We had an extremely pleasant experience shopping for my Porsche Macan at Conshohocken Porsche. Eric made the process of getting my new Macan S effortless. A lot of work was done via phone and when I showed up all I had to do was sign the papers and spend the rest of my time learning about the car. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and many practice tips were given as well. Randy the sales manager was excellent as well. Not only was the experience great but these 2 gentlemen were great guys tojust talk with as well. A rare and exceptional experience overall!

I originally came here to buy a certified pre owned Cayenne from Joe Shaw. The car was not what my wife and I was looking for so Joe introduced us to Tuan Nuyen for a brand new Cayenne. We knew we did not want to spend this much money but Tuan told us what our options were and how we could actually afford a new Cayenne. After a couple of days of thinking things over, we contacted Tuan to meet with him again. This time, we picked out the Cayenne we wanted and Tuan got us a great deal. We stopped by on that Saturday to take a Cayenne home to see if it would fit in our garage. On this same day, Ted assisted us and he was wonderful. We actually changed our options and Ted found another Cayenne to fit our budget and desires. We finally picked up out Cayenne this past Thursday and it has been a total pleasure. We did stop by the dealership to buy a set of rubber mats and speak to Tuan about the car. He kindly came back home with us and did a second delivery for us and looked our garage door opener to the Cayenne as well. It has been a wonderful experience and we would strongly recommend Tuan, Ted, and Joe to anyone looking for a Porsche new or pre owned. This place is all about making their customers fully satisfied and happy with their purchase. Hopefully, we will be back for another Cayenne in the next few years!!!

I would never buy a porsche from this place. Their people skills are awful. They lack the basics in customer service skills. If this is how they treat a person when buying a car I shudder to think what their service department is like. I just spoke to a friend of mine who also agreed their people skills are lacking. They will lie to your face to get the deal. I think they write their own positive reviews. Maybe the people I met were just the old style used car sales people that they have. I would just say buyer beware. Simply put AWFUL!!! I also spoke with Ed Kress who was not even willing to admit that a mistake had been made.

I have been servicing my Porsches at Conshohoken Porsche for over 10 years. In that period of time, the service continues to improve to be outstanding. I can schedule my service when I need it and have not had any issues finding time to get what I need done. The staff in service have always been very helpful and accommodating. Since my vehicles are older, they usually require part that may not be in stock. But that is not a problem. The service team checks my vehicle out quickly, order the arts and contact me when they come in. No hassle. The friendliness of the staff is amazing. They are really there to accommodate you and you feel well taken care of. I would without hesitation recommend you take your car there for service. In the sales department, I have always found the staff very cordial whether your interested in buying a car or just want to chat while your waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They are filled with information about all of the vehicles and willingly answer any questions you have. My wife just bought a new Macan S and was also very impressed by the attitude and helpfulness of the sales ambasitors. definately would recommend them.

We have been purchasing Audis from Eric Exley for over 25 years. It became time to replace our 2005 Audi with a new car. We contacted Eric, who only sells Porsches. Even though we were not thinking Porsche at the time, Eric showed us the new Macan, where the price was not much higher than the new Audis we were considering. I visited Porsche of Conshohocken on 1/6/16 to have my 2003 911 C4S serviced. The oil and pollen filter were changed and an inspection was done while I waited. Mike Pelberg was my Service Advisor. Mr. Pelberg kept me informed of the tech's progress and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the work was done well and the wait was not long. It was good to see Mr. Pelberg and Josh Phillips-Shaw, Service Manager, again since my last visit a few months ago for new rear tires. I like this dealership a lot.

since last year I have been interested in a GT car. spoke to the other dealer in the areas and was brushed of. PoC took me serious and allowed me to put a deposit down on a GT4 and GT3. decided on the GT4 when it was a announced and got an allocation shortly thereafter. I did a million builds, stopped frequently by the dealership to chat with Tuan, get an update etc. They were always happy to talk to me, provide updates and give guidance.no price gauging, no games with lists just a respectful dealer-customer relationshipThe car showed up this week and it is amazing. paperwork was quick and painless

A great car guy story. I wanted my wife to see the new Porsche Macan S after we had test driven many other comps on the market. Eric Exley greeted us from his desk in an incredibly gentle and non-salesman-like fashion. He walked us around and we test drove the Macan and were both blown away. It was an amazing and capable "SUV" that felt like a 911. I am a Cayman S owner and have been really in love with Porsche since I purchased it 1 1/2 years ago. My wife found her dream car in the Macan and we knew that her lease wasn't up until next year. Well Eric was not pushy and spent extra time educating us on the vehicle as if we were going to buy it that day, knowing this was not the case, Well it turned out that Eric looked at my Cayman and gave me an option to make a great deal on a new Cayman GTS if I wanted part with my current baby. I had lunch and made the decision within the hour to take Eric up on his offer. Eric is a great ambassador for the Porsche brand and this particular dealership. It's been over 6 years since we picked up our first Porsche at Porsche of Conshohocken. We started off with a 2008 Cayman and are currently enjoying our 4th Porsche, a 2014 Boxster. Worst car "buying" experience ever. Placed an order for Porsche Macan S at porsche of conshohocken dealership in mid September 2014. Put $1000 deposit down. They promised to deliver the car in February 2015. I called them in January and they told me they have an allocation and the car will be delivered some time in March. When I called them again in March they told me they are all sold out and returned my deposit $1000 plus $100 "compensation". Well, I think they sold the car to someone else... So BUYER BEWARE they lie and may waste you time.

Paddy Miller was pleasure to work with during my search for a pre-owned 911 convertible. I must start by saying that I did not buy a car at Porsche of Conshohocken. But the only reason is that they did not get one in their inventory that had everything I wanted before I found one elsewhere. I had specific equipment and price range limitations. Paddy was low pressure but very attentive and engaged in helping me find a car that met those needs. Any time he had a lead that Porsche of Conshohocken might be receiving a trade-in that would be suitable, he called me to give me a heads-up (even well before the car was in the dealership's possession).I searched widely throughout the eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware region as well as Orlando, Florida and found few Porsche salesman more agreeable to work with.

Another great purchasing experience at Porsche of Conshohocken. Couldn't be more pleased with our Sales Advisor Chris Bell. The man knows his Porsche's and provided exceptional guidance through the configuration and ordering process. And Chris was very patient and proactively communicated over the three month wait for the car. Never saw a better prepared delivery either. Paperwork was all in order and ready to go and Chris even went as far as bookmarking key sections of the owners manual. Very thorough.Great dealership overall. I just took delivery of my new 2015 Panamera GTS and I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction from start to finish. As soon as I walked into the dealership, Ed Kress greated me and welcomed me to take a Test drive on the Panamera 4s. He took his time to explain the car and its capabilities. I was very impressed by the car coming off a Audi S6. Post Test drive, I made my decision to narrow in for a GTS with specific color. Ed immediately found the car for me which was in the build slot. While I was waiting for my car to deliver, I was introduced to Eric Exley. Eric called me wihint a week and told me that they just got a GTS in Blk. I took the opportunity to vist Eric and the Blk GTS. Eric was very friendly and we spent close to 2 hrs Test driving and understanding the car. That day, I made the decision to buy the Blk car. Both Eric and Ed worked out the best deal for the new car and the trade in value. I immediately made the decision to purschase. At the time of delivery, car was prepped and all paperworks were ready to sign. I was very happy with the delivery especially when Eric again took his time to explain the car's functionality (Nav, Audio, electronics, etc).I highly recommend this dealership.

We are very pleased to have taken delivery of our 4th Cayenne over a span of 10 years. We consider options when looking for a new car, but always come back to Porsche of Conshohocken. Our latest Cayenne is a Diesel, after having had the S model from the very first Cayenne. Great car for everyday driving and very good mileage for a high performance SUV. My husband was inches away from death this past February and luckily (TG) he made a full recovery so we both decided that it was time to buy the 'guards red' 911 cabriolet S that he had had his eye on! The 2 closest agencies to our home is where we started the HUNT ! But we learned that neither one valued us enough as a customer to follow thru on a search for the right vehicle; one was even arrogant, having an attitude (??) We then decided to call Porsche Conshohocken where LUCKILY we were directed to Scott Mayo! He was extremely diligent with the search, checking every day and calling with possible available vehicles! He NEVER STOPPED SEARCHING until he found the exact one for us! We are grateful to him for his impeccable service from beginning to end! We also own a cayenne which was purchased 2 yrs ago before we found Scott but you can bet that when we are ready for a new cayenne we will call none other than our friend Scott Mayo! After many years I decided to buy a porsche and I went to a local dealer. The salesman was very nice and I did not want to commit until I decide which are my must have options. I sent him what I wanted in car and one week later, he was unprepared and tried yo look for a car without considering what I wanted. I waited for him to call me and tell me that he found a car. That call never came from south shore porsche so I contacted Scott Mayo and gave him my list of must have. Less than 2 hours later he had several choices. I did not have to go back and forth on price, his first price was very fair. He was very attentive and responsive to any of my requests. He even asked me several times if I needed anything else. We would highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Eric Exley. We ordered the Porsche we purchased. The ordering process is very complex as there are many possible customizations. Eric knew everything about the car we wished to purchase, and all possible options. We would not have been able to navigate the purchase without him. The car itself is a marvelous machine. Bill Rawlings was also very helpful. Eric and Bill worked as a team when it was necessary to ensure that our questions were answered and that our schedule was met. This purchase was honestly a pleasure. It's always very easy to schedule a service appointment at Porsche of Conshohocken, and each advisor will always look at your car's service record to give you an advance timing estimate. They are always flexible providing free loaners if required (but then you have to come back in the afternoon), or one can wait at the customer area with computer desks, power outlets, WiFi, a coffee machine and snacks.Work quality is typically quite good, all details are explained, and they always listen to whatever questions/concerns you might have. The prices are higher than the ones at a garage, but that's to be expected, and they are typically reasonable.

After driving the Audi Q7, I went to talk to my salesman, Dave Palermo, who was less than helpful. His customer service skills have a lot to be desired. I visited the warehouse on 4/30/14, in hopes of purchasing my new vehicle, Dave was less than enthusiastic to help me. After telling me verbally, the day before, "We are trying something new at the office, we have a new finance mgr, we do not require a deposit for a credit check", Dave told me he needed a $500 deposit before he can do a credit check. When I asked why, he stated," We're not here just to run credit. If that were the case, we'd be running credit all day. If you're really interested in the vehicle, you'll put a deposit down". Needless to say, Dave rubbed me the wrong way and he lost a sale that day.

The sound system cut out Friday night, so I gave Eric a call. He suggested I bring my '14 Cayman S in on Saturday as there were service technicians available to troubleshoot such issues even on a Saturday. So, I drove on over, the tech went over the system and determined it needed a replacement part not in stock. Rich arraigned for a Cayenne S Hybrid as a loner and I left my car. Wednesday I got a call that my car was ready for pickup. All repairs completed under warranty with my car washed and interior cleaned (it was a bit of a mess due to the weather when I dropped it off). Michael went over the repairs made and we talked for awhile about the vagaries of life. I received a followup call from Eric, who wanted to be certain I was satisfied with the work done and did not need further attention for the time being. What grand service. Thank you gentlemen!!!

Bill Rawlings makes a difference between simply buying a car or having a great buying experience. For me, it was a GREAT buying experience!Shopped around for a new 991 and found Conshohoken Porsche had the best deal. They are 1.5hrs away, but the savings made up more for the drive. I bought the car sight unseen as I felt very comfortable with Bill.I had a issue with a mis-quoted premium with my insurance company so I initially had to retract from the offer. Bill worked through all the obstacles with me and made the purchase happen. That in my opinion made the difference between one Porsche dealer to another (I have dealt with other Porsche dealers in my area - not my first 911). Bill is pleasant to chat with and is very knowledgeable in Porsches. The first time I met him in person was picking up my car He greeted me with such a warm welcome. The receptionist and I were already very acquainted due to the calls. She too is very pleasant.Ed Kress is the Gen Sales Mgr. and knows how to deal with top shelf clientele. I truly hate pushy sales managers that try to work you (hint hint Paul Miller Porsche). Ed knows he doesn't need to double talk to get things done. Negotiations with Ed was simple and straight forward. I'll take that any day!Also chatted with Mike in the service dept. He was helpful with snow tire info (plan to drive my car year round, even in snow), break-in, scheduled maint, oil changes, etc...Days after purchase, I receive a call from Bill checking up if I am happy with the car, how the car is, and if there is anything he can do for me. Again, make a difference doesn't it? Bill Rawlings gets A+ from me.We are a family of higher end vehicles. Bill will be busy fro here on, lol.

I have been using a specialty shop to service/prep my 928 S4 (manual 5 speed) for about twenty-five years, so I was not overly familiar with any of the several Porsche dealerships that were equally convenient to my home. Therefore, I visited each to see which would be a suitable place to buy and service my next new Porsche. Turned out to be an easy decision. Eric Exley and Porsche of Conshohocken won hands down. Professional. And, quite important to me, my wife was treated with the courtesy and respect she deserves (even though this is not going to be her daily driver). Eric's product knowledge is of a depth only an enthusiast and long term Porsche owner comes by and shares with kindred souls. I thought we needed a Panamera Hybrid to replace my 928 S4 (5 speed) and after looking at the first generation metal-hydride variant I held off a purchase for over a year, waiting for the lithium plug-in second generation to came out. Then when we talked about it again my wife said she thought I should get something more akin to my 928, a real sports car: something I would be happy with, not a compromise. So, we went in to Porsche of Conshohocken to buy a Carrera S: with PDK, ceramic brakes, etc (a car I have great familiarity with through friends). When we got to the dealership the new 2014 Cayman S caught the eye of my wife and she asked if it would work: a real sports car with enough room to accommodate us on occasional road trips, including my shotguns and fly rods? I knew the reviews had been over-the-top, though I had yet to drive one. Eric spent all the time I needed/wanted orienting me to the car and letting me explore its capabilities to my heart's content. He also got my wife comfortable driving it in no time. What is not to like about the Cayman S? Second skin. We could not find one anywhere in the USA that had anywhere near the options I wanted, so we ordered one with just about every option. Eric delivered it last Friday 22 November 2013 (ordered 30 August) and Michael Pelberg arranged for a new set of winter tyres/wheels (19"s) (including storage at The Tire Locker) which he had installed on the car at time of deliver with the summer tyres/wheels (20"s) put into storage. Service.I would be remiss were I not to note that Ed Kress was extremely attentive to my wife in addressing her concerns respecting issues of modern Porsche technology on her first visit to the dealership. Eric and Ed are businessmen enough to have extended us a substantial discount off MSRP. Could have bought a Carrera S for the cost of this Cayman S, yet I know I bought the better handling car, one that is more fun to drive, and suits my needs/wants better.

Why? You asked? The service was rushed, ineffective and damaged my new Porsche 911. It appears that the Service Manager Michael Pelberg has but one goal: Get you in and out as soon as possible. It seems to me that he will tell you absolutely anything just to make you leave. I've dealt with bull suppliers in my life, but this guy is an artist. Not only did the service tech misdiagnose the problem, but he damaged a part. When Michael doesn't know the answer, he makes one up. The best for last: conscious of his poor performance, he requested that I provide him with a good review. In consideration of my pledge to him, I provided him with a much better review than was warranted. If you are looking for competent, careful, and conscientious service for your Porsche automobile, AVOID this service department. If you want your rear kissed, this is the place, unless of course you are being trained by Michael Pelberg - Pelberg repeated criticized and demeaned some poor guy who had the misfortune of having a desk across from him.

My sales person Brian Dashner never seemed to mind all the calls during the first week I purchased the car. He was always available for questions and when he didn't have the answer he told me he would get back to me in 5 minutes to research it. It took him about a minutes to call me back with the answer. The dealership and sales people are very attentive and more than willing to help. Even when I had a question and my sales person had the day off another took over to get right back to me with the answer. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership. This is the first time dealing with a Porsche dealer in a long time and what a difference compared to the last interaction from another dealership.

All, I First came to the in November of 2012 at the time I was looking to buy a cayenne. I had a specific color and year in mind it did not take Brian long and he found exactly what I wanted, the only problem was I have always bought my cars and trucks houses in cash. Brian worked every angle possible and by no fault of him he could not get me approved. He stayed in touch with me on a weekly basis and finally with a lot of elbow grease and determination got me approved for a 2013 boxster. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 Cayenne S with 20,000 miles, The salesperson claimed that all service was up to date as required by Porsche for certification and that the brakes had at least 50% life left, also required for certification. A few days after I picked up the Cayenne, oil started pouring out from the bottom of the engine. After investigation, the gasket on the oil filter housing cover was found to be split. I showed the split gasket to a Porsche factory trained tech with 25 years experience and he said it looked like it had not been changed in a long, long time (Porsche specs require that it be changed with every oil change). Nobody other than Conshohocken Porsche ever worked on the Cayenne since new.Second, shortly thereafter I pulled a wheel to check the brakes. Contrary to what Conshohocken Porsche claimed, the brakes were just about worn out and ready to be redone. My experience with purchasing a previously owned Porsche from Eric Exley was superb. He is a very honest, upstanding and direct business person who also owns what he sells. I purchased my car from out of state and he picked up my wife and I at the airport. He then gave us a complete review of our car showing us how to use everything in it, I thought that was really exceptional service which no dealer has really taken the time to do. He made sure I had all of my questions answered before, during and while picking up my automobile. There really is not anything else that I can think of that Eric could have done, he did it all, and all with the highest integrity. I would definitely purchase another automobile again from Eric. As a first time Porsche customer, Ed and Brian made the buying process completely hassle free. I went in having spent considerable time researching the vehicle and configuring the options I wanted. They answered completely any last questions I had and were completely up front with the pricing which was just phenomenal. They quoted a price and that is what I paid in the end, period. The service people went out of their way to be helpful with all the service and maintenance questions I had. I am confident my future experiences with the service department will be favorable. My initial contact for a Porsche was thru a car broker in Brooklyn (Marquis Auto). I was given false information, they didn't stand by their advertised price and wanted me to sign a paper fraudulently to get a rebate. I had an exceptional experience at the Porsche of Conshohocken. Bill Rawlings nad Ed Kress were very patient and helped me with my choice of car. They were very courtous when I first showed up to test drive the car with my four (yes 4!) kids. I had decided to buy a RR (I owned one before in Dublin, OH) and because of useless service from the sales consultant at the West Chester delaership. I decided to switch to the Porsche brand! I have visited all three Porsche dealerships near my house (Don Rosen, Thompson, Cherry Hill Imports) and only Bill Rawlings consistently showed interest in me as a potential customer. Over the last year, Bill has called me every few months to provide updates on both what Boxsters were on the lot which he thought might interest me or to give me an update on the unveiling of the 2013 Boxster. My husband and I were also impressed at the event held last July at Wings Field where the new 2013 Boxster was unveiled. Bill is known by his colleagues as "The Legend" and I completely agree with their assessment. He is the absolute best automobile salesman I have ever encountered and this includes BMW, Cadillac and other Porsche dealers.

This is the second 911 I've purchased new from this dealer, so they've serviced my first car and will now handle the second. They had the best price on the first car and I ordered the second to my specs. The pricing out of the box was better than any other dealer offered. Eric did a great job helping me spec the car; Ed was accommodating on a last minute request, and Michael continues to run a terrific service department. The car was detailed perfectly and they made buying an "extravagance" fairly painless.

Had gone through several service visits as well as PA Emissions & Inspection ones with them. The Good:1. Every time it is very easy to set up an appointment, Michael is always professional and courteous and returns calls in no time if unavailable.2. While waiting one can use desks with available power outlets and free WiFi (no limitations), so you can work productively without losing time. Coffee is complementary, with a choice of roasts :-)3. The guys typically complete everything on time, do your multi-point inspection for free, and the overall professionalism level seems to be high enough.4. My wife has broken a rather fragile cup-holder (the supporting spring has fallen out due to some plastic part being broken) in my Cayman, and they were kind enough to replace it as a warranty item at no cost without any debate. They were no obligated to do it for free, as far as the damage was obviously of human origin...(Note: Cup-holders in German cars are typically rather prone to breaking or falling apart after several attempts at using them, and maybe Germans have a good reason: If you want to drink, just stop the car for 5 minutes at any plaza or rest area, get out or sit inside, drink/eat, and proceed further in 5 minutes without any distractions!)The Not-So-Good:1. I asked them to replace lock-protected (anti-theft) lug nuts (one per wheel) with regular ones, because this is one area where your round-the-corner shop has problems every time you take the car in for swapping summer & winter wheels. And not a single wheel fits in a tiny Cayman, so there's no way of taking the car far from home... They did everything as requested, but overall the price for replacing by 4 regular lug bolts ran into ~$110, which seems expensive for four bolts plus 3 minutes of applying the torque wrench :-). This is the indicator of what all other, non-warranty repairs would cost... Still, typical of authorized dealers, nothing special or going over the board.

At 42 years old I felt it was time to step into a really nice car. I am a first time Porsche buyer and working with Jon Arena he gave me a ton of confidence that I was making a great purchase. This is only my 2. Porsche, but from the get-go they treat you as their best customer and long time friend. I waited for my service, which was completed 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Coffee, snack bars and bottled water available for free. I do like the upgraded lounge, and free internet. Best of all my 911 also is singing the service teams praise.

I brought my 1990 Porsche 911 in with 2 broken belts. I was told there were now 3 broken belts and other parts needed to be replaced, which doubled the cost of the estimate. I was told my car would run fine after that. I also brought it in with ABS warning lights on and got it back with the same warning lights on, but no acknowledgement that there was any problem. A week later I couldn't start the car.I called back but was told they were too busy to work on the car, but I would be called the week after Memorial day. It is now June 26th and I haven't received a call. In addition I asked for an oil change, and got a bill that was over $300. I'm disgusted by this treatment after spending $1000, and my 911 won't run.

Having purchased a Cayenne in 2008, I remembered how Eric Exley had gone over the car with me at point of purchase. When looking for my first 911 I had looked elsewhere but as a female sometimes felt like a second class citizen. Don Rosen is not nearby (2 hours from my house) but I called Eric to see what they had in stock. Eric made suggestions and was helpful again. He was helpful in figuring out my financing in order to meet the budget I had set for myself. Anything he said he would do, he did (ie get back to my insurance agent, etc). He delivered the car to my house and went over it with me. I've now had 2 positive experiences with this dealership and have recommended them to friends and my patients.

Have had my 911 for almost 15 years - Michael Pelberg has been my contact for almost the entire time. I used to use an independent Specialized Porsche Service Center (not the dealership) as I was always under the impression that the specialized shop would be far more personable & better priced. My wife and I recently purchased a used Porsche Cayenne S. We took it to Don Rosen for regular service. I can only think of two words to describe the entire Rosen team and that is "complete professionalism." I brought our SUV in for a routine oil change and brake pads to be replaced. Unlike many of the other customers that day I decided to wait while my car was serviced. During that time I had the chance to witness the sales team and the service team at work. Despite being swamped with customers and dealing with several members of their staff out due to illness, the Rosen team made sure to provide each and every customer with the utmost respect and the best customer service you can imagine. Everyone was greeted. Everyone was offered beverages. And everyone was offered a company rental car. When the determination was made on what type of services were needed, the staff made sure to explain in detail why it was needed to maintain the condition of the car and they broke down the prices. The staff even took the time to allow several customers to meet with the technician working on the car. Remember this all was taking place while the company was short several workers. No one had an extensive wait period and everyone left satisfied. Even the customers that I viewed who came in to buy cars appeared to have a pleasant experiences with the staff.I would highly recommend the Don Rosen team for car purchases and services. It is a shame that not all car companies provide this high level of service. I know that I will be back for future service for my car and for future purchases as well.

Just picked up my new baby...2006 Boxster S and could not be happier with the car and the experience I had buying it from Don Rosen Porsche/Audi. My sales exec, Chris Bell, was outstanding! Fuel Pump replacement in my 2005 Cayenne took 4 days / 2 visits before everything was done correctly. Problem was that fuel level sensor in fuel tank was made non-funtional when fuel pump was replaced; car was returned to me that way after the first 3-day visit. At a cost of $1200 for this repair, the work should have been checked more carefully and it should have been done properly the first time. Mike Pelberg is a great guy to deal with; his mechanics need to do a better job.

Excellent service! I dropped my car off in the morning, but they didn't start service until after 1pm, so I kept the loaner car overnight so that it didn't disrupt my afternoon picking up kids from school etc... When I picked the car up in the morning, everything was complete and the car was clean.

This was my best car buying experience to date. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chris, a very friendly and experienced salesperson. He took me for a test drive and exceeded my expectations from the start. I changed what I was looking for several times during the whole process, but Chris was friendly, helpful, and patient. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience shopping and buying my Audi at Don Rosen in Conshohocken. I was looking for a used car and did my research on-line before visiting any dealerships. When I called the Don Rosen dealership to discuss availability and pricing of the model I was interested in, the person was helpful and polite without being too pushy. When I visited the dealership, their selection was pretty good (not great), but a car that matched the make, model and color vehicle I was looking for had just arrived. Within a few hours we had evaluated my trade-in, negotiated a price, arranged financing and cleaned and prepped the car. It was the easiest car buying experience I've had in 25 years of car buying, and the easiest one involving a car dealership.

This is the second car our family has purchased from Porsche Of Conshohoken and each experience just keeps getting better and better. You really do feel like family. We live in Harrisburg but would have traveled thousands of miles to deal with these folks again. Once again my 1986 Porsche Targa has been made more than road worthy by Team Pelberg and DiStefano. After 25 years my muffler had expired. Through the good advice of Mike Pelberg and the master skills of Ralph DiStefano, my old war horse is again able to run with the colts. Now, if they were only able to make the jockey feel as young and frisky as the old war horse they'd be even more amazing than they are. Look, I know the days for running my Porsche are numbered, but the extension of life these two are able to give to my car is truly remarkable. Not that I want to retire my car, but when it finally happens I hope it's well before Ralph and Mike retire. Without "Batman and Robin" (you decide which is which) I don't know what I'd do the next time my car would need service. Thanks, amigos.

I had a "check engine" light come on suddenly in my 2001 Porsche 911 late in the afternoon. I called the Don Rosen dealershipright away and they made an appointment for the following morning. I was taken care of quickly and courteously. I was given the choice of waiting or receiving a loaner car at no charge. I elected to wait and the repair was handled very quickly. Michael was incredibly responsive.I purchased my Porsche Cayenne in Naples Florida in Jan 2011 where we live 7 months of the year.My vehicle was telling me I was short coolant.I called Michael, told him I did not buy my vehicle at Porsche of Consohocken but I needed help. He said come over as soon as I could.I arrived about 30 minutes later where upon he set me up to have everything diagnosed and taken care of with an hour.I spent a total of 1hr an 30 minutes sitting in the waiting area working on my computer.My experience with Michael was excellent.Everything was handled professionaly and efficently.I discovered the problem,called Michael,arrived at the dealer,had the problem diagnosed and solved with in 2hrs and 30minutes.Really, really excellent.i will be sure to tell everyone i can how good this experience was.I will be sure to get all my future maintance work do at Porsche of Consohocken.i received an email from Michael later that day with complete details of what was done.Thanks for the help and the excellent service...

I am a detailed oriented individual who loves cars. Originally came in to look at the 911 GTS and Cayman R but was uncertain as to which way to go since they were both beautiful examples of Porsche racing heritage. Both Ed and Bill answered many of my questions pertaining to the two vehicles when I decided to redirect (with a little help from my wife) my attention to a Panamera 4 I had seen at another dealer's website. There was no doubt I would pick up this vehicle via Ed/Bill. While Bill was away on vacation, Ed went above and beyond to get the vehicle from the other dealer. Mike was extremely helpful and the dealership was great. Eric made the purchase of my CPO 2009 Carrera 2S Cab absolutely a breeze. The car was priced fairly but he worked with me to obtain an incredible deal and then offered $3K more for my trade than another local dealer. Pick-up was on a very rainy day so he brought the car into the garage for a full orientation. When it came time to leave I didn't feel that any aspect of this purchase could have gone any better or smoother.

You always have to leave a voice mail to schedule a service appointment. I don't understand why they can't schedule it on the first call instead of having phone calls back and forth. Whoever answers the phone should have an appointment book so they can schedule service. Our car battery was dead following an inspection, not sure how this happened. I guess they did not check the battery during the inspection. We went to purchase a cayenne earlier this year. We went to the dealership and the salesperson never followed up with us despite multiple phone calls. We got frustrated and went and bought an SUV from another company. I guess the economy is not that bad after all. Parking is also very limited at this dealership, especially during peak hours. My wife keeps getting calls about an Audi that somebody else owns. We have tried to stop this multiple times without luck. Don Rosen is one of the worst dealers we have seen. We talk with our friends and they all say the same thing. They go to other Porsche dealers.

Eric Exley, who has sold us four 911 Carreras over 25 years, is an excellent sales person who values his customer's interests and concerns first. Yes, selling a Carrera is highly important to Mr. Exley, but one always has the feeling that he is most concerned about what your options are and what your comfort zone is. The 2011 Carrera we bought (What a machine!) is far more sophisticated than the '99 Carrera we had. Because it is more complicated, Mr. Exley spent one-and one-half hours explaining the new features to us which provided us with a base line to study the manual. This review was before we bought the car. Mr. Exley is very patient and considerate with his potential buyer. Most of all, he is a gentleman which is very important to me as a woman. We loved Danielle! We had never worked with her before and bought several vehicles from this dealership. While we were waiting for our former salespersoen, Ed introduced us to Danielle. My wife drove off in a new Cayanne S, Danielle walked her through the options, price, etc and was very low pressure. Her niceness, great personality and style helped us to buy on the spot but the sale didn't stop there! She was very accomodating for delivery of the vehicle and delivered it to our house. I researched Porsche dealerships in my area to find the one with the best reputation for straight dealing and quality service. Others pointed to Don Rosen in Conshohocken as the hands-down best choice. So that's where I went -- and I was not disappointed.My experience has been a complete pleasure. Danielle Ruess, my sales consultant, was delightfully friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and utterly professional. Danielle got things done promptly and flawlessly. She coordinated the custom build of my Porsche, arranged for the aftermarket additions I wanted on the car, and kept me in the loop on progress every step of the way.The price negotiation went exactly how I expected it to go. I asked for the dealership's best price, and I got it without having to put up with the obvious game-playing that happens at other car dealerships. Danielle and Ed Kress, the dealership's sales manager, treated me with complete respect and without any manipulation. Very amiable sales manager. Knowledgeable and friendly salesman, who has worked there for - if I remember correctly - about twenty years. I think that's unusual in this business and an excellent indicator not only of this salesman (Eric Exley) but also the dealership.The test drive was a bit short, but I don't think that was a problem on this visit because I've already driven the car in question elsewhere.There was also a prompt follow-up the next business day and Eric promptly helped me by emailing a photo of something I had forgotten to ask to look at (manual a/c controls) when I was at the dealership.

I took my car in on December 31st and although I'm sure there were a million other things they might rather be doing, my checkup seemed like it was at the top of their list. The loaner car I received while working on the happened to be the Cayenne...which is what my wife and I were considering trading up to. Those few hours we got to drive the Cayenne might have very well made the decision for us.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Don Rosen Porsche. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect, and the customer service was amazing. Danielle, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to work within my finances to get me driving home in a new Porsche Cayenne S. I had visited at least 5 other dealers in the area (Infiniti, Audi, BMW, Acura), and none matched the professionalism of the entire staff at Don Rosen. The whole experience was low-key, and I never felt any sales pressure at all. The final price I paid for the truck and the trade-in I received for my previous vehicle were extremely reasonable. After picking up my new truck, a few last minute details had to be worked out and Danielle was attentive and the dealership worked with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I would rate the whole experience an A+ and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Even though they said they were short-handed that day and had no loaner for me, they said come on over.By the time I got there they had a loaner car for me, completed the work I needed done by the end of the day, checked the tires & fluids and put me safely back on the road for a long journey!

What started out as an inquiry of purchasing/leasing a used 911 finalized in driving away with a very attractive lease deal and a absolutely beuatiful new 911.Jonathan Arena was a tremendous help from discussing and advising on my requests and the first test drive.He stayed with my search for the specs I wanted and worked out the logistics of obtaining the car from another dealer.On delivery of the car Jonathan became a professor and delieverd a most informative m lesson on opearating the vehichle and explaining everything thing it had too offer.Also, a very smooth and easy finalization with the paperwork.Meeting the management team of the dealership and service area appears to be a first class operation.Highly recomend if you are looking for a dream ride!!!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 911 Carrera. My salesperson was Danielle Reuss. Danielle exceeded my expectations from negotiating the sale, through the red tape of financing and registering, and ultimately with the delivery, closing, and post sale follow up. Danielle made it possible to for me to purchase my first Porsche over the phone in one afternoon. She then delivered my car to me in Princeton, NJ...a 90 minute drive in weekday morning traffic. She was beyond thorough in her review of all of my documents, and in her explanation of all of the intricacies of my new car. Beyond that, Danielle was immediately available to me via text and phone when I thought I had left my driver's license and insurance card at the dealership. Within minutes she confirmed that she didn't have it and that it wasn't left at the Princeton dealership. I found it later that evening. Danielle Ruess was extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process painless and fun. I am typically not a fan of purchasing a car and even though I am a CEO the whole process typically frustrates me. Danielle made it painless and she is a joy to work with even with my crazy schedule she kept the process on track. She delivered the vehicle to my office and came back twice to train me. It was really the easiest process ever. I over Mercedes and have owned BMWs and have been very disappointed recently with the buying process as it seems less and less like a luxury buying experience. Buying a porsche and specifically working with Danielle is exactly what any busy executive would feel is the best possible level of service. I am not a vehicle enthusiast, per se, but I do own a number of higher end vehicles - and I can honestly say that I love my Porsche, I understand all the options in the car and I will certainly be back again.

Terrible experience. Made us feel like second rate customers just because we were buying an used car, even at premium prices (3K miles, 5.5 month old car). Drove 8 hours to dealership to check out the car because the dealer said the car has perfect paint, no dings, no scratches, and no body work done, but the car had scratches from hitting a curb or something, and deep scratch marks that were not filled in properly. Trunk was suspect as it did not close properly, but dealer, service manager, and owner, all pretended that nothing was wrong and that it was in our heads, even though all other cars on lot did not display this fault. Dealer reasoning is that I am buying an used car and should not expect the car to be perfect. He also made fun of another dealership close by that I was going to check out, telling us that they were small, and that the 8,000 mile car they had there will not be in as "perfect" a shape as his 3,000 mile car. When I arrived at said dealership, it was bigger than Don Rosen, and the car was flawless, just like I expect when I spend $72K on a slightly used car.This dealership left a bad taste in my mouth, with Bill being a classless act. He pretty much made fun of us, while kept us asking us if we're going to be buying the car, since it will no doubt be gone on the next day. The car is still there and he is still phoning me hassling me about buying his "perfect" car. I was put off on buying any car after this experience.
