We had a wonderful experience at Porsche West Houston. Although Inventory was very limited, they had the most cars to choose from within the Houston area. We thoroughly enjoy working with our salesman, Ryan. He was professional and very informative from the start, which happened to be over the phone. He sent us pictures before we arrived and encouraged us to come in for a test drive. The test drive sealed the deal. The car was amazingly fun and scary (in a good way) to drive all at the same time. These cars are made for speed is all I will say. From there the detail team took over. The car was spotless on delivery. The loan team was excellent as well. I can’t say buying a car is a speedy process, but these guys did their best to move it along. We would highly recommend this dealership along with our salesman to everyone in the market for a Porsche. You won’t go wrong at Porsche West Houston. Chad and Courtney R

Ryan Wax. That’s all you need to know!!! A+++++ all the way around service! You know, Ryan takes his time with you and makes you really feel at home when you walk into Porsche. Had a great experience buying our new car! As I've come to expect from Porsche, all personnel were professional and very competent. The team was efficient and valued our limited time. When seeking out my very first new Porsche - I called probably 15 dealerships across the US. Out of all of the reps I spoke to - Khalil Zaj @ Porsche West Houston was by far the kindest, most genuine, and caring of them all. He immediately stood out to me as the guy I wanted to do the transaction with. Khalil made it the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Made the deal personal and was extremely transparent on all fronts from beginning to end. Just an overall good person and very good at what he does. Extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the value the Porsche brings to the table. As far as Porsche West goes - nothing but good things to say about them and their finance team. I usually bring my own lending in but didn’t need it with them as their rates were competitive right out the gates. Had me in and out in no time, no sales push at all…nothing but pure fun from start to finish @ the dealership picking it up and driving it home. Customer for life. Thanks again Khalil.
