I spoke with a couple of dealerships and decided to purchase my 2012 991 from Ken Garff. The salesperson I dealt with the entire time was Daniel Eastman. If you want to buy a Porsche, he is the gentleman to deal with. Very attentive, respectful and polite. He takes the Porsche brand to another level of professionalism. I purchased my vehicle from Ken Garff in Utah even though I am located in New Jersey. It takes trust in order to make a long distance transaction work and with Daniel it was easy to build that bridge. If you are interested in purchasing a Porsche Daniel is the person to speak to.

Ken Garff Audi won my business! I was shopping around for a new car lease. I had received many quotes from different dealerships. But at the end of the day Ken Garff Audi by far won my business. Excellent service and customer treatment. Daniel is by far the most articulate and curteous man there. When I walked in there at 09:00 AM I did not plan to buy a car right away, although because I had never felt that way from walking into any dealership, I made the purchase on that same day. The service department will squeeze every single penny and dime that they can, I'm pretty sure they let the technicians charge for two or three times the amount of time if does take to make any repair, or should take to make any repair. Either that or they are just really slow. I have paid ridiculous amounts for them to bid a job, only to take it elsewhere and have the same work done for HALF THE PRICE! Literally HALF! I already paid for the diagnosis, so it wasn't cheaper- straight up price to do the repair with Ken Garff vs the price of repair WITH FACTORY PARTS at another shop a friend recommended for their integrity, that was actually much more pleasant to be in. I'm scared to even use the bathroom in that place, pretty dilapidated.

Though I'm still looking, Craig was absolutely a true professional. He was a no-pressure consultant, providing me with everything I needed to assist in my decision. This is my first Porsche, so I will be taking my time to do proper research. Craig may still be the one to get my business, but if not, he needs to understand that he did a great service for me.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Shane Toponce made himself available for any questions we had via phone, text, email, and worked seamlessly with Craig Madsen as he showed us the ins and outs of the Q7 we purchased. They were over the top friendly, accommodating, experienced, and just great people! We would definitely recommend Garff Audi to everyone! Garff is a class act all around!

Awesome experience buying my new Jetta GLI! I called from out of state, told them I wanted the car, they pulled it off the lot immediately so it would be there when I arrived. They kept the dealership open past business hours so that I could make the 5 hour drive that day to buy the car. The salesman, Burke, was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. He really made sure I was excited about the car and realized what it could do. While waiting to go down to the finance department he brought out fresh warm cookies and we took the car on a test drive. When in the finance department they were very clear as to what each document I was signing meant to help get rid of that "What did I just do...?" moment, instead I came out of financing confident and with a smile! I love my new ride and would definitely recommend purchasing from Ken Garff Volkswagen!!!!

I bought a new 2012 Passat from Ken Garff, and my salesperson, Bill, was very helpful. He laid out my various options, worked to get the specific trim that I wanted, and allowed me to test drive various options until I was comfortable. He never felt pushy and would follow up with me at appropriate times with updated information on my purchase. I recommend this dealership if you are looking at a new VW.

Had a terrific salesperson who was available when needed but not in my face. There was no pressure, just answers to questions I had. The only negative I can report happened during the closing process. I chose to finance even though I had planned to pay cash in order to receive the excellent discount offered. Had I not been more aware, there were several significant additions to my contract that were not asked for on my part, nor discussed with me prior to signing. Once pointed out they were removed without question or complaint.

Dane was well informed about his product and had personal experience owning a volkswagon. He didn't pressure me but instead educated me and respected my requests. It was a positive experience that convinced me to switch from a Toyota owner to a Volkswagon owner. I wouldn't think twice about being a repeat customer.

Our Sale man was GREAT! The service was not appealing. They gave us enough gas to have us run out on the way home and then tell us to come in and get radio fixed only to be told they don't have the tools for our vehicle. Um you would think they would have known that when we set up the appointment and BEFORE we drove all the way back there.

We came here after having a horrible experience at another dealer who got us into a car that wasn't right for our family and didn't have any desire to work with us to find something better. The people at Ken Garff listened to us and were able to greatly improve a bad situation, even though it wasn't their problem to begin with. They went the extra mile and spent the extra time to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be returning as soon as we're in the market for another vehicle!

I tried to deal with this dealership on a used car. One price on cars.com but they quoted me a higher one in an email response to my inquiry. They said that they would honor the lower price but really?? Shady at best. After I said no thanks they wouldn't stop calling.

I recently went to Ken Garff Porsche to test drive the new Panamera (which was amazing). I decided to have my Hummer serviced there as the service department was very highly recommended. After receiving a quote from the GM store, I was amazed to find that Ken Garff Porsche could do the service for almost half of the price. I dealt with Tyler and Justin, both were extremely courteous and they provided me with a Porsche Panamera for a loaner, which was right up my alley as I was already in the market. My truck came back fully detailed the next day and I have had no problems since! I will definitely be back to purchase the Porsche Panamera soon...

I have been to a few car dealerships. I worked with Chess at this dealership. Great guy! He invited me to test drive the car without him in it. It was a completely different experience. I really got to know the car on my own terms. He was very accommodating and friendly. However, he is still a car salesman. Know your budget, know where to draw the line and know what you want.
