TR recently serviced my vehicle for a scheduled maintenance. When I had questions, he took the time to go through everything with me. I was truly impressed with his expertise and knowledge of Porsche vehicles. Having a service provider such as TR makes you feel comfortable that your prized possession is in very good and capable hands when it is being serviced. I would definitely recommend TR to anyone who is lucky enough to get him as your mechanic.

Honestly I was sad to see Stacey leave as our service contact person for Porsche Wallingford. Mark Borse has however more than stepped up and has added a professional and calm demeanor to a very hectic and I'm sure stressful position at times.Mark recently assisted me in managing all aspects of recent parking lot incident with my Boxster.Mark made the process merely an inconvenience. Glad I switched to Porsche of Wallingford.

We have had our Macan since September of 2014 so it has been serviced twice. Mark Borse has always had a loaner car ready for me and knows that I am coming in at a certain time. He comes out to greet me. We also had an unscheduled maintenance: We flattened a tire and scrapped a rim. The car was towed to Wallingford Porsche on a Sunday and they were working on it Monday..also painted the rim. We appreciate their attention to detail and will continue to use them. Craig Chase was our original sales person and he has a great knowledge of what he sells and is also fun to just have a conversation with!!

Garry Fenner knows his cars inside and out. I am a very picky buyer and he saved me tons of time and helped me make the best choice. I selected a Porsche Cayenne turbo. It is the best driving car I have ever owned. Garry is very patient and I will work with him in the future. Porsche is the way to go. Smooth, fast, holds the road, a real gem. Just like Garry....thanks Porsche of Wallingford and in particular Garry Fenner.

I have purchased both of my cars here an Audi A6 & a Boxster. The experience was very enjoyable & they were very informative with no pressure. They are professional, caring & have a working knowledge on all aspects of what is best for my cars & me. All of the people I have worked with are friendly, prompt & they explain what needs to be done for the proper care & to keep the cars maintained 100%. They never try to over sell something & having been in sales for over 45 years I can spot an over sell in a heart beat. Another aspect is that they follow up with me to be sure all is A OK no matter what service was performed & they are always on time with the work. Having a loaner is very important to me. Thanks to all at Porsche/Audi of Wallingford especially Garry Mark & Steve.

I recently wrote a review about my Panamera GTS service and 13 year experience of Porsche of Wallingford and did not rate Steve Gilligan or Craig Chase, who have assisted me in ordering the 5 Porsches I have purchased through 13 years. They have always treated me as a valued customer and have been extremely helpful in assisting me in ordering Porsches configured just as I want them. They have also arranged European delivery for me on 2 occasions, which is a great experience. They have also treated me very fairly with respect to the price I pay for the cars. I have referred a number of my friends to them, who have had similar experiences and subsequently bought or leased a number of cars for them.

Having grown up in the automotive business, I understand what it takes to make a dealership succeed.The staff at Wallingford are the best crew I have ever dealt with, including several other Porsche dealerships. They always go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction as well as a thoroughly enjoyable experience. TR Tammaro handled our tire replacement and our scheduled service. He was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about our SUV. We think that the Wallingford location handles requests in a very professional way, and the staff is very accommodating to our needs. In fact, it's the best service that we have experienced. We have bought 2 Porsches from this location, and recommend this location to all who are interested in buying and servicing their cars.

Excellent service, Mark and TR Tammaro are great... Really go the extra mile, convenient times for pickups and loaner availability even in busy season. Bought car at another location, but Porsche Wallingford is best in the state.

Putting on around seven thousand miles a year, it was time for my annual check-up at Porsche of Wallingford. As usual, I was in and out within two hours. Very professional operation from the person who was sweeping up debris in the yard to Todd, the sales manager. Mark, the service writer helped me solve my PCM issue, and TR did a great job on my 4S. I whole-heartily recommend Porsche of Wallingford to anyone who needs service on their Porsche or who is looking to purchase.

Recently I needed to have service on my Porsche cayenne, The service person,Mark Borse, could not have been nicer. He made the experience actually stress-free from beginning to end and kept me informed . All work was completed on time and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.

My husband and I needed to upgrade to an SUV and a Cayenne was our choice. We test drove three models and our sales rep Gary could not have been more thorough. They spent hours with us answering questions and were able to work with us to stay in our budget. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but it was not at Porsche of Wallingford.

I bought my Boxter from Porshe of Wallingford and had it serviced there for the past seven years. Everything was fine until I had a warranty issue with a replacement battery I bought six months ago. I wasn't happy with the decision the service manager made not to honor the battery warranty and I called the service director and the general manager to discuss the warranty issue and neither one even have the courtesy to return my phone call. Apparently, the customer experience at Porshe of Wallingford is good when everything is going well, but the true test of customer service is when there is an issue, Then they fail,

I have bought 4 Porsches from Porsche of Wallingford, with a fifth coming in late December. All of my cars have been serviced only at Porsche of Wallingford. I have found the service department very easy to work with, and the service is always done correctly and on time. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. I have had extensive contact with Stephen Gilligan and Craig Chase when ordering my cars. All of them were ordered by me, except for the first 911 which was bought from their inventory in 2002. I have taken delivery of 2 911's in Germany, which is a great experience. I have found Stephen and Craig to be extremely knowledgeable about all Porsche cars. I have found their advice invaluable in terms of helping me know what to order for the car. For example, Stephen Gilligan recommended special wheels for my Panamera GTS which make the car much more attractive. Stephen and Craig worked with me on the new Cayenne S that is coming in late December, in terms of the colors for the exterior and interior and various options. Craig recognized that I had not ordered the Bose Surround system which I had on all my other cars and brought this to my attention, and I ordered it. I mistakenly thought I had already ordered it. Having been a customer for 12 years, I have recommended the dealership to a number of my colleagues who have also bought or leased Porsches from them. All of my colleagues have also been very satisfied with the dealership. I would also like to mention Mark, the Porsche service consultant, who is also very easy to work with and helps me schedule service and get in and out of the dealership extremely quickly, which is greatly appreciated given my busy schedule.

Called Stacey in Porsche service last minute on a busy day to see if I could sneak in for an oil change. She was friendly as always and found a way to fit me into Kevin's (technician) schedule. When I got there they even offered me a loaner but I declined. Hey, I was off that day and never mind spending some time hanging out amongst the latest Porsches and Audi's. As usual, my car came back to me washed and tidy when they were done. Steve and Keith, you guys have a great team!

I purchased my first car with my girlfriend this past weekend (4/26/14) which we decided on a Used 2007 Cayman S from Porsche of Wallingford. After shopping around for 6 months or so we finally decided that a lightly used cayman was the answer. Being a relatively young guy, I was a bit hesitant that dealerships wouldn't take me seriously when shopping for an automobile. Also it didn't help that because this would be my first large ticket purchase my credit was considered "light" credit, so not even the banks took me seriously. After some careful planning and some online homework to figure out where I would be purchasing my car from, Porsche of Wallingford was one of the top prospects. I decided to take the 2.5hr trip up to CT from NJ and let me tell you, it was the right decision. I read up on the dealership and found that the right person for me to sit down and talk to was Keith Neelans. Keith was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating sales manager I had EVER dealt with. From Ford to Porsche, Keith was hands down the absolute best individual to get us in our Porsche Cayman S. Keith knew everything single model of Porsche like the back of his hand. I couldn't have been happier with my decision, and I would highly suggest this dealership if you are interested in a Porsche and recommend you seek Keith to guide you into your dream car. Keith made buying my first car an complete breeze.

Stacey Lehoux is an excellent service consultant. She always makes sure everything is taken care of when my Porsche is in service. She keeps me informed and makes sure we are very satisfied. Whenever I drop off my car for service they always have a loaner car waiting for me. I like how I don't have to wait long to drop off my car or when picking it up. The service department does a great job servicing my car and making sure it's done in a timely manner.

re: ms. Lehoux Called on monday 1/27 with fluid leak on a 2012 porsche cayenne that we bought in S.C. (now living in southington, ct)- Stacey took car in on 1/27 at 9:30am -as we were leaving on a trip on 1/28.. Turned out to be water pump which was replaced before end of day. Also got a courtesey ride home until work was com- pleted at 4:30pm ,NO Charge. Great dealership and experience!!! RD Morton 1/28/14

I Live in Florida and I needed a pre-purchase inspection done on a 911 Twin Turbo in Connecticut I was interested in buying. Not knowing anyone in that part of the country I decided to try Porsche of Wallingford and I could not have chosen better. Stacey Lehoux and T.R. Tammaro gave me the most detailed report I have ever received and listed items as minor as to whether the cigarette liter functioned or not. As a result of their expertise the seller agreed to correct all the items needing attention at his expense and I received a fantastic car I could not recommend Porsche of Wallingford along with Stacey and T.R. more highly.

I brought my vehicle in for service. TR went out of his way to meet me to provide a loaner. When the service was complete, once again he met me for the exchange. TR was not only extremely friendly but also very knowledgeable. He took the time to go through the complete service with me and give me a detailed report of my vehicle. TR is an asset to the Porsche of Wallingford family! I will definitely go back there for my future service needs and personally ask for TR by name. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I brought my new CPO Audi A5 Cabriolet in for Simonz glass coat and leather protection as well as check a rattle in the drivers side door and was extremely impressed with the level of service. Stacey kept me posted of the status and the need to keep the car overnight to replace the drivers side window regulator as that was causing the noise. I was provided a 2014 Audi as a loaner and my car was kept in the garage to keep it clean for when I picked it up. The technician who worked on my car was there and was thorough in explaining the rattle and the fix and if I heard anything else to let them know right away and he'll go on a road test with me to find anything else. I wish I remembered his name so I could comment on him as well. We spent about 5-10 minutes talking about cars and he even lowered an A8 on the lift to show me some of the features in it. Overall extremely impressed with the service and would recommend to anyone!

My experience dealing with the company and Craig Chase was excellent. I was treated with respect and that was very much appreciated. the whole deal was handled over the phone and thru email which was unique considering the product that was being purchased. Through that form of communication I still felt confident and secure in my decision. And Craig Chase never made me feel pressured or or unsure about the process. I highly recommend this dealership. I live in Buffalo NY and we have a dealership here, but I was never given the respect that I deserved when I was going through the process. I'm so lucky to have found Wallingford Porsche.

We decided to visit Porsche of Wallingford because they had the most diesel porsche cayennes, and we knew what we wanted. My husband and I walked in and Craig Chase introduced himself and ask what we were interested in. Porsche Cayenne Diesel. Craig showed us what was available. We test drove the car and sat down to talk price. This was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever had when buying a car.There was any kind of soft drink, coffee or tea while we talked. Even during negotiations the experience was pleasant. The car we bought, a 2013 porsche cayenne deisel, was ready as promised for pickup the next day. Craig spent a great deal of time going over all parts of the car which made it so much easier, knowing the many things the car can do.We needed a part for the trailer hitch on the car and Craig made sure we got it. I have had the car serviced once and it was an excellent experience. The car is due again soon for 10,000 mile check up and I'm sure we will be as pleased as the first time.There is no doubt Porsche of Wallingford is a great place to buy a car and we have told many about our experience and about our salesman Craig Chase

Last year in the Fall I found a loaded 911s on the Web at Porsche of Wallingford. I called and discussed the vehicle I was interested in with Craig. He invited me in for a test ride, which I followed up on. After deciding this was the car I began negotiations with Craig. Craig was always helpful in answering questions and providing me with assistance in pursuing the car I wanted. I was able to negotiate what I considered a good deal and Craig was able to make it happen within my time frame as I was limited as to how I could get the vehicle and trade in two cars. Craig drove to my house to pick up one of the cars I was trading in making the purchase much easier. I wanted snow tires installed because of driving it in the winter, which Craig arranged prior to the purchase. The car was in new condition and the purchase went exceedingly well. I have now had the car for 6 months and could not be happier with the car or the support I received from the dealership whenever I called with a question. Dealing with Craig has alway been a pleasure and I would recommend him and the dealership if you are in the market for a Porsche.

I found a car I was looking for through Porsche USA website located at this dealership. Contacted late on Sunday night, had a response first thing on Monday From Ella, the internet rep, and she made inquires for me about the car and turned me over to Craig, who handled all my questions promptly. Worked with me through the negotiations, we came to a great deal and he even got me a better price on the shipping of the car since I was in AZ. After the process was completed, he sent me all the photos I requested and made my comfort level high on making the purchase. This isn't my first car I have purchased online without actually being onsite, but it was the best experience so far. Very Happy indeed when the car go here, it was everything I had been promised and more. Would more than be happy to work with them again.
