I purchased a new truck from Platinum Ford and was very satisficed with the deal I got on my new truck. What has really impressed me is the awesome treatment "after the sale" by the service department. I have taken my new truck in for normal servicing a few times. The Service Department treats their customers great. They work hard to get you in and out as quick as possible. I highly recommend Platinum Ford if you are in the market for a new automobile. Great dealership!

Platinum Ford gave me the quickest and most painless dealership experience yet. I was impressed with my salesman, Kevin, for making the effort to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and at a great price. The person I spoke to about finances, Oscar, was also very knowledgeable. None of the people I communicated with were pushy. At the end of the day, I had a good, friendly experience with people that communicated well, and I got a good price and excellent APR on the vehicle I wanted.

Had a great experience at Platinum Ford. Salesman Matt listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect truck. I love the no bull&#!% approach. Would recommend them to anyone and definitely will shop here again. All this goodness and a free bowling ball. What’s not to love?

From the time my wife and I walked through the doors, we knew we were in the right building! From Dylan, who helped us find the perfect vehicle, to Oscar who gave us helpful information in the financing department! 1st oil change for the Escape I bought there one year ago. GREAT new facility. HOWEVER, I had an appointment time for 1:30 in the afternoon. I arrived right on time and was told it would take "about an hour"----they would change the oil, rotate tires, etc.---for the initial service for a one year old vehicle, and I opted to wait in the nice customer waiting area, and was still told it would take "about an hour". It was after 4:00 when my car was ready--well over 2 hours---and from what I saw, they were not very busy. I sure hope it does not take that long next time!
