It all starts with the owner Alex the Great, this is not a typical dealership that will keep following you around and keep pushing for a deal to point of annoyance. Staff are very helpful and will let you be relaxed and no pressures in deciding to purchase a car. Truth is the car that I purchased is one of the cheapest in all the brands and model out there and I mean SuperLuxurious Cars in the inventory. But when we need help and all, Alex made us feel like were buying his Rolls Royce or Bentley. We bought a Cadillac Escalade hybrid, very good value compared to other dealers listings for an Escalade Hybrid. Dont get me wring the car is 2009 , its not perfect as it has some signs of a typical family car usage wear. But Alex and his crew did theyre best to be so confident with our buying as they did a lot if detailed fixes and tried to keep it close to as brand new as it can be. Its a really honest and friendly dealership and as I have mentioned it starts with Alex leadership. Thanx again.

Would like thank alex, tony and andy for making buying a car a really good experience, like it should be for both sides! Everyone were very professional and believe it or not it was fun! Everything was ready, paperwork easy, financing was excellent, transition was very smooth and it made my two hour drive worth! They keep their word, took care of everything without a hassle, like it should be! Looking to buy a second car from them already! Great dealship, great personel, honest and like I said before, very enjoyable!!! Anyone looking into purchasing used high cars, should contact these guys first!!!

It's been just one year ago since my last car purchase (Fiat Gucci Edition) which I purchased from Andy at Platinum Auto Haus. I knew my lease was just about up on my Lincoln Hybrid and after finding out what the buy out would be I decided to give Andy a call. He found a beautiful BMW 740LI with low miles and a beautiful interior. The process seemed even shorter this time compared to the last and more importantly he truly went out of his way even after the purchase to take care of an issue I noticed later with the car. I can not emphasize more at how well ANDY and this business takes care of their customers. My drive took longer than getting out the door with my new car! I highly recommend them as you will most likely become a repeat customer.

My wife and I are shopping for her next car and wanted to check out one at this lot. We have frequented this business for years and have driven several cars from this location. We came close to buying a Porsche 993 from them but got a 996 Turbo from a privet party instead. We drove a Porsche Macan from the same lot about two weeks ago and liked it but it was the first car we looked at. I went to the lot today to drive an Audi SQ5 to compare after calling to arrange a test drive. After arriving and waiting around for 20 minuets for Alex to show up (the "head salesman") he wouldn't let me drive it. He said unless we were going to make a deal you are wasting my time. How can I make a deal if I don't know if I like the car? Thank you for making sure to buy from somewhere else. Don't wast your time.

I had shopped around to get the best price for my trade-in and went to couple local Porsche dealers looking for a deal on a slightly used 911 with low miles. Not much inventory at the dealers and they would not give me a good price on my trade in. What little inventory they had, their pricing was way off. Alex got me more on my trade in and the price on the 911 was below dealers. I'm loving my dream car and Alex got me in and out the door in under an hour.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Andy at Platinum Auto Haus recently with my Hummer H2. The car superseded my expectations in everyday and Andy was true to his word and a gem throughout the entire process. The H2 was dead nuts MINT as he told me, but not knowing him, I still had it inspected. The dealership doing the inspection told me the car looked like it had been in a time capsule...perfect in everyday. Andy did everything he said he would throughout the deal and more. I will buy from him without hesitation in the future. Thank you, Andy!

Platinum Auto Haus is extremely dishonest. They delivered a car to me that was damaged and they refused to pay for it. Two rims were damaged beyond repair. They then attempted to blame for somehow damaging them myself. In addition i never received a copy of the title so i am still unable to register the car. Bottom line, do not do business with them at all. They are terribly dishonest.

On June 26, 2015 I had all but given up on purchasing a used Porsche Panamera GTS for my wife. Each dealer I visited had the vehicle in question but the deal breaker was either the miles, the exterior and interior of said car and the price did not sit well with me when taking into consideration the things previously mentioned. A drive down PCH on that fateful day changed all that. Stepping onto the lot at Platinum Auto Haus is every car lovers biggest dream. Instantly my eye was drawn to a magnificent 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS with only 17,000 miles. Afraid to ask the price on said vehicle, I asked Alex, the owner and his business partner Andy to run my credit as my good faith effort to show them I was a serious buyer. Withen 10 minutes I was informed that I qualified for their 1.9% financing. At this point Alex, Andy and I began discussing the Panamera GTS. Upon hearing the price, the excellent condition of the vehicle both inside and out and the factory warranty I knew the car would be finding a new home by the days end. The entire transaction took no longer than 1 hour. There were no hidden fees and the best part was said vehicle was purchased with NO MONEY DOWN! Platinum Auto Haus is an excellent dealership for those looking to purchase the car of their dreams at more than reasonable pricing. Alex, Andy, and Tony are worth taking the time to visit when looking for that special something. So pleased was I with my purchase that my sister the very next day bought a nice German car with more than just left lane credentials.

On June 26, 2015 i had given up all hope of purchasing a Porsche Panamera GTS with low miles, in excellent condition and for a fair price, that was until I stopped off at Platinum Auto Haus. The place is loaded with all kinds of vehicles geared to those who have a passion for high end vehicles at more than reasonable prices. At the lot I was greeted by the owner Alex and his business partner Andy. My eye was immediately drawn to an immaculate 2013 Panamera GTS with only 17,000 miles. At that moment I knew the car had to be mine. Alex and Andy brought me the key an repeatedly suggested that I take the car for a test drive. Having owned a Porsche before I knew what the car was about. Afraid to ask how much the car costed I allowed Andy to run my credit in a good faith effort to show them I was a serious buyer. Withen minutes I was approved for their 1.9% financing and purchased the car for a considerable cheaper price than would have from a Porsche dealer. Vehicle came with 3 year factory warranty. So satisfied that sister purchased vehicle from them next day.

I have wanted a Porsche since I was 16 years old. It wasn't at the top of my priority list and had never happened. I am now considerably older and didn't give it too much thought. Enter my wife, who had had it with me driving my 16 year old Audi which I bought new in June of 1999. I started looking and just couldn't get excited about anything I was test driving. She encouraged me to look at a Porsche which I thought would probably cost more than I would be comfortable spending. The short story is that my friend and neighbor is an auto collector and suggested I look at Platinum Autohaus. Of course, he had called them and told them what I thought I wanted and the (unrealistic) price I wanted to pay. Alex had just purchased the almost exact vehicle I had outlined. I went to the shop and met Tony, drove the car, and was almost instantly sold. I have never driven a vehicle quite like a 991 S before and may never again. I was sold. Alex, Tony, and Andy arranged everything and made entire experience easy and pleasant. It gave me a new outlook on auto purchasing. There is no question in my mind that I will be happy to buy more vehicles from them. Everyone's experience should be as pleasant and trouble free as mine!

These guys are cool and down to earth. Most car dealerships have pushy and "buy or get out" type of salespeople. Alex and his crew are relaxed, friendly and patient to help you through the buying process. I have recommended these guys to my friends and family and I would highly recommend you give them a chance!

These guys were great! I came in on a Saturday and drove a couple of cars I was interested in, they got me financed and beat my rate from my credit union. The guys treated me like family and gave me a fair shake on the car. I am happy and will refer family and friends. Thanks Alex.

Platinum Auto Haus is amazing!Alex and Tony are the best!!! Today is my first day with my new Audi and I can't be any happier. The R8 has been my dream car and it's now mine! It is like dealing with friends here and not like those other car sales reps that are only interested in their own pockets. Dealing with Alex was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I had been looking for a Lexus LS 250C for over three months and finding Platinum Autohaus was worth the search. Alex had a mint 2010 with only 16,000 miles at a very good price ... so good that I did not even bother to negotiate his price. Dealing with Alex was a breeze. After 5 minutes on the phone he quoted what my payment would be, and when I made the 90 mile drive from Santa Barbara to see the car there were no surprises. The condition of the car was immaculate and the contract price was right on target. Alex is the BEST. 30 minutes later I was on the road. Also, every car on his lot is a winner. If Alex has the car you are looking for, get to Platinum Autohaus. You won't be disappointed.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Tony and his staff at Platinum Autohaus. I found the perfect M3 in his inventory and am delighted to say, had the most enjoyable purchase experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! I felt as though I was at the Four Seasons of auto-dealerships...very knowledgeable, extraordinarily and AUTHENTICALLY accommodating with no-pressure to purchase. After a month and a half of doing research I found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable as compared to the other dealers I had visited. I've been searching for the right Porsche Panorama for over a year and to the extent that I ended up placing an order for a new 2014 Gts from a local Porsche dealer. The waiting time for delivery was 5 months. I continued to search until 3/1/14 and accidentally found a Custom Porsche Turbo for sale by Platinum Auto Haus. I met the owners Tony and Alex who I found to be very knowledgeable and most of all very professional. The pricing on this car was fair and I ended up paying the asking price. They took the time to detail the car and as we all know when buying a used car there will always be a few cosmetic things that are in need of fixing. In came Miguel who turn out to be a magician with cars, everything that I pointed out was fixed to a like new condition. I was ecstatic when I picked up my car on 3/15/14. Bought a Mercedes S550, Alex (Owner/Manager) not only knew everything about the vehicle, but extremely professional, got me in/out and did not back-end the deal during the closing cost.for someone like myself, with no time on my hands and determined to get what i want, this dealership not only got me in and out, answered every question, did not bad mouth any other dealerships (as most do!) and provide quality vehicles. Any issues, they cover their vehicles and i feel confident i bought best car for my buck. Do Not let these other used car dealerships make you come in, talk you in to how they have the best with all sort of different sad stories, they basically price competitively with other online advertising, make you come in and back end the deal with bogus fee's, like $800 tint fee, gap insurance, etc. Thanks Platinum, Great experience!

I purchased a 2005 M-B CL600 from Platinum and I love it! The overall buying experience was so different. I've bought many new and used cars in my life time and I have to say that this was the best. I called about the CL600 on a Monday and spoke with Alex. Alex gave me a great description of the car, handling and ownership. I made an appointment with Tony to test drive it on Wednesday. I made my offer over the phone on Thursday, and purchased the car on Friday. It was totally NOT the usual used car sales experience. Tony and Alex are both honest and straight forward in their dealings. Great experience!!! Now I must go and enjoy my new ride.

I was shocked to read the bad review on this dealer..This dealer was recommended to me by a good friend.I went in looking for a Range Rover they had a great selection.This is a small business only a few ppl work there, so the attention they give you is great! they treated my family and i as if we were their own.I was confused on some of the options i wanted on the Rover but they were very descriptive and so helpful! anyway i will be back there and recommend everyone i know there. I am very happy with my vehicle so far as if it was brand new!Thanks to the guys at Platinum Auto Haus!

Very unprofessional and sneaky they insult you in their native language and bottom line they could care less!!! I don't know how they have been in business for 10 years!!! I warn you do not waste your time with this business and double check the carfax I notice that some of the cars on their site do not have a carfax due to accidents!!!
