Had a great buying experience at Port Jervis Auto Mall. Bill Hendershot was great to deal with. They gave me a good price on my trade. Was an easy and pleasant peocess.

I would never buy another car off this dealership.. There far from being nice after u buy a car.. My truck has been in the shop more then driving it & the warranty is a joke I have had to pay out of my pocket for everything everytime it goes in there building

all these people care about is making commission, that don't want what kind of car they sell. I bought my car less than a year ago and it has been back there 3 times for repairs and it had towed of off 84. they would not work with me at all and did not try to resolve the situation at. you try to talk to a manager and they never return phone calls, I was told I don't want to speak to her. that is some great customer service. don't buy I car from them unless you want it to break down on you.

I keep going back to Port Jervis Automall, because I always get a good deal. I have bought used and new cars there, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. It's a great place to buy a car.

I worked with Marie and Brian. It was the most pleasurable auto purchase I have ever had, and I have bought over 20 in my life. There was no high pressure or hard sell, they answered all my questions and quickly we reached an agreement. I was satisfied with my trade offer and vehicle price and Brian made a suggestion about a finance option I had not thought of. I definately reccomend this dealership and will be a repeat customer..

Larry in finance and Marie in sales were awesome!!! They were courteous and prompt with returning phone calls and paper work. They extended themselves to make sure we were happy with our purchase. A pleasure to deal with!!!! I have never dealt with such nice people...made car buying a good experience!!!!!!

This dealer is first rate! I worked with Marie and Larry. I could not ask for a better experience. My credit is far from being stellar, but Larry got me financed with an incredible low rate with a really low down payment. Let me back up and say I bought this car sight unseen. All I had to go on were the pictures on cars.com and the dealer's website. The 09 Commander I purchased was outstanding. It's as if it just rolled off the production line. Clean, gassed up and ready to go. Paperwork, took less than 15 minutes. Larry was off today, but Marie set us at ease and made the whole purchase quite painless. I would highly recommend this dealer. Would I go back? In a heart beat. Thank you much Marie and Larry!
