I knew exactly what I wanted before driving an hour to check it out. Vivek was great. He brought the terrain out for a test drive, rode very smooth. He worked hard, especially on his birthday, to get me the best interest rate possible. No haggling whatsoever on my end. I left my practically new truck for a much cheaper suv with all the bells in whistles. So glad I made that drive.

I bought from this dealership a few weeks ago and was very happy with the experience. Everyone was pleasant and allowed my husband and I to look around and test drive vehicles with no high pressure sales tactics. BEWARE of any follow-up you may have with them.I would've given them a higher rating, but since I'm STILL dealing with a repair issue and a "missing" car that I just purchased earlier this month, they get a lower rating. I was looking for a 2013 Kia Optima to repurchase because I sold my new one last May and wanted another one. I found their website from another car website. I saw the Kia I wanted and scheduled a time for me to come up and look at it. My salesperson was Vivek. He was very professional and courteous during the whole time we were discussing the potential purchase of the Kia. I test drove it and liked it, other than the knocking in the steering wheel, which I pointed out to them. He wrote out a "we owe" document stating that if I were to take it to get inspected and the mechanic found something, they would fix it. I assumed it was an alignment or tire balancing issue, but it was actually something wrong with the steering column.So I ended up purchasing the car and was happy, but I scheduled a day when I could bring it back up to repair the steering issue. His repair guy claimed that he drove it and nothing was wrong with the car, yet a novice like myself instantly knew something was wrong by the way it sounded when you turned the wheel. I took it to two mechanics, a trusted one by my house and a Kia dealer, and both said something was definitely wrong with the steering column. So I informed Vivek of that and he said I could just bring it back up to them and they would have it repaired. I took the car up to them on 11 April and received a loaner car with no gas in it and service lights on. It is now 26 April and I STILL do not have my car. I have emailed Vivek asking what is the hold up and why have I not received my car back yet. From ordering a part to checking on the status is all the communication I've received. I'm so pissed because this is not how you conduct business. It does NOT take over two weeks to fix an issue that the dealer said would only take a day or two. And yet, I'm still here with their raggedy loaner car with no idea about the status of my car. I have a feeling that they may have sold my car and are now giving me the runaround because they took my check. I hope not but I've heard of crazy things dealerships do to customers. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General for GA and I hope this gets resolved ASAP. When I get a day off from work, I intend on driving all the way back up to the dealer and waiting as they scramble to make up some other excuse as to why my car is not in my possession. This is seriously unsat for a business who claims to pride themselves on their "real" customer service but I find myself being treated with such disdain.

We were on a mission to purchase a car for my daughter and was looking at a car next door to Platinum. However, the sales guy had left a sign on the door that he would be back later. So we went next door to Platinum just to take a peek, because we knew the cars we saw from the street were definitely out of our budget. As luck would have it, they had several in our price range in great, like new condition. We purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat. When we got home the service light came on and we called them immediately. We brought it back and they fixed it right away. No hassle! We had visited many places in that week and I must say the cars and dealership was top notch! Unlike many other dealerships that we went to! Thanks AJ and Platinum!

I would not suggest you buy a car from this dealership. If you insist that you must, have your own mechanic check out the car first, it only costs $99 to get it checked out. I want to spread the word about this dealership and save you from having to spend lots of money later on. In my particular situation the dealer lied about the 3M/3000 miles warranty. The next day after buying one of their cars I ended up having to spend $3500 on repairs. Once you buy the car from them don't try calling them you will never hear from them again, even if they promised you to fix something on the car. Anyway, you are now warned.

After identifying several vehicles on their website, we visited the Platinum facility on Atlanta Highway to view vehicles. Found a 2104 C300 in excellent condition that met all my wife's specifications. Ben was our sales person and he did a great job...new to sales, but very courteous, great in his follow up and did what a number of experienced sales people forget...he listened to the customer and asked for assistance from senior managers if he did not have the answer to our questions. The entire team made the buying process enjoyable...professional team and they got me better financing by 2 points than my personal banker. We will go to Platinum again (I only buy low mileage, used vehicles) and recommend the dealership to others!

Vivek Mark sold me a used 2010 Dodge Charger Sxt. This charger was a 2010 model, but it was so clean you would think it was a used 2015 Dodge Charger. Vivek was very nice and helpful. He made sure the car was washed and that the car had gas in it for me to go home. He also replaced my cracked side mirror. This dealership has a lot of nice cars and I recommend it to anyone trying to purchase a used car.

I Bought this 2010 VW cc had low miles it looked great I check all the car faxs till they said the bank would only approve the one with low miles he kinda Rushed everything when I was a approved (CHAD) I put a low down payment (1000) was fair but I didn't know it had a SALVAGED Title. The only way I found that out is when I went to trade it in. I asked them about it I got no response for 2 weeks.Now I see they changed locations what goes around comes around when u do hard working people like this..

An exceptional place to do business. I recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz s550 from here, and I must say I truly am impressed with the entire experience. Montinez was my salesperson he was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. He answered all my questions and worked hard to get me a great deal! I had to drive about 2 hours to get to the dealership so I explained that I wouldn't have much time when I came in. The day I was suppose to come in I pulled onto the lot and saw my new car parked infront, he had took the time to get it ready and detailed for me before I ever arrived. I was very impressed, the finance manager also surprised me with the ease of the entire process. My credit has had a few hiccups in the past but they were still able to get me a decent interest rate and payment that fit my budget. There were a few minor things that needed to be repaired when I bought the car, but my salesperson assured me they would take care of them. About a week after my purchase someone from there service department gave me a call and scheduled my repairs, when I came in to get the things fixed that were promised everything went pretty smooth, the guys in the back even took the time to show me how to use a few of the features I was unaware of on my new car. I must say I'm very impressed with this dealership and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury car at an affordable price!! They have a great selection and even better service! Thanks guys! I will definitely be telling all my friends about you guys.

They're all liars !!! They tried to bribe me to write a good review for the company but after you write the review and go to pick up the gas card they tell you , "we have discontinued the cards". Let me break down my true experience with this car lot ! All of the cars will not match their true mileage bc the managers drive the cars as their own and once you buy it & it breaks down you're left with the problem. I wanted the 2012 Hyundai Sonata and asked them to tell me the numbers. Martin & the finance person kept coming back to tell us the payments would be $260/month for 60 months ... That was a lie .. I expressed to them I wanted the payments for 60 months & each price they quoted was for 72 months & they added at least 5 points to interest rates to fluff up the overall prices for the vehicles. I found the car cheaper else where and told them they could sell the car to someone else. They are so desperate to sell a car that they wanted to price match the car. The car fax had the car at 24,000 miles but they sold me the vehicle with 27,000. After my mother rose all kinds of xxxx, they continued to call & try to sell the car . They had finally took the bs fluff fees out & sold me the car for $11,666 which is the only reason I bought the car . After I did their "positive" review and went to get the $30 gas card that the sales manager SHAYNA promised me , the new manager told me I would not get the card. I am filing several complaints against this company for unsavory practices. I wouldn't buy another car from this company even if the Lord Jesus Christ came down on a cloud and demanded me too !! Their goal is to xxx xxxx you with 25% interest and sucker you into buying the "unknown" accessories and buying the car for 72 months. They're trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Don't let Shayna and her "smudgeable" eyebrows fool you. She can careless about what you are trying to do. She is a leech and will suck you dry !!!! Beware of this place!! Im warning you. This dealership has very deceptive and possible illegal practices in their finance department. The manager of the department, Darryl and his counterparts repeatedly lied to me and stated that the bank had offered me a finance rate much higher than it actually was. It took me over three days to finally purchase a car because I refused to accept the lies. To make matters worse they gave me a "We owe" to repair the seat and mud flaps to my vehicle almost 2 months ago and have yet to make any effort to honor it. Their customer service is so terrible that they insist that customers sign an arbitration agreement to avoid you suing them. However, I have been advised that this agreement for arbitration is not legal as it is obtained under duress since customers are not given any option to opt out. I am filing a complaint against this company with the BBB and GA's Governors Office of Consumer Affairs. I will also seek to file a complaint with the GA Department of Banking and Finance and banks that financed my vehicles because they lied about the true mileage of both my vehicles at the time of sale and we have the pictures and voice recordings to prove it. This company is use to just running over customers and not honoring their contracts but they picked the wrong customer this time. Arbitration agreement or not....I will be filing a lawsuit against Platinum Cars South for breech of contract : They can't bring their lawyers into small claims court ;-)But I must say, the vehicle that I purchased is very nice and exactly what I wanted, minus the broken seat knob and mud flap which they promised to fix. It is the only reason I dealt with them but I would NEVER buy from them again. And I strongly advise everyone to STAY THE xxxx AWAY!! However if you see that car that you just must have, take your own financing or contact the company directly yourself to verify the finance rate. You ABSOLUTELY can not trust them to be honest. They all are LIARS, from the sales person Martin to Darryl in fiance to Shaina in the front office. She pretended to be so nice and acted as if she really gave a darn but she doesn't. Don't be deceived by her offer to give you a $30.00 gas card for a positive review. TELL THE TRUTH and SHAME THE DEVIL!

We test drove the car we had been talking to the sales person about when she calls and says she just sold it to someone else.... What? Who does that? Then she tries selling us something different... As if we drove over to look around. This experience gives your dealership and used car dealers a bad name. Be warned!

I missed out on checking out a 2010 CTS Premiun by about 20 minutes they sent it to the other store and said that had it sold. Looked at another 2010 CTS AWD it wasn't what I wanted. After Rodney, made a few phone calls and the didn't sell it at the other store. I got my chance to seen the 2010 CTS Premiun. We worked the deal for my 2003 CTS Luxury Sport and we signed the papers. I called about a 2009 xf supercharged jaguar while I was working overseas as a contractor . A salesman by the name of chad had got this deal together for me. I returned home in Dec 2013 I went to meet chad and test drive this vehicle the check engine light was on. Chad had told me it was a sensor found out the water pump was going out. Remind you I put down 13.000 on this vehicle and purchased an extended warranty that was a waste of money. I told platinum about the problem they did nothing. When a customer drops that kind of money down you would expect better customer service . I would never recommend this dealership to any one.

I had been looking for awhile for this particular car (G37xS Coupe) for a long time for a good price locally (Little Rock, AR) and online. Everywhere I looked the price was just crazy. I was not going to settle with the particular car with no bells and whistles. Well I found it at Platinum Used Cars for a great price with all the bells and whistles. I emailed Platinum and Chad Anderson responded happily to help me out. He then got me financed... (during the week). I told Chad that I would be driving (Suppose to have taken 8 hrs but with construction, rain, and detours it took 9 hrs) there late Friday and look at it Saturday morning before I make a decision. I showed up and they are busy but that didn't keep anyone from greeting me... Before I made it inside I already had 2 sales guy asked if I needed help. I walked in and I saw Chad busy but that didn't stop him from greeting me and telling me your car is out there ready for you to test drive! My wife and I test drove it and I stopped to look it over thoroughly and was impressed. We came back to let Chad know that we are satisfied with it. No pressure whatsoever! Drove 9 hrs back home with it and it drove like a champ!!! They do need a bigger area for their cars, they are busting at the seams!! LoL!! Great selections!! Thank you!!

In searching Auto Trader for a vehicle, I came across a vehicle listed by Platinum Used Cars. The pictures of the vehicle looked great. The salesman I spoke with on the phone made no mention of anything wrong with the vehicle. He told me a couple of times he would call me back, but never did, so I had to keep calling. Since the vehicle looked so nice, and the price seemed reasonable, I decided to make the 120 mile trip down to see it in person. When I arrive to look at the vehicle, it was in terrible shape. Dents all over it, chipped paint, interior in rough shape, missing part of the interior molding. I also noticed the brand of tires were not Michelin. I could have sworn that is what was photographed. After telling the salesman that I was disappointed with how the vehicle looked, and wished I had not driven down, he tells me to call back next week and they may have better ones. When I arrived back to my house, after an hour and 45 minute drive, I looked back at the photos from the ad. The reason the photos looked so nice is because it was not the same vehicle. Several places where there were noticeable dents and scuffs, were no where to be seen in the photos. The tires were Michelin in the ad, but not in person. The interior photos were definitely not the same vehicle either. To say the least, this was very disappointing, and a waste of my time. Had the dealer been honest, and photographed the correct vehicle, I would never have gone down there. If you come across an ad from platinum used cars, save yourself some time, and shop somewhere else.

Purchased a really clean Wrangler as a happy belated bday gift to me. First, I started off working with Jim. Jim was GREAT he was very informational and punctual with relaying information to me every step of the way. Not sure what took place but was switched to a different salesman by the name of SHAWN. Shawn was horrible very unprofessional and was asking to take me out. He was terrible and didn't care about me as a customer especially after purchasing the vehicle.The vehicle needed additional repairs and he was giving me the run around about being able to provide a loaner car until the repairs was completed. Had to escalate my issues and concerns to the manager which she handled everything for me in a timely fashion and manner. I would recommend Platinum used cars BUT I would not recommend SHAWN. Period. If Jim returns I would highly recommend him.........

I put a down payment on a truck. We agreed on a price and upgrades. I signed an agreement for one price and when I came back later to sign the contract they had increased the price by 149.00 and HIDDEN it in the numbers. It had no line item... it was just added to other numbers and HIDDEN. It was only a few days later that I discovered they had increased the price of the truck and HIDDEN it.When I discovered this I called Mr. Anderson who sold me that truck and he took no responsibility for this HIDDEN fee and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I should have checked the BBB before I bought this truck. This company has 6 recent prior complaints!!!!BUYER BEWARE

We got a clean carfax report on our Chrysler Town and Country. Upon getting car registered we found out the VIN numbers were wrong. Therefore the car fax report was wrong. There is clear front end and rear End damage on our van. Also we were promised several things would be fixed. It took two weeks for them to half fix all the problems. In the mean time we were given what was supposed to be a similar vehicle as a loaner. However it was a little compact car. We are a family of seven that could not fit in a compact car! After getting the van back the check engine light came on. We called dealership and they said they Would fix however they did not fix it. 1 yr later the same codes keep coming up and now the computer in it has gone bad. As a mother of five I was desperate for a vehicle to fit my family. I was taken advantage of. These people lied about vin numbers in order to get a good car fax report and they cleared the engine codes in order to deceive me. They were not friendly and their mechanic was lazy and did not know what he was doing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for any level of service. Go across the street at least that place will give you a good trade in price!!!

The horror stories of small used car lots kept us away for years. However, we found a used vehicle we liked at the used car lot of Platinum Used Cars, located at 10915 Highway 92, Woodstock, Georgia 30188. We really like the Scion, and Chad (the salesperson) really was pushing the car. Chad's influence was taken lightly as I worked for American Honda back in the eighties, prior to Law School. So I know the "tricks." Yes, we made the fatal jump and purchased the vehicle with the solace that it was a good product, a Toyota. And yes, two days later the engine light comes on. Marietta Toyota runs some tests on our new purchase, and surprise...we needed a new water pump, brakes, thermostat, wheel bearings and alternator. That was to a tune of almost one-thousand dollars. The Toyota technician was not impressed with Platinum Used Cars and made that very clear. Long story short - Chad, the sale person brushed us off onto Marty, the Manager at Platinum Used Cars. We telephoned Marty for two weeks straight on a daily basis with NOT ONE CALL RETURNED. There were times I know Marty answered the phone and claimed that "Marty was with a customer." We find Platinum Used Cars highly unprofessional, unethical, and shady as the day is long. I could simply sue Platinum in Magistrate Court; however, this would eventually cost me more than the $1,000.00 owed. So, I shall spread the truth about Platinum Used Car Sales Woodstock, Georgia to any/all online reviews, used car comment platforms, and any individual/customer/client I happen to meet and who happens to be looking for a "Good Used Car Dealership." Fortunately, because of my profession and contacts with insurance companies...I can spread the word quickly, and Platinum Used car Dealership in Woodstock, Georgia will be out of more than my $1,000.00 thy scammed us out of. Customers will spread good reviews I out of 10 times, poorly treated customers will spread the word ten fold.

In fact, I was there several times without my husband and felt very at ease when looking, testing driving, and talking with DK (ask for him---he is awesome!). I had previously gone to other dealerships and felt extremely uncomfortable the second I pulled into the lot due to the large numbers of salesman waiting at the door. Platinum is not at all like that! DK was our salesman and he is very easy to work with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are all crooks and not trust worthy. I saw an ad for a GMC Denali on their website and called Charles Wright so I could come see the SUV and was told that I needed to put $500 down to keep it on the lot. I was traveling 4 hours away so I did, I was told the car was in excellent condition with a clean carfax. When I got there and test drove the car I found that the brakes had to be replace right before I got there and there was an oil leak they did not have the original keys to the SUV or the keyfob and the car has automatic start and this could not be checked because there was no keyfob. I decided not to buy the car and requested my money back and was told that they are going to charge me a $100 a day for holding the car but when I was coming on the day that they got my money I was contacted and told not to come because they were repairing the door. They manager advised me that they will give the money back and would call me the next day when the owner came in. I had not heard back from them so I called them and spoke with the finance department she put me on hold for at least 15 minutes came back and told me they will not refund the money because we signed papers when actually we did not and when I told her we did not sign anything she told me good luck with getting this money. I am so glad we did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership that stated several times that they stand behind their words. I am filing complaints with the governor's office of consumer affairs and the BBB and I am also filing a civil suit on this company. I will be taking this as far as I can to show this dealership, who has changed their name several times due to unpractical practices, that they can not take advantage of their consumers.

I purchased a very low mileage, almost new, 2007 bmw 750i from Platinum used cars of woodstock, GA, on August 20, 2013. The service from sales adviser Chad was exemplary. I drove the car back to Philly (1000 miles) and the car far exceeded my expectations. Lots of heads turn and many thumbs up, with sport wheels. Price was key point that made me drive and found the final price below market. Chad was fair, honorable, and an outstanding sales representative. Closing was short and I was treated as if I was their only customer. This is a class organization, to be sure. This car was exactly as it was represented on their web site. No tricks here. Platinum had several vehicles listed online fitting what I was looking for. My wife and I stopped by Friday after work and were driving home with a new-to-us car in just over an hour. We were pre-approved with our bank, but they financed us at the dealership with a competive-rate loan. This was the easiest and quickest car purchase I've ever made. Not only did they have the type of vehicle I was looking for, they had multiple of several of the brands. I dread the car-buying process, so I do a lot of research before i even look at a vehicle. I stopped by this dealer first because of their selection and pricing. I felt no need to look further because they had what i wanted at a price i was willing to pay. We got a very clean, low mileage car for a great price. Our salesman Chad was the right person for us! He let the car sell itself, answered all of our questions very well, was very friendly, and quick with the paperwork. Not only was Chad great, but the whole sales staff was friendly, too. They seemed to work as a team to complete the sale. We had the chance to see Chad finish a sale with another customer and he was just as friendly and easy with them. I wouldn't hesitate to start shopping there for my next auto purchase. This was the second car-buying experience that I actually enjoyed. Many thanks to Chad for making that happen!

This place is a joke and the salesman here are very arrogant. I went to buy a Minivan. Really had a bad experience. They said they will fix everything after I take delivery - do I look like a fool to them. Did not buy it, they hide all the damages in a car and try to sell them as fast as possible - pressure sales. don't waste the time there, go with a good dealer. Very inflated prices. All the good reviews you see are from there own people.

I had a great experience buying my mini cooper from Platinum used cars. I first called and set up an appointment with one of their sales associates. The sales woman's name was Sloane and from the first conversation to the last, she was extremely helpful and professional. When I arrived, Sloane made sure to have the mini coop nicely detailed and based up ready to go for a test drive. I was a little skeptical about where the dealership acquires their automobiles. Sloane explained that they purchase them from Manheim Auctions particularly from the northeast. Without my having to ask for a carfax report, Sloane offered to print one out and have it ready for me when I returned from my test drive. I also wanted to take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it checked out before I purchased it. platinum had no problem allowing me to spend as much time as I needed to have the car inspected. I had already received a loan from my bank but Sloane mentioned that they had over 20 major financial institutions and would possibly be able to get a better interest rate financing through their bank instead. Marty the finance manager made it happen and reduced my APR from 7.5% to 5.5%. I am really glad that I choose to buy my car from platinum used cars. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I will continue to refer my friends and family.

This place is a joke. it's so gross inside. We went to look at an MDX and they had false advertisements regarding the colors etc. Then we had to wait in the pouring rain for the people to start the car... so unprofessional. When you walk inside, all the salesmen there were just sitting there looking like they were sitting in a dungeon. Absolutely no customer service. I would never go to this place again, even if I thought they would make a deal. Do not go to this place to buy a car!!!

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. My salesman was Dwan and from our first conversation he was nothing less than the ultimate professional. I told him my situation and what I wanted and he assured me he would get me in the car. After running my credit I received a call from Dwan saying I hadn't been approved for the vehicle. The very next day I received another call from Dwan saying he had gotten me in the vehicle. This is all the result of hard work and dedication on the part of Dwan and the finance manager Marty. They didn't give up on me as most dealers would after not being approved initially. Not too mention they got me approved with a fair interest rate and my payments are exactly where I wanted them.

I was looking for used X5 and found Platinum uses cars like 5 mins away from my house to have a wide selection. I went to a different dealership before visiting platinum, but the service at platinum was much better. My salesperson was very helpful. He worked diligently to help me find the exact vehicle that fit my preference. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and with the service that platinum provided me. They are a small business but there service is exceptional. They found me a very low interest rate. I would definitely do business with them again!!

And also one of the dealers was completely unprofessional. He was smoking a cigarette when i went to talk to him and was completely rude. BUYER BEWARE!! These guys are crooked. Have read multiple reviews with situations similar to mine so please don't go there. Bought a car that was promised to not have been in an accident and turns out that it had been in one. When I brought the car to the dealer for first maintenance I discovered that the warranty is not covered due to the accident. Dealership wouldn't buy back my car or make it right to at least pay for the minor repairs they promised would be covered, to make it worse they tried to "screw" me by offering $5K below my purchase price. Please don't do what I did and not check the reviews before purchasing there, they are crooked and deserve to be shut down.

I just had to write about the outstanding car buying experience I had yesterday. I have been searching for the right BMW for over a month. I wasn't satisfied with the selection available in both the private seller and dealership arenas. So, I was surprised to stumble across a BMW advertised for sale by Atlanta Luxury Motors ("ALM"). From the initial introduction to the completion of the sale, Steve Cole's service was outstanding. The BMW sold to me met every and all of my expectations, and more importantly was very competitively priced. After having compared BMW for over a month, it didn't take much to realize that I was getting an excellent deal. Not intending to trade in my car and walk out with keys to a close to brand new BMW, I met with Steve Cole who basically gave me the best deal up front. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I say that after having purchased 4 brand new cars and 3 used cars in my lifetime. I would highly recommend considering your next luxury car purchase at ALM. You will not be disappointed and neither will you wallet. Look forward to my next visit.

We bought a used Q5 from Mark at Atlanta Luxury Motors to sell to a friend who wanted a black Audi Q5. Mark said the car had no issues and that it was a non smoker. The car arrives and there are multiple cigarette burns in the interior and the entire sunroof shade had been ripped out. The hood had acid rain and major pollution damage all over the hood. After discovering the thousands of dollars worth of damage I called Mark. No answer. I called the store and asked for the owner. They said there is no owner. Hmmmm. I asked for the GM and some guy who was probably the same salesman said "hello?" I told him what had happened and that I want to speak to him about discrepancies in the description of the vehicle and its actual condition. He said "too bad" and I told him that we would sue him and he said "screw you." It's shady used car dealers like this that give all car dealers a bad name. I would urge anyone considering doing business with these shysters to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are crooks. Plain and simple. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I visited ALM, read the reviews, and was very skeptical about returning, even though their inventory and prices were lower than other dealers. Found a low-mileage, 2011 Lexus RX350 at a price that was equal to what other dealers were asking for 2010s. Denny Pruitt was my salesman--- he is a no pressure, no hype, customer-focused sales professional. Had every opportunity to test drive vehicle and have a mechanic check it out. Happy with my vehicle and the experience with Denny and ALM. Will recommend him and ALM to friends.

Went to test drive a porsche-vehicle parked in ants--car had ants in it, after they got rid of the ants, the air did not work. Saw a Mercedes SLK 350, ants in it as well. After ants gone and test drive, told him I would be back tomorrow with my husband. We called prior to going, Salesman off that day, couldn't even remember me-told to talk to his buddy. Upon arrival, got new salesman. Test drove, liked car. Offered them 500.00 less, they said they would present. Came back said no, internet price is firm. They told me my rate would be 8 or 9% interest. Told them I have perfect credit and fair downpayment. They needed my social to run credit. Reluctantly gave it to them. They came back with a 5 or 6% rate. Told them my bank could do better.Bank was 2.76% That week they called my husband and agreed to come down the 599.00 fee charged for what I don't know, but they put it in on all vehicles.The next day, I called to get the car to take to my mechanic, The salesman said--let me call you back I think we sold it. I called him back 30 min's later. He said oh, we just sold it. I hung up, thought about it and told him about the bad reviews for his dealership and now I know why. I found a BMW in Florida with a wonderful REAL DEALER.My day with ALM was on July 15th. Today(July 31) got a notice in the mail- they have sent in my info to process a loan. I NEVER had a sales agreement! Never signed anythng beyond an agreement to check my credit. These guys are BAD NEWS--They go by Speed Gears, INC.also. When I got the notice, they sent info for dealer as Speed Gears-2520 Pleasant Hill RD. Duluth, GA. 30096I NEVER heard of Speed Gears--Couldn't they at least use their real name.SO Glad they sold the car and I got my BMW Z4 for a great price from a real dealer.They actually did me a favor, besides the bad service and runnning through an application for funding when they had no deal.Listen to the reviews--STAY AWAY!

Come to find out it was out of my price range anyway for the first time buyer program. She kept in contact with me and when a few cars came in that were in my range with the mileage I wanted, she let me know. The day I went to the lot Denise was out sick so Jim helped me the rest of the way and I was just as pleased with his communication throughout the rest of the process. There was no hassle with financing and the car runs great!!

I have a challenged credit and my experience with car dealers hasn't been so good. Especially those buy here pay here once. I went to platinum used cars and they were very good with explaining what options I have available with financing that will help me build credit. I bought my civic from them although the interest rate was bit high due to my credit but as they told me, I went back and bought my second car after 8 months and they were able to get me a lot better rate and longer period so my payments are low!!! And I have a 06 BMW 3 series now!!!! They are rockstars!!! Their finance manager woodie is great!!! And my sales person Denise wasnt pushy as those typical salesman either, she was very helpful!!!

No such thing as service after the sale. I spent three months calling on a daily basis to get them to send me a check for service they said they would take care off before the sale. Not even a big check. They wanted me to drive four hours back out there so they could service it in-house when they didn't even have the right equipment or knowledgeable technicians who could do it. I should have read more reviews before buying from this dealer and will likely buy from an actual BMW or Mercedes dealer next time instead of an independent dealer like these guys. Luckily my experience wasn't as bad as some of the others I've read on here but don't be the next customer who has to leave a terrible review! Save up a couple extra thousand and go somewhere else.

I bought an Infiniti G37S from this dealership. When I tried trading in my car this week, I was told that though the car has a clean carfax, it has been completely repainted. For an average buyer, this is not an easy thing to know. I was pointed to certain areas of car where there are signs that this car has been painted. Thank to ALM dealership, my car is valued at a very low price now. Its value fell below 10K just because of repainting that was done before it was sold to me. These guys are crooks. They have their own body shop that does this kind of work.

This place is a total scam. I bought a BMW from here and after 3 months usage, here are the problems I have got so far:1. The car was involved in an accident one year ago which was not shown on the "certified" report the sales man showed me.2. The sales man told me the warranty is 75,000 PLUS my current mileage. I was so stupid to trust him until lately I called the warranty provider and they told me it is UPTO 75,000 miles. The warranty cost me $3,600+.3. There is an oil leak under the hood. Fortunately it's still under FACTORY warranty and I'm sure the warranty provider that ALM provided will not fix anything for me.4. The run flat tires were replaced by something much cheaper.Stay away from this dealer. They will never pick up your phone after the sale is done.

I purchased a car from Atlanta Luxury Motors in April. The price was approximately $1,500 below KBB value, so the price looked attractive. However, I ended up paying $660 dollars to fix the problem with air intake and ALM did not want to cover the cost. To sum, I am very disappointed. I believe that ALM has incompetent people and I am surprised it is still in business. ALM is focusing on moving the metal and dont care about customer experience. I doubt that they have any returning customers. From my experience, the money saved on this car was paid down the road to fix the problem and the headache was just not worth it. I would not recommend buying from this dealer. Check the Better Business Bureau and you will see the number of complaints that these guys have. Mine is on its way. The long story short, I spoke to Paul Singh on the phone about the car they had for sale. He ensured me that there were no problems with the vehicle. I left a deposit over the phone since I wasnt in Atlanta. When I came to the dealership, I found out that the audio system was not working and the check engine light was on. Paul told me that the fuel tank cap was not closed causing the check engine light to come on. He said that the problem was fixed. I was also told that the audio system was still under warranty and I should go to a Lexus dealer to fix it. I insisted that ALM should fix the problem before I purchased the vehicle. They were nice enough to take it to the shop that specialized in audio installations to fix the problem. It cost them $600 to fix the audio system. I lucked out on this one. When I drove the vehicle back home, the check engine light came on again. I took it to a Lexus dealer and was told that the aftermarket air intake (not under warranty) was causing the problem and the intake needs to be replaced. So I paid $660 to replace the intake. I guess the guys at ALM just reset the check engine light and didnt bother to fix the problem. I called Paul, who told me that he needed to talk to the general manager about the issue. After a couple of follow up calls, Paul stopped returning my phone calls. I called the general manager, Cade Ekes and faxed him the invoice from the Lexus dealer. Cade told me that their mechanic talked to the Lexus dealer and the dealer said that the problem could have been fixed without replacing the intake. I followed up with the dealer and was told that they did not speak to anyone from ALM. My phone conversation with Mr. Ekes ended with .We are not going to pay for this.Dont ever call this number again. Have a nice day.

August 2011 bought a 2004 Maxima. Faulty transmission NEXT DAY! Woody arranged a rebuilt transmission with a lousy warranty. Charging us for the transmission. We never received a follow up bill. We assumed a few months later that perhaps they did the right business move and wrote off that charge. We got the vehicle and have drove it (with numerous problems) for 8 months. We decided to trade it in this past week...went to look for title and realized it was never sent. Low and behold it had a lien on it! ALM!! So we paid that large bill today and finally got the title. Lousy business!!!

Until i bought the car they promised me everything to will be done, once i have bought the car the first thing i got to know is we can't deliver the car on time we need more time, so I waited for 2 weeks to get everything done and they did not finish anything that was promised. Stay away from this dealer. on 2/19/2012 they sold me a damaged 2009 LS460 using a clean carfax claiming that the vehicle is super clean. It appears that the vehicle was involved in a collision that damaged the front left wheel and bumper, hence, the reason a new tire was on the left front and significant damage to the front and rear aluminum wheels on the left side of the vehicle. Of course when I inquired about the new tire and wheel damage, the response from my salesman, it's due to normal wear and tear. After signing all the papers and driving back to Knoxville, I remained suspect about the left front tire, damage to the wheel, damage to the bumper and the overspray from the crappy paint job on the bumper. Monday, February 20th, after several calls and a thorough investigation of the history of the my purchase, I found out that ALM tried getting the car fixed under a warranty claim, at a local Lexus dealership a few days prior to my purchase of the vehicle. The dealership turned down the warranty claim and documented the following in the vehicle's history; Vehicle sustained damage from impact and recommended replacing front left wheel bearing and damage to bumper and wheels are visible. As you can see they even tried to screw Lexus under a warranty claim. So why not screw the customer as well. I was able to cancel the contract and put a stop payment on the check. They have admitted to the damage sustained, but of course no one is taking responsibility for deceiving the customer (me) and negotiating in bad faith, while knowingly and willingly not disclosing important information about the vehicle, hiding behind Carfax. The VIN for this vehicle is: VIN:JTHCL46F295000507.I have already contacted Carfax, the Governors office, BBB and the Secretary of State. More to come. By the way, ALM is not a member of the BBB and when they were a member, they had a rating of B+. Buyer beware, they are the biggest crooks I have ever met.

With check in hand, ready to sign the contract, the owner began calling other interested parties in the car. And then cursed at me when I raised questions. .Deaership did not report to me the car (M35) I purchased on 1/15/09, had been in an accident and suffered structural damage.I checked CARFAX before buying the car, and it showed a clean record.However, on 12/13/11, I had the car appraised for a possible trade, and was advised by a current CARFAX the car had structural damage.12/13/11 CARFAX indicated on 1/13/09, "Seller disclosure" indicating structural damage. I purchased the car two days later and was never advised of any damage by the dealership.It is my opinion the dealership knew of the damage and failed to report it to me.

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership on July 28 2011. I have not been able to get a tag for this because the dealership has not filed the correct paperwork for me to get the tag. Its been over four months. In corresponding with them I get nothing but excuses. I have been very patient. First they claimed they did not know what was going on then they finally admitted that there is a lien on the tilte. Its been four months still no tag no lien release and they always send me to a voicemail when I call. To top it all off things on the vehicle still have not been fixed properly after several attempts. Now I am just trying to get my money back because I can not drive the car without a tag.

Where to start... Once you call to ask about a vehicle, hang up the phone before it rings. Save yourself a lot of time and money chasing a slightly reduced price. There is a reason these cars are slightly cheaper, you end up paying for it as soon as they drop it on you. Get used to learning everyones name in the building as you will get passed from one person to the next until you are left on hold. When they claim the car is in good condition, get a full independent inspection. If you are still convinced that you also wanted to throw away $30k, then by all means go to vegas and put it all on a coin toss, where your odds are better. I am commencing legal proceedings further to them witholding my car for close to a month. I have never had to write a complaint before, though feel compelled to protect other victims being created by this scheme.

Buyers be aware who you are dealing with. These guys tell you the car you are purchasing is in top shape has no problem. They sound very friendly and honest over the phone and lie to you all the way through. I bought a car from Steve and he told me the car was in excellent working condition. Once I received the car the parking brake module had to change, the remote key didn't work and I had to spend thousands to get them fixed. Once you bought the car and have problems they deny everything. The worst dealership I have every been involved with. Don't trust them at all as they are all crooks.

Stay away from this dealership. Dont get tricked into buying a car from this dealership by their low prices... They offer low prices because the cars have some defect which is not stated in carfax or autocheck. Car started receiving check engine sign in few days after I bought the car and dealership just told me to screw my self and they wont fix it. They are also invlolved in fradulent activities by charging more sales tax then they are supposed to and pocketing the difference. I have already filed a case with the attorney General of Georgia and hopefully will have their dealership closed soon so no one else would fall prey to them.

Got to be honest, these guys are easy to deal with. I bought a car here almost a month ago and was skeptical at first. They had prices way below the franchises but claimed to sell BMW Lease turn ins. I didn't know they could do that but apparently they could. Bought a 08 550i with 38,000 miles,I paid $3,500.00 below the franchise store up the street. I won't mention the BMW's name because I get my service work done there since it's free up to 50,000 miles. Anyways, the car passed inspection and they even did my loan through BMW finance. I'm very pleased so far and recommend these guys to anyone.

I would never recommend this ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS to anybody.You are attracted by Cheap prices on Luxury Cars and you would think you are lucky , but there is definitely a reason for Cheap Prices. The Sales Man I worked with was Chad Redford and he would pick up all my calls before he received my Complete Payment for the Transaction. He Never took my phone after receiving the Complete payment. If there's something you're not sure about, don't even bother to ask from Chad Redford or any other Salesmen at ALM. You'll not get an honest answer. Don't believe their Claim that they claim to stand behind their car. As soon as your check is cleared, it is now your car and you should stand behind it on your own! I asked Chad initially if the SUV had the Medical Kits and everything that goes with the Vehicle. Upon receiving the Car , the Car had only a Valet Key ( You need to spend like $500/- to get a original Key for LEXUS). The Car had no Medical Kits and was missing Lug Nuts and Car was dirty and even found rust under the Moonroof!!.Though asked in detail Chad never explained the things I found in the car. Later I called Chad several Times to enquire about this in Vain and he never took my phone. I wonder how would a Dealer Survive with such a Bad Service.!!I would definitely Not recommend ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS to anybody who wants a decent Car for personal Use.

Shopped online for two months, they always had the largest selection available. Bought a 2008 BMW 750LI for six thousand less then Global BMW and financed it back through BMW Finance. Great service, only drawback is I had to get my own tag. Andrew was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy. Overall, I had a great experience.

Like others, they misrepresented much-options on car were wrong, claimed their 3 mo warranty extended the manufacturers-but denied this after sale and said it was for drive trane only, agreed to fix known defects and claimed they did after they allegedly got parts and had me return for 2hrs, only to later find they didn't, and said they couldn't figure out how and I had to take to MB and fight them to pay for the repairs. Typical dishonest used car dealer so beware- I would never buy from them w/o getting the car completely checked out first as they just buy off auction and never evaluate or repair pryor to sale.

worked out deal on phone pending inspection. Drove 1 hr to take car to my mechanic. Gave an initial going over and obvious body damage to car. At no time was this mentioned during the many conservations and questions. Acted shocked that there was damage that ray charles could see. These guys are not to be trusted.

Came in off the internet went to other dealers in the area and they were either $3,000 higher or if they were the same price range the quality of the cars wasn't even close. Their Roswell location looks better than most franchises. The only issue is they don't have a coffee machine yet but they said it was ordered. Apparently it's a new location. Bottom line.. car was great, price was rock bottom and service & professionalism was wonderful.

Bought my daughter a 328 for christmas and am very pleased with the transaction. I had shopped at the New BMW dealers and found Atlanta Luxury Motors online with prices that were several thousand less than the new car dealer. Chad Redford was a great help, we did most of the deal by phone and e-mail. I showed up and test drove the 2 cars that I was interested in and made the purchase within one hour. I wish my last purchase had been so easy. I will definately refer my friends and family and will be back soon for a car for my wife.

-------------------------------------------------Yeah, just run away. I bought an Infiniti FX35, with 41k miles. My error was to don't check the VIN number to Infiniti before buying the car. I hate to buy cars from dealers, but it's almost impossible to find an FX from a private seller.I saw this FX in Atlanta Luxury Motors o Woodstock.. it was a good price, the car looks great outside and inside. Guess what? THE CAR NEED A NEW ENGINE!!! And it's not covered by the warranty, because the problem came out because the first owner didn't change the oil for a long time. I will have to pay at least 5k to get an engine on my car. I paid the car 2.8k less than the average.. it means i wasted 2.2k dollars.------------------------------------------------After a month we finally solved this situation. I had to call my lawyer and write bad reviews everywhere. The dealer accepted to trade my car for another one. But they gave me $500 less for the FX when i traded it back. I didn't complain anymore, because i wanted to leave that car dealer and never saw them again. I bought a 335i which was good.

But believe me, at least this time there's a very good reason for their cheap prices.If there's something you're not sure about, don't even bother to ask from the salesman. The salesman made me believe that the bumper to bumper warranty was still valid for 5 more months. Guess what?! After I paid for the car, I learned that the bumper to bumper warranty had expired 1 month before I got the car. How fool of me that I didn't research it myself? Sure. That's why I'm warning you. Don't even try trusting these people, or you'll pay for it dearly. You give them a chance to deceive you, and they will take it wholeheartedly. I was supposed to receive the title in the mail within two weeks after the purchase. After waiting patiently for a full month and expecting to receive the title in the mail any day, I received the "Application for the title" paperwork in the mail only one day before the temp tag was to expire. They had already charged me $500 including the fee for the title and tag, and now I had to apply and pay for the title myself. You can't apply for the title on my behalf? Fine! But how irresponsible you should be to send me the paperwork on the very last day? The owner told me it was pathetic that I wanted to share my experience with you potential buyers on the Internet. It's your decision to show him if it's pathetic or not. By the way, I promised to mention the salesman that I worked with, Chad Redford, to give him the credit for all this mess, and wasting 2 more weeks of my time by pretending that he was working with the owner to take the responsibility for the costs that would be otherwise covered by the warranty.

Gave me a complimentary full tank of gas and even gave me 3 days to inspect and return the car if not satisfied. Got the car inspected in Nashville and everything was perfect. I purchased an '07 Infiniti M35 from Horizon this year, and have been completely satisfied with the deal and the car. Not only were they the lowest price in town, but their service was great. When I took the car back to have a couple of light scratches buffed out they quickly took care of the problem. After realizing that the car had no manuals or first aid kit (comes standard with the Infiniti) I perchased a like new set on ebay, and was refunded by the dealership. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dealership.

They sell cars that appear nice but are in fact damaged goods. Then after wards string you along until they can ignore it. I would not buy from this dealer no matter what the apparent savings. They are crooks and you will pay in the long run.Be very wary of any car they have. Mine was low miles with clean car fax. In fact the car had major damage to the point of 2 cracked rims that they conveniently hid by moving around and covering with sub-part paintwork.After I found out they said they would take the car back and then proceeded to ignore emails and correspondences after a few weeks. Since GA is an AS-IS state, dont get screwed like I did.

these guys are horrible. dont ever buy a car from this dealership. i bought lexus es330 last year. the carfax was clean. i even took the car to nally lexus. they said the car is good (i double they even did basic inspection). that alone got me into buying this car. i later found that there was lot of paint work done. doors were not aligned properly. when the car body flexes in turnings it makes horrible creaking noise. car hood has some problem. i dreamed of buying a good car as we were expecting a new addition to our family. these guys cheated me and i feel so bad that i was so dumb i could not notice all these problems before buying the car. it is so bad that so many people get cheated by these kind of morons and we could do nothing except writing here.

In April of 2007, my husband and I purchased a Lexus ES 330 from Horizon Luxury Cars in Woodstock, Georgia. The "low" price/ "low" miles is what originally sold us on this dealership. On the day of the purchase, Chad Redford handed us a clean Car fax report, and stated the car had NEVER been in an accident. Within six months from the date of the purchase, we discovered, not only had it been in an accident, but it had been bought from Horizon Luxury Cars at an auction with FRAME and UNIBODY damage! They knew what they were selling to us! DO NOT BUY FROM HORIZON LUXURY CARS...they are deceitful, inconsiderate liars to rip off anyone they can to get a dollar!

The carfax said "one owner and no damage" on this vehicle. I asked the salesman if he knew of any other damage to the car since the carfax was clean, and he answered "none that he knew of". After purchasing the car and doing a fine wash and detail, I found it had a paint job on the hatch and "orange peel" over-spray up the rear left quarter panel. I can only assume it has been severely rear-ended. I called the dealer back and they said, "oh yeah, it had some damage [they called it scratches!] so they repainted it". Why wasn't I told about this? The manager's excuse? He said the sales guy probably didn't know about it. I can see why they recently changed the name of the dealership -- they're a sham.
