I brought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne diesel in for a recall, was also going to have the rear window switch fixed, the oil light reset and the cayenne symbol in the rear replaced due to it cracking. When purchased I was told that any emblems on the vehicle would be replaced for a $50 deductible only. When I dropped the vehicle off for the scheduled service I advised them of the following items that needed to be serviced. At no time did they tell me what was and wasn't covered under warranty and at no time did they give me an estimated price for the cost of the work. After 3days I received a call advising the vehicle was ready and that the total cost for the above work would be in the amount of $200. At no time could anyone get a straight answer regarding the service whether or not it was covered by the warranty. Their response to me about the emblem and resetting the oil change indicator was "well it is either covered or it isn't and I guess it isn't". And also due to the fact that I went to a anther dealership (which was a certified dealership) to have the oil changed and not at Porsche of Warwick they stated that they could not and would not reset it without charging me. There was no CUSTOMER SERVICE and they make you feel like a number and not a person, truly upsetting, felt as if I was misled upon purchase and due to the fact of how reputable they are as a dealership it was a complete disappointment in my overall experience.

I purchased my third vehicle from Inskip Porsche this year. The entire experience is unparalleled to any another dealer. Buying and selling cars is a hobby of mine, i have yet to find a dealership I enjoy going to as much. Service visits are as simple and enjoyable as visiting with the sales team.Porsche says "there is no substitute"Inskip Porsche does the best job of upholding that.

Best car buying experience ever! I'd recommend buying a car from Jon. He breaks the all the car salesman stereotypes. This is a guy you can trust to be straight forward and honest. No gimmicks, no hiding your keys, no pressure. I honestly don't think I'll buy another car without going in to see Jon first.

Kirk has an energy that can not quite be explained. A salesman should know his product. His knowledge of the Porsche line up and heritage is staggering. The Porsche store has the best staff of the industry. Bill Gibb runs the store as a dealership is meant to be run. Lynn in the finance office is the most profesional lady, and pleasant person to walk you through the paper work, you will ever deal with. Enrique in service knows how to help you and your car's needs as well as the certified mechanics he represents. I have purchased eight cars from the Inskip Auto Mall. Porsche of Warwick leaves the other stores in a race for second place, just as the Porsche brand says, "There is no substitute".

After my first purchase at Inskip Porsche, I feel confident that I made the right decision. Having researched my Cayman on line, I was comfortable with price, options and regional availability. Kristina Paris then did a remarkably good job of balancing an informative and encouraging buying experience.It is fair to say that without her approach, I would likely not have closed the deal. Indeed, I felt that, ultimately, she went to bat for me with regards to the price negotiation.Kristina's follow-up has been as good as the buying experience. The delivery was exciting and timely. At that time, she learned that I recently purchased a Cayenne from another dealer. Her offer to also service this warranteed vehicle at Inskip further cemented my notion that she is interested in a long term customer relationship. This was a terrific experience. Kristina was very personable, very knowledgeable and very efficient. The two cars I had spoken to her about were ready and waiting for test drives when I got there. Kristina answered all our questions and then we drove the cars. The route she picked was great, offering a good variety of roads to try the cars on. Everything about Kristina and the dealership was intelligent, low key and confidence inspiring. We ended up buying a different make of car, but Kristina will be the first and likely only person we call when we are next shopping for a Porsche.

I have nothing but great things to say about Inskip Porsche, specifically Lynne Norcini and Kristina Paris. They provided me with the best customer experience by far out of any other Porsche dealers that I have dealt with. No wonder they are a 2011 Premier Porsche Dealer! I have to say, from beginning to end, the sales process only took 3 days. They were very accommodating with my requirements / needs and went out of their way to make sure I was treated like a real customer. Their attention to details and the time they spent following up with me were unbelievable. They provided me with status updates throughout the entire process (negotiation, paperworks, bank approval, etc) and I didn't have to spend any time calling or following up (which I had to do with other dealers). Overall, I am a very happy customer and I will definitely go back to Inskip Porsche when it's time to upgrade to a GT3 or Turbo S =). If you do go to Inskip Porsche, make sure you get a chance to work with Lynne and/or Kristina. Class-Class-Class that was my experience with Inskip Porsche! Kristina Paris was lovely from first contact through her post follow-ups! Lynne Norcini accommodated my schedule, by coming in on her day off! Both of them had me in and out with my gorgeous 2008 Turbo, in under and hour for my drive back to New York! I have leased and purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this being my fifth Porsche Carrera, and I must say that this purchase was my most delightful experience!!!

I purchased a slightly used 2008 Cayenne S in 2008 for approx. $20k off MSRP. I love Inskip. The experience made the drive from NYC well worth it. They have great prices on cars. Wonderful! We conducted the entire deal over the phone and internet. Even my trade-in! We were given a great price on a trade-in sight unseen.

Looking for my first Porsche, I settled on the 2010 Carrera Coupe. I worked always with Kristina Paris in sales. She was always available, I always felt like I was her highest priority. Going through the huge array of options was honest and logical with her. She was patient, and so was I, as the build process on the new order leading to arrival at Inskip consumed almost six months - that's just how Porsche does it, nothing to do with Inskip. She never tired of my relentless calls/emails. The delivery date was picked months ahead, and was right on schedule. Lynne Norcini processed payment on the day of delivery, also painless. I've had the car three days. So far, perfect. So if you're looking for the start-to-finish experience like mine, Kristina at Inskip is a superb choice.

Purchased a used Boxster from Inskip. Ms Paris was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful throughout. She went out of her way to contact the previous owner to obtain items needed for the vehicle. She kept me informed throughout the buying process. As previously stated, after the sale was where she showed her true professionalism. Have not had to have the vehicle serviced as yet so I cannot comment on that department.

My first experience with Inskip Porsche started several years ago when I brought in my used 97 Boxster (a car purchased out of state) in for service. Since that first visit, I have been very pleased with the expert and friendly level of service from the staff in the Service Dept. I have also had the opportunity to experience the same level of service from the Sales Dept., as I am now on my third Porches from Inskip. Driving a Porsche is a great experience, and having a dealer that you can count on for service or sales makes even more special one. I highly recommend this dealer for any one on the market for a Porsche or looking for great service.

Two years ago my wife and I purchased a 2008 Porsche Cayenne S from Kristina Paris. We had a great time, got a great car, at a great price. Who could ask for anything better than that?This year, we decided having only one Porsche in the family wasn't good enough. So, we decided to purchase another Porsche from Kristina. This time we bought a 2008 Porsche Boxster RS60 Spyder. Again, we had a great time, got a great car, at a great price. So, I guess it's fair to say we are really happy customers.Also, my wife is very pleased with the service department. I bought a brand new Porsche Cayenne Twin Turbo from this dealership. Almost immediately the car had problems:It burns a quart of oil every 300-400 miles, the keyless entry doesn't work, the headlights pop out on braking, the brakes are very spongy/slow to respond, etc., etc.It has been in for service a cumalative total of 8 MONTHS!Finally, they have given up on trying to repair, and actually sent two punks to reposses my loaner car from my office without me knowing, as I refused to accept my car back until it was fixed. Avoid like the plague, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SEE GEORGE CHAMBERS AT HERB CHAMBERS TO BUY YOUR PORSCHE. Do not get suckered in by a sweet deal with Inskip.

I brought my 87 911 in for a problem with the engine breaking up under load. It has now been there for 1 month without resolution. I have had to initiate every contact and I have been told each time that they are still diagnosing the problem. Now I am told they still don't have a reason for the problem, though they reportedly have checked an impressive list of sensors and ignition and fuel delivery parts. The cost to get my car back is now $1296.00. When I dropped the car off I was told the fee for diagnosis was $500.00. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
