nissan

I have been listening to my parents for years tell me what a nightmare buying a car is, well I can honestly say that is not my opinion at all, maybe I was just lucky. I sent out 3 intenet inquiries on a new Sentra, I received e-mails back from all 3 of them basically telling me all the same information. I received a phone call from Michelle at Pinbelt Nissan of Keyport, the only one that took the time to call me, we spoke 2 times and the second call was a bit extensive as I asked her many questions and prices. She took her time with me and answered all my questions and was very informative. She scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. When I arrived she came out and greeted me, and introduced me to Tony S, a salesperson who was courteous and very helpful. Everything that Michelle told me was on the money, and it was a super smooth process, I was in and out of there in an hour and a half, no problems. This was a fantastic experience, and as long as I need a car I will go to Pinebelt Nissan of Keyport and I will send everyone I know there too.

The entire buying experience was positive and enjoyable. Sal in Sales was friendly, considerate, and confident working to satisfy fulfilling my requests related to my purchase of the 2006, 350Z. I know that you are N0T supposed to fall in love with a car, but when I saw this Z, and drove it, I knew it was for me!!! There were a few "here & theres" that needed attention, but the Service guys followed through and got them done. All in all, Pine Belt of Keyport did an exceptional job for me. Let me tell you, this is my 3rd car from Keyport Nissan, I had gotten several mailers from like 3 dealers that I could turn in my lease and keep my payment the same as I am paying now. Well that sounded a little to good to be true, I contacted all 3 dealers and the other 2 dealers told me yeah no problem they could do it, MY DEALER, KEYPORT NISSAN, told me upfront it might be tough, but they will do the best they can, it might be 30.00 more per month to get out of lease and into a new 14 Rogue, well I visited the 2 other dealers that told me yeah no problem, I found them to both be LIARS, they wanted 2300.00 out of pocket at one of them and the other wanted 65.00 per month more, they both said well I have 7 payments that they have to absorb. So off I went to Keyport. They not only stuck to thier word of 30.00 per month more as promised, they went above and beyond and saved me 7.00 more off of that for my loyalty to them. They were absolutely FANTASTIC. I will never buy anywhere else. WARNING people, do not trust these dealers over the phone. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Keyport NISSAN is honest upfront and trustwothy. Thank you Walter, Nick and Anthony in finance.

Shopping around for a new Nissan Rogue, I was looking for a lease and Pine Belt was the best deal I was offered. No brainer for me. I cam ein, left in an hour and thirty minutes. If I am in the market for another Nissan after this lease, I will go back to Pine Belt. Very easy.

I love my 2013 Nissan Altima. It is so much fun to drive, great on gas, and I have every option you could ever want in a car. Pine Belt made this process easy. When i showed up the car was all ready for me to see and drive. The financing aspect was a breeze. Everything was up front and easy.

I have been putting off buying a new car for years . . . literally, years. I have a stack of newspapers and online articles about "how to buy a car" and researching the new cars on the market but the process is scary for a single mother. Twelve years ago, I bought a Saturn because I didn't have to talk down the sticker price of the car. What you saw was what you got. Bob Vasquez listened to: what I needed, what I was looking for and what I could afford. He took a most overwhelming/intimidating process and turned it into a stress-free situation. He was the best and I would recommend him to anyone (I already have!). THANKS BOB!!

I am a Business Owner from Staten Island, and I bought several Nissans over the last 10 years, this time I decided to shop a little and see what other dealers had to offer. After visiting one of my local dealers, I investigated on line to see what other dealers were close by to me, I visited a few, and then came across PineBelt Nissan of Keyport, thought wow this sounds far, but it was only 20 minutes from my house. I went there for a visit and was BLOWN AWAY, this could have been the greatest experience I have ever had. Every car was on the premises to see, my salesperson Rob Carlson was super nice and couldnt have been more helpful, he spent time with me and test drove me in all 5 cars I wanted to drive. The entire staff went above and beyond. Thank you Rob and the entire Keyport Staff, You have won me as a customer for life, and I will tell everyone I know to come there for a New Nissan or a pre-owned car.

I was shopping around for a pre owned altima and I came across Pine Belt. I sent a request in and they answered all my questions right away. I was able to set up a very easy appointment to see this car. I was greeted and shown the vehicle the second I got here. The vehicle was so nice I had to get it!! I was searching for a white Juke in my neighborhood without any success. It seemed like no one wanted to sell their Jukes. Frustrated, I turned to the Internet where I found Pinebelt Nissan. I was immediately impressed because they followed up with me almost immediately, nobody else did. I made an appointment to visit the dealership but still did not have my hopes of purchasing a new Juke. The dealers I visited were asking way too much and not giving me a good trade in value for my '08 Nissan Rogue. Pinebelt made me feel like they wanted my business and did all they could to make the sale happen. My salesman, Shawn, listened to what we wanted and did not play games. Nick worked with us on the price and sweetened the deal with a few extra options free. They did not have a white Juke on the lot but tracked one down for me within 2 days, where other dealerships told me it would be impossible to find. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have had in my lifetime. Everybody was extremely pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. There was no pressure at all and no wasting our time. I felt appreciated that I chose Pinebelt for my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!
