In March of last year I had a service done by this dealership because I was still under the service package for my 2012 911S. They said nothing needed work except for the oil change. Fast forward 1,840 miles later. The service package I bought had expired and the car was not performing as it had in the past. Took it too a local Porsche certified mechanic to be fixed. He found the air filters were not changed the last visit, the brakes needed replaced (I saw them, he wasn't just adding to the bill), and other little things that should have been caught at the last inspection before the service package ran out. Don't recommend them and I just ordered a new 911 from San Antonio Porsche. Too bad Austin can't have a good dealership for Porsche!

I bought a 2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS and the initial experience was great while physically at the dealership. I paid money to fly there to pick up the vehicle, they did get me decent financing rates, but as soon as I was gone from the dealership I had mechanical problems with the car. I called about the vehicle on line and was contacted by someone from their Audi franchise. He handled the financing part well, then I had problems that had to be part of why the car was for sale as some of these faults in the computer were dated before I bought the vehicle. I contacted Porsche North America and they tried to help then the dealer pulled the switcheroo and said the vehicle was purchased at Audi as a used car and NOT Porsche so that they would be off the hook and make me just go away and not to have to fix a car not even a few days old to me. The car sat in my garage broken for the first two weeks of owning it. The dealership, Porsche North America, as well as the salesman from Audi put my phone numbers and email on some blackball list and refused to return any of my requests for information. YES EVEN PORSCHE NA DIS-OWNED ME FOR ASKING FOR HELP!!! So I would NEVER recommend buying from any of the Central Austin, line of cars or EVER owning a Porsche as their customer server is the worst. Buy a highline BMW or Mercedes but NOT from Austin Texas. Dishonest sales and service practices!!!!!!!!! :(

My car buying experience was great....but that is where it ended with this dealership. The service department at Roger Beasley Porsche is TERRIBLE. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to be called the day of to be told that I can't bring it in because they are full. When I asked when I could bring it in I was told "I don't know. We will call you back". Not only did I not get called back, I ended up having to call 3 different times because the guy I was supposed to talk to wasn't in. When I finally got my car in for service I received a xxx Subaru Outback for a loaner car. Why is a Porsche dealership buying Subaru's to give out as loaners??? This dealership is a joke.

Last minute service was promptly done before my car hit 50K miles. Called John in the service department and plans were made to bring my cayenne in on a Monday morning. Many small issues still under warranty were discussed and replaced as planned. Very thankful the staff was accommodating and we were able to get the car back in better condition we brought it in. I highly recommend servicing your Porsche or other exotic vehicle here.

I traveled from Saint Louis to purchase a car at Beasley in Austin. I have seen the car personally this autumn but delayed purchasing until the first of the year due to Missouri's tax laws. I dealt with Karrie Kirby, as she handles internet sales. She was very personable and professional. Others at the dealership were not as easy to work with, hence the less than great ratings. If I had only dealt with Karrie the process would have been virtually perfect. She handled the transaction accurately and when I arrived to pick up the car, spent a good amount of time explaining its many features. When I drove home the next day, I felt secure in knowing I had a very good deal (several thousands less than NADA for a CPO car) and was handled with respect. Karrie also followed through with correspondence to confirm that everything was ok with the car and the process. A+ to Karrie. I may deal with Beasley again, but only through Karrie.

This was my second car purchase from Roger Beasley Porsche. I bought a CPO 911 C4S. I couldn't have asked for a better buying and service experience. The team at Beasley Porsche is a top-notch operation with customer service at the top of their priorities. The team is friendly and helpful, unlike many other "stuffy" dealers in other cities. Eric did a tremendous job working with me throughout the purchase process. He knew the car inside and out, explained all the features and even answered my questions immediately after hours!! Eric worked with me on the price of the car and my trade-in and made me feel that I got the best value for both. I then had the utmost pleasure of working with Katy Love to complete my financing. Katy was able to find me a phenomenal financing option and worked with me to get the terms I wanted. She explained every aspect of the financing in detail.This was a ZERO pressure sale and I ended up with a great car and tremendous value for my purchase. Eric followed up to make sure I was happy. And to top it all off, I had bought the window tint option. Not only did they take care of that, but they gave me a loaner (an awesome Cayenne Turbo S) to drive for the day while my car was getting tinted. That's service!

I waited 30 long years to get into a 911 and finally found her at Roger Beasley Porsche just outside of Austin proper. I bought a used 08 911 C4S (19K miles) and couldn't be more happy with the 911 or my buying experience. I had an absolute top shelf all around experience and highly recommend buying your Porsche from them.My sales consultant, Karrie Kirby, was absolutely fantastic and made my experience that much more fulfilling. I cannot express in words the level at which she took care of me. She was completely knowledgable, genuinely friendly, responsive to all questions and requests, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I found the same high level of competence and sincerety in the financing department working with Katy Love. She was equally outstanding to work with. Responsive, knowledgable, and very personable.I found pricing fair and they were willing to work with me regarding price. I didn't get the exact price I wanted, but they worked with me and met me better than half way.I WILL do business with Roger Beasley Porsche again and Karrie and Katy are the reason why.If they have the particular Porsche you are looking for, go see them first. You will not be disappointed.

Probably one of the most hassle-free purchases that I have made. Eric was friendly, professional, and did not push the sale at all. We had a very professional transaction. He answered my questions, allowed for a wonderful test drive, and responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely buy another car from Eric. I visited Porsche dealers in San Antonio, and Houston and received very good service in my hunt for the "perfect" car. However, Eric was over the top (and he had a great car to sell). My target was a Porsche Panamera Turbo, lightly used and Certified. I found several possibles via internet with dealers in San Antonio and Austin. My location (near Fredericksburg)is nearly equidistant to these dealers, and I checked San Antonio first. No complaints but not what I would call a 'motivated seller'. I then checked with Roger Beasley Porsche of Austin and found an ideal car and a truly motivated seller in the person of Eric Casas. It later developed, as our 'deal' came together that Eric was the point man in a team of motivated professionals. Some key details -The car was not 100.0% right as presented, though very nearly so. Eric had no problems of support of his group to fix those small issues. I am a patient and skilled negotiator, and have many times come across sales people in high-end dealerships who run out of patience before the deal is done. Not so of Eric and Roger Beasley Porsche; they held on and we got a deal that pleases both of us. When the deal was done, closing came off exactly when and as Eric and I had agreed. No surprises; no problems. The R-B Porsche Service Dept was important in my decision; these cars need service and parts support to deliver the driving experience we look for in Porsche. I confidently recommend Eric Casas and Roger Beasley Porsche; you will not be disappointed.

I contacted Roger Beasley Porsche after seeing a car online. Eric Casas got in contact with me right away. There were times when I could not get on the phone with him but he was very accommodating using email and text messaging to get in communication with me. I felt that their customer service went above and beyond because Eric went as far as meeting me half way to San Antonio to deliver the mercedes-benz to me. I would highly recommend Eric Casas and the rest of the staff at Roger Beasley Porsche even if you do not live in the Austin area. I had many questions but every time I contacted the dealership the staff was friendly and informative. My overall experience was great! I'm very happy with my purchase.

After having shopped all dealerships within a couple hundred miles (of Indy)and not being able to find the Targa that fit the bill, I found Roger Beasly Porsche on the internet with 2. My initial e mail inquiry was quickly returned. Then followed SEVERAL phone calls to and from Eric. He was always very polite and knowledgable.He represented the car as excellant and personally guaranteed that if the car was not 100 % as he represented, he/dealership would pay for my trip.The car was and is now in my garage!Katy was a jewel to deal with. In an effort to speed things up at the dealership,we did all the paperwork over the phone and by fed x prior to picking up the car. She was always very nice and explained the process completly.There was minimal time at the dealership except for the test drive and inspection.I will certainly look to this dealership when the time comes to trade up!

In my dealings with Karrie, I found her to be extremely helpful and accommodating, refreshingly honest, and genuinely friendly. She instilled confidence in this very particular shopper that she represented the used Porsche accurately. My only regret in purchasing a Porsche elsewhere is that I could not give Karrie my business, which I felt she justly deserved. She is unlike any automotive sales person I have ever encountered. She is truly a wonderful human being!

I purchased a used Porsche from Roger Beasley last year and was told that a new clutch and new tires were put on the car. The new clutch was obvious, but I pointed out to the manager that the tires did not look new to me. He assured me that they were indeed new tires. Skeptical as I was, I had to take his word for it. A week later I took the car in because of a warning light that came on. I asked the service person if the tires were new and I pointed to the cracks in the tire tread. He responded that they absolutely were not new, and the cracks were due to dry rot. I immediately got the manager and told him what the service person told me. Knowing he was caught in a lie, he did agree to replace the tires with new ones. When I picked the car up, I was then forced to pay for balancing the tires. My experience with the salesman was great, but due to the actions of the manager, I have my doubts about the integrity of the dealership.

I live over six hours from Austin, and Tim and his crew always bend over backwards to make sure my car is taken care of in as short a time as possible. Our bank reported that a wrong purchase order was faxed to them 3 times...never got it right! When they called Roger Beasley, Katie was rude to them. When we went in two days later to sign the final paperwork, after the dealer had received our bank draft, we had to wait 2 hours. Miserable customer service. Absolutely the worst buying experience ever.

Simply terribler, a bunch of thiefs. never ever take your car with a problem to them. First they try to convince you that onlky they can deal with it, then they steal you blind. Just to give you an idea of how bad this can get, they wanted to charge me $1100 for parts and service on a minor rpoblem that was resolved by a mechanic for $87.

From day one on the phone these guys were a class act. After calling several Texas dealers, all I got was the run around from many of those guys. The Roger Beasley experience was amazing. No pressure whatsoever, great guys to talk to, easy to deal with on price and straight shooters. They did a great job of trying to find me a new Carrera. I walked in Saturday morning and there was a beautiful black 911 Carrera S sitting on the showroom floor. Asked if I wanted to drive it--nice to take the one off the floor for me. No need to put it back into the show room--I was SOLD. An hour later or so I was off in my new Porsche. Class act team with zero attitude--great place to buy a Porsche. I would highly recommend them. They have a new customer for life. And if you are looking at a Porsche it is an amazing car!

I have wanted to own a 911 for 30 years and finally found a way to make it happen this year. I went to Roger Beasley looking for a low mileage 2010 911 that I could get CPO in order to take advantage of the extended warranty period. If I couldn't get the 2010, then I was going to order a 2011. I had researched RB online before I went and noticed that Eric Casas had received several excellent reviews, so I decided to ask for him when I went to the dealership. As luck would have it, Eric was the one that greeted me. He listened patiently while I explained what I wanted, including the color and interior. He didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot at the time, but let me drive a 2010 Carrera with 9000 miles on it that was GT metallic silver with Carrera red interior. Everything about the car was great, but I couldn't get past the red interior (not for me). I decided to pass on that car and asked Eric to try to find a low mileage 2010 that was silver w/black or white w/sand beige. He accepted my decision without hesitation and did not try to pressure me into the car that I had driven (which I very much appreciated). He told me that he would try to locate what I wanted and would stay in touch. I decided to give him two months to find what I wanted, and if he couldn't find it, then I would order a 2011. About six weeks later, he called me and said, "I've got your car!" A couple had just come into the dealership and traded in a 2010 Carrera 4S that was silver w/black interior, and it only had 1700 miles on it. I made an appointment to come in and drive the car the next day, and the rest is history. I drove the car, fell in love with it immediately, and made a deal on the spot. Two days later I elatedly drove off in my dream car. If you are looking for your dream Porsche, and want to shop for it in a very attentive but no-pressure environment, I highly recommend Roger Beasley and Eric Casas. I was treated with respect at every step of the process and got a great car at a great price. Thanks, Eric!

I have been a certifiable Porsche fanatic since I was 18 years old. My next door neighbor owned a Porsche shop and brought home one awesome Porsche after another every night. I ended up being his "shop rat" and purchasing my 1st Porsche the next year. My fully restored 1973 914 was my first real sports car. I have regretted selling that car for years.After a 27 year wait (having owned several BMWs, a Mercedes,a VW, an RX-8 and most recently Infiniti G35) I drove out of Roger Beasley today my "new" 2006 987 Boxster. A huge Thank You to Eric Casas and the entire staff at Roger Beasley Porsche for making this deal work for me.This was, by far, the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had, ever. Eric is a true gentleman and professional with a deep knowledge of the Porsche product line. Kathryn was absolutely the most personable and professional finance person I have had the pleasure to work with. This was my 16th car purchase, and without reservation, the most fun and easy transaction yet.I intend to enjoy my "new" Boxster for many years! If I do decide to own another Porsche, Eric Casas and Roger Beasley Porsche will be the first place I stop... actually, a 4 or 5 year old 2011 Boxster Spyder is already looking like a great idea!!

Karrie was very friendly and easy to work with. Not your typcal sales person. She didn't push to sell me the car, she believes in her product and let the product sell itself. It is pretty easy to believe in the product, when it's a Porsche you are talking about..haha.. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. PS. Roger Beasley Porsche is the only dealership that I have ever had a pleasant sales experience with no surprises. Ms. Kirby was so pleasant, considerate and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She promptly provided any information I requested and extended the customer service beyond my expectations. Buying this vehicle was like dealing with a family member. I was very pleased with my experience with Roger Beasley Porche. Jeffrey was very helpful and did not put a lot of pressure on me as other dealers had. He was pleasant to work with and treated me with respect. Being a woman that can be hard to find at times when dealing with car sales people. His follow up was impressive also. I live in San Antonio but would drive again to Austin to make a purchase. He worked with me on price (I bought an 2008 Infiniti G37)and he did not waste my time "playing" games. Something I appreciated since I'm a full time ARC/Interior Design student and at that time was going through mid-terms and finishing a MAJOR home remodel project. I probably won't have a lot of experience with their Repair Dept. due to the time needed to drive to Austin but if neccesary feel it too would be a pleasant experince. I came to Roger Beasley looking for a fun car to drive. After doing my own research, I narrowed down my choice to either a Boxster S or an SLK Mercedes. RB had just the Boxster I was looking for and Jeff sent me out on a test drive. Needless to say, I was totally smitten! Upon returning, I sat down with Jeff and he answered the few questions I had, plus he pointed out other outstanding features of the car. Since it was the only one they had on the lot with just what I was looking for, they recommended I put down a deposit to prevent anyone else from purchasing the car. I made it clear there was another car somewhere else that I was interested in as well, and didnt want to lay down a deposit til I had a chance to check out the SLK. I turned and left, no pressure at all on their part. Well, I got as far as my car and that was it. I immediately felt I had to go back and hand over a deposit. Two days later I returned to fill out the necessary paperwork and had keys in hand. We left the sales office to walk over to my new "ride" and there it was, with a big red ribbon on the hood! Another once over from bumper to bumper with Jeff pointing out everything I needed to know, inside and out. Being female, it's difficult to get respect from some car salesmen, especially when looking to buy a sportscar (this is not my first). I actually had one dealership tell me that the car I was interested in "is not for you". That's not the case at Roger Beasley.I havent had to deal with the Service Department yet, but Im confident I wont be disappointed.

Everyone is very friendly and not pushy. They let you look without any pressure. The service is excellent. This is my 2nd purchace from the dealership. I wish they had better location. Its off the beaten path. However the quality of service more than makes up for that. The salesman has followed up with me many times since my purchace to make sure I am happy. And I am!

Came into contact with Roger Beasley through eBay. Eric responded quickly to all of my questions and gave us their best price immediately....no playing games or wasting time! Great customer service and communication overall and very Internet friendly. Drove from Dallas to test drive used MINI Cooper and everything was as stated, no surprises. Bought it same day. We were in and out within a hour or so! I would highly recommend Eric and Roger Beasley Porsche when buying a used or new car, especially over the Internet!

Eric was great to work with. I stopped by on a Saturday, looked at six cars that were the model that interested me. I drove two. Eric compared the pricing and financing of these two cars. The test drive and price helped me pick one. I put a deposit down, sold my old car, qualified for the financing and drove away about ten days later. The entire process (including great work by Katy Love in financing) was so smooth and trouble free. In an hour and a half, I had compared the cars (with Eric recalling most of the cars' mileage, price and specs from memory), taken two test drives and completed my mission for the day, which was to answer the question: "OK, so if I sell my car, what will I buy in its place and what will it cost me?"

I drove two hundred miles to see a car because Mr. Casas convinced me it would be worth it. When I arrived, I wasn't disappointed. Although I ended up purchasing a completely different car that the one we discussed prior to the trip, every part of the buying experience was exceptional. During the negotiation, I made a unique request or two. Eric worked hard and fast to get everything done to my satisfaction. I can't say enough regarding what I saw from the entire sales team. When members of the sales team take the time to remove and replace tires/wheels (on a hot/humid Texas afternoon) to meet a customers request and make the deal, that's "Special"... and that's how I feel about the time my wife and I spent at Roger Beasley Porsche this past weekend. **Ms. Kathryn Love was also extremely friendly and helpful in the paperwork part of the process. I came to RB Porsche to look for a replacement for my M5. After being a BMW-type since the mid-1980s, it was time for a change. I knew I wanted a 911 and Chris took the time to explain the differences between the 996 and 997 versions. We made several trips into lot to look at various CPO cars (it was wicked hot outside). Found a car that I liked, but didn't act quickly enough - gone. Found several cars through the main Porsche website. The guys tried to buy the vehicles, but the other dealers wouldn't sell at the "right price".Finally sat down with with Chris to discuss options on how to get into the right car. Long story short; purchased a 2006 C4S and couldn't be happier. Everyone I met in the pre-owned center were knowledgable and extremely helpful. Looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship Porsche Austin.

The environment was laid back and easy going; a no pressure environment and by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! We started the day looking for an SUV (which we had done all of our research on) and ended up buying a car that they were selling. Having not done our research for this particular model, they encouraged us to do some research before talking numbers and getting into the negotiations which I found to be highly respectable and impressive. After presenting me with their numbers, they walked me through how they derived all the values and it was a very straight ford and no nonsense approach. We will definitely be going back for future vehicle purchases regardless if they have what we are looking for in stock!

I bought a CPO 2006 Cayman S from them last week, and the experience was positive from start to finish. Monday I dropped by and test drove a black car. Tuesday Eric called and said someone else bought that one. I asked him to keep his eyes peeled for an '06 S model, manual, not red or silver, CPO. Later that day he called and said they were trying to get a yellow one at Auction. Eric said he thought they might be able to sell it for as little as $36 if it didn't need much work to certify, and that it should be ready to sell Friday. I scheduled an appointment for Friday 12:45. Friday morning he called saying another guy had driven the thing Thursday night and was pushing hard for them to sell it to him. Eric wanted to know if I was really coming. I told him yes, don't sell it to the other guy, and Eric said no problem, I had dibs. So I go in Friday, the car is as described and looks practically new. The price stayed put at $36k. While they were doing the paperwork, I asked when I would need to do the first oil change. Eric checked and saw that it would be due in two months, so he had the techs change the oil for free while I waited. When they put it up on the lift, they found a nail in a tire. It was barely leaking, but they said they'd order a new tire at their cost. I'm going in tomorrow for my free tire. While they were finishing up the oil change, I mentioned to another employee, Robert, that I liked the four foot poster on the wall of a Cayman like mine in front of the Pennybacker Bridge here in Austin. Robert says they'll get me one like it for myself. He calls their photographer, who comes right to the dealer, and has him follow me in my new ride to any place I want. We went to my favorite coffee house and took a bunch of pics of the car out front. Guess I'll get my poster in a couple of weeks. I seriously doubt everybody can expect a poster with their car - must've been a lucky fluke since they were having the photog. do a bunch of work that week. Still, great fun. I priced cars a lot before heading in - $36k for the car I got was a fair price. I was also pleased to be treated like a serious customer even though that was surely the smallest (i.e. least profitable) sale of the month. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Karrie was great to work with and was very willing to change her schedule and be flexible. The other staff was friendly and easy to work with as well. The only recommendation is to get Karrie up to speed on all of the processes and operations. I know she's only been in this role a few weeks, but she seemed to rely a lot on the other sales personnel to answer question. With her personality and some experience, she will be an amazing asset to your company.

I came to ask Robert about a Porsche I found in another city I was considering buying (He did not have one). Robert explained why that particular year/model was one to avoid. Robert suggested one that he had just taken in on trade. It was stunning! I knew it would be more than what my budget would allow, but Robert gave me a price that I thought was a mistake. Katy made the paper work process that you hear at dealerships taking hours (how about in under 10 minutes!) Chris gathered all of my information correctly and only asked for it once. Chris made sure the vehicle was fueled up, all keys, documents, etc. were in order. I expressed I had to get to my son to his football game and could not be late.
