I have no words to describe how HAPPY I am with my experience with David and my new Porsche. It is a great buying experience, and my new 911 driving on the highway, as well as, in LBK. We just bought our fifth Porsche at POFM and each time it gets better and better. I traded in a 2014 Cayenne for a 2015 Cayenne S. We are very happy with the color, equipment, price and of course our salesman Joe Russo and manager Ed Trombley. What we like about POFM is that every person there will pitch in if you have a question or need help. It truly is a team at POFM. Thanks again guys and gals!

I took delivery of a Macan with Porsche Fort. Myers this week. I had a really good experience. First they were friendly enough to sell me a car even though I'm leaving in Miami, and usually for this kind of high demand vehicle they always give priority to local customers. Anders was my contact there, and young and efficient sales. He set me up perfectly, when I came to pick up the car everything was ready and in order. Real professionalism and I can only recommend this person and the dealership.

This dealership may be ok if you want to pay full retail for a new car. Inventory is limited and the cars seem to sit on the lot for months. Salesman Terry Weeks was not helpful on my recent visit to the dealership. I left when he refused to let "his used car people waste their time looking at my trade in unless I was interested in buying that day". I went out of town and brought my business to another dealership where they earned my business and I bought a new Porsche later the same week.

I bought my car from Joe Russo! I live in Pa and seen the car online...I never seen the car except for pictures online... Joe gave me the confidence that the car was in mint condition. Well he couldnt of said it better. He was a very polite and helpful person to deal with. The process couldnt of been better I always had contact with him. If I seen a car on the website again and was in the market to buy a car. I would do it again.

Buying a car is one of the few things I truly hate doing, but after my experience dealing with Mike Garro at Porsche of Ft. Myers, I've changed my mind. I first dealt with Mike over the phone because I live 2 hours from the dealership and I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to what I was looking for. We spoke several times and he offered me a great deal. My wife and I drove to Ft. Myers and were pleasantly surprised at the speed of the transaction. Normally, buying a car takes forever, but we were out of there in no time at all. We never felt rushed, just very glad that they knew what they were doing and got us in our new car so quickly. I highly recommend Porsche of Ft. Myers and Mike Garro. If I'm ever in the market for another Porsche, I'll make that 2 hour drive again, happily.

My husband and I bought a 2014 Cayenne which we ordered with all the options we wanted and then about a month later bought a 2014 Cayman that was in the showroom. Our salesman Joe Russo is the best and Ed Trombley is a pleasure to work with. Actually everyone at the dealership makes you feel like family. I never want to buy another brand car ever and I'm pretty sure Joe and Ed will make sure that doesn't happen LOL !! Erica and Derek, the Service Consultants, are wonderful as well. If you want a Porsche, this is the place to go but they also have other high end used cars. It's definitely worth a trip.

My boxster ignition stopped functioning. The key could not be inserted in the ignition. The car was in my garage and would not move. Called Ft Myers Porsche and was relieved when they sent a flatbed to the rescue! The next day they called and explained the problem and said it was fixed. The entire process was handeled by friendly folks who really care about the best service possible. We do enjoy our porsche and the excellent service at Porsche of Ft Myers.

My wife and I are in the process of moving part time to Cape Coral and we needed to purchase our new car. Despite living in Honolulu, Joe Russo at Porsche Fort Myers made the process of buying our new Cayenne easy. He kept us informed throughout the process and has been incredibly helpful despite the inherent difficulties in ordering a car from such a distance! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

The wife and I recently decided it was time to buy a Porsche Cayenne. We visited a convenient dealership where we had had a previous Porsche serviced. They had a used Cayenne that met our needs, but not a new one, and it wasn't the diesel that we wanted. Having received numerous emails from The Pentagon Federal Credit Union about saving $'s through their car buying service, we got online. Porsche of Fort myers was 1 of 2 approved Porsche dealerships in the state of Florida. Looked on the web and they had the Cayenne Diesel in stock in the color we wanted and with the right equipment. We purchased the Cayenne via phone, fax and the web. It was the perfect car buying experience. We went to deliver our trade in and pick up our new Porsche and everyone was friendly, professional, and didn't try to sell us any extras that we hadn't requested up front. We can't think of a better car buying experience. I bought my 1st car 50 years ago. After delivery follow-up has been just right. We got 35+ mpg on the100+ mile trip home. We love the Cayenne Diesel and Porsche of Fort Myers. We're glad we went the extra miles to a superb Porsche dealership. No need for service yet, but we will return to Porsche of Fort Myers when it is needed, even though there are 4 closer dealerships. A great bunch of folks with a great product!

Recently got the first service of my Porsche 911 Carrera S4 at Porsche of Fort Myers and the service and facilities were great. A polite, efficient and knowledgable service manager, quick turn around and no problems for a reasonable price. The service was excellent..

My 1983 Porsche 944 was brought in for service on Friday, June 7th 2013. The car was in for a total of 6 hrs in which 6 jobs, including free multi point inspection, were performed. When I got the final bill, I was charged $1103.20 for labor. Wether they took a lunch break or not, this converts to $183.87/hour; their listed hourly rate = $135 (by the way, after the fact, I found out that Sarasota's SunCoast Porsche's vintage labor rate =$79/hr. One of the jobs was to correct the rear hatch from opening itself when driving over a bump. Diagnosis was hatch locks being out of adjustment, which was corrected at a cost of $135. Well, it did not fix the problem, so back we went. The mechanic looked over it again and stated that both locking mechanisms need replacing. Why didn't they see that during the initial service? When contacting the service manager the following day to ask if the service could be converted to hourly, instead of by the job, she stated she would look into it and give me an answer on Monday morning. In order to get an answer, I had to call on Tuesday and I was told that she cannot do anything about it. Being a business owner myself, I consider that as not willing to do anything about it. The same day, I contacted the business manager, who stated going to look into it and giving me a call back that day......... I am still waiting!!!

The customer service at Porsche of Fort Myers was extremely professional, fast & efficent. Porsche of Fort Myers had to repair the errors made by another local Tire company. The local tire serive center broke off my rocker panel after installing & balancing 4 tires. My car ran horribly with a vibrating steering wheel once I left. I decided to take my Porsche to the experts at Porsche of Fort Myers. From this point forward, I will only take my vehicle to those who know my car the best.

Purchased a used Audi from this dealership over the internet. The advertisement showed that the car included all-weather floor mats and a trunk liner. When the car was delivered, the car mats were not included. The sales manager promised (over the phone, but not in writing) that he would get me the mats. Two months and many emails and phone calls later, I finally spoke with the GM, Ed Trombley, to ask him to make good on the promise. The mats are $300 MSRP, and probably would cost him half that! But Mr Trombley was instead belligerent and rude. Eventually he said he would follow up with the sales manager and call me back. He never called back and I have not yet received those mats. Liar! If not for these silly floor mats, I could have been a happy customer but Mr Trombley made sure that that was not the case.

Buying a car can be a daunting experience. However, Porsche of Fort Myers was a no-pressure type of dealership. My sales person, Terry Weeks, II was extremely knowledgable in the product that he represents. It was because of his expertise that I was able to make the final decision on a life-long dream, the 911 S. I trust that you too will have an honest and outstanding experience as I did.

I found the car I had been researching for several months on Cars.com. It had been a local trade-in at the dealership listed on Cars.comI contacted by e-mail the internet sales person and made an offer. He got my offer approved by the sales manager and called me to confirm and asked when I could come to look the car over and finalize my decision. My wife and I immediately decided to go this morning and drove 80 miles to the dealership. We were promptly met by my salesperson and he demonstrated the features of the car and we went for a test drive. All was well and the salesman was very nice and accomodating. No sales pressure whatsoever. My wife and I liked the car and we decided then to take the deal.Finalizing the purchase was amazingly smooth and I believe we were not at the dealership 2 hours total when we drove our car away.Absolutely the most pleasant auto purchasing experience I have ever had. My wife and I were both enthralled with the professionalism we witnessed from both the salesman and the sales manager.

We came to know about this dealership through a Porsche that was displayed at the Ft Myers, Florida Airport. My husband, after having extremely unhappy with our Mercedes 600SL, was about to purchase an Audi 8A, when we saw the Porsche at the airport. I encouraged him to go with me to the dealer and find out more about their inventory. We were met by Chris Mann, one of the Sales Associates, who was very professional, understanding, courteous, and knowledgeable. It took us several trips to the dealership before my husband was ready to purchase a 2012 Porsche Panamera 4, and each time before we purchased the car, we were treated with the same professional service as the first time. We bought the car the day before we left Florida for the Christmas Season in our New York home; being that we still have our Mercedes occupy our garage space in Florida, the Manager,Bill Miller, who is just as friendly and professional, made it possible to leave our newly purchased Porsche at the dealership until we return in January. Our experience at the Ft Myers Dealership was professionalism at it's best and I can only recommend this dealer.

This is a relatively new dealership, but one would not know that by the level of service and professionalism delivered by its sales staff and managerial staff. My salesman was Joe Russo, a young but very knowledgeable guy who knew just about everything on all the cars sold by Porsche. Besides his vast knowledge, he was very amiable and patient and asisted greatly in my selection. His sales manager Bill, whose last name escapes me at the moment, and John Harris, the general manager of the dealership, were also very kind and patient in helping to make my purchase possible.

Recently, I experienced losing my husband of 22 years. He took care of all our finances and major purchases. For our upcoming anniversary he had teased of buying me a Porsche. After he passed on our Anniversary Feb 2, 2012 I went online and Mr. Jarrod Kilway in internet sales was terrific! Mr. Jarrod was always accessible and very efficient. He made sure I was able to get the Porsche I wanted and even got it delivered to Georgia quickly. I did not even have to worry about the tag. Mr. Harris, the owner, followed up with a lovely floral arrangement which was an unexpected pleasure. I can not say that any Mercedes or other dealership owners ever sent more than a card or letter. My husband was a doctor and we were able to purchase luxury cars including Corvettes and Mercedes throughout our marriage. We were blessed. I cannot express how much I appreciate the Fort Myers' team (including Mr. Wayne Ram) for their professionalism, diligence, and kindness to me at a time when I would have been very easy to take advantage of. Although I live in North Georgia I have recommended to my friends to buy at Fort Myers because of the care I have received. I purchased a 2009 Porsche 911 which I found in an online search. I was 1300 miles away and did everything but the final inspection by phone and e mail. They met my concerns enough for me to make a phone offer and then I proceeded to drive down for the final inspection. The car was everything they promised as far as condition. Closed the deal and drove it home. No pressure dealer!
