Allen Boren really took care of us! we were looking for a used car for our daughter and saw one at PL. we test drove it and something was wrong with it, they took it had it serviced and called me back to see if we were still interested. we came back drove it again and everything was great! they showed me what had been fixed and also got me the price I needed! to make it even better Allen called me back two days later and told me they got a better rate and lowered my payment!! who does that?? Allen and the team at Planet Lincoln are awesome! thank you guys for not being "used car salesmen"!!

Their facilities are nice and fairly new. I worked with George during the buying process. I wasn't sure whether I wanted an MKC or an MKX and George showed me both and I didn't feel pressured in anyway to buy the more expensive MKX. George took his time and showed me all the features of both vehicles and then walked my husband and I through the buying process. The entire process from start to finish took about 3 hours (which I think is really reasonable when trying to buy a car on a Saturday afternoon). This is actually the second car we have purchased from this dealership and we would buy from here again.

I moved here from Seattle and this was my first time looking for a new car in Houston, the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable, no pressure, no rush and my salesman Tom Yeats was great, I ran the poor guy nuts in 100 degree heat checking out several cars. The finance manager was awesome, loved the way the paperwork was handled, all digital and fast. It was a pure pleasure working with this dealer, Yes I will go back and buy my next car from them, they are that good. I found a good deal online and flew down to get my truck. I was rushed at the dealership to get everything signed and not allowed to test drive the vehicle. On my 600 mile trip home, I found the several things did not work and have had over $1000 worth of repairs that were little things but when you put them all together a good deal was not. Nice facility and staff, but the safety and electrical items that were broken should have been taken care of before the vehicle was offered up for sale. Beware of the average dealership in a shiny facade.

The service and experience was the best, but sometimes you learn more about how good something is when something bad happens. Just after we took delivery of the Navigator, somehow a transmission cable was disconnected. We were at dinner late and the car was not operable. We called the roadside assistance plan people and received a tow. Planet Lincoln personnel, including Rick in Service, George Addams, and Carl, a sales concierge, all responded, getting us a great loaner vehicle, getting the new car fixed, and being very good at what they do. You should be very proud of these people and your organization.

Don Morgan walked us through from initial contact to final contract signing. He went out of his way to show us vehicles that fit our needs. Then he worked hard to find a way for our budget to accommodate the final fit vehicle and price. We initially came in to "look" at different models and ended up buying our MKC silver ingot. I purchased a new MXC from Planet Lincoln. My salesman was Allen Boren. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Planet Lincoln did not play games to get you to buy a car. The whole process from picking out the MKC to signing the finance papers took only a couple of hours. In the past when I bought a car it would take all day to complete the whole process. Allen has called and sent emails numerous times since I bought the car to see if I had any questions about the car. He really cares about his customers. This is the first time that I bought a car that I did not regret the purchase when I got home.

My husband and I wanted to take a moment and thank you for our recent experience with Lincoln and to commend our salesperson, Marcus Stallings. He did an excellent job in helping us purchase our new 2016 Lincoln Navigator. He was extremely courteous and nice and very patient. I had a Ford Expedition and could not decide on whether to purchase the regular or extended length Navigator. Even on the day of purchase, I kept waffling back and forth. But Marcus did a wonderful job of helping us evaluate the pros and cons of the different lengths, while also helping us to understand the value of a Lincoln versus a Ford. He did his job well without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. We have now owned the car almost 1 month and love it. It is so easy to drive and navigate, even though it is a full size SUV. I purchased a certified per owned MKS in march. My car has been in the shop ever month for issue after issue since I purchased it. Now even though this is a certified car the warranty covers nothing. Please don't put yourself in the prediction I am currently in. Don't be fooled by the shiny cars , clean establishment and smiling faces. There used cars are junk.

Me and my wife recently welcomed our daughter this year and were in desperate need of a second vehicle since our schedules conflicted and demanded us to be in two different places at once. For us first time buyers since our first car was already in the family this meant we had to weigh our options and really look for the best deal. After searching for cars and giving our best down payment possible we were able to walk out with a 2012 VW cc in excellent condition. Surprising to us our monthly payment was very low considering our credit. Mr.George Adams got us the best deal he could even though we were given a somewhat high interest rate. Nevertheless we second doubted our choice because of the interest but the car was still really nice for us and safe. Mr.Adams and his team continued to work with us crunching numbers and helping us understand that as first time buyers this is one of the best deals we could get. In the end we kept the car and couldn't be happier! All the service coupons and such were an extra bonus! Planet Lincoln helped my family and we will be continuing our business with them for the long haul!

We've been Planet Lincoln customers for some time now and have always had a great experience. We came in and met with Alvin the service concierge, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we were taken care of. He kept us informed through out the whole process and once the service was completed he had our Navigator washed and pulled up and ready for us. We had such a pleasant experience that we decided to looking at the new Navigators since ours was getting up there in miles. That's when we were introduced to Carl, he was a true pleasure to work with as well, he never pressured us and was really nice to work with. He let us make our own decision and we ended up trading in our old Navigator for a new 2015. Talked to Tran Keel. Great guy. 90 miles away, and across Houston. Asked for a best price on a 2012 mkz. Few minutes later he called me back with best price I had found and the car was in my wifes favorite color. So I asked for a tt&l drive out no hassle price. He said he would call me back. I thought ..yeh how long. Nine minutes later Tran called back. ( and it was final price!) Quick ..easy and true. Told him I was on my way but eta ...I had no idea. When I pulled into planet lincoln I sat in my car and called wife to say I made it. Looked up and Tran was standing there with a water waving at me. The car was in an ac cooled glass garage. We both looked it over and he found and pointed out problems as well as I did. Honest guy. Spent a long time explaining the electronics. Very patient. When I went to buy the car the drive out price was the same as quoted. Now remember this is a used car. He told his manager my wife felt bad and could he deliver the car to me 90 miles away. No hesitation. Thats what we will do. Several people including his manager hung around talking with me until I was ready to go home. Really nice folks. They took good care of me and it was a great car buying experience. The next day Tran called me up. Said there was a problem. My first thought... oh great. I knew this went to smooth. Wrong....he said the rims had been dinged "curbed ", and my wife would not like that. He had gone to his manager and had gotten permission to replace them with new chrome ones. ( used car after sale!). When have you experienced this level of customer care ...period. We agreed on a Monday delivery and I had a friend drive me half way to meet Tran. He again went over the electronic package . And it is loaded! The car looked like show room new. You could have eaten off the engine! Everything looked sharp. So I drove home and showed my wife. She loves it. Tran is still calling back on my many queston. Never gives up. If you are tired of games and sitting and waiting for an answer. You want honest good prices and people. Go to planet lincoln. It's just simple.

I went to another lincoln dealership in my quest for a nice used vehicle. Head games and wait time . Fed up I left. My beatiful 98 town car was going to my brother in law. Time to find a comfortable car for my wife. We are both over 65 and need some comfort. I called Planet Lincoln (90 miles away and thru Houston) because they advertised a 2012 mkz that was "maroonish"( sorry I don't do colors... ask the wife). I talked to Tran. Asked if he could beat the internet price. Said he would check, but that was normally their low price. Talked to his manager and he called me back in a few minutes with $500 lower. It was a good price. I asked for a drop dead tt&l drive out no hassle price. Ok I thought.. how long will I wait. Nine minutes later I had my answer. Hows that for promptness. I liked that number also. I told Tran I was on my way to look at the car. But no eta to get there. Finally arrived an I let car idle while I called wife to tell her I had made it. Looked up and Tran was standing there with a cold water bottle for me. ( remember...it's a used car). The car was in an ac controlled glass garage. We both looked it over. Tran found things and showed me. We put it in the sun and looked some more. We drove for awhile and I liked the car. We went in and started the paperwork. I got to meet the finance gentleman...nice guy. Paperwork was done and I hung around waiting for traffic to die down. Tran's manager came out and spent time with me. Seemed to be a real nice person. Open and straight forward. Tran mention my eife was feeling bad and Tran and his boss both thought it was best to deliver the car to me. What great people. The next day Tran called and said there was a problem. The rims were scuffed. He was going to put new rims on , but the car would not be ready that day. I said gosh that's not a problem. He would deliver the next day. I actually felt bad on how nice they were after the sale. And told him I'd meet him half way monday. The inside of the car looks showroom quality. The engine compartment ...immaculate. The new rims..sweet!Poor Tran spent several hours trying to show me how to work some of the electronics. Man this car is topped out on dodads. But he was very patient.This was the best car buying experience of my life...and I've been in this car buying experience more than a few times. Final thought... this is an experience you need to try. Give these folks a chance. They will not screw with you. And Ladies try these people they won't talk down to you or mess with you. Call Tran . He was above excellent.

Buying a new vehicle is never at the top of our To Do List. In fact, we dont enjoy it at all. But that was going to change. Our first and only stop was with Planet Lincoln. We were greeted by Sales Concierge Don Morgan, a knowledgeable, courteous, and informative individual. Don had a previous engagement, but left us in the capable hands of George Adams III. The next few hours were spent with a personable, attentive, experienced, low pressure person. An individual who is worthy of the position he holds of Director of Client Experience. By the time we left George, I was trained on the intuitive technology of our MKX. Training that is important to a new vehicle owner - as it takes the pressure off of leaving with a vehicle you now know something about. our first experience was on the phone with George Adams, the dealer.....could not ask for a nicer or just plain, down to earth person.....no high pressure or putting papers in front of us, just plain easy to deal with......helped us with directions to dealership, showed us around, directed us to restrooms, drinks, stayed with us through getting lost in highway construction, there was no doubt we knew what we were dealing with when we left Waco,......hope to do business with him again some day.......CC one more note.....you do not know what real class, is until you own a Lincoln

I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everything they know will be shared with you. Everyone, from the Sales Concierge, to the Finance Manager to the Sales Manager to the Director of the dealership was open, honest and warm. They allowed me to take the car, which was a rare thoroughbred, to a specialized mechanic for an extensive workup. When the results showed that the car had some deferred maintenance, they adjusted the price to make the overall value compelling. Only after I closed on the car did I learn that they had made sure it had excellent tires & brakes, perfect glass, new oil & filter, wiper blades, battery, etc. They never boasted that the car was good; they made it good. Well after the sale, they remained available for any questions. I drove 320 miles from New Orleans to buy this car from them and would drive twice that for this level of service, quality and integrity. Simply the best.

I always dread when it is time to purchase a new vehicle. The stress of dealing with the dealerships has in the past infuriated me. However, Planet Lincoln was the most stress free auto purchase I have ever experienced. I also recommend Anthony Moore, he really made my wife and I feel welcome. Not only did we have a great experience, I feel like I made a new friend in Anthony.

Awful. Their "certified pre-owned" cars belong on car lots with single wide trailers. Buying a "certified pre-owned" car from them means nothing. Don't trust the "warranty". If you ever need a quote from the maintenance department don't expect to get anything accurate either. I'll never buy from Planet Lincoln nor any other Planet dealership again. The closing process was condescending as well. I guess they're just used to grandparent types instead of the younger crowd. No wonder Detroit was suffering, foreign dealers realize younger peoples' money is just as good.

I spent almost two weeks trying to negotiate the purchase of a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Joe Myers Lincoln dealership. I got no where. I then went online to find another dealership. That's where I located Planet Lincoln. I drove out to the dealership where I met the sales concierge, Tran Keels. I told him what I was looking for and what I was prepared to pay. No more or less than what I had presented to Joe Myers. I had an offer in hand before I left the dealership a few hours later. I was pleasantly surprised that Planet Lincoln was able to deliver that quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership to any buyer who is looking for a good deal, one that both the dealership and the buyer can live with. I have bought countless vehicles over the course of my life, including two previous Lincoln Navigators. By far this was my best experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. Even though the color of the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, they quickly located it for me at another out of town dealership. This experience served to reinforce my loyalty to Lincolns.

Anthony Moore was my sales person and he took really good care of me, he was very knowledgeable and walked me thru the whole process and explained all options and features with a wealth of knowledge. Great Experience! I must admit that my wife and I did not look forward to the "car buying experience". We had decided on a MKS and found one online that we liked at Planet Lincoln. We were immediately put at ease by our salesman Anthony Moore. He was knowledgeable, attentive and low pressure. We were equally impressed with our Business Director Fred Guy. We found Planet Lincoln easy to work with in the purchase of a new car with a trade in. Not really intending to purchase but only to look, the sales person was exceptionally knowledgeable, not pushy and before you knew it, we were talking financing. We have taken our car back several time for maintenance and the service was very good and fast. I enjoy dealing with Planet Lincoln and will consider them again in my next purchase.

After several months of intensive online research in our quest to find and purchase a new vehicle, my husband and I finally narrowed down our search. We knew we wanted to purchase one of the many new hybrid models and ultimately decided it was time to visit three dealerships that offered hybrid models that met our criteria.Since we previously owned several Toyota vehicles, we started there and looked at the Avalon hybrid model. Our next stop was a Ford dealership where we examined the Fusion hybrid model. Our final stop was Planet Lincoln where we met Brandon Berzas. From the outset, Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, and made EVERY effort to satisfy our needs in a new vehicle. We could not have asked for a more attentive new car sales representative! Brandon "introduced" us to the MKZ Hybrid model and our search was over! His guidance thru the purchase process was exceeded only by his patience during the delivery process. During the three months we have owned the car, Brandon has been ever-ready to help us navigate thru the sometimes "deep waters" of new car technology! I was shopping for a used pickup truck, after the experience at other dealerships, I was very skeptical.When we showed up at the dealership, we didn't have an appointment. Thought since we were close by let's just see. Upon our arrival, we were met by a very nice salesman, he didn't have a clue about which vehicle we were interested in, but he sat us down, looked it up, and went to find it on their lot..... we test drove the vehicle, agreed on repairs, agreed on price. Bought same day that I saw auto. /Should have waited and test drove it next day and found all the problems. the reason is when I took back with repair list I was told that auto was sold as is without warranty and I had to pay for anything wrong even it was wrong the at the time of purchase.
