I knew coming onto the lot that I didn't have to sell my 2018 Edge. I was looking to down size and found what I wanted(2019 EcoSport) on the website. I had a strict non negotiable stipulation that I wanted a no payment, no money out of pocket, clean swap. I drove it, fell in love with it. This is my 3rd ford and the process was made easy and seamless by Bill Nye the Car Guy.

I was highly interested in a truck on one of their lots and cant get in touch with the lady i originally spoke with. I believe her name is brandy. The number listed for the dealership is also incorrect

Do not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. Vehicle arrived via long haul transport at my home. Vehicle had several mechanical issues including lots of scratches that were capture online. It cost me $2700 at Range Rover dealership to fix the issues. I called them several times and they refused to return my call.

Car was posted online on Saturday. Checked to see if it was available. It was. Before heading to Lubbock today, I texted/called to make sure it was still there. I was assured that it was. When I got there, I was told that it had been sold "last week". Apparently before it was listed for sale on the website. It's clear that at the least, these people don't communicate well.

The vehicle I brought broke down in less then 2 mos and Pollard offered nothing to try to resolve the issue. I have bought several vehicles from Pollard but never again.

Justin was awesome! We talked about what I was looking for, when he found it he called me up and brought it to me to test drive where I work. Then he and Clayton had all of the paperwork drawn up when I went in so all I had to do was sign, SO EASY! I love my Nissan Rogue - the BEST car buying experience I have had yet!

I have been buying my vehicles from Gene Messer. This last time I went in the salesman or rude the service is bad at Gene Messer Ford and Toyota especially the Toyota I was told to give Pollard a try Pollard took care of me 100% and I will be by my vehicles from them from now on and so will my son.

Justin was absolutely amazing. (He was also very handsome). He was extremely helpful and found the best options for me so that I could drive my dream car off the lot. Different family members and I had bought from Pollard before. Called salesman, let him know what I'm looking for and when I arrived at dealership he had 4 different vehicle ready to show. Salesman not pushy and give time to make mine.

Got the new car and it needed a oil change, they changed it, but back tire had 3 nails in it, like really, now have to pay like 70 for a tire It's all good though I got the tire fixed and it only cost 7.50 So sorry I was mad cause I was gonna have to pay like 70 for a new tire Tevin Holmes an clayton were awesome and nice Tevin helped me get a car and I appreciate that But sorry for the last review I was pissed cause of the tire
