We had an outstanding experience with the service department! We were in Salt Lake and about to fly back to Love Field. We realized we lost our keys so we called the nearest Ford store to Love Field. Tyson in service went over and beyond to get the truck towed from airport to the dealership. The dealership was closed by the time we got the truck there so we took a cab home. Tyson was off the next day so John and Jay assisted us. They were outstanding too! When buying another Ford, we'll definitely give Planet Ford a shot at our business! Great job gentlemen!

Incredible experience from beginning to end! I just purchased a 21' Expedition. Though I arrived an hour prior to the sales department opening, the team immediately began working to earn my business. From Salesman Joe D' Angelo showing me the vehicles on the lot, instantly grabbing keys, and fully explaining vehicle features and options. Greg Tomlin dedicated himself to crunching numbers to give me the best price and rates. He successfully earned my business in house by beating my Credit Unions amazing offer! Randy York explained all of the details and options included in my purchase plan and was very personable. Last but not least, Pierre Jones very eloquently went over every feature on my vehicle. Overall a very well dressed, well spoken, confident and professional group of individuals who really showed their care and knowledge. It's great to work with people who clearly enjoy what they do for a living. Definitely a family vibe at this establishment. After shopping other dealerships in Grand Prairie, Waxahachie, Dallas, etc...I will only return here going forward. Thanks team!!!

From the first phone call to Planet Ford in Dallas, they were professional and straight forward. The sales consultant, Carlos Sierra, was helpful and made the process easy. I would recommend him highly. The sales manager helped work out a deal and was respectful in the negotiations. I got a fair price. Good working with them all.

My husband and I were greeted with a pleasant smile and handshakes. We needed to update our auto warranty. Dennis took us back to his office and we discussed payment Options. We selected the best one for us. We were treated very well. We were made to feel like we're apart of the Ford family. We're looking to upgrade our vehicle in 2 years. We were escorted back to the front. We left feeling like we made the right decision.
