My favorite Ford Dealer in Garland and one of my all time favorite automotive dealers anywhere. This location is also very convenient and close to East Dallas. The Service Department is excellent and I have had nothing but the best with everyone here. If your Ford needs service, call and ask for Jeff Hoening. I will continue getting my Vehicle Serviced here and trading for a new vehicles. Thank You all for a great job.

This is my fifth Pick up truck from Prestige and I only go to them to have my oil changed! never had a problem with my trucks or getting my oil changed, Tires rotated, and check ups. Ford has been very reliable for me and the sales & service is exceptional! Thank you Prestige

We had a really good experience from the moment you talk to them over the phone and going into the dealership. They treat you like family. My dad and I had been looking for a new Ford F-150 and had gone thru several dealerships and when everyone keeps advertising their trucks for one price and then bumping the price $9,000 to $12,000 once you’re ready to buy.. I have to say Planet Ford 635 are completely honest and truthful about what they advertise and even have us a discount. Our sells person Ian was amazing, super fast, very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the process and make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend them for your next Ford. We love our new 2021 Ford F-150.

I gave the this dealer 5 stars when I dealt with the sales. And after I dealt with the with service I changed it to to 2 stars. Called my advisor 3 times and lift VM in order to get him to call me back. Then when they called me to go pick up the truck I had to wait because he had my paperwork all wrong. Now after it’s time to return my lease I gave this place 1 star. when I leased my truck no one mentioned that I have to pay $395 reposition fee not the sales rep nor the finance guy now I have to pay $395 to return the vehicle.
