Along with a brake flush and a NC inspection, I had an intermediate service done on my 2014 Boxster. All went well with the staff who were all courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. My car was returned with a very nice wash job.

Doug is an excellent Service Tech. He is very knowledgeable about Porsche's. Patrick is know as one of best Porsche mechanics in the area. He is also available to the customers which is a plus.

I have taken my 911 Twin Turbo S to Porsche Asheville on a number of occasions for general maintenance, warranty work and to have aftermarket items installed. The service has always been great, the work has been performed on time, and the pricing has always been very reasonable.

Brent was great; he tried really hard and gave multiple test rides etc. Finance people are always a bit weird for me; I do not enjoy the attempted sell of extended warranties etc. and have told myself to never sit through it again. I made an exception because my wife was with me and regretted it. Also,Porsche assigned us a really lousy interest rate that we had to renegotiate. It was a surprise with our credit rating which is excellent. All in all enjoyable mostly because of Brent.

Promptly diagnosed problem, and fixed leaking 2009 Targa 4S roof. Moreover, service throughly went over the car pointing out a few items of concern, as well as recommending scheduled maintenance items. I appreciated the way they broke down the concerns and itemized the individual repairs/maintainance in a clear concise manner. I had them correct everything! Top Notch, Highly Recommended!Best, Chas

I purchased my Porsche from harmony Motors and, except for a minor tire issue, have returned there for all of my service needs. The staff is very helpful and are easy to work with. I did have some problems settling on a scheduled service date and had to adjust my requested date a couple of times. Brittany made sure that I received a service appointment that matched my schedule. Doug Urban, who has been my service advisor since I purchased the car, has always been excellent. I trust his recommendations and appreciate the care he shows for my car. I don't always need a loaner vehicle, but when I do the service department makes one available to me.

I have a complaint! The service and treatment that I receive from everyone, be it the runners that greet me as I drive in, Mr. Urban in service, all of the salespeople, the managers, everyone! Is so good that I feel guilty to even look at an advertisement about any other make of car other than Porsche and Audi!

I recently needed some body work done and I called my Porsche service advisor, Doug Urban. Doug as always was very helpful. He gave me the name and number of the Porsche certified repair garage.I made arrangements with them to pick my car up from Harmony. Harmony gave me a ride to the car rental office. When my car was finished Doug called me told me he was expecting my car at 2:30pm and he would have to reset some of the settings on my car and would call e when it was ready. He sent a driver to pick me up at the car rental office when I dropped off the rental. When I returned to the dealership my car was sitting in the drive. Doug took care of all the paperwork and one of the nice young men took my bags and put them in my car and even hot me a bottle of water. The whole experience was very nice.

I had a small issue with my new Macan, .....(things happen), so I set up a warranty appointment for July 19th, 2016. I was treated with respect from the phone call till the job was complete. The entire process was handle in a professional manner. My "loaner car" was sitting outside with the AC "on" when I walked out to get in it. (nice touch)!.....the job only took a few hours and I was able to pick my car up before lunch time. The entire process helped to remind me that "service" is still alive with a select few companies. The people at Harmony Motors understand that good service is key to their success. Most of the "other guys", in the car service business, could learn a thing or two from Harmony Motors regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Everybody at your location is fantastic. Brent couldn't have helped me any more than he did and your service desk is always very helpful.I was VERY disappointed that my Macan S tires only lasted 13,700 miles I would never buy Continentals again. These were the worst tires that I have ever owned!!I think that either Porsche or Continental Tire Co .should pay me back for half of my new tire purchase of $2000.Thanks,TomPaturalski

I bought my husband an Anniversary Porsche and Ron was excellent at helping me through the decision making process and buying process. He helped me decide which model and options I wanted and answered any and all questions that I had. I was a little nervous making such a big purchase without my husbands input but I felt that I could trust Ron to explain auto options and purchase options that I might not understand and to give me a fair price. I came in with a flat tire. I was immediately taken care of and waited for the service to be done. While I was there I found out that the yearly service was due and have that done while I was there . The service was done promptly and being the dealership could not of been more courteous.

Car was thoroughly gone through with recommendations made for updates that would make the car safer and perform better. I drove to Asheville from Knoxville, TN to buy a Porsche Macan and it was worth the trip!! I had communicated with the salesman, Mark Kaye, before driving over about the Macans they had for sale and for how much they could/would sell them. I also was trading and Mark gave me a trade in value subject to their appraisal, which makes sense but I was worried they would give me less on it once I got there (the old bait and switch tactic so many dealers practice). Mark kept his word about everything and was a pleasure to work with. He is even going out of his way to deliver it to me....a 2 hour drive each way! Everyone I dealt with at Harmony was nice, helpful and professional and made me feel comfortable and my business valued!! I never felt pressured. I definitely recommend Harmony Motors and encourage dealing with Mark Kaye. I was very impressed!!

Ron Klahr was my salesman. He was attentative without being overbearing and he was very helpful. Once I decided on the options I wanted, Ron checked other dealer's inventory to see if he could find what I wanted. I found him very fair in striking a deal. And once I decided to order the model/options I wanted, Ron was spot-on with his estimated delivery date. Delivery was very smooth and my new Cayenne was prepped beautifully when I arrived for pickup. James Lordman explained the various warranties and other coverages and was helpful in selecting those that would be most applicable to me.

To check an engine light that came on cost $135.00!!!! At the auto part store it was for free and another mechanic charged $35.00. I was told the exact same results! They did not do anything different! At least I got my car washed! For $135.00!!!!! Never again!!! Zac was very nice but he doesn't set the prices! I feel that was way too expensive to hook the computer up to see whats wrong! And the next day my battery was dead having me call AAA!!! Dont know what they did but I was not happy!!!!!

My '03 Porsche 911 C4S coupe with 40k miles developed 2 transmission leaks (repair cost $1500) and a serious muffler raffle cause by broken tailpipe (repair cost $1000) within the first 30 days and less than 1500 miles of purchase. Despite having a 30 day drivetrain warranty, Porsche Asheville's GM and Principle both declined to assist with the $2500 cost of either breakage. Disappointing conclusion to an otherwise positive sales experience with Salesman Brent Curvin who was great to deal with.Buyers Beware!!!
