Right after buying the car I found out that the the AC didn’t work the engine mounts were completely cracked. The estimate for repairs was easily half the value of what I had just paid for the car! I sent an email expressing my frustration but also knowing I bought a car “as is” so I want hopeful. The owner called me himself and took care of all the issues for no charge at all! The car runs wonderfully now! I know that I can trust these guys! They are upfront about costs and if something goes wrong I know they have my back! They are the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle! I trust their integrity!

Great place to buy a vehicle. The salesman I worked with was amazing at communicating with me via call and text about the state of the vehicle. Offered a deal and honored it fully. The rest of the team seem like great people, although my interactions with them were were simple pleasantries. When it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle, Planet Auto Sales will be at the top of my list.

Purchased a 2014 Scion TC. Cars great, service and friendliness were definitely on point. We did have a bit of an issue with some repairs. We initially made a contract to replace the water pump since my personal mechanic said it needed to be replaced. After everything and a few weeks they claimed everything was done and fixed. A few weeks down the line and the water pump was still leaking. I had showed them and they claimed it wasn’t leaking. I reluctantly believed them, then a few weeks later my coolant was low once again. I took it back to my personal mechanic who confirmed it was still leaking and was never replaced. Pretty frustrated, I took it back to the dealer again. I had them take a look at it again and this time they found the issue and replaced the water pump. This was a process that took about a month. It’s unfortunate that I had to push this much for them to hold up their word for something we had a signed agreement on. However they did eventually fix it. I would still recommend them. They’re pretty straight forward and honest. I may have just had “one of those” scenarios. But either way, cars great and I’m glad I bought from these guys. - Update: 4 months after purchasing. The coolant leak they claimed to have fixed is still leaking. I know this cause it's leaking from the exact same original spot from the first time. At this point I'm not going to take it back to them. But I am pretty disappointed that their mechanic couldn't solve a simple coolant leak. I'll be either fixing it myself or taking it to my mechanic. So final recommendation is that if you plan to purchase a car from these guys make sure nothings wrong with it first. Cause even though they'll offer to fix it, it's not gonna get fixed.

These guys are awesome. Just got home in my new c7 corvette and I am very pleased. Planet auto was fast at answering all my questions and willing to work with me on getting me where I needed to be to get into this car. Thank you! Not pushy at all. When I came back to get the car they had all the paper work right on the table ready for me and I was out in under 10 min. HONESTLY NO JOKE, best experience iv ever had dealing with a dealership.
