Always a pleasant experience. Keep schedule. Always explanatory that helps to understand what is being done in the service area with regards to the vehicle. The waiting area is convenient and available while waiting for the vehicle to be done. I truly appreciate the process.

I was in to check on the progress on the car several times. Was always treated very nicely. Car was completed on time, correctly, and was very clean when I picked it up.

This dealership is great. Both my husband and I have purchased a vehicle from them. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. The service department is great. We take our cars in to be serviced for oil changes, and whatever they suggest, such as rotating tires, which we never think of. They check everything out and report any problems they see that may need to be addressed at a later time, but not necessary at that time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have several times.

I had to leave my truck overnight and I was pleasantly surprised by the new Buick that they gave me for the night. The service manager was very understanding when I asked that my truck be kept inside. When I picked up my truck the next day the there was actually paper floor mats, something that they had never used before.

On this particular visit I had asked for an oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Unfortunately they did not perform the tire rotation because they didn't think there enough miles on the tires. However, there were about 10,000. When I brought this to their attention, they apologized and quickly got me in a couple days later for the rotation at no charge - which I really appreciated since I drive out of my way to go to this dealership for service. This is the 2nd time this exact same thing has happened. What I would recommend is a courtesy call to the customer before you decide to not do a requested service. Overall - I keep going back to this dealership because they are friendly, courteous and do make things right when they mess up. They also give me a loaner when they have several items to service.
