I recently bought my 2008 Chevy Malibu here. The staff is more friendly than professional in a sense, but not in a negative way, it is very welcoming. The Malibu looks brand new from the inside, it was very clean. The outside was a little scratched up, the left mirror was broken, the front headlight was out, the cigarette lighter did not work, the dimmer did not work, the back dome light did not work, and when I drove it, it sounded/felt like it needed new ball joints, HOWEVER, they promised to fix all of the little things, and gave me the option of buying the car at full price with them fixing the ball joints, or buy at a discounted price and fix it myself. I did buy it at a nice discount, and they still fixed the mirror, the fuses for the cigarette lighter, and even ordered a new l dome light for the back. While at the mechanic that they work with, i was informed it would take about 3 hours to complete due to the fact that there were others there and having to take off the entire front bumper to change the headlight. I had no one to pick me up, and was ready to wait, but the dealer was nice enough to get me an Uber ride home! I picked up the car later, the dome light and mirror had not been fixed, but everything else had. Those had to be special ordered, the one they had did not fit. They ordered them, and i just got the mirror put in today, and am just waiting for the dome light. Unfortunately, its the ball joints and control arms that are bad, however the price was lowered and they fixed everything they promised to. They went out of their way to keep their word. I definitely recommend this dealership.

The sales manager Jason made sure everything was taking and done right on my car before I left ... They got my payment where I wanted and the car I wanted . They had better services then any other dealership I have been at.
