I usually go in a few times a year to purchase a new PMC shirt and to get great photos of the cars because they are presented beautifully in the showroom. They always have very interesting inventory in stock. The team at PMC are fantastic and are very friendly.

ONE OF A KIND. In an industry where dealers are plagued by antiquated sales tactics and games, PMC is a breath of fresh air. No bull**** cars sold by CAR people, not salespeople. Not tied down by brand, they always have great variety of super exclusive cars. Always worth stopping by and checking out inventory. Great addition to the community!!

Poor Interaction with these guys. I made an offer on a $350,000 car and was basically laughed at (offered $325 hoping we'd land somewhere in the middle). I followed up a few days later to see if they would even counter offer. I even called once and left a VM. No one responded. Great way of not selling $350,000 cars. Ended up buying from Lamborghini of Sterling instead.

Syed posted a newly acquired 1993 RS America on his Facebook page. I wrote him..."I want it...how much?" A couple of days later it was in my garage. Beautiful car, fair price. Now I'm told that "I am part of the family." (Which would mean I just had a baby). My son who has known Syed for a while kept telling me what I great guy he was and was he ever right. I will hopefully buy more from him in the future like that perfect E30 he is going to find me next year.

I just purchased a vehicle from Sayed. He and his wife are very professional and the best I have ever delt with. The car was just as desribed. He is very honest. before we closed the deal we walked around the car and I told him the things I needed to be fixed before I would buy. He took car of all of them. When I showed up and took delivery of the car, we noticed a tailing had a problem after I signed the paperwork. Sayed took care of it ordered new one and had it installed at the dealership. he even had them pick up the car for me. After i got the car home the car had front brake issues right away. Guess what I called Sayed and he also took care of that and covered the cost. You will not find a more honest dealer to work with. I will be buying all future cars from him!!!

Still loving my first purchase from Platinum Motor Cars. Syed made the whole experience about as seamless as it could be. I told him what I wanted and only a few days later he had the perfect car for us. This is my first used vehicle, so I was certainly a little nervous about the purchase, but without any cause when dealing with Platinum Motor Cars. I purchased the unit sight unseen, flew to Detroit to pick it up and it could not have been described better. Perfect! These guys say on their website that they are a bunch of people passionate about cars, but they are equally passionate about customer service and having a completely satisfied client. This wont be my last purchase from Platinum Motor Cars. Thanks guys (and gal)!!!

I was recently the victim of a someone texting while driving. My R8 was totaled. I looked around for a month for a replacement R8. Platinum was recommended to me. I went there and Dean, Eric and Syed found me the exact car that I was looking for to replace mine and they did it in 3 days! The car is perfect and I am very happy. I would buy from them again.

I had been looking for the right E60 BMW M5 for about four months. I finally saw the car I wanted being advertised by Platinum Motors on Cars.com. I called on a Sunday because I was extremely interested in the car to leave a message and to my amazement, Syed answered the phone! We had a brief conversation, he told me the car was in impeccable condition and I agreed that I would purchase it pending a Pre-Purchase Inspection. In two days the car was inspected and passed with flying colors. I booked a flight and planned to pick the car up that Saturday. One thing to note, the reviews for Platinum Motors are true, after reading them; I was confident the transaction would go very well. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed and waiting for me! I expected the car to be in excellent condition and it exceed my expectations. My 2007 M5 was in like new condition, the quality of the cars at the dealership were excellent. Syed and Eric are car guys first, they gave me a tour of their facility and we talked "shop." They were extremely courteous, professional and made my buying experience a pleasure. Their follow up is incredible, this is the best car buying experience I have had period. I truly enjoyed the 570 mile trip back to Maryland without a hiccup. Thanks again Platinum!!

I have personally test-driven at least a dozen vehicles with PMC and purchased two. Eric and his colleagues KNOW cars and trucks; better yet, they are patient and helpful. When I shop for a car, I want someone there for me, but I don't want a hovering, sleazy, high-pressure sales person. PMC delivers this on all levels. Additionally, the cars that PMC offer are very clean and on the higher-end of the product line or trim level. You will see what I mean when you enter the facility: there is usually a detailer around, most of the vehicles are kept in an indoor, climate-controlled facilty and you can take as long as you need to inspect the car or cars that you are interested in. I tend to purchase pre-owned vehicles, from dealers, large and small, and PMC ranks at the top in terms of my purchase experience. They don't have an espresso machine. They don't have a flat panel TV in the waiting area. They don't have a gas fireplace. What PMC DOES have is honest service and solid product that leans toward the high-end.

Platinum Motor Cars is a great way to purchase a car - they are very laid back and the process easy. The one thing that stood out to more than the deal they found for me, was how much they love cars.... all of them. These guys know more about what you need than you do and will help you find it. i went to them in search of a 5 series bmw so i'd have room for my kids - once syed started searching for cars he found that i could get into a 7 series within my budget and it would be a better fit for my family. I could not agree more! the process was easy, i got a great deal, and i love the vehicle. These are the guys you use when you want to avoid busy, cheesey car lots. They love what they do and i highly recommend them!

I went to Platinum Motor Cars in search of a late model, pre-owned convertible. I had some pretty specific criteria for my new car and outlined them for the sales staff. In just a couple of weeks Platinum Motor Cars found the perfect car for me! Every one I dealt with there was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made my buying experience very easy and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. They have some amazing vehicles in their inventory but if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, just wait a minute and they'll find it!

I've bought four vehicles from Eric and Syed over the last two years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and totally get it. I went there to sell them my 2003 Lingenfelter Corvette and ended up buying a 2013 M5 on the spot. They went above and beyond in helping me sell my car and even tried to help me find other dealers who would perhaps give me a better deal on my vehicle. They are very honest and trustworthy and I could not be more satisfied with their service.

Syed and the folks at Platinum Motors found me the perfect car for my budget! Service was excellent, the buying process was smooth and easy, and a couple of minor issues with the vehicle (entertainment system, minor electronics) were resolved in the weeks following the purchase. Their showroom has an array of impressive vehicles to peruse at all times, and they're highly skilled at locating just the right vehicle to meet your specifications. I bought a 2005, 997, Carrera 2 from Eric Lotz at Platinum. Being my 7th car, this was by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I walked in, test drove the car, days later it was in my drive way. Eric Lotz was on top of all the paper work and processing, he made the purchasing process easy and did it with a great attitude, even with an assault of questions. The car was beautiful, drove and looked like new. They know what to look for in a used car, this is seen in their quality automobile selection, facility, and experienced employees. Erik was as passionate about my car as I was. I would like to thank everyone at Platinum Motor Cars. I will be back to purchase another vehicle.

Unfortunately I've come to terms with the fact that I am a "high maintenance" customer, especially when it comes to shopping for vehicles. I was introduced to Syed at Platinum Motors through a contractor who understands my taste and need for quality. I didn't have a specific vehicle in mind when I showed up, but I did have a vehicle that I owned and a ballpark of what I wanted to spend and with that he made magic! His staff was kind and courteous and assisted me in any and every way possible. They even hooked me up with someone to get a great deal on financing. Overall this experience was one of the best I've ever had when making a purchase and I absolutely love my 2011 Range Rover! Thanks for going above and beyond Platinum Motors!

The buying process at Platinum Motors was outstanding. Very friendly people who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful towards finding the right vehicle for me. Wide range of selection from American SUVs to luxury sedans and high end exotics - it was fun to go and just look around! Definitely worth checking out and I would highly recommend working with them

Eric Lotz asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like about the cars I have driven before. He actually listened with interest to my answers and made suggestions. That process helped me realize I wanted a sporty SUV versus a sedan. He found the perfect BMW X5 for me and came in $3k UNDER BUDGET!!! And I took delivery the very same day I wanted and needed to. The entire team is professional, respectful, down to earth and responsive. Their number one goal is to get you in a vehicle YOU will be happy with weeks and months after your purchase. They get there early and stay late. And you will find them happy to help you on weekends too. I took a stack of cards to hand out to clients, friends, and family. When Eric handed me the keys, he said "Enjoy!" I absolutely love it!

very dissapointed in the lack of interest eric showed when I told him about some things on the vehicle that was not working that should have been working , like third brake light.issues with entertainment system,etc ..etc.. after bringing the vehicle back to him days after purchase to show him these issues I was having with the vehicle,he made feel like I was bothering him.

I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 from Platinum Motors. Eric was very polite from the time we pull up! The truck was all I thought it would be and more! They are very welcoming and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I even took some extra business cards of Erics to give to anyof my friends that are looking for a vehicle.

I have spent 30 years in the retail automobile industry, mostly working with high line OEM, and Retail. Decided to look for a , Mercedes CL, SEARCH all over, found , the right car, at the right price, great condition. Had the car shipped to California, just took physical delivery. The car is everything that it was represent to be . Both Eric and Syed, were truly fantastic to deal with. Would most certainl. Recomend this team. Great guys great service.

I've always had a passion for German vehicles. When looking for a vehicle for me and my wife, I was very lucky to find this dealer. I ended up purchasing a BMW 3 series and a VW Touareg from them within a 2 year timeframe. Both vehicles have been the most reliable cars I've owned. I contacted several resellers but Platinum Motor Cars offered the best deal and product. I ended up purchasing a one-owner, 2011 Jeep GC Overland with 8500 miles at $12K less than a new one. Only a few months old, it was still under warranty and in perfect condition. Prior to purchase they provided a car fax, vehicle history, and other information. Environment is casual but staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeep was ready on time, as promised and had just been washed. Very good buying experience.
