Sergei is the real deal. He is honest, polite, he is not pushy at all, he gave me a very easy and pleasant car buying experience overall. Not only did he allow me a completely hands off test drive, he was also straight forward and was willing to work with me on the purchase price. Yes, Sergei is a small independent dealer, and I know that many people are wary of purchasing a used vehicle from a small dealer. However, most dealers big or small get their vehicles from the same place, the auctions. Therefore, a small dealer like Sergei is able to give you a better deal, less overhead! I recently made a purchase, on a vehicle with a rare equipment package, in fantastic condition, for a great price and I am very satisfied. I would buy another another vehicle from him, and would absolutely recommend him to other buyers.

Sergei is a very reasonable guy. He’s patient spends the appropriate time with you to ensure you’re satisfied. I will buy from him again in the future, for sure.

If your thinking to buy a car DON’T go to this dealer Sergei sells me a truck and says the car is in good condition but I find that the radio controller and AC doesn't work and says we're gonna fix and then evade me and I have to fix the car for myself, the wiring is eating for RATS and all the controls are burned too No brakes And the car's been flooding So think twice Really bad experience with them

The sales man is a gentleman! He was easy to talk to and fair. I was skeptical about shopping with a small dealer however the experience was better than I imagined. Quick and easy right to the point. It's all about the car anyway and the salesman didn't make like he was trying to rip me off

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger from Sergei at Positive Auto Sales. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle, he also wasn’t pushy at all. This was my third used vehicle purchase and straight off the bat I didn’t get a bad vibe or feeling from Sergei when I walked into his office. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience - will definitely consider returning in the future.

Horrible service!! I had talked with a guy named sergei last week for 3 days and each time he was giving me the run around that car is still in the mechanics when we had agreed on an appointment to see the car. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know that the car was not ready but instead wasted my time. On the 3rd day, he tells me the car is still not ready and the mechanic fixed the bearing but still has the noise and then has the nerves to tell me if I want to still buy it I can do so "as is" with no warranty. Are you kidding me?! Horrible place with a tiny lot. Do Not Go There! He needs to be out of business!!

Last week I called for an Audi A4. I asked if it was available the guys said yes so I told him I'd be by in an hour. He said ok. I show up an hour later and they are CLOSED. Their door sign said out to auction. How in the hell do they expect to sell canes with this type of service. Nevermind that drove 45 minutes to see the car. They could've said not today or made an appointment if they weren't going to be available. They share the lot with other small dealerships and they were all helpful but couldn't sell me the car that I was looking for. This lack respect for my time isn't acceptable in any industry or realm of customer service. Although the deal in the car seemed great I refuse to ever take my business there. They give small dealerships a bad name

With using the cars.com app, it's important to be able to get timely, accurate responses from sellers or dealers. This was not the situation here. I inquired about a vehicle since it was out of the area and it took over a week to get a response. I certainly wouldn't consider buying a vehicle and dealing with the customer service after obtaining the vehicle if I can't get a timely response as a potential customer.
