First time buyer, and needed a car. Their process was clear, pain free and there was very little pressure. The dealership was able to get me an amazing rate, put the payment where I needed it - and deliver the vehicle. 5 minutes on their webpage, 10 minutes on the phone, and 60 minutes on site. We got the test drive done, and left with the car in about an hour, which is what we were told to expect. When you offer them your business, they are by far the most professional operation I experienced. Great for students, great for upscale cars. Ask for John Roy in sales - he took care of my car needs and there's a good chance he'll help you with yours as well. After having been to two other dealerships and getting a complete runaround, I'm glad I got to see an example of how the process is SUPPOSED to work. I want to tell everyone about a great experience I had at Roger Jobs Motors in Bellingham, Wa. I bought a 2006 Mercury Montego for a fair price . The salesman I worked with was Chris Orlando. He was real easy to work with and a great guy. He was not pushy like some dealerships are. I got the car home & my girl friend noticed a lot of water under the passenger floor mat. I know it was a used car but Chris insisted I bring it back to make it right. It was a surprise to me that they wanted to do the right thing & Repair this. I took the car back in & they had it over night. They took the whole thing apart to find the leak & even picked me up the next day to bring me back to the dealership. The repair is 100% good. My husband and I just bought a used VW Jetta from Roger Jobs. The buying process was very easy and friendly. Jackson Brandt helped us through the process. He was so wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about the car. The sales manager who walked us through the signing was also pretty great, he made the signing process quick and easy. We would recommend Jackson and Roger jobs to anyone looking at getting a quality new or used vehicle.

But I went to Roger Jobs, in Bellingham and experienced great customer services, from start to finish!!! Dory helped me through a few test drives, gave me all the info I needed, listened to my wants and needs and I ended up driving away smiling in a new VW Golf!

Nick and Chris at Roger Jobs helped my wife and I purchase a 2014 Explorer Limited from their preowned lot and it was an exceptionally easy and stressless buy for us both online and at the dealership. Very professional and thruthful in answering all questions, willing to deal without badgering, awesome test drive and knowledgable about vehicle specs and options. Roger Jobs seems to have reasonable pricing and definitely has and should be proud of good and caring employees. Very good dealership.

I purchased a pre-owned Carrera 4 last week from Roger Jobs Motors, and I had a really great car-buying experience with my salesperson Chris Orlando. In so many ways, he and this dealership went above-and-beyond my expectations. I have quite a bit of car-buying experience from having helped friends select and negotiate their Mercedes and BMW car purchases in recent years, so I can tell a good dealership and good sales person when I meet one, and Chris is definitely one of the best. Expertise: Chris was very knowledgeable about Porsche overall, and he had a lot of subject matter expertise, including the model year quirks and strengths of the 996 range across the years, all the way to the newest models. Any time I brought up a topic, he was able to have an intelligent and informed conversation about Porsche. Professionalism: After test driving the car a few weeks back, I did take some time to think it through and do more research before buying it last week. Chris was patient, and provided just the right amount of professional follow-through, without being overbearing. Courtesy & Above-And-Beyond: The weekend when I wanted to complete the purchase, my boyfriend was out of town, and I was about to impose on a friend to drive me 1.5 hours north of Bellevue to help me pick up the car. While I cannot guarantee if Chris will do this for you, he picked me up for the one-way drive to go get the 996! He went out of his way to come get me on a Saturday, which is actually his day off. Amazing. Chris also spent time showing me the exciting and super-exotic supercar models which have been allocated exclusively this dealership. Of course I took some photos to send to my brothers were talking the sick new GT3 RS as well as the new hybrid model. I hadnt even KNOWN that Porsche had a hybrid model. I appreciated the ability to take time and look around at these cars, and everyone at the dealership was courteous, even though as a pre-owned buyer, I was certainly not one of their top spenders. I still got a lot of respect, and as a young woman, I feel like I was still treated as well as any buyer. Additionally, Chis went out of his way to make sure I knew about great drives like Chuckanut, and other information for car aficionados. Finally, Jason the finance guy was knowledgeable, showed me a number of after-market warranties (one of which I did find valuable for my needs), and was friendly and cool. Also, the next day after buying, I checked my invoice again before filing it away, and I had mistakenly thought that the tax rate had been miscalculated, so I left a voicemail about it to the dealership. Jason called me as soon as he got the message, to correct the issue, but it turns out it was me who had actually had made the mistake. No worries, no problems, he was glad everything was OK. Thanks, guys! Love this dealership, Porsche #2 will be coming from you as well, someday!

My husband and I were planning on buying a Honda in Seattle until we talked to John Roy yesterday. We bought a 2012 VW Jetta and couldn't be happier! It was the best experience we have had buying a car in our twenty three years being married. John was relaxed and very knowledgeable. I have taken the time to read some previous reviews, and lets face it Dory Saad is certainly competent, warm and welcoming, and overall an outstanding asset to Roger Jobs Motors Inc. If you happen to walk on the lot at Roger Jobs and Dory is first in line to assist you consider yourself blessed. My wife and I are missionaries and have travelled a very long way from California on assignment, to give back into the wonderful community of Bellingham by serving the lowly through sacrifice and with great generosity. Our current vehicle has aided in bringing us thus far only to notice our 2001 Nissan Sentra has slowly depleted and has made it extremely rough for us to carry out our purpose. It would be an inconvenience to make repairs on this vehicle as it is 15 years old and not worth the trouble. Thankfully we have come across Dory at Roger Jobs Motors and he has been extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure we find the right vehicle. His demeanor is one of a man with a righteous character, after some time spent in his presence I can sense that he really cares about making sure we get the right car. He has been entirely upfront and honest and this is something that is rare to come across, especially with auto dealers. When you experience the exceptional high quality service that Dory provides you can not help but wonder why this man is not the owner of his own personal dealership. We will receive our top of the line 2016 Audi Allroad shortly and have truly been blessed to receive Dory as our perfect car guide! We look forward to continuing on with Dory knowing that He is completely capable of ensuring that we receive exactly what is ours. I went car shopping at several dealerships to compare models, prices, and service. Rodger Jobs blew the competition away! I worked with Dory Saad and he was very helpful and accommodating. He made time for me and allowed me to do several test drives on multiple days to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. Dory did a great job of staying in communication with me without being pushy or rude. I really enjoyed talking with Dory and he is very knowledgeable about all of the cars on his lot. When I finally decided on the Passat, Dory was up front and honest about all of the pricing options and he made me a great deal! I really appreciated how he showed me everything going into the cost and didn't try to hide anything from me. I ended up buying a 2016 Passat and I LOVE IT! The Passat is a great car, it has a smooth style, great features inside and out, and a sporty engine. I never knew how much I would love heated seats!!! The Passat is a great value as well. You get a lot of car and options for a great price!

I have purchased two cars over time at this dealership and they have always had the highest standards of customer care. Dory Saad is a great sales person. He took the time to ensure that my purchase was what I wanted in a car and researched any questions I had. Afterwards he checked in to see that I was happy with my purchase and to see if I had any questions about my car. He went over in detail every aspect of ownership of my purchase with me. He is top notch when it comes to a truly professional car salesman and Roger Jobs as a dealership is the same.

There is not enough good I can say about our experience with buying a new Porsche with John Roy at Roger Jobs. John, and everyone else we met at the dealership was professional, extremely courteous and answered all our questions. Foremost to me is that they were not pushy! We took lots of time to decide and considered lots of options before deciding on the perfect car and not once did we feel any pressure from John. These guys know what it means to sell luxury cars and deal with customers. I was also pleased to find out that whenever we bring our Porsche in for service, we get a Porsche loaner. We have had Audi's before as well and will again, and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind where we'll go to get our next one. These guys, and John Roy in particular are absolutely first rate!

I am not currently in the market for a new vehicle. My 12-year-old son however is. He is considering a Porsche 911, or 918 (dreaming). We stopped by Roger Jobs to look at both cars. The salesman, John Roy, was happy to let us take a look. He knew full well that we had no intention, nor the means to buy either car, but he was happy to spend some of his time showing my son around, and letting him snap some photos. It was clear that Roger Jobs has created a culture where a salesman can do things like this, even if a sale is not in the cards.

In my search for a P-car, I came across a number of online forums in which forum members described their experiences with dealerships. I live in an area with two local dealers, but because of the larger number of positive reviews for Roger Jobs/Bellingham Porsche I decided to purchase from them even though the dealership is located somewhat further away. But first, let me list some of the issues I found regarding the local dealers, including: 1) sales associates ignoring potential customers; 2) un-returned customer emails and phone calls; 3) appointments required to TALK to sales associates; 4) hard-sells for add-on items; and 5) delays in issuing refunds for overcharges Such egregious violations of customer trust and satisfaction by the local dealerships easily pushed me towards Roger Jobs. I communicated via email with David Tucker and he arranged a custom order in a painless and smooth transaction. David was always courteous and prompt with his replies and did not try to oversell. The one phone call I did have to make was for the credit card deposit and final confirmation of the order. I cannot comment on the final delivery as my vehicle will arrive in 3 months, but given what has transpired so far I expect it to be a trouble-free and relaxed experience. As of now Roger Jobs/Bellingham Porsche has earned my loyalty for future purchases.

I worked with Chris Orlando in the Used department. i had come in to have my Porsche serviced. Trading was in the back of my mind but I did not like the new Porsche design. Chris helped me after I spotted a BMW in the Used lot. He answered every question. He did not try to push me to a Porsche. The price was fair and I drove home with my new car.

I was fortunate enough to win a "Porsche for the weekend" in a putting contest at a golf tournament last year. When I went in to Roger Jobs to claim my prize John Roy helped me through the process. I have to admit when I drove it off the lot it I had no thoughts of buying one for myself. That weekend flew by and both my wife and I were extremely sad we had to give it back, as we had a heck of a good time driving it around. When we returned it, I asked John what it would take for me to get one for myself. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. We took a used Boxter home for a test drive and I talked myself in and out of it 100 times that night. We ended up not buying it, but it was no fault of John. He was great. If we ever do decide to take a look at a Porsche again, we will definitely be in contact with John. Everyone at Roger Jobs was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!

When would you write a review about a dealer from whom you did NOT, yet, buy a car? When John Roy of Roger Jobs Audi in Bellingham is trying to help. I made a cold call on Roger Jobs and was greeted by John. I'm a BMW guy but thought I'd try to buy an Audi for my wife. Given the timing, the selection I sought, the need for slightly used, and the very specific parameters i wanted to meet John has not, yet, been able to find the car I want. But he has been knowledgeable, attentive, has followed up, has tried me out on various possibles, and has been everything you could ask for in a car salesman and then some. Really impressive guy. I wish/hope I am able to buy a car from Roger Jobs in no small part because John has done a great job for his dealer. Highly recommended!! Good man. Jeff Keane

In late july my wife and I purchased a pre-owned 911 from Roger Jobs. Our sales rep was Chris Orlando with some valuable assistance from Drew and John. While I purchased my 911 Turbo S from Roger Jobs and had a good sales experience, I cannot recommend their service department. With approximately 450 miles on my car, a rattling noise began above the drivers seat, somewhere in the sun roof or headliner. The good news is that Roger Jobs service department identified the problem and fixed it. The bad news is that they put 83 miles on my car in doing so. The rattling noise was not intermittent or something that was difficult to replicate. Rather, you get in the car, you drive down the block, and you hear the noise. The dealer acknowledges that the mileage put on the car was excessive, but in the same breath justified the mileage by wanting to make sure that they had permanently fixed the problem including a final 20-mile scenic test drive around a lake. Of the 83 miles, I think about 50 miles were unnecessary (what I consider joyriding). Because of this lack of respect for their customers and vehicles, I recommend getting service done at a different Porsche dealership or repair shop.

Nick Leader (sales associate) is the guy you want to buy from! Helpful and friendly, he went the extra mile. He even picked me up from the bus station, and got me in and out in minimum time. Nick also sent me some little odds and ends for the vehicle (misc plastic parts), and some $ when the battery was discovered to be bad later. You get top-notch service from these guys!
